The staff was kind and helpful!

There was mold all over the bathroom. Blood stains on the towels. Very suspicious stains on the bed sheets. Moldy air conditioner.

très belle chambre avec cuisine bien équipé. la terrasse vue sur la piscine était très agréable pour le café du soir et le petit déjeuner. Nous y avons séjourné avec bcp de plaisir. Le personnel est top et répond aux questions avec bcp de gentilesse. Bon wifi. l'offre du petit déjeuner est une attention très agréable. Le supermarché en fasse de l'hôtel permet d'obtenir les produits souhaités et de nbreux plats préparés sont disponibles. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous retournons à Los Angeles.

Facility was nice and clean... grab a breakfast to go, was ok , would of been nice to have a continental breakfast... the pool looked nice and clean.... too bad we didn't get a chance to swim ....

The only bad things i have to say is the first night we stayed it was LOUD you can hear everyone talk and all the noise with the baggage cart rolling on the tile floors was loud ... ( they do have a rug to minimize the noise ) and we were wondering why they left ear plugs in the room, now we know why lol and the Bathroom smelled like sewer.... I think the bathroom could of been a little bigger . Wasted space from the hallway to the bathroom ... Hard to change clothes when you have more than one person staying in the same room ... maybe put a door and close it off would have better reviews 😊

Beds were a bit firm for my liking and pillows were not downfeather which cause my allergies to act up. Hotel was able to provide me with an alternative and saved the trip!

The location was very good. A nice neighborhood, plenty of food options and supermarkets around and very close to Disneyland. The staff were kind and helpful.

The housekeeping policy. They only do it for every third day or something like that and that meant we only got it once during a 6-night stay. We could get clean towels when we asked but the room was not cleaned daily and I believe daily housekeeping is the main advantage of hotels over Airbnb apartments. They should definitely reconsider this policy.

The swimming pool is so dirty, and their solution is simply to add too much chlorine. As a result, our eyes and skin became irritated.

The room was infested with bed bugs, and we are still suffering from the bites and irritation even after leaving. While we were there, we heard guests complain about bed bugs twice and ask to be moved to a different room. There was also no proper room service. We stayed for three days, and every day I went to the reception to request room cleaning and fresh towels. They would say yes, but when we returned to the room, we found that nothing had been done.

The location is not in the best part of town, but I felt Safe nonetheless. The hotel is an older facility but I can tell the staff takes pride in cleanliness and upkeep. It’s a good price for this facility. Sufficed for a quick two day stay for Disney.

Staff were friendly when I was there but I’ve been sending emails and I get no response. The one time they did respond IT WAS SO RUDE

I liked almost everything about this place. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The place has aged well with lots of character. Well maintained, very clean, with lots of amenities. The suites are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipt. This is now my go to place when i'm in SoCal. The hallway can be noisy when people are talking outside your door, but they provide earplugs in suite, if it bothers you too much!

We like just about everything about the place. It’s got a nice Spanish colonial decor. The staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous. It is located in a good area. They have nice beds and pillows, very nice showers and bathrooms. That they have newer, air-conditioning units, which are quiet. There is really very little to complain about.

We asked if the floors are quiet because usually people staying in upper floors are noisy, and they were. So that’s probably the only bad part I can think of. They don’t have an ice machine. Breakfast was OK because they do a continental one, but then they did not have any creamer a second day, just powder stuff. Bear ink mind that I am being picky at this point.

The location to Disneyland was great, also everything that was around, stores, restaurants. Love the room, specially that had a kitchen.

The only sad part was the breakfast, it was just pastry, milk and coffee..

Location close to amusement parks, great food, shopping and has good pool. Great value for couples with kids in one room.

Second stay in 10 years. Has dated a bit, service still excellent but needs some TLC.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! My stay was nice since I was able to use the kitchen and the room was spacious. The parking was also convenient and close to the location I had to travel to.

Some of the towels still had hair on them and I had to exchange them for newer ones! One of the blankets on the bed also had a stain. Apart from that the furniture was clean but it did make me want to inspect the bed further because of the cleanliness. There was also a smoke smell left in the room that I stayed in. The noise from the hallways is also loud (there's ear plugs provided) but there was a stray cat that kept meowing in the hallway.

Close to Knottsberry Farm.

They do not clean your room or provide any service until after day 3 of your stay. The beds are rock hard. The air conditioner is not adjustable and does not turn off Very damp and musty. The floors are tile so when housekeeping rolls their carts in the halls it sounds like someone has waged war every morning.

Beautiful property, loved the style! The rooms are so spacious and well decorated, the beds are great, and of course it’s really nice to have a nice kitchen. The pool is great! And the staff was wonderful.

Guests smoking weed on the property (hate the smell). Couldn’t be on our balcony because they were smoking constantly right below us. Wish this was a no-smoking facility.

The staff were supportive, friendly and professional. The property is gorgeous. Our room was beautiful, clean and had so much room.

Our air conditioner wasn't functioning properly all week. We had to switch rooms due to it flooding our room and sounding like it was going to explode. Not the hotels fault, things happen. They refunded our parking money back, which we didn't ask for or expect. It was a nice gesture from them. The closet space of our room was beyond our expectations. We had lots of luggage and it fit it all. Eating on our balcony in the morning was wonderful. We also took advantage of the grill poolside. It was fantastic they even supplied us with grilling utensils and pool towels. I will definitely be staying here again next year when we come back.

It’s very cute and located across from a super market. The room has a kitchen with utensils. Like a studio. Has small patio to sit at even tho it faces the parking lot.

But the washing machine is across the street kind of sketchy area. Pool is small.

We loved our suite, the coffee station, and the pool.

The breakfast options are lacking. The neighborhood isn’t the best. But they do have a nighttime security guard and are vigilant about running a tight ship safety wise.

we hope the Breakfast is better but not as the other that we booked. We thought is a real breakfast :)

Piscine, chambre avec balcon, très spacieuse, chambre très bien équipé avec tous le nécessaire même des éponges et liquide vaisselle! Proche de tous les parcs. 20 minutes en voiture de la plage. Machine à café et petit déjeuner très appréciable !

Ménage uniquement deux fois en sept nuits dommage! Il faut demander des serviettes propres tous les jours. Parking 15$ la nuit.

Location. Walking distance to Tacoland! Old Spanish tiles and lush landscaping. Breakfast room had nice selections. Nice to have an elevator since I was with my two elderly sisters. Kitchen (with full size fridge), and balcony with table and chairs were a bonus.

The location is great. We went to knotts berry farm and knotts scary farm and both were under 10 minute drive. The kitchenette was really nice too.

The rooms are so cold even with the ac turned off in early June and the sheets are so thin we had to go buy our own comforter to use on the beds. One small trash can and no trash bags so we went and bought our own trash bags.

My family loved this hotel! We definitely be staying there again. The room was spacious and comfortable. My daughter loved having the patio so she could play outside and I felt safe for her to do so because I could see her and the walls were tall so I didn't have to worry about any strangers. The rooms were quiet and I didn't hear much other than the staff when they were going in and out of the laundry room and even that noise was no bother. Overall I can't wait to stay at this hotel again as well as recommend it to anyone who stays in that area.

Everything about staying at the Pepper Tree is excellent. From the friendly staff to the clean rooms to the fully stocked kitchen. We stay here every time we come to Anaheim for a baseball game.

I liked the room. Lots of space and tables/dressers. Huge closet with lots of really nice wood hangers. Nice having the oven/stove and fridge. Bed was comfortable. Pool was warm. Staff was really nice and helpful.

I just didn’t like the view of the back parking lot/dumpsters. Pool is in the front parking lot.

This place is spectacular.

Rooms and balcony on level floor, beautiful waterfall. Only this was most times I had to have it closed due to the marijuana smell coming through to the room.

Super cute and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful via text, which was extremely convenient.

Cercanía a los parques de Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, estadio Angels y muchas cosas mas... La amabilidad del personal y la capacidad de estar en la mejor disposición de resolver algún problema que se pueda suscitar antes o durante la estancia.

Que te mencionan que el aseo lo hacen cada 3 días pero si se te olvida poner en la puerta que hagan el aseo, no lo hacen, entonces en estancias de más de 6 días si se te olvida poner la seña en la puerta por estar temprano en los parques, pues sería uno, el que hace el aseó =(

Fijne kamer met keuken, alles was netjes, schoon en vooral ruim. Alles oogt gezellig in spaanse stijl. Prima tv en ijskast !

De bedden waren erg zacht waardoor ik weer last van mijn rug kreeg en ook de douchekop is aan vervanging toe, voor mij geen probleem maar wel voor mensen met lang haar. Ook was het betalen voor het parkeren van de auto een verrassing dus let hier op.

The area was central, only 15 minutes from Disney and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores like target! Staff was really great and helpful. The restaurant in front of the restaurant was great too

Breakfast could be better, however not necessarily an issue for me and my group!

The room is huge and very well equipped. The hotel is well located, easy access to Disneyland parks, plenty of facilities at neighborhood.

The kitchen needs to be better keeped, the cabinets and kitchen´s utensils wasn´t well cleaned.
