Séjour parfait au Jaz Solaya depuis le deux septembre. Un accueil impeccable de Monsieur Tarek, une chambre magnifique et un récif corallien superbe. Nous avons tout aimé : l'hygiène irréprochable et la qualité du buffet

Si l’hôtel n’est pas le plus luxueux ou moderne (une dizaine d’expériences dans le passé), nous avons été bluffés par la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, que ce soit au bar, aux restaurants ou à la piscine! خامس مرة ب سولايا ❤️ و كل مرة احلي من التانية 👍 كل حاجة فيه ليها طعم خاص . من استقبال لغرف لبحر لمطاعم لبسين لاكوا لسناكس للعاملين و بالاخص حبيبي قلبي مستر طارق اللي اهتم بكل تفصيله من قبل الوصول للوصول للاقامه للمطاعم المتخصصه للغرف حقيقى محترف .شكر خاص للشيف محمد مدير المطاعم و لكل العاملين و المديرين . والى اللقاء للمرة السادسة ان شاء الله .🥰

Щиро дякуємо Jaz Solaya за прекрасний відпочинок! За 2 тижні нашого перебування все було на найвищому рівні: різноманітна їжа в ресторані готелю та в ресторанах а ля карте, кожного дня прибирання в номері із поповненням свіжої води в скляний фірмових пляшках, дуже зручний захід в море з пісчаного пляжу або понтону, кожного дня і ввечері різні розваги для дітей і дорослих. Ввечері насолоджуємося чудовою атмосферою в супроводі живої музики . Ресторани і бари працюють постійно з великим вибором різноманітних страв та напоїв! Дуже смачне морозиво в необмеженій кількості можна брати вдень на барі біля басейнів, а ввечері в ресторані ! Ми вже другий рік поспіль обираємо готелі цієї компанії і обовʼязково повернемося ще не раз!

Le lieu en lui même: baie avec nombreux poissons et coraux 🤩 !! L’hôtel dont notre chambre : spacieuse, propre (merci Mohamed), climatisée… L’accueil fantastique : nous sommes arrivés à 8H et nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre de suite (au lieu de 14H). La wifi partout même si « relativement faible ».

Rien ou presque : quelques employés peu souriants (mais c’est partout pareil), les démarcheurs sur la plage qui poussent à la consommation (comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels) et la Wifi : partout certes mais faible. Impossible d’accéder à Booking.com, ce qui fut compliqué pour les billets retour…

Bellissima la baia con la barriera corallina, la spiaggia ed in generale la struttura.

Va migliorata l'animazione perché piuttosto assente e la pulizia della camera. ogni giorno rifacevano solo i letti ed il bagno ma non hanno mai spolverato gli altri mobili

Abbiamo soggiornato al JAZ Solaya e, nel complesso, è stata una bellissima esperienza, soprattutto grazie alle persone che lavorano all’interno della struttura. È proprio il personale a fare la differenza: tutti sono sempre sorridenti, disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Una menzione speciale va ad Ahmed, che ci ha seguito dal primo all’ultimo giorno della nostra vacanza. È sempre stato presente, pronto ad ascoltarci, aiutarci e venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Una persona davvero professionale e attenta, che ci ha fatto sentire seguiti e accolti per tutta la permanenza. Anche i camerieri sono stati stupendi, in particolare quelli del ristorante Olivo, dove abbiamo mangiato praticamente sempre. Gentili, sorridenti e sempre disponibili. Passano continuamente tra i tavoli per assicurarsi che non manchi nulla e chiedono spesso se desideriamo qualcosa da bere: un servizio davvero attento. Anche il manager del ristorante merita una nota di merito per la grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un altro punto di forza sono i ragazzi che lavorano in spiaggia: ogni giorno sono disponibili e pronti ad aiutare, anche portando i materassi e sistemando le postazioni. È evidente che ci tengono a offrire un servizio curato e a rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti il più confortevole possibile. Molto molto buono il cibo all’interno del ristorante alla carta Nino’s con camerieri gentili e super disponibili, portate ottime molto simili al cibo italiano. In generale, abbiamo incontrato persone che lavorano con passione e che riescono a trasmettere sempre gentilezza e un sorriso, nonostante il ritmo di lavoro.

L’unico vero tasto dolente è stato il cibo. La scelta ci è sembrata piuttosto ripetitiva, dove abbiamo trovato praticamente sempre le stesse proposte. Inoltre, molti piatti erano eccessivamente speziati e abbiamo trovato poco pesce, cosa che ci aspettavamo maggiormente considerando la posizione del resort sul Mar Rosso. Molto buona, invece, la serata dedicata al seafood, che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Anche i punti snack avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia dei locali. Lo stesso vale per il bar della piscina, dove purtroppo la qualità del cibo ci è sembrata piuttosto scadente. L’unica eccezione sono stati i gelati, che abbiamo trovato buoni.

Établissement à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles, service irréprochable, toujours aux petits soins avec le sourire, hôtel très confortable. De la nourriture aux boissons, tout était parfait. Un spot de Snorkelling top . Nous avons apprécié tout particulièrement le professionnalisme de Ahmed Ismail qui a prit le soin chaque jours de prendre des nouvelles et qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait, bravo continuez comme ça 👍 👏👍👏.

Out stay in JAZ Solaya was great. Resort has everything you need for a great holiday. Beach is wonderful and we enjoyed snorkeling. Our child enjoyed Aqua Park. Room was spacious and very clean. Food was of high quality, though a bit lacking variety for breakfast. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Entertainment was great. Special thanks to Ahmed Ismail who greeted us at check in, cared for us during the stay and came personally to see us off with a special present. He even cared for checking with us after our stay. I highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful sea and shore. Exciting snorkeling activities. The aqua park is amazing. Staff are very helpful and cheerful. Animation team is professional and magic world shows are various. I would like to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to the incredible team at Jaz Solaya, especially the reception and guest relations team. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality, professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional care . A very special thank you to Ahmed Ismael and Abd El Rahman from Guest Relations. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly valued as guests. Their attention to each detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a huge difference in our stay. They are a true asset to the hotel and Jaz chain . I also want to give a huge thank you to Mohamed and Sayed, at the Pool Bar and Main Lobby Bar. Their service and beverage-making skills were excellent, especially their Makkadiko and cappuccino with their only signature . They consistently served everything with a smile, and with pleasure , our experience in the three al carte restaurants was outstanding especially their italian resturant and their super chief Mohamed . Also i would thank taha and Mohamed in housekeeping for always making our room clean . The atmosphere was perfect

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und es gefällt uns ausgezeichnet. Die Deluxe‑Zimmer liegen sehr nah am Aqua‑Park, aber trotzdem ruhig an einem zweiten Pool, abseits vom belebten Hauptpool. Das Frühstücksrestaurant und die Tauchbasis sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Service und Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, die Zimmer geräumig und angenehm. Uns gefällt es hier einfach sehr gut – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel gefällt uns insgesamt sehr gut, aber der Fitnessraum könnte besser sein. Die Geräte sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Vergleich dazu ist der Fitnessraum im Nachbarhotel wesentlich moderner und besser ausgestattet. Für sportlich aktive Gäste wäre eine Aktualisierung der Geräte eine große Verbesserung.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la bienveillance de l'ensemble des membres du personnel. Nous avons eu la chance d'être accompagné par Mohamed qui a supervisé toutes nos demandes pendànt notre séjour tant pour nos réservations de restaurants que dans nos petits soucis médicaux. Encore un grand merci Mohamed. L'hôtel est très propre,, les extérieurs très bien entretenus et la literie confortable. Les repas sont dans l ensemble variés et plutôt bons mais nous sommes francais :-).. il y a un grand choix de cocktails qui sont bons et nous avons particulièrement apprécié les prendre sur le rooftop où nous pouvions profiter de beaux couchers de soleil sur les montagnes. Nous étions aussi chouchoutés à la petite piscine par l'équipe, encore merci à vous pour votre gentillesse et d'avoir pris soin de nous. Le reef avec son accès par le ponton à toute proximité est un vrai atout avec un accès facile à de magnifiques coraux et de variétés de poissons. Nous avons même pu voir des dauphins dans la baie. Ce fût un très beau séjour et encore merci à tout le staff des personnes qui entretiennent les extérieurs, qui font que nous retrouvons chaque jour nos chambres agréablement décorées et propres à ceux qui nous accueillaient chaque matin, midi et soir pour nos apéritifs et nos repas.

Ce qui mériterait d'être amélioré est l'animation qui malheureusement n'est pas à la hauteur de tout le reste hormis les soirées pool et beach party. Les animations dans la journée sont elles aussi vraiment peu présentes. La gestion à la réception est aussi à parfaire car sans l'intervention de Mohamed nous avions souvént des difficultés à obtenir ce que nous souhaitons.

As for this hotel—what an amazing atmosphere and top-notch service; we couldn't have asked for better. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the drinks were premium quality. There were entertainers for the kids and clean pools—simply perfect. An amazing experience; we’ll be back next year.

Struttura in ottima posizione con accesso diretto alla barriera dalla spiaccia di fronte; stanza spaziosa e pulita; cambio asciugamani spiaggia tutti i giorni; acquapark gratuito adiacente al resort; servizi e attenzione al cliente top. Diving con personale competente ed esperto, suggerisco gita in barca, si possono vedere delfini, tartarughe e dugongo.

It's actually the second time to visit a Jazz hotel in Marsa Alam, the beach and the pools were amazing, the snorkeling area also was fantastic , we have been able th swim with dolphins once. And we swam with the sea turtle many times, the reefs are breathtaking. Food also is great and variable. Rooms are also great we had a sea view room it was really beautiful, the rooms need more lighting it was abit dark specially when we wanted to dress at dinner. Other than that the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect the view , the sea , the pools, the food was so nice with alot of variety and high quality and the staff was so helpful and welcomming especially mr mohamed tarek .... this is the best stay in marsa alam surely will be repeated soon

Absolutely magnificent stay, from the hospitality of all the staff, the buffet, ala carte food, bars and the ammenities we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Jaz Solaya and will be returning when next possible! The Hotel itself was modern and offered everything you needed, wonderful pristine pools, clean well presented eating locations, very relaxing comfy banana lounges and lots of bars to grab a cold beer! It had beautifully manicured grass and beautiful gardens. Easy access beach and coral reefs via footpaths to everything. I unfortunately got Cairo Belly at a location before I arrived (not the hotels fault) , the staff went above an beyond to help me, bringing me fruit and easy to digest goods, water and tea, the olivio staff also made me a wonderful mint lemon teas to help me and the staff checked on my welfare a lot. The food at buffet offered a huge tasty selection and the wait staff were super friendly and professional! The Ala Carte restaurant Sofra was an amazing experience of Egyptian dining! The hotel even graced us by giving us a wonderful dinner when we came in late from our flight at 2am and one time after our night dive when the buffet had closed going out of there way to help us when they didn’t have to! The attached house reef just walking distance from the hotel was accessible via the beach or a short walk to the beautiful pier, it offered an abundance of marine wild life, we saw lot of fish and alive coral, turtles and sea cows from just snorkelling there alone. The attached divers centre offered simply amazing eco tourism with Scuba Diving for all levels of dive qualifications. The Night dive with Monty was a truly spectacular experience! Overall I cannot fault the holiday here whatsoever! I would recommend this place to any freind or family looking to stay near Marsa Alam! Ps the crepes at the snack bar after a day’s snorkelling was 10/10 Thankyou Jaz Solaya Staff for everything!

Super poloha, luxusní vybavení, úžasn é šnorchlování, vstřícný personál.

La perfezione. Standard elevatissimi, un servizio che definirei 6 stelle. Attenzione alla sicurezza estrema. Il Jaz Solaya si trova insieme ad altri resort nella bellissima Baia di Coraia totalmente isolato dall’esterno. All’ingresso del complesso c’è un impeccabile sistema di vigilanza. All’interno un mondo fatato. Il Jaz Solaya, tra tutti, è il resort con la migliore posizione. Ha una grande spiaggia di sabbia da cui si può entrare in mare senza uso di scarpette. Guardando il mare sulla destra un pontile per un comodo accesso alla barriera corallina, addirittura diviso in due diramazioni, una per il diving, una per lo snorkeling, anche qui la massima attenzione alla sicurezza. Bagnini ovunque, uno persino su una piattaforma galleggiante in mezzo al mare sempre balneabile perché la baia è molto riparata dai venti. Piscine bellissime, spettacoli serali eccellenti, in particolare uno in spiaggia con esibizione di artisti del fuoco e discoteca con schermo interattivo straordinario. Passeggiata panoramica sul mare lunga e bellissima. È possibile usufruire dei servizi anche degli altri hotel del gruppo Jaz. Cucina internazionale varia e buona. Ristoranti alla carta inclusi nel pacchetto. Noi abbiamo provato Sofra, quello orientale davvero ottimo, e l’Italiano Nino’s più internazionalizzato ma comunque gradevole. Diving 5 stelle che ci ha recato un piccolo problema per il pagamento splendidamente risolto dal nostro personal manager dell’accoglienza Mohamed. Camerieri di rara gentilezza. Mance gradite ma assolutamente non pretese. Camera 2251 grande, con splendido panorama sul mare, pulita perfettamente dal meraviglioso Eza. Acqua in bottiglia a disposizione sempre, ottimo frigobar, accappatoi, teli mare di spugna pregiata cambiati a seconda delle esigenze personali, biancheria da letto eccellente. Cuscini forse un po’ troppo alti ma non ho chiesto se avessero una scelta più vasta.

حقيقى ولا غلطة . مقابلة ومعاملة راقية وشيك من قبل الوصول مستر محمد طارق اهتمام ومتابعة طول فترة الاقامه (شوبيك لوبيك ) كان عيد جوزانا وبعت تورته فى الغرفة واطباق فاكهة و مستر عبد الرحمن مدير الريسبشن عملنا ابجريد للغرفة وكانت باطلالة حلوة جدا وطبعا سرعة التسكين. والبولمان ا مينا راحل جميل وبشوش وطبعا استاف هايل فى كل مكان فى الفندق صعب نذكر اسم حد لان بجد كلهم ذوق جدا وطبعا بحر تحفة وجودة الاكل ممتازة . والنظافة ولا غلطة والمطاعم المتخصصة رحنا السى هورس والايطالى وكانوا ممتازين

Vacanza perfetta. Accoglienza ottima, personale gentile e cortese. Un grazie speciale a Omar che ci ha accolto e assistito durante la vacanza, e a Amed che ha sempre pulito perfettamente la nostra camera. Cucina varia, belle cene al ristorante Olivo. Acqua park per le nostre nipotine. Posizione eccellente, vicino all 'areoporto. Spiaggia e piscine aree verdi ben curate.

Het hele resort was erg netjes, mooi en groen. De medewerkers heel servicegericht en vriendelijk. De faciliteiten zijn erg goed geregeld, de kamers schoon, ruim en fijne bedden. Je bent van alle gemakken voorzien op dit resort. Veel keuze uit eten en drinken en als klap op de vuurpijl ook nog toegang tot een waterpark waar je je kunt vermaken.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Hotelpersonal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen! ⭐️😊

Das Essen war super und das Personal auch. Die Lage war auch toll, wir haben sogar Schildkröten beim Schnorcheln beim Hausriff gesehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

L'emplacement est génial pour le snorkeling ! 🤩 Mohamed Tarek le responsable client est vraiment au Top, il s'occupe tres bien de ses clients. Mille mercis Tarek ! L'ensemble du personnel est au petit soin, tous tres gentils et serviables. Le complexe est très propre et les jardins sont magnifiques 🤩 Les restaurants a la carte sont vraiment tres bons Nous reviendrons !

Dans la chambre famille vue mer, les lits enfants ne sont pas adaptés aux adolescents. Pas de toilettes sur la plage. Les activités laissées a disposition des clients, comme les boules de pétanques, les fléchettes et autres sont enlevés à 17h ... dommage car plus d'activités à faire avec les adolescents. Aucune chips, cacahuètes ou olives pour l'aperitifs. Tarifs taxi tres chers.

Tout était parfait 🤩 Le personnel est au petit soin, bienveillant et adorable ! Les buffets sont variés et excellents, le cadre magnifique et le snorkeling depuis la jetée fabuleux ! L’accès à la plage dans la baie au calme avec un enfant en bas âge est top

- der Wasserpark Aqua Coraya - die Außenanlagen waren top gepflegt (der Rasen ist der Wahnsinn) - beheizter Pool (der rechteckige) - Personal durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit - 1x Gratis a la Carte Restaurant (Momo > asiatisch) - Buffetrestaurant Olives war etwas persönlicher und nicht ganz so überlaufen - Kidsdisco um 19:30 Uhr - keine 10 Min vom Flughafen entfernt - Port Ghalib direkt im nächsten Ort (10 Min.) - Abu Dababb 25 Min Fahrt, Marsa Mubarak 15 Min Fahrt - Essen und Trinken war alles geniesbar und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit der Verdauung

- die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich total in Ordnung, aber es ist halt der ägyptische 5* Standard und nicht mit deutschen Standards vergleichbar, dh die Zimmer waren funktional und sauber, aber jetzt nicht luxuriös oder so

Als wiederkehrende Gäste wussten wir, dass uns ein tolles Hotel am Strand erwartet. Sehr entspannt, wirklich ideal zum Abschalten. Zu Ostern eher familienmäßig orientiert, was für uns mit Kindern ideal war. Viele, viele Aktivitäten: Vor allem der Rutschenpark hinter dem Hotel ist unvergleichlich, riesig und natürlich inklusive. Es gibt ein paar hundert Meter entfernt einen "Dorfplatz", auf dem jeden Abend Shows geboten werden. Sehr freundliches Personal überall. Viel Platz an den drei Pools und am Strand, es war immer genug frei. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit gigantischem Buffet und schöner Terrasse. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Fantastische, luxuriöse Hotelanlage direkt am Meer, jede Menge Strand mit Schnorchelstrecke am Riff entlang (viele bunte Fische und sogar Schildkröten). Drei Pools mit schöner Café-Bar, nicht aufdringliche Animation. Hervorragendes Restaurant mit unendlich vielen Optionen. Sehr freundliches Personal überall. Am Ufer entlang eine schöne Joggingstrecke: etwa 6 km, wenn man alles abläuft. Kleiner, aber guter Fitnessraum. Stege über das Riff, von denen man sehr bequem die Fische beobachten kann. Die meisten Gäste kommen pauschal (viele Deutsche zu Ostern). Wir hatten über Booking direkt gebucht und hatten eine persönliche Betreuung per Whatsapp: wunderbar!

Es gibt wirklich nicht viel, was man kritisieren könnte. Höchstens, dass der Urlaub zu schnell vorbei war: Wir kommen wieder!

The room was super comfortable, clean, and kept in great condition. Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing stay. Nach einem notwendigen Hotelwechsel konnten wir unseren restlichen Urlaub rundum genießen. Das zuvor gebuchte Malikia Resort Abu Dabbab entsprach leider überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen - ganz sicher kein 5 Sterne Niveau - , weshalb wir uns zu einem Wechsel entschieden haben. Umso mehr haben wir den anschließenden Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel geschätzt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den ausgezeichneten Service von Achim. Bereits vor unserer Anreise nahm er über WhatsApp Kontakt mit uns auf und sorgte so von Anfang an für eine sehr persönliche Betreuung. Während unseres Aufenthalts erkundigte er sich mehrfach, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei oder ob wir noch Wünsche hätten. Zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubs verabschiedete er uns persönlich und überreichte uns sogar ein kleines Geschenk – eine sehr aufmerksame und wertschätzende Geste. Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank. Auch darüber hinaus hat uns das Hotel überzeugt: Die Speisen und Getränke waren sehr gut, die gesamte Anlage ist ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die schönen Poolanlagen, die sehr gepflegt und sauber sind und zum Entspannen einladen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft und ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Ein kleines Bakschisch wurde von den Mitarbeitern dankbar angenommen, jedoch zu keiner Zeit eingefordert, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns herzlich beim gesamten Team.

I recently returned from a stay at Jaz Solaya, and I can honestly say it was one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Why I highly recommend this hotel: * The Staff: This is the hotel's biggest strength. Everyone, from the reception to the pool bar servers, was incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about our comfort. A special shout-out to the animation team for keeping the energy high! * The House Reef: If you love snorkeling, this is the place to be. The access to the bay is super easy, and the underwater life is breathtaking. We saw turtles, rays, and a huge variety of colorful fish right by the hotel. * Food & Dining: I was impressed by the quality and variety of the food. Every night had a different theme, and the ingredients were always fresh. The desserts were a highlight – truly delicious! * Cleanliness & Comfort: Our room was spotless and cleaned daily with great attention to detail (we loved the creative towel animals!). The gardens and pool areas are also meticulously maintained. * The Vibe: It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Whether you want to chill by the quiet pool or join the water aerobics, there’s something for everyone. Summary If you are looking for a place with excellent service, a stunning coral reef, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, book Jaz Solaya. I am already planning my return trip for next year!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, sehr bemüht. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir haben alles gegessen und getrunken (Sushi, Obst, Gemüse) und wir hatten keine Magenverstimmungen. Der Riff ist bewacht, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, wir werden bestimmt wieder hinfahren.

Alles war bestens.

Super établissement, nourriture excellente, tout le monde a sa place à la piscine et à la plage. Le personnel est très aimable.

Lobby mit Bar mit wenig Ambiente und abends sehr laut, schöner aber frischer (Ende Februar) ist es aber auf der Terrasse. Ansonsten alles bestens, wir waren aber nur eine Nacht im Hotel

Hervorragender Service, super Lage am Strand, tolles Hausriff, sehr leckeres Essen, sehr nettes Personal.

Kids Club ist dünn besetzt, wenig Programm

Super gepflegte Anlage an einer schönen Bucht mit eigenem Riff. Essen mit sehr guter Qualität und sehr lecker. Personal total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt.

Einziger Punkt den man noch etwas verbessern könnte wäre die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer.

La pulizia , l’efficienza e la disponibilità dello staff in particolare di Tarek alla reception. Ci ha accolto e ci ha coccolato per tutto il soggiorno Accontentandoci in tutte le nostre richieste.. Il resort è fantastico, la cucina ed il suo buffet è veramente vario e non ci si stanca mai.. La struttura presenta numerose attività sia nel pomeriggio che nella sera. JAZ це про комфорт і відмінний сервіс. Місце де вас зустрічають з приємним компліментом в номері у вигляді солодкого і пляшки вина, а проводжають з сувенірами в якості подарунків на згадку. Це був мій перший самостійний тур в Марса Алам. Найбільше хвилювалася за трансфер з аеропорту, але після бронювання номеру зі мною зв'язалася Tanja з готелю, відповіла на всі питання, організувала трансфер. За що їй велике дякую.В аеропорту нас зустріли і швидко доставили в готель. На рецепшені нас привітно зустріли і без затримок заселили в номер. Номер був доволі просторий, з видом на басейн і частково на море. Готель працює по системі all-inclusive, і кожен може знайти їжу за смаком. Були і м'ясні і рибні, і вегетаріанські страви. Був також день морепродуктів, коли можно було спробувати креветки на грилі, кальмарів, крабів. Кожного вечора була цікава шоу-программа, а протягом дня розважали аніматори, також були різні ігри на території як-то дартс чи боча. Команда аніматорів молодці, не нав'язливі, але все одно до кінця відпочинку ти знаєш майже кожного на ім'я :) Окремої уваги заслуговує пляж при готелі. Він великий, піщаний, розташований зовсім поряд з готелем. Так як це бухта, то вітрів так притаманних зимовому Єгипту тут зовсім не відчуваєш. Нам було комфортно і засмагати і плавати у лютому місяці, хоча він вважається чи не найхолоднішим. Також є красивий риф з коралами, але він загороджений, так як готель дбає про збереження флори і фауни Червоного моря. Поплавати поряд з рифом можно з понтону, а також є екскурсії для любителів дайвінгу. В цілому тільки позитивні враження від готелю. Відпочинок сподобався на всі 100%, вся команда дійсно дбає про комфорт гостей, де б то не було, і на пляжі, і в барі, в ресторані, і в номері тут можно розраховувати на першокласний сервіс. Sehr sauberes, schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Essen lecker und das Angebot mit Rutschenparadies etc. gigantisch. Tanjas Fürsorge als Gästebetreuerin war auch fantastisch!

Zum Teil sehr laute Gäste, die dann nachts unverschämt werden, wenn man sie bittet sich stiller zu verhalten. Sehr hellhörige Gänge. Das Animationsprogramm war mir persönlich dieses Jahr zu laut (am Pool, Valentinstag, während der Kinderdisco)… Gegen Ende schienen in Polen Ferien gewesen zu sein und es wurde sehr, sehr voll. Das Personal kam nicht mehr so hinterher und auch gab es Gedränge am Buffet. 25€ pro Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel, finde ich für 9Min Fahrt auch recht viel, aber Leben und leben lassen :-)

Everything was perfect. All the staff are very nice, friendly and smiling. Everywhere is perfectly clean and the food is really good. The pools and the aquapark are heated. Beautiful coral reef where you can see turtles.

Ho trascorso 10 giorni di vacanza a gennaio e sono stata davvero bene. Bella la struttura, bello il mare e un ringraziamento speciale alla Sig.ra Tanja che si preoccupa del benessere degli ospiti.

Personnel très agréable, tous à votre service, à toute heure. Repas qualité rare dans les hôtels du monde entier. Merci Omar particulièrement pour son dévouement et contact exemplaire.

Персонал всегда очень быстро реагировал на все просьбы и пожелания. Отель очень красивый, ухоженный, номера чистые, нет претензий ни к чему. Кухня на высшем уровне. Каждый найдет себе блюда на свой вкус. Еда очень разнообразная, много фруктов. Для малышей всегда можно еду для их возраста. В номерах всегда есть питьевая вода в бутылках, чаи, чайник. В ванной комнате гель для душа, шампунь и лосьон для тела после загара, который был очень кстати, в больших объемах. Белые полотенца меняют каждый день во время уборки номеров, как и полотенца для пляжей (меняют по вечерам). Фен в ванной комнате также имеется. Имеются детские кроватки в номерах и стульчики для малышей в ресторанах. Пляжи большие по площади, чистые, много мест для отдыха, никогда не было проблем найти хорошее место с шезлонгом. Совершенно нет москитов. Возле именно этого отеля находится большой песчаный пляж с мелководным заливом. Пляж и залив естественный, песочек мягкий, светлый, плавают рыбки, для малышей он идеальный. Пляж граничит с коралловой плитой, по которой ходить запрещено. Но с этого пляжа можно пройти по мелководью дальше, где залив набирает глубину (метров 50) и там уже наслаждаться снорклингом. Либо можно обойти по пляжу и по пирсу со стороны JAZ Lamaya пройти к месту спуску в воду уже на глубине. На пляжах есть аниматоры, которые устраивают активный досуг для отдыхающих, по вечерам в помещении возле ресепшен проводят мероприятия для детей, а после различные музыкальные выступления. Большое количество персонала всегда поможет с любым вопросом. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру по работе с персоналом Тарелку, который всегда был на связи и решал все наши вопросы. Приеду сюда ещё раз и всем рекомендую этот отель.

The bay where the hotel is located is fantastic. There are seven hotels, all connected to each other, and you can walk for several kilometers. You can always find a spot sheltered from the wind, even on the beach, and enjoy beautiful swims in the sea. Special thanks to the hotel's entertainment staff: MaMo, Hisham, Ruby, Anija, Bassant, Paula, Pesha, and everyone else. With their cheerfulness and professionalism, they made our holiday wonderful. The food was excellent, with a wide variety every day. The staff was always very kind, helpful, and professional. Plus, everything was very clean and well-maintained.

I only suggest installing toilets near the beach.

We had a perfect vacation in Jaz Solaya. Big and clean family room, heated pool, daily shows in the evenings, amazing reef beach and huge aqua park. Also Mohamed Tarek from guest relation made our trip great for our family by taking care all our needs. Highly recommended.

Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel JAZ Solaya. Der Transfer vom Flughafen dauerte nur 10 Minuten. Die Bucht ist traumhaft schön zum schnorcheln und tauchen. Am Strand und auch am Pool gab es immer genügend freie Liegen. Die Zimmer und die Hotelanlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch der dazugehörige Wasserpark war perfekt für unsere Kinder. Das Essen hat lecker geschmeckt und war abwechslungsreich; das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum ein tolles Hotel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Jaz hotels are always the right choice when it comes to family vacation, but in particular jaz solaya exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect we had fun throughout the day as well as a great quality relaxation vacation. Snorkelling, beach facilities, food, the room, aqua-park, night shows all were excellent..What made our stay even more special was the great hospitality of Mr Mohamed Ali from the guests relation. He was super helpful and respectful to us and did his best to satisfy the guests and make our stay memorable.. We will come again because of him.
