Things can do much better. Like the prices of the hotel. ( taxi, special drinks of the hotel, the excursions that you ca do etc…)The food not many choices. The drinks are not so good. The diden’t ask the kids do do something.

Our stay at JAZ Lamaya was absolutely wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful greenery all around. The staff are extremely friendly and always make sure that you and your family are enjoying your vacation. The variety and quality of the food are what truly distinguish this hotel. None of us experienced any stomach issues during our stay, which is a great plus. The Wi-Fi connection is good throughout the resort, even on the beach. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. A special thanks to Mr. Ayman, the General Manager, who is always keen to ensure that guests are enjoying their stay. Mr. Soliman, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, for his excellent follow-up and attention. Chef Antar, who did a great job checking with us during meals and making sure any special requests were taken care of. Tarek and Ala at the restaurant, for always doing their best to make sure we were well served. John at the front desk, who always welcomes you with a smile whenever you meet him. And Abd-Dala from Housekeeping, for his daily effort and excellent service. Thank you all for making our vacation such a memorable one. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again!

The hotel and our room was very clean and the foods are tasty. Our sons (6 and 8 years) loved the aquapark and the pools. Staff was friendly from all segment of the hotel. All of the time we feel ourself in safe and in peace. In the reception we always get the answer for our question and help if we needed. We hope we will go next time again.

Great hotel, very close to the airport (about 10 minutes away). Since there is a water park within the Jaz hotel complex, the Lamaya hotel grounds don't feel overcrowded. There is plenty of space on the beach. However, the real highlight lies beneath the water's surface, accessible via a fantastic jetty that leads right to a coral reef! It’s impossible to describe—you simply have to see it for yourself!

We just returned from an excellent stay at Jaz Lamaya with my family, and we have absolutely nothing to complain about.Everything from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless rooms was top-notch. The food selection at the main restaurant was delicious with plenty of variety for both adults and kids.The resort grounds and pool areas are beautiful and well maintained , the animation team kept everyone entertained without being pushy.A special shoutout to the staff from every department specially from main restaurant, who go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We cannot wait to return!

The hotel service is of a very high standard; everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. At reception, we were welcomed with a drink and a cooling face towel. We arrived around midnight, and a meal was waiting for us in the main restaurant. There is always something going on at the hotel, with interesting attractions to enjoy. I really liked the option to go diving right off the beach pier. If you enjoy water parks, this one will meet your expectations—it’s great. We dined at the *Morgana* à la carte restaurant, and the food was exquisite—far superior to that of the main restaurant. As for downsides, there is just one: the food in the main restaurant is mediocre. While the selection is better at dinner, the breakfasts and lunches are monotonous. I have stayed at other hotels and the selection was much more interesting. All in all, I highly recommend a stay at this hotel; the standard is excellent. I recommend the rooms with a pool view. I would like to thank the staff for a wonderful holiday—best regards.

A fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff – from the reception team and bar staff to the housekeeping team. The food was delicious, and the entire hotel was very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The entertainment was great as well! The animation team was amazing – always cheerful, smiling, energetic, and funny. They really created a wonderful atmosphere and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel 100%!

It’s truly one of the best hotels I. Marsa alam region , I was there with my family for two days and it was fantastic, the staff are very friendly and professional, food was very nice and big variety, everything there was just fantastic.

Stayed for a family holiday and have multiple feedbacks: Check in : Fast, arranged rooms so no waiting time at all and it was good after 10 hrs of travel so thanks to Mr. Mostafa Nasser front desk manager who made my life easy and give us an orientation about the hotel facilities and timings. Rooms: We had 2 rooms pool view, was good but we had ac problem in one of the rooms which made me communicate with Reception team and met Mr. Sherif Gamal deputy General manager who decided to move us from both rooms to another rooms and it was a really nice upgrade as it was amazing sea view with a complementary free dinner in Morgana restaurant which is really nice so thanks to Mr Sharif and Mr Mostafa so polite, descent, fast problem solving and outstanding professional attitude which made our stay amazing stay. Restaurant : Every day there is a different type of cuisine, chef Mohammed Hasan did a great job for offering us a marvelous experience in different dishes. His recipe is seafood soup and seafood plates are crazy good😀. Restaurant team Alaa, Ibrahim, Yousef and all the team was really helpful and smile never let you alone and assist you everywhere. Recreational activities : Crazy good, every day lots of activities so my teenager boys like it so much water ball, darts, Ping bong, volleyball, football, yoga, Zumba and etc. So thanks to Mido, Mohamed, Omar and Yasso. For me and my wife : Beach is really nice and pure in early morning and sunset Free Snorkeling spot inside the hotel is really charming, we could see lots of colorful fish near us. Diving activities as well. Kids club : My little kid likes kids club activities and multiple shows thanks to the team. So really appreciate all team efforts to make our stay lovely, I would recommend Jaz Lamaya for sure.

Hotel 100/100 Service 200/200 The only request is for the access to the sea to be adapted for disabled people. This is the only thing I would add.

It was truly a pleasure staying at Jaz Lamaya Resort. I had a wonderful experience, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you and the entire team for the warm hospitality, professionalism, and excellent service throughout my stay. I’ll try to break it down into a few points :) 1. A really nice welcome—a pleasant surprise. 2. Great connecting rooms; they were clean and restocked with bottled water daily. 3. It’s clear that hotel management cares about making the stay enjoyable, but there are three areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience: 1. No cocktail menus at the bars; it’s easier if you already know what a Piña Colada or Mai Tai is (from other trips). 2. I’d retrain three-quarters of the waiters and entertainment staff. The entertainers showed a lack of respect for the hotel's original song (e.g., the 10 AM morning kickoff)—making ironic faces and snickering showed disrespect not just for the song, but for the guests too. Meanwhile, waiters would disappear for 2–3 hours, and even tipping didn't help. 3. Perhaps the hotel rates should be raised. Or maybe we just happened to be there at the same time as a rowdy, unruly group that kept singing late into the night. Seriously, there are plenty of events during the day for both kids and everyone else (like the Thursday parties). I don't know why the late-night singing was necessary. There’s also a fantastic diving center :) We’d love to come back someday, but next time we’ll try visiting in the autumn :)

Struttura super accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, lo staff gentile premuroso e disponibile. Ampia scelta per quanto riguarda la cucina, ovviamente internazionale. Davvero tutto meraviglioso. Ogni giorno attività diverse, feste in piscina, gonfiabili, spettacoli anche in pieno pomeriggio.

Il resort si trova in una baia, dove il mare di fronte al resort non è accessibile per scogli e coralli appuntiti. Bisogna camminare circa 400m andare nella spiaggia di un altro resort, ma della stessa catena e lì si può entrare comodamente a piedi. Ma comunque davanti al resort è presente il pontile, quindi non dimenticate la maschera!

Excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning coral reef. I travel alone quite often, and I always feel safe here. The Reception Manager, Mr. Harb, is exceptional. Whenever I need anything, I simply ask him, and he is always happy to help. He is a wonderful person with a big heart who truly cares about the guests. The entire staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I always enjoy coming back and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect for our family, especially for our 12 and 15-year-olds. ​Service & Support: A special thank you to Mr. Mostafa for his outstanding support from arrival to departure. We also truly appreciated the Entertainment Team; they were present from morning till the evening shows, working tirelessly with genuine smiles and love to keep everyone happy. ​Dining & Cleanliness: The food variety and quality were excellent. The restaurant staff, including the Chef who personally oversees every detail, were incredibly professional. Housekeeping also maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. ​Activities & Location: The beach snorkeling and pools were great, but we loved that all the resort's activities were perfect for our kids. Being inside the Coraya complex was a huge plus—having the Aqua Park just outside the hotel grounds was ideal, as it kept our hotel peaceful while ensuring the kids had constant fun. ​Highly recommended for a stress-free family vacation!

The stay was fantastic. The service everywhere was top-notch. The food was delicious. It was great to try the local cuisine. The desserts surprised me. They were colorful and delicious. The dishes were fresh. The staff was easy and friendly. I recommend it and will definitely visit again.

Our family stayed at this hotel in July 2026, room 2154 and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by everyone, from the security staff to the reception and bell team. Check-in was completed within minutes, and my request for a ground-floor room (made during booking due to special circumstances) was fully honored. The room was exactly as described, very clean, well prepared, and we were welcomed with complimentary fruits and nuts. The bathroom was fully stocked with all essential toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh pastries, delicious desserts, a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, and outstanding service. A special thank you to the omelet chef, who made a beautiful cartoon-shaped omelet for my little daughter and made her day. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire main restaurant service team for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and warm, welcoming attitude toward all guests. Their genuine friendliness and constant willingness to help made every meal a truly enjoyable experience. The swimming pools were spotless, and we appreciated that children were allowed to enjoy them until around 7:30 PM, unlike many other resorts that require guests to leave much earlier during the summer months. A very special thank you to the Executive Chef, who personally supervised the restaurant and was always present to assist guests and ensure everything ran smoothly. When I casually asked about Molokhia for my daughter—even though it was not included in that day's menu—he immediately offered to prepare it especially for her without us even requesting it. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects exceptional hospitality. I would also like to thank the reception team, the accounts department, and the Reception Manager for their professionalism and efficiency in helping me modify my reservation from five nights to three due to unexpected personal circumstances. The entire process was handled within minutes with genuine care and outstanding customer service. My appreciation also goes to the hotel doctor, who kindly examined my daughter after she accidentally bumped into a chair while running. I would also like to thank the hardworking staff at the beach kiosks for serving delicious pizza, sandwiches, drinks, and ice cream with genuine kindness and efficiency. Finally, many thanks to the team at the main bar, who served our drinks every evening with remarkable speed and friendliness, always accompanied by snacks that made our evenings even more enjoyable. This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating—and, in my opinion, it deserves an extra star for the exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine smiles shown by every member of the staff. Suggestions for improvement: Thursday's lunch and dinner buffet was by far the best during our stay in terms of quality, variety, and taste. I hope the hotel can maintain this outstanding standard every day, as the meals served on the other days did not quite reach the same level. I also hope the quality of food at the main covered beach restaurant returns to the excellent standard it maintained in previous years. A lifeguard should be present at every swimming pool at all times to further enhance guest safety. Larger umbrellas around the swimming pools would provide better shade and improve guests' comfort, especially during the hottest hours of the day.

We had a fantastic stay at Jaz Lamaya and would happily return. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The rooms and all public areas were spotless, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes every day. There was something for everyone, and we were very impressed with the quality. The only small downside was that there were no small bottles of water available in the room or around the hotel. Having complimentary bottled water more readily available would make the stay even better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Jaz Lamaya to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service, great food, and a beautiful, clean environment.

Our vacation at the Jaz Lamaya Hotel was perfect. Immediately upon arrival, a very helpful receptionist attended to us; we received our all-inclusive wristbands right away and were able to go straight to breakfast while our room was being prepared. The rooms were clean and tastefully furnished. We never lacked anything—be it towels, water, or toilet paper. Our "room boy" Ali, created beautiful towel art in our room every day, and his cleaning was impeccable. The food was amazing. There was plenty of everything, and supplies were constantly replenished. Virtually every cuisine was represented—from pizza, sushi, and tzatziki to schnitzel—and everything was delicious. There was a huge selection of fruit, and the desserts were simply heavenly. Waiters were constantly moving around the pool area, serving drinks and tidying up. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, and the gardeners turned this place into a paradise on earth. Access to the sea was excellent: there was a sandy area with a gradual entry near the Jaz Solaya Hotel—ideal for non-swimmers and families with children—while the jetty offered amazing access to a vibrant coral reef where we swam with turtles every day. An absolutely ideal vacation. We would like to thank everyone—waiters, chefs, gardeners, housekeepers, and all other staff—for ensuring guests feel like they are in paradise. We wish you nothing but happy guests!!!

We stayed in 2 rooms for 5 nights each Location is superb The weather was supposed to be hotter than we expected BUT it was GREAT thanks god 😀 The service was amazing as we got 3 situations that the staff has gone far than thier jobs to get us the happiness and the joy we went there seeking for. There will be a special thanks to Mr. Mostafa nasser , Ms Marianna, and also Fahd the room boy. As those 3 persons not only doing thier jobs duties but they loves thier jobs and love the role of it. The food was great ... They are very skilled in the patisserie that's surprised me. Animation team was doing a great job but my kids loved the aqua park 😭😭 The kids club this year wes like a headache relief from the kids... Any parent would understand that. As also to mention a good thing we always forget a phone , a glasses, a hat and so but we were no worries about that as people their are honest. Was not my first visit and won't be the last.

The resort is quiet and has a lot of facilities, the place is nice but you have to know in advance that there is not possibility to go into the sea from its beach. There is the pier. The personnel was overall kind, nice, always at your service, they take care of you. The cleaning was satisfying.

Talking about food, there was the main restaurant, buffet where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is quite different everyday but not that much variety. Quality was not so satisfying. Pasta was often overcooked and we found fish often very poor quality. What I would have changed is elevators, there were no elevators in our complex, and if you're diving like everyday or just tired or sick you always have to drag oneself up the stairs unless your room is at ground floor of course. 5 star hotels must have elevators.

Perfect Holiday in a resort that makes you feel at home. No effort was to much to make us feel fully relaxed. The people did everything to please us . After many visits in Egypt , this Resort was one of the most positive resorts we ever have been. Only the shops in the region are to expensive against the shop in Hurghada anSharm el Sheik. But than you don't need to buy, if asked just say La Suckra that means no thank you..

I have been coming to Jaz Lamaya Hotel for many years. There are many other hotels nearby, but why do I always choose this one? First and foremost, because of the people and the staff – they are incredibly helpful, wonderful, and exceptionally kind. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire reception team, especially Mr. Harb, who is always very helpful and a truly kind-hearted person I would also like to thank the General Manager Ahmed , who always greets me in the morning with warmth, kindness, and a beautiful smile. Even though the hotel is very large, I never feel anonymous there. Thank you all very much for making every stay so special. I truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to coming back again and again.

This is a wonderful hotel with direct access to the beach and the reef, which you can admire from the pier. The hotel offers all the amenities you could need, and the staff is very friendly and professional, especially Mr. Harb, who was a great help to me during my stay. I really enjoyed the meals at the hotel restaurant, which served a wide selection of delicious dishes. It was a truly wonderful vacation.

The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful — just a short walk from a beautiful beach and the promenade, and conveniently close to the airport. The views are stunning and create a perfect holiday atmosphere. The overall vibe of the hotel is fantastic. There are plenty of attractions, and the Magic Team deserves special recognition. They take great care of both children and adults, and I truly admire their work. Mario, in particular, is an excellent animator who brings so much energy and joy to the guests. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Although it would be good to pay a bit more attention to details such as cleaning under the beds or washing the curtains from time to time, the housekeeping staff did a solid job overall. The restaurants, bars, and waiters were outstanding. The food was delicious, varied, and always fresh. There were also many activities for children and a fantastic aqua park, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of clear information regarding the use of facilities across the neighboring hotels. At Coral, I was told that the all‑inclusive package allowed access to all attractions, bars, and restaurants in the nearby hotels. However, on several occasions staff members asked for additional payment. It seemed to depend on the person you spoke to, which should not be the case. This policy needs to be clearly communicated and transparent for all guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and with clearer information about shared facilities, it would be truly perfect.

I stayed for four nights to dive the Red Sea, and Jaz Lamaya was ideal for proximity to Coraya Bay Divers. The grounds were immaculate, the staff were all super friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel helped me arrange a taxi both ways to Hurghada airport. The food was good, but I did find it a bit confusing to understand where the pool/beach menu was available (I was sent between the restaurant and the beach huts and ultimately just settled for what was available at the beach huts), and had difficulty trying to book an a la cart dinner at one of the other restaurants due to availability and the days they were open. Overall, a great value for money and I plan to return for my next Red Sea adventure.

Dalla reception al ragazzo della camera, quello della spiaggia e i ragazzi del ristorante principale, quello della spiaggia "Morgana" i chioschetti.. e poi Sherif Gamal sempre un amico.. ci ha aiutati in tutto e per tutto! the animators prepared a program for both younger and older adults, and their good mood was contagious. The sea was full of turtles and fish. The accommodation was beautiful, everything was clean, the food was perfect, everyone could choose and you could also taste local dishes, especially the pancakes that Hanna prepared fresh from the oven every day, they were luxurious, it was impossible to resist them.

Perfect location with a good ability for swimming. Very friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. The room which we occupied was just what we needed and with a nice view. It was handled professionally as well as whole hotel's area was kept really very clean. A good surprise for me was no noises from nearby airport. Summarizing for us a very good stay resting during 14 days. The only strange think was that we were forced by Coral Travel to pay ca. 150$ for aqua park which was outside the hotel and of course we didn't use it also because our age.

Accesso al mare un pò distante perchè bisogna aggirare la barriera ma pochi minuti a piedi

Magnifiques piscines et jardins parfaitement entretenus, restaurant principal et à la carte (Italien et Oriental), Aqua Park, animations musicales et spectacles au théâtre couvert, le Spa et les massages surplombant la mer, et surtout le ponton en face de notre chambre surplombant la baie et permettant d’accéder aux récifs protégés dans la baie pour des sorties en snorkelling exceptionnelles (visibilité de la majorité des poissons tropicaux de la Mer rouge, des raies et plusieurs tortues qui habitent dans la baie) ! Autres points forts : un club de plongée de qualité dans le Resort et une excellente localisation géographique pour des sorties à Port Ghalib en taxi et en bateau vers les plus beaux sites de la Mer Rouge (Baie de Mubarak, Dolphin house, Hamata Island, …).

Personnellement, « juste » 2 points d’amélioration pour se rapprocher d’une note maximale : - Le restaurant près de la baie propose un déjeuner / snacking peu varié et de faible qualité gustative. - Des « soirées DJ » tous les soirs de 23h à minuit par exemple après l’animation musicale et les danses classiques des animateurs !

Our stay at Lamaya Resort Marsa Alam by Jaz Group was honestly one of the best resort experiences we have ever had, and we travel a lot as a family from the United States. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single staff member made us feel welcomed, respected, safe, and truly at home. First, I want to personally thank the amazing reception team. Mr. Mohamed Harb, the Reception Manager, was incredibly professional, kind, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Mr. Nader, the Reservation Manager, also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Special thanks as well to Keroless and Elsam at the reception desk — they were always smiling, friendly, patient, and ready to help with anything we needed. The level of hospitality and professionalism from this team was exceptional and truly deserves recognition. The room we received was absolutely amazing and honestly much better than our original booking expectations. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and made our family vacation even more enjoyable. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Ibrahim, the Restaurant Manager. He was one of the kindest and most professional people we met during our stay. What touched us the most was how he treated our one-and-a-half-year-old child with genuine care and love, almost like his own child. As parents traveling with a toddler, that level of kindness means everything to us and made our vacation so much easier and more relaxing. The restaurant staff, beach bar staff, pool bar staff, and lobby bar staff were all incredibly friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Every single person greeted guests with a smile and treated everyone with warmth and kindness. You can really feel that the hotel management created a culture of hospitality and respect. I also want to send my sincere gratitude to the kitchen team. Huge thanks to Executive Chef Mr. Hosny, Chef Mr. Antier, and Chef Mr. Hassan. They were extremely professional, talented, and genuinely cared about food quality. The meals were delicious, fresh, healthy, and had a great international variety. Honestly, some of the dishes were restaurant-quality fine dining, especially the Alfredo pasta, which was outstanding. As a US citizen traveling with family during difficult times globally, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to us. At Lamaya Resort, we truly felt safe, relaxed, happy, and welcomed every single day. This resort genuinely felt like our second home. Since seven years, we have been enjoying the Jaz Lamaya Resort every year! When the day to depart arrives, you already plan to come back. In particular, that is also a place for children, who are so happy they would like to remain there all the year. Finally I have to remind that wonderful places, like Luxor, Karnak, Valley of Kings, Valley of Queens, Hatshepsut temple, and may other ancien egyptian monuments, are not too far from the resort. Definetely the Jaz Lamaya Resort is a beautiful and lovely place not to miss.

Hotel Jaz Lamaya resort is very beatifull, everything is clean, garden is breathtaking. Send beach with molo for snorkeling. We had lucky and in bay we saw a turtle and lots of beatigull fish and corals of course. Food was amazing too. Personal very nice. Including is aquapark near the hotel, so we really enjoyed our holiday. We will come back again!

We’ve just returned from an 8-day stay at Jaz Lamaya as a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids), and it was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful - very well maintained, full of greenery, and surrounded by lots of palm trees, which creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the grounds in such great condition. What really made our stay special, though, were the people. Every single member of staff deserves recognition - the entertainment team, bartenders, waiters, reception staff, gardeners, and cleaners. Everyone is incredibly friendly and hardworking. They clearly work long hours, yet always have a genuine smile and make everything look effortless, as if it’s a pleasure for them. The entertainment team is fantastic, especially for families. They do a great job keeping both adults and kids engaged throughout the day. A special mention goes to one of the animators - Jiecek - she’s an absolute volcano of energy. It’s impressive how enthusiastic and positive she is all the time. We also really enjoyed the mini disco for kids in the evenings. The team puts in a lot of effort to involve all children, even the shy ones, and creates a fun and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable joining in. Another noticeable improvement compared to our visit three years ago is the WiFi - it’s now much more reliable and works well across the hotel, which is a big plus. If there’s one small thing that could be improved, it would be the taste of the water provided in the rooms. It comes in glass bottles and is filtered (not factory-sealed), and while we were assured it is perfectly safe to drink, the taste is closer to tap water and not very pleasant. Overall, we highly recommend Jaz Lamaya to everyone, especially families looking for a fun, relaxing, and friendly place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back again.

Das Buffetessen war zu jeder Tageszeit lecker und vielfältig, auch für Vegetarier. Das Personal im Service absolut charmant und kinderfreundlich. Die Köche hervorragend. Allgemein war das Personal nicht nur freundlich, sondern fröhlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war tiptop sauber und gepflegt, die Gärtner und Unterhaltsarbeiter gaben alles. Reception hilfsbereit, Animation lustig, Badeaufsicht auf zack. Die Lage an der Bucht ist traumhaft. Der Strand sofort erreichbar, an einer Stelle flach abfallen - ideal für Kinder und Schwimm-Anfänger. Für Schnorchler/Taucher gibt es ein hauseigenes Riff mit Steg-Zugang. Wunderschöne bunte Fische, Schildkröte, Blaupunkt-Rochen etc. Wer lieber Pools mag, es gibt mehrere, auch beheizte. Der mit Sicht aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang gefiel uns besonders. Liegen am Pool und Strand gabs reichlich. Das Hotel gehört zu einer Anlage mit verschiedenen Resorts. In der Mitte gibts echt viele Souvenirläden zum Shoppen. Für alle Hotels inkl gibts einen grossen Aquapark. Tolle Rutschen für alle Könnerstufen plus Badeaufsicht. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wollen wiedermal kommen.

È il secondo anno che torniamo in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati sempre benissimo. Si trova a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto, personale sempre attento e gentile, struttura impeccabile, a disposizione anche l’acquapark a 100mt dal villaggio, perfetto per i bambini. Possibilità di entrare sia da spiaggia che dal pontile per vedere la barriera corallina. Animazione internazionale, la sera sempre spettacoli di danza. Super consigliato

Cibo un po’ ripetitivo ma comunque sempre di qualità

We spent one week in Jazz Lamaya Resort. The hotel is located near quite nice coral reef. The pier over it enables obesrvation of nature even without snorkling. Rooms are clean, quiet and cleaned every morning. Service is excellent, staff friendly. Food in restarants is really nice and diversified. Wine and other drinks acceptable. Overall, it was a wonderful time in perfect plays and nice weather.

Our vacation was perfect. The bay is wonderful for snorkeling : there are beautiful corals, fishes and turtles. The staff is kind , food is delicious and varied . The water park is great. Rooms are large ,comfortable,clean.Animation is good.

El hotel me pareció espectacular, sobre todo la atención de todo el personal. La comida muy buena y variada, y cambiaba todo el tiempo, con muchas opciones para vegetarianos y celíacos. La barbacoa de la noche era muy buena. El muelle del hotel es perfecto para hacer snorkel y buceo, con corales y gran variedad de peces de colores. Hay un spa que ofrece masajes y demás servicios. Los precios son similares a los de Europa. Sin dudas que voy a repetir la experiencia.

Lo único que no me gustó es que mi habitación estaba enfrente de la pileta, donde se hacen la mayoría de las actividades, y a veces la música era demasiado alta.

Sì accede al mare unicamente dal pontile mentre non è possibile farlo dalla sua spiaggia. Il servizio open bar è reso con prodotti di livello medio basso

Ottima posizione nella baia di Coraya, la struttura è ben organizzata e soprattutto molto curata nei dettagli! Pulizia massima, staff gentilissimo e rispettosi!

Essen war gut, abwechlungsreich, ägyptisch und international. Die Familie war nach 1 Woche allerdings der Meinung, dass es nun reiche. Ich habe immer wieder was neues gefunden und probiert. Personal immer extrem hilfbereit, einmal war die Toilettenspülung defekt und nach 5 Minuten repariert. Für ein erstes Mal in Ägypten tolles Erlebnis, auch das Hausriff in der Bucht echt cool. Wie im Aquarium rumschwimmen, sogar eine Riesenschildkröte haben wir gesehen.

Il buffet era davvero buono e vario. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Camere e spazi puliti. Baia comoda in caso di vento e barriera corallina bellissima. Mi è piaciuta anche la passeggiata che collega i vari resort del comprensorio. Ottimo l'acqua park non in mezzo al resort ma in un punto separato, seppur vicino. Animazione presente ma discreta. Diving center ottimo. Consigliatissimo.

Il campo da beach volley era troppo spesso occupato da bambini che non sapevano mandare la palla al di là della rete. Sarebbe bello prevedere orari, partite o tornei per soli adulti. Un pò lontano da alcuni punti di interesse, ma svantaggio compensato dalla vicinanza all'aeroporto.

Struttura nuova, molto pulita e ben tenuta. Il personale era molto cortese e disponibile, avendo soggiornato in famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene, personale molto simpatico anche con le bambine. Servizio ristorante e bar ottimi, con molta varietà di cibo e “specials” del giorno con cuochi che cucinavano costantemente (pane arabo, crepes, sushi, postazione bbw. Postazioni in reception e prima del ristorante di acqua detox e hibiscus molto graditi. Personale educato e sorridente, dal cuoco, al cameriere, ai manutentori vari che costantemente curavano il verde e le aree esterne, al ragazzo delle pulizie nei bagni, a chi rifaceva le nostre stanze, alla reception nessuno faceva mancare il proprio saluto e la propria cordialità. Altissima professionalità e accoglienza da parte di tutti. Spiaggia molto pulita. Ottimo il miniclub per bambini, seppur il villaggio sia frequentato quasi esclusivamente da clientela polacca e tedesca le nostre bambine si sono divertite e hanno partecipato alle attività (in particolare il minidisco serale e il trucca bimbi), molto bello anche il parco giochi del Jazy kids club. Ottimo l’Aqua park in comune a pochi passi, sempre allinterno del complesso del Madinat Coraya, anche nei giorni più affollati (abbiamo soggiornato prima di Pasqua) servizio sempre molto attento e scorrevole e anche lì c’era la possibilità di mangiare. Carino lo spettacolo serale nell’anfiteatro. Ps: nella baya si trova anche Coraya divers, ottimo centro per le immersioni, professionalità e disponibilità di tutti gli addetti.

Il livello dei cocktail del pool bar non è all’altezza del bar interno alla struttura, inoltre aggiungerei un Beach bar per completezza all’offerta della struttura. I cocktail nel complesso, seppur buoni e ben fatti sembrano non essere tropo alcoolici. La spiaggia antistante alla struttura non è accessibile in quanto ha delle rocce, ma non lo elencherei necessariamente come un gran problema vista la varietà di piscine a cui si può accedere e al fatto che a 200 mt di camminata nella stessa baia si può accedere alla spiaggia in cui si accede all’acqua. Segnalo in tutti i resort, negozietti e attività della zona un surcharge del 3% per i pagamenti con carta, cosa che non ho notato ad esempio nella nostra visita a Port Ghalib. In generale rapporto qualità prezzo poteva essere leggermente migliore, in quanto abbiamo prenotato last minute e ho visto che in mesi di alta stagione come agosto il prezzo é sensibilmente inferiore. Ps: unico appunto sul cibo: ho trovato poca varietà nella selezione del bbq.

Das Hotel Jaz Lamaya an sich hat alles, was man sich für einen All-Inclusive Urlaub wünscht. Das Essen sowohl im Hauptrestaurant als auch Snacks und A-la-carte Essen im Restaurant Morgana waren sehr gut. Beim Buffet gab es insgesamt sehr viel Auswahl, wir waren 7 Tage dort und hatten keine Probleme etwas zu finden! Auch die Qualität vom Essen fanden wir sehr gut. Zimmerausstattung war top - eigene Strandtasche mit Strandhandtüchern + Bademäntel können genutzt werden und werden regelmäßig getauscht. Zimmer waren NICHT hellhörig, bis auf das Abendprogramm (siehe unten) war alles sehr ruhig. Der Steg zum Riff war toll, kaum ist man dort, können von oben und spätestens im Wasser dann unzählige Fische beobachtet werden! Einfach nur traumhaft. Wir waren das erste Mal in Ägypten, haben also keine Vergleichswerte, aber von Blaupunkt- und Adlerrochen, über Karrettschildkröten und Igelfisch haben wir alles gesehen, wirklich top! Die Poolarea haben wir kaum genutzt, da wir am Strand die Liegen verwendet haben. Es gab ein abwechslungsreiches Animationsprogramm. Das Areal mit Rutschen usw. ist weiter entfernt, also ist es bei der Anlage relativ ruhig. Die Abendunterhaltung ging bis 23 Uhr, manchmal auch mit sehr lauter Musik. Wir nahmen daran nicht teil, aber ab 23 Uhr war es immer sehr ruhig! Personal war auch sehr freundlich, mit Angeboten nicht aufdringlich. Die Anlage war sehr sauber!! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden das Jaz Lamaya Resort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das einzige Manko: direkt vor dem Hotel kann man nicht "einfach so" in das Wasser gehen. Das Meer ist nur über den Steg oder die etwas weiter entfernte Coraya Bucht erreichbar. Uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört weil wir immer über den Steg direkt schnorcheln gegangen sind. Wir waren vor den Osterferien dort, ich kann mir vorstellen, dass sich in den Ferien mehr Menschen im Hotel befinden und da kann es am Steg auch schonmal eng werden! Wie überall gibt es Menschen, die behutsamer mit der Natur umgehen als andere, da hat man als Besucher aber keinen Einfluss. Die LifeGuards am Steg und im Wasser sorgen aber dafür, dass geschütze Bereiche nicht betreten werden.

La spiaggia e il mare. Solo un piccolo pezzo di spiaggia ha accesso diretto al mare e non puoi avere l'ombrellone in prossimità dell'accesso diretto se alloggi al jaz lamaya.

We spent a week's vacation at the hotel in mid-March. We were accommodated by the driveway, which was disturbing because of noise from incomeing workers + all the transport to the receptions of about 4 hotels went through this. Unfortunately, changing rooms was not possible because the rooms were being partially renovated before the summer. For this reason, it was not possible to sleep with the windows open, which is what we are used to. The rooms were otherwise nice, but due to the location and fences around the entire hotel, you had to go to the sea through the entire area, although the path could be shortened if it were possible to use the gate in the fence, which is unfortunately locked. The sea is nice, clean with lots of fish and other sea animals, including turtles. If someone wants to go to the sea from the beach, you need to take into account that entry is not possible at the hotel due to corals. The entrance is about a 5-minute walk from the bay. The advantage is the possibility of snorkeling even in worse wind conditions, because the pier is in the bay. There were enough sunbeds available by the sea. There are fewer sunbeds by the pools, but we always found a place. It can probably be more complicated in the high season. Unfortunately, when it is windy, there is nowhere to hide in the lee by the pool. The hotel solves this with portable screens, which do not fully protect you. The shade is solved with permanent pergolas. Although the umbrellas were in the corner by the pool, they could not be used. Apparently, it was an order from the management. I do not really understand this decision. The pool staff (responsible for sunbeds, mattresses, windbreaks) were slower. We had to insist on bringing them a few times. If you did not tip, they deliberately forgot about you. There was only one heated pool, however, if you were a little tougher, you could swim in all of them. The pools were clean. The food menu in the dining room was more modest, but the quality was excellent. Especially Egyptian cuisine. Every day a different type of cuisine. I would criticize the hygiene when preparing pasta a little. Service was fast, pleasant, smiling. Overall impression of the holiday was good. The children received a small gift as a souvenir.

Un ringraziamento particolare per l''accoglienza di Moustafa che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa dandoci tutte le info necessarie.. e soprattutto al Dr. Sherif Gamal per la gestione impeccabile di tutto lo staff, sempre gentili sorridenti disponibili ed efficienti..a partire dalla pulizia delle piscine... dalla manutenzione dei giardini... pulizia delle camere ... ottima cucina internazionale... Inoltre la camera vista mare con un bellissimo tramonto... spiaggia con grandi ombrelloni.. la posizione è bellissima a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto e in una baia con mare sempre calmo .. passeggiata che costeggia il golfo di oltre 2 km attraverso altri splendidi resort con molto verde e curati alla perfezione. Inoltre prima di andare via un omaggio molto apprezzato... Entrambi parlano molto bene l'italiano...

Se devo per forza trovare un difetto.. l'animazione... ma per me non era importante...

We visited the hotel this March. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in so far, this was the worst experience. It is absolutely unacceptable that we were asked to pay for the minibar twice without any explanation. It was also the first time we’ve ever had to pay for drinks from the minibar. The selection of food in the restaurant was quite limited, but if you’re not too demanding, it’s acceptable. According to the information provided, there were supposed to be three heated pools, but unfortunately only one was heated, and it was constantly crowded. Otherwise, the hotel is well-maintained and clean. However, the overall experience during our stay was quite unpleasant.

Super hotel, super obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie i drinki, woda filtrowana w całym hotelu: piliśmy i jedliśmy wszystko (drinki z lodem, sałatę, owoce bez obierania) i nikt nie chorował - byliśmy 9 dni. Fajna rafa w zatoce (mieszka tam też żółw) i spokojna woda. Bardzo polecamy zwłaszcza zimą - hotel osłonięty od wiatru (ani razu nie było czerwonej flagi). 2 podgrzewane baseny w hotelu i woda w aquaparku również podgrzewana. Aquapark 5 minut spacerkiem z hotelu. Mega zadbany, soczysto zielony teren hotelu. W restauracji czyściutkie bawełniane serwetki, aż żal było w nie wycierać brudne ręce czy usta. Wracamy za rok!

The hotel meets all tourist expectations. We stayed at Jaz Solaya last year, and it was fantastic. This is my second visit to Jaz Lamaya, which has convinced me that I need to return. That's why I'm going back with my kids this August. See you soon :)

Had a wonderful stay at JAZ Lamaya Resort. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Good food and service. Cocktails on the terrace were fine. Beautiful reef. We saw a large sea turtle on our last day of snorkeling.

Wine could be better. In previous years live music on the terrace on (almost) every night. This year sometimes not.
