Сейчас мы уже находимся в другом месте, но до сих пор не перестаём вспоминать, каким чудесным и особенным был наш отдых. И уже сейчас с огромным удовольствием понимаем, что хотели бы повторить его снова. Отдельно хочется отметить сервис, который начинается ещё до приезда в отель. Большое спасибо менеджеру Мохаммеду, который заранее связался со мной, уточнил наши пожелания и буквально с первой минуты пребывания в Египте сделал всё возможное, чтобы наш отдых проходил спокойно, комфортно и без лишних переживаний. Такое внимание очень ценно и сразу создаёт ощущение, что о тебе действительно заботятся. Во время нашего пребывания у одного из гостей был день рождения. Номер был невероятно красиво украшен, с потрясающим освещением — очень необычно, стильно и действительно впечатляюще. Было видно, сколько внимания и старания вложили сотрудники отеля, чтобы сделать этот день особенным. Отдельное спасибо обслуживающему персоналу и менеджерам отеля. Они сделали всё возможное, чтобы мы смогли посетить все рестораны, которые есть на территории. Любой вопрос решался очень быстро и без каких-либо сложностей. Можно было просто обратиться к сотруднику — и тебе обязательно помогали. Очень понравились условия для сна: невероятно удобные матрасы, отличные подушки и, что особенно приятно, есть меню подушек, поэтому каждый может выбрать то, что подходит именно ему. Чистое постельное бельё, комфорт и внимание к мелочам — всё это действительно чувствуется. Персонал очень ненавязчивый, но при этом удивительным образом чувствует каждое твоё желание. Не нужно постоянно что-то просить или объяснять — создаётся ощущение, что сотрудники заранее понимают, что тебе может понадобиться. Именно такой уровень сервиса для меня является настоящим гостеприимством.

Honestly, it was an outstanding stay and a truly memorable experience in every detail at Jaz Neo Dar El Madinah in Marsa Alam. The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness and organization, and everything is clearly managed with great attention. What impressed me the most was the staff. Without exception, they are extremely polite, professional, and always smiling. They go above and beyond to help and often fulfill requests even before you ask. They genuinely care about guests’ comfort and make the whole experience very smooth and enjoyable. I would like to give special thanks to: * Mr. Hassan Youssef, the Beverage Manager, who was always doing everything possible to make us comfortable and ensure we had the best experience * Mr. Ahmed El Sayad chief who’s doing everything helpful to us * Mohamed Khalid (in Asian Restaurant) for the excellent service and amazing food * Mr. Samir Mohamed the man who’s always smile * Osman , Hassan Galal , Mahmoud El Shahat , Abdallah Sabry * Also Mahmoud (Housekeeping – Block 700) for the outstanding cleanliness and attention to detail I hope I didn’t miss anyone, because honestly all the staff were amazing and made a real difference in our stay. And special dedication to Mr. Ahmed Esmail (truly the best Guest Relations), who was following up with us even before arrival and taking care of every detail, big and small….Thank you 😊 The Aqua Park was also a major highlight of our trip. It was a big part of our daily activities, and the kids absolutely loved it and had so much fun. The cleanliness level throughout the hotel, whether in the rooms or public areas, is exceptional, which is very important for any guest. The food quality is excellent with great variety, and all restaurants are at a high standard. The service overall is fast and well-organized. The sea is also beautiful and very clean, which added even more to the enjoyment of the stay and made it a complete experience.

Absolutamente todo impecable. Mención especial a Omar, que nos mimó y se preocupó por nosotros en todo momento. Para nosotros, la experiencia en este resort ha sido mucho más premium que en otros hoteles supuestamente superiores por los que hemos pagado más.

Que no tuviéramos días para estar allí.

Un bel resort che ci ha piacevolmente stupito; è un 4 stelle che ha poco da invidiare ai 5 stelle. Lo staff è stato gentile, disponibile, premuroso e molto efficiente; ci siamo veramente sentiti coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Fin da prima del nostro arrivo e per tutta la durata del soggiorno Moamen e i ragazzi in generale sono stati molto attenti alle nostre richieste; abbiamo avuto l'upgrade della camera, 2 cene presso i ristoranti alla carta, ci hanno fatto dei "regali" forse perché è stato il nostro anniversario; bottiglia di vino, frutta, dolcetti e il giorno stesso in cui festeggiavamo, su mia richiesta ci hanno preparato una torta con i nostri nomi, ci hanno cantato una canzoncina e addobbato il letto con delle lucine! Il cibo è buono, considerando che stiamo in Egitto e non in Italia. Le camere sono pulite, grandi e confortevoli. La bella e ampia spiaggia dista 5 minuti a piedi. Ci sono campi da beach volley, bocce, calcetto, tennis. Si può fare snorkeling sia dal pontile che dalla spiaggia col mare piacevolmente digradante. Si può accedere al bellissimo acquapark. Ci sono negozietti per fare shopping sparsi un pò ovunque. In ogni momento della giornata vengono offerti gelati, snacks, dolcetti, pizza, panini, frutta e bevande varie; da provare i dolci del chiosco sulla spiaggia, buonissimi. Ci è stato fatto un gradito regalo anche il giorno della partenza. Un apprezzamento speciale al ragazzo delle pulizie della camera; il giorno della partenza abbiamo dimenticato una power bank e lui ci ha raggiunto per consegnarcela. Se avessimo potuto avremmo senz'altro prolungato la nostra vacanza, siamo stati benissimo. Che dire...super consigliato!

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di negativo amplierei la scelta dei piatti nel ristorante sulla spiaggia aperto a pranzo. I dolci del ristorante erano buoni ma un po' troppo asciutti.

Wir waren als Familie in diesem Hotel und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, leider nur 2 Nächte. Schon beim Check-In hat man sich sehr willkommen gefühlt, das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, sehr ideal für Familien. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und praktisch eingerichtet. Beim Essen gab es zwar keine riesige Auswahl, aber dafür war alles sehr lecker. Man hat gemerkt, dass beim Essen viel Wert gelegt wurde, wir haben jede Mahlzeit genossen. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für Familien. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Superlage: perfekt für Familien mit Kinder, da die Hotelanlage direkt an den Rutschenpark angrenzt. Die Poolanlage ist windgeschützt, gerade an Tagen, an denen es am Strand windig ist, Vorteil gegenüber Hotels, die direkt am Strand sind. Die Wassergymnastik jeden Tag wurde von einem sehr motivierten Animateur durchgeführt, die für gute Laune gesorgt hat. Trotzdem sind es keine 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, wo viele Sonnenschirme und Liegen warten. Von der Beachbar hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Palmen umgeben. Insgesamt hat man sehr kurze Wege. Zum Steg, der zum Einstieg ins Meer zum Schnorcheln am Riff ist es auch sehr nah. Selbst von oben kann man die Fischwelt beobachten. Beim Schnorcheln haben wir auch eine Meeresschildkröte entdeckt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Auch waren die Räume sehr sauber und hygienisch. Beim All inclusive Essen war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir sind zu 7. gereist, darunter waren Kinder und Vegetarier. Alle waren begeistert.

Für einen perfekten Aufenthalt wäre es gut, Vorhänge auf den Zimmern und manche kaputte Stühle im Restaurant zu erneuern.

Es war eine tolle Lage und wir wurden rundum gut versorgt.

Gelegentlich gab es laute mechanische Geräusche im Zimmer.

Сразу скажу был в Египте более 30 раз ,а этот Отель удивил с первых минут своей заботой о гостях , особое внимание гостевого менеджера по имени Zaina ,нам дали номер с повышением категории , ! Минибар без платно! Комплимент от отеля бутылка вина хорошо качества, фрукты, и разные сладости , и это без всяких доплат! Я был очень приятно удивлен но при выселении тоже были подарки , разные фигурки и пирамидки ! Спасибо большое этому отелю ! Обязательно сюда приеду и буду советовать своим друзьям!

J’avais choisi cet hôtel pour faire une étape entre hurghada et le parc national tout au sud, et finalement j’ai choisi d’y rester jusqu’à la fin de mon séjour, car la baie est absolument magnifique. Le Jaz Neo Dar El Madina offre des prestations supérieures, l’accueil, le confort et le service y sont excellents. Je remercie tout particulièrement Adel à la réception qui m’a proposé de me surclasser et qui a été d’une grande aide et d’une incroyable gentillesse durant tout mon séjour. Je remercie également Tanja du service relation qui veille sur tout ce petit monde avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme.

L' accueil et les services. Le suivi des guests. Le personnel est aux petits soins.Tt le staff est très professionnel. Les buffets sont très bien. L'hôtel est à dimension humaine, ce qui lui confère une ambiance familiale.

Die Sauberkeit der Anlage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind sehr besonders. Omar, der Manager für die Gäste, gibt einem gleich zu Beginn des Aufenthalts bei einem Willkommensgetränk wertvolle Tipps und ist immer präsent, um Fragen zu beantworten und Dinge zu regeln.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gemütlich und perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Mohamed Ali und Kassem – ihr habt unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Vielen lieben Dank!

Voor de vijfde keer hier geweest en opnieuw was het helemaal top. Het aquapark blijft geweldig en het prachtige huisrif met roggen, schildpadden en kleurrijke vissen en koraal verveelt nooit. Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn de mensen. Een speciale dank aan Omar en Kassem voor hun gastvrijheid en inzet, juist ook op het moment dat we even "vast' zaten in Egypte door het nederlandse weer. Maar ook dank aan Margry, Tayeeb, Mohamed, Omar, Osman en Alaa. We komen zeker weer terug!

Из всех отелей группы JAZ , расположенных на Coraya Bay , этот отель самый первый при въезде в комплекс и это именно он имеет прекрасный аквапарк , балкон нашего номера был с видом на него . Сначала я думала, что это развлечение для детей. Но увидела, что взрослые тоже катаются и лица у них очень счастливые.Это настоящий антистресс для взрослых. Рекомендую! Вода во всех бассейнах была с подогревом , температура очень комфортная в зимние месяцы . Пляж и море великолепные , погружение как в аквариум, большое разнообразие рыб. Всего второй раз , за свою историю бронирования на Booking .com , я ставлю оценку 10, и это правда так. Потому , что все очень хорошо организовано, очень чисто , большие номера ,удобные кровати, хорошее постельное белье , тщательная уборка номеров , в нашем номере убирал Махмуд очень чисто . Сразу видна хорошая организация персонала, все супер скоординировано , все на высшем уровне . Персонал очень старается во всем , все очень любезны без исключения. Буфет был очень разнообразный , всегда вкусный , всегда большой выбор , блюда всегда меняются и всё свежее . Вся выпечка очень разнообразная и свежая , также и кондитерские изделия на любой вкус , большое их разнообразие. Хочу выразить свою отдельную благодарность нашему Релакс менеджеру Омару , он всегда был с нами на связи , всегда готов помочь во всем , все организовать . В этом отеле все прекрасно и мы провели свой отпуск отлично !

Kleineres Hotel in der 2. Reihe, trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand. Das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich, Omar war super.

Es gab's nichts zu bemängeln.

Voor de 4e keer al terug geweest. Dat zegt genoeg denk ik. Zo fijn kleinschalig hotel! Lief en behulpzaam personeel. Na een dag weten ze al wat je graag wil drinken. Leuk water park en vooral geweldig eten. Het is lekker dichtbij de luchthaven gelegen, en in de baai kan je leuk snorkelen en wandelen. We komen hier met veel plezier weer terug.

The staff is very kind with excellent service. We mostly recommend our host Omar, who was always trying to solve any issues. Especially when we needed medical assistance, he coordinated a doctor in a swift way.

There was a miscommunication with regard to the booking of the junior suite, but this was solved by the check in staff and manager.

Tutto è stato perfetto. Omar ci ha accolto come se fossimo in famiglia e ha gestito tutte le nostro necessità nel migliore dei modi.Sicuramente ritorneremo in questa struttura.

Le service est la carte maitresse de cet etablissement. Tout le personnel sest plié en 4 pour sassurer que nous passions un bon sejour de la minute ou on est arrivé jusqu'a des heures apres notre checkout alors quon attendait le taxi que nous aviona booké par nos propres soins et qui tardait a arriver. La prochaine fois, nous prendrons simplement la voiture de lhotel. Mention special a Kassem et Omar. Vraiment la creme de la creme. Coté nourriture, ils essayent de varier les menus autant que possible, les grillades etaient generalement excellentes et la nourriture bonne, surtout pour un all-inclusive. Les boissons cetait vraiment sans plus. Le parc aquatique et les piscines etaient chauffees et les enfants tout comme les grands sy sont amusés comme des fous tous les jours. La petite fete du 24 noel au soir etait superbe, bonne musique, bons spectacles et le 25, le pere noel a gaté les enfants avec de nombreuz cadeaux. Le service de nettoyage passait tous les jours et chaque jour nouait une serviette de maniere artistique (cigne, singe, coiffe de pharaon etc.) ce qui apportait le sourire au retour en chambre. Pleins de petits cadeaux ici et la, ainsi que des cadeaux souvenirs au moment du depart. Franchement cetait tout simplement parfait.

La qualité des finitions de la salle de bain. Apres jai rencontré ce probleme meme dans un 5* au caire donc je sais pas si cest juste la qualité locale. Mais ce nest pas rhedibitoire. Jaime juste que la salle de bain soit parfaite. De nouvelles serviettes aussi pourraient etre commandée pour changer certaines deja elimées. Il faudrait aussi preciser des le debut aux clients de toujours ramener les serviettes de plage dans les chambres. Enfin, les desserts pourraient etre ameliorés.

Das Zimmer wurde betreten, obwohl wir das "nicht-Stören-Schild" ausgehängt hatten. Nachmittags wurde geklopft und nach Handtüchern gefragt, obwohl man diese vor die Tür legen soll. Da hätten wir gerne unsere Ruhe gehabt.

Nourriture incroyable. Staff exceptionnel spécialement OMAR et KASSEM ont été géniaux. Activités au Top...mini parc d attraction intégré. TOUT INCLUSIVE. J ai adoré mon séjour.

Una struttura che va oltre le vostre aspettative , si presenta come un 4 stelle , ma credetemi offre servizi e una organizzazione perfetta che non ha nulla da invidiare ai migliori 5 stelle . Pulizia impeccabile , Cortesia e problem solving ad iniziare da Omar perfetto nell'accoglienza degli ospiti fino al room- keeper immediatamente reattivo ad ogni richiesta. Ristorazione ottima , camerieri e cuochi tutti gentili , con prodotti freschi e una grandissima scelta per soddisfare tutti i palati , l'all inclusive è la scelta perfetta . In conclusione prenotate senza pensarci su , sono soldi ben spesi.

Het was goed gelegen, dichtbij de luchthaven. Er waren veel glijbanen.

In het aquapark werden er ongepaste opmerkingen gemaakt door een personeelslid. De andere personeelsleden waren vriendelijk. Dit zorgde wel voor een heel ongemakkelijke situatie en moedigt niet aan om te relaxen. Er werd melding gemaakt aan de manager en deze bood zijn excuses aan. Verder is mijn partner ernstig ziek geworden met een ziekenhuisopname tot gevolg. De dokter zei dat dit door een parasiet kwam van het eten. Wij aten enkel in het hotel. Het hotel ontkende dit stellig. We werden wel geholpen door hun, maar aan de receptie waren ze niet vriendelijk. Draaien met hun ogen en zuchten was niet waar we op dat moment nood aan hadden. De manager deed wel zijn best, maar benadrukte wel dat dit waarschijnlijk door onszelf is en niet door het eten. We hadden ons verheugd op een ontspannen reis, maar dit draaide anders uit. We misten empathie en begrip van het hotel.

We had a really great stay at Dar El Madina Resort, everything was perfect, from the service, cleanliness and especially the kindness of the staff, to the food & beverage at the restaurant/beach bar, and all the activities they organize everyday. A special thanks to Omar, customer care manager of the resort, always willing to taking care of us and all the guests, you are an angel!! Ein toller Urlaub, besonders gefallen hat uns das wunderbare Schnorcheln vom Steg aus. Hübsches Hotel, schöne Zimmer, leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Mein besonderer Dank geht an unseren Gästebetreuer Omar!

Alles war prima!

Tout était parfait. L'hôtel offre un large éventail de possibilités, tout est très propre et très bien entretenu, la nourriture est délicieuse et la literie excellente. Le personnel est absolument charmant. Le centre de plongée Coraya dans le complexe hôtelier est un réel plus. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

certaines chambres sont peut être un peu plus exposées au bruit mais tout se calme à partir de 22H30. la nôtre du coté piscine était vraiment au calme.

The best thing in the hotel is the people who work in the hotel. Thanks to them we feel like we are at our home. Everything was amazing. We even canceled our diving program just to stay more in this hotel. But we have to especially thank Omar El Said and shukry in the reception. They are great people and we make long our staying because of their kindaness and helpful behaviors. From the first time until we leave, they felt us very comfortable and thanks to, them we spent great time. We also need to thank kamal who is in charge of aqua park. Our son enjoyed a lot in this fest Aqua park and he wants to come again this hotel. We exactly come in January again from Turkey here for just this hotel and these great people. From now on, this hotel will be only choice for us. We stayed many luxury hotels (maybe more luxuries than here) all over the world but we never enjoy like here because of these people’s kindsness and helpful behaviors. Thanks for everything! Een rustig hotel met toch veel activiteiten in de buurt.

L’accès au ponton pour le snorkeling était top et j’avais l’impression de plonger dans un aquarium. Le personnel était au top merci à Omar et kessem à l’accueil et surtout à Chocolate et Moma, des supers animateurs qui nous ont fait passer de super vacances. 😉

Персонал очень внимательный, номера хоть и не новые но чистые, постельное белоснежное и хорошего качества. Выбор еды не большой, но все очень достойно и вкусно. Территория маленькая, но есть возможность пользоваться соседними отелями и аквапарком. Много локаций для детей на территории соседних отелей сети JAZ

We hebben een top vakantie gehad! Waren met ons gezin inclusief zoontje van bijna 2 jaar. De ontvangst was goed. Het hotel is redelijk kleinschalig met goed eten, een mooi zwembad, kinderbad en animatie. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles is erg schoon, speciale dank aan Ahmed van de housekeeping voor de leuke handdoekfiguurtjes! Door alle aangrenzende JAZ Hotels heb je echt alle faciliteiten tot je beschikking zoals een mooi strand met koraalrif (leuk snorkelen, tip vroeg vertrekken), gedeelde restaurants, een waterpark en mogelijkheden voor een hapje en drankje. Toen ik voor onze vakantie alle positieve reviews zag dacht ik dat het toch mee zou vallen maar JAZ Neo Dar El Madina is een echte aanrader!

We had a fantastic stay at Jaz Neo Dar El Madina! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The small scale of the hotel created a peaceful and personal atmosphere, which we really appreciated. No mass tourism here – just a relaxed environment where everything was perfectly taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and genuinely did their best to make our stay enjoyable. That sincere hospitality truly made our experience special. The facilities were excellent as well. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool was well maintained, and the food was delicious – with a great variety of dishes every day. The location was ideal too: quiet, yet close to the beach and the other Jaz hotels, which guests can also enjoy. We truly enjoyed our holiday here and would highly recommend Jaz Neo Dar El Madina to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized vacation in Egypt. We will definitely come back!

المبنى والنظافه والموقع والعاملين جميعاً من بدايه استاذ محمد على فى الاستقبال وطيب وعبد العليم فى بار البول وعبد الرحمن فى بار الشاطىء ورمضان نظافه الغرف وكل العاملين بالمطعم الرئيسى من شيفات وجرسونات ومايكل وامينه فى الانيميشن

حكيم مسؤل النيميشن حقيقى شخصيه سيئه جداً ولا يتعامل مع الجيست المصرى بشكل لائق

تانى سنه على التوالي احجز نفس المكان رائع فى كل شئ

اتصبت و اتدلخت في البحر و لم أجد اي مساعدة و خرجت بسيارتي للعلاج و علاج الالم المبرحه و لم أجد علاجي سوي في ماتسوي سفاجا

Staff were very cooperative and welcoming starting from reception team Mr. Shokry, Mr. Kassem and Mr. Mohamed. Also food was good and chefs at restaurant and bar staff were very professional by chef Mo Salah and his team.

Rooms lighting was not good, swimming pool requires extra cleaning.

Good value for money, pleasant personnel, good amentias for such size hotel

Food offer not diverse enough, since I was just 3 days there it is ok, but for 1 week or so I wouldn't like it

The swimming pool is small, they have the space to make it bigger, just take the step.

Hotel czysty, Blisko lotniska, przemiła obsługa. Mogliby trochę urozmaicić jedzenie .

Właściwie nie ma się do czego przyczepić no może poza tym, że plaża jest w zatoce i z kąpielą kiepsko trzeba iść do sąsiedniego obiektu na plażę.

Services and food were very good. Kassem at the reception was very nice during all the stay, thoughtful and precise.

I would like to have more fruits variety (mango, pineapple).

Curtains weren’t clean

The Aqua, the beach, the service are very good. You will never feel bored.

The maintenance in general requires more attention, alot of stuff inside the room required fixing from the door, the toilets even the room phone was broken and difficult to reach the reception also the aqua some of the slides were not operating due to problem in the water pumps, hope next time they put more attention to maintenance. Also the breakfast options was not very good. The swimming pool is too small.

An Unforgettable Stay! My children and I had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The reception was warm and welcoming, and every member of the staff — from the front desk to housekeeping — was incredibly professional and kind. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food, and the quality was excellent. The aqua park and swimming pools were fantastic — fun, clean, and safe for kids of all ages. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. This definitely won’t be our last visit — we’ll be back very soon, God willing!
