JAZ Grand Marsa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura con la famiglia 10 giorni al inizio di settembre. Jaz Grand Marsa è una bellissima struttura, molto pulita dai giardini ( molto ben tenuti e curati) alle camere ( spaziose, pulite...Amr è stato molto attento e gentile alle nostre richieste). Gli asciugamani sempre cambiati su richiesta, bottiglie di acqua potabile in camera mai mancate come anche shampoo ecc. Gli ristoranti erano ben forniti di ogni tipo di pietanza per ogni gusto o esigenza ( anche senza glutine o lattosio) ma non ripetitivi: da insalate, carne ( pesce, pollo, vitello cucinati in ogni modo e al momento) anche pasta era buonissima, i dessert per ogni palato tipici e internazionali ecc....Colazione abbondante , come anche pranzo e cena...mai mancato nulla! Anche i camerieri correvano sempre per servirti e farti avere il drink richiesto sia nei ristoranti che ai bar ( spiaggia, piscina). Buoni i cocktail come anche il caffè ! Una nota però la dovrei fare sul vino, sia rosso che il bianco, si può migliorare dato che non era al massimo, a me personalmente non mi è mancato. La spiaggia con sabbia fine, ma fornitevi di scarpe adatte agli scogli e una maschera da snorkeling almeno, il mare è incantevole semplicemente da ammirare 😍sembra di nuotare in un acquario con i pesci. Dal pontile si può fare il bagno in mare aperto dopo la barriera corallina, la bandiera era quasi sempre gialla , forse un giorno era rossa per il vento, perciò il bagno non era permesso. Un altra cosa molto favorevole è la posizione, meno di 10 minuti dall'aeroporto e il fatto che la struttura è collegata agli altri resort Jaz da un lungomare, questo raggruppamento sembra una vera e propria piccola città ben fornito di negozieti, (para)farmacie, centri diving, escursioni ecc. Non ci si puo proprio annoiare! Intorno alla piscina sono disponibili per chi vuole ping-pong, bocce, ma vengo anche proposti esercizi stretching, balli di gruppo ecc.

The staff is so friendly and supportive especially Mr Ayman and Nadia from guest relations. We did celebrate our daughter’s birthday and she had so much fun. Thank you for Nadia and Mr Ayman for all their support and making our vacation unforgettable.

The hotel was wonderful, clean, with beautifully maintained grounds and gardens. The rooms are large, quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. Big swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers available, with the option to find shade under the parasols or palm trees.The beach and the snorkeling spot were incredible. The food was excellent and varied. The entertainment team was dynamic and friendly, with a great selection of activities on offer. The housekeeping staff were professional and pleasant. The spa also much appreciated. We really appreciated Nadia's personalized welcome when we arrived and her availability throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this hotel.

A football pitch would have been appreciated.

I have stayed at Jaz Aqua Viva, Jaz Saraya, Jaz Soma Beach, and Jaz Neo Reef. They were all amazing and exceeded my expectations Unfortunately, Jaz Grand Marsa was the worst experience I’ve had .

The service was extremely poor and, unfortunately, the staff were very rude. The bar staff, whether at the pool cocktail bar or the main bar, were extremely poor in their attitude and customer service. There was a clear difference in the way they treated Egyptians compared to foreign guests. Even the bar inside the main restaurant was very disappointing. In general, the bars lacked proper cleanliness, especially when it came to the glasses, and the level of service and professionalism was nowhere near what I would expect from a Jaz hotels.

Very nice structure in the most beatiful site for snorkelling. All the staff were very kind and supportive. A special thanks to Nadia, who made the difference!!

Un soggiorno semplicemente memorabile! Dal 8 al 22 Agosto 2026 abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose al Jaz Grand Marsa. Eravamo un gruppo di quattro persone divisi in due camere, con formula All Inclusive, e la struttura ha superato di gran lunga ogni nostra aspettativa. Accoglienza e Servizio Straordinario Il vero valore aggiunto del resort è senza dubbio la squadra che ci lavora. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, premuroso e sempre attento a ogni nostra singola esigenza. Dai ragazzi dell'accoglienza al personale dei bar e dei ristoranti, fino agli addetti alle pulizie: ognuno di loro ha un sorriso sincero e una cura del cliente che fa davvero la differenza. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Punti di Forza della Struttura Giardini Incantevoli: I giardini del resort sono ampi, rigogliosi e curati in modo letteralmente maniacale. Camminare tra i viali perfettamente tenuti è un piacere per gli occhi ad ogni ora del giorno. Camere e Comfort: Le due camere erano ampie, luminose, estremamente pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, perfette per garantire privacy e relax dopo una giornata di sole. Formula All Inclusive e Ristorazione: Offerta gastronomica varia, ricca e di ottima qualità. I bar e i punti ristoro garantiscono drink freschi e snack continui con un servizio sempre rapido e impeccabile. Servizi e Barriera Corallina: Piscine pulitissime, gestione dei teli mare perfetta e un accesso al mare fantastico per fare snorkeling tra pesci colorati e coralli mozzafiato. Un'esperienza a cinque stelle sotto ogni punto di vista, ideale per chi cerca relax totale, bellezza naturale e un calore umano fuori dal comune. Torneremo sicuramente!

Die Lage und das Zimmer waren top. Die Poollandschaften und der Steg waren ebenfalls super. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön gilt Nadja von der Guest Relation, sie hat alle kleineren Wünsche sofort erfüllt und war immer zur Verfügung. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.

Getränke oder Eis am Pool waren nicht immer einfach zu bekommen, nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit Nadja wurde dies umgehend geklärt und Lösungen gefunden

Accoglienza fantastica, con Nadia super già da prima dell’arrivo e indirizzandoci al meglio x la settimana. Posizione ottima sul mare, qualità del cibo buona.

Aria condizionata nella stanza, o troppo rumorosa (médium fan) o con poco raffreddamento (low fan).

Sono stata colpita dal fatto che ci stava aspettando una persona dello staff che parlava italiano e che ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha dato il suo numero di telefono per qualsiasi necessità. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione perché si poteva fare sia snorkeling dal pontile ma anche fare una bagno alla baia Coraya raggiungibile con 10 minuti di piacevole passeggiata. Il personale è stato sempre attento e gentile.Mi ha sorpreso che tutti il luoghi: i ristoranti, i viali, le stanze, la spiaggia e la piscina sono sempre puliti, ordinati e curati con estrema precisione. Il cibo è vario, sempre abbondante e molto curato, la colazione è ottima perché c'è tutto dal dolce al salato e tutto fresco e di ottima qualità, il pranzo e la cena sono a carattere internazionale con qualcosa di egiziano che ci sta bene.Ci hanno sempre contattato per sapere se eravamo soddisfatti.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, so there was always something to choose from. The pools and beach were beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment team did a fantastic job and made every day fun. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 16 al 23 giugno. L' esperienza è stata bellissima. La comodità di essere a 5 minuti dall' aeroporto e 5 minuti da Port Galib, non è da poco! La struttura è tenuta molto bene, la camera grandissima e ben arredata, il bagno spazioso, con grande doccia walk in. Dalla terrazza della nostra camera, che era al piano terra, avevamo l'accesso diretto al giardino, vicinissimo alla piscina e alla spiaggia. La piscina l'abbiamo frequentata poco, ma era veramente bella, con tanti ombrelloni e lettini disponibili. Tante vasche con profondità diverse e il bar direttamente in acqua. La spiaggia su due livelli e sempre con posti liberi, perché la maggior parte dei clienti polacchi stavano fissi in piscina. Il mare bellissimo, con comodo pontile di circa 100 metri per scendere in barriera. Purtroppo a causa del vento, il pontile è stato praticamente sempre chiuso. Ma non è stato un problema, perché una comoda passeggiata tutta piastrellata collega tutti i resort Jaz fino alla stupenda Baia Coraya, dove troviamo un altro pontile a circa 900 metri ( sempre aperto). Proseguendo si arriva alla spiaggia della baia. La distanza totale è di 1 km e 200 metri. È possibile comunque proseguire ancora, ad esempio per i runner che amano allenarsi anche in vacanza, su una distanza di 2 km e 100 metri. Tutti gli ombrelloni e lettini dei resort Jaz possono essere utilizzati liberamente. Il ristorante è un un po' caotico. Soprattutto per la presenza di un unico punto di rifornimento delle bibite. Il cibo è abbondante, ma molto ripetitivo, purtroppo come in tutti i resorts visitati in Egitto. La difficoltà per avere le posate a tavola è stata una costante. Sono presenti anche ristoranti alla carta com la possibilità di avere una cena inclusa nel pacchetto. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è quello di prestare un po' più attenzione al ristorante internazionale. L' aiuto di Oksana è stato impeccabile e preziosissimo.

My stay at Jazz Grand Marsa was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Mr. Hamza,room 1302 who took care of us throughout our entire stay. He was always helpful, attentive, and friendly. He made sure everything was perfect, assisted whenever we needed anything, and helped create a great atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty dishes. Everything was clean, organized, and the staff were always polite and professional. What I appreciated most was that nobody was pushy – the service was respectful and focused on making guests feel comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you for making my vacation so enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to spending another fantastic time here.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel has a rather relaxing feel. The hotel is generally clean, as are the rooms. It is clear that the hotel is older but well-maintained. Room service worked every day, always clean towels and beach towels were also changed every day (you need to put them in front of the room or hang them on the door, sometimes the staff themselves came and offered clean ones). The evening entertainment program did not interest me as a young person who likes entertainment, quite often the entertainment is in the form of performances and in the whole week I only saw twice that they involved guests in the entertainment. The entertainment last night was boring for me. The food was good but still the same over and over. There was a bit of chaos in the dining room and there were often queues when choosing food, due to the large number of people. I was quite looking forward to a larger selection of seafood. Anyway, I ate enough at every opportunity. Beach and swimming - the beach was clean, the sea too. There are coral reefs with lots of fish right from the entrance. There are lagoons in the water for swimming. But they are small so you often have to watch out so that the wave doesn't throw you onto the coral, especially at low tide. There is a red flag on the pier quite often, I practically only went swimming at the pier once with a yellow flag. Staff - the first few days we got to know the staff and the whole process. At the pool bar, I would like to compliment Kerolos and Hassan. These two entertained us very much every time we visited the pool bar. Kerolos mixed us drinks that were delicious and we had a lot of fun with them every time. They are amazing guys who put a smile on our faces. (Kerolos and Hassan, I greet you and thank you for teaching me new Egyptian words). We sat down to eat in the dining room but I didn't like the noise while eating so we went to the outdoor terrace, where the situation was much quieter and more pleasant. We had our favorite table and especially our favorite employee in the dining room. He always brought us coffee and drinks and he is the most smiling and nicest person from the entire staff in the dining room. His name is Mohamed Hassan Take and I would be happy if this compliment went to his manager and he was subsequently awarded. If I had to choose only one person in the dining room it would be him. He was nice, helpful, always positive and helpful, every time he saw us from afar he would wave to us and run after us asking how we were today and wish us a nice day. Overall I would recommend this hotel more for adults as a relaxation hotel for people who like to snorkel. Thank you for this experience.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza semplicemente fantastica al Jaz Grand Marsa. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo rimasti colpiti dalla bellezza del resort: un luogo incantevole, moderno, curato nei minimi dettagli e sempre perfettamente mantenuto. Le camere erano spaziose, impeccabilmente pulite ogni giorno e dotate di ogni comfort. Le spiagge erano meravigliose e tenute in maniera eccellente, così come tutte le aree comuni del resort.Nessuna presenza di zanzare o altri insetti per via della loro cura e disinfestazione continua. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale. Sono stati incredibilmente gentili, disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Nonostante il loro lavoro sia molto impegnativo, facevano davvero di tutto per farti sentire coccolato e in vacanza in ogni momento. La loro professionalità e il loro entusiasmo hanno fatto la differenza. Un grazie particolare a Oksana, che ci ha accolto fin dal primo giorno con un sorriso ed è stata sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, pronta ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. È stato davvero un piacere conoscerla. Il cibo è stato semplicemente squisito. C'è una grandissima varietà e la qualità è davvero eccellente. Posso dire sinceramente che non ho trovato assolutamente nulla da criticare: tutto era preparato con cura e sempre delizioso. Anche il team di animazione è stato eccezionale: coinvolgente ma mai invadente, capace di creare un'atmosfera piacevole durante tutta la giornata. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è la possibilità di percorrere una splendida passeggiata panoramica di circa 3 km lungo il mare, grazie al fatto che i resort della stessa proprietà sono collegati. Inoltre, è possibile usufruire delle diverse spiagge e godersi panorami sempre diversi: un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

I visited this hotel with my mum. And we both had a wonderful stay! Hotel is amazing and you can feel there almost like you were home. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The environment is beautiful, green and calm. Food was good, I think everyone can find something for themself. The staff is very friendly, helpful, always smiling, working real hard to take care of comfort of guests. Big shout out to the Animation Team! ♥️ They are great, friendly, extra funny, making days better! All the stuff deserve a biiiig thank you. They made our stay full of beautiful memories. Mi è piaciuto tutto: la struttura, i servizi offerti, la disponibilità del personale, il cibo al ristorante buffet, la varietà di cibo offerto, la posizione vicino una spiaggia dalla quale è possibile sia tuffarsi al mare alto con una bellissima barriera corallina sia ammirare i pesci e i coralli anche da riva nell'acqua bassa. Se amate lo snorkeling non rimarrete delusi. Possibilità di organizzare escursioni nel deserto o immersioni direttamente con l' hotel. Navetta a pagamento (7 euro a persona) per raggiungere Port Ghalib (partenza alle 16:30 o alle 20). A 10 minuti a piedi è presente un altro punto molto interessante per lo snorkeling, coraya bay. Anche qui si possono raggiungere i coralli sia dalla spiaggia che direttamente dal molo. Le piscine sono tenute benissimo, è presente anche un idromassaggio. Acqua gratuita in camera, camere pulite e spaziose. Grazie di tutto, se dovessimo tornare a Marsa Alam sicuramente torneremo qui!

It was cleaned, comfortable, funny. Restaurants were good with a lot of variety in foods. Beach was beautiful but rocky, my bad luck the jet was always closed for weather. Stuff was helpful but they always have a side speaking with high voice.

Unfortunately, a bedside lamp in my room was accidentally knocked over and damaged. The hotel informed me that I was required to pay USD 20 for the damage. Although I was surprised by this, I paid the amount and received an invoice. My concern is that no documentation, replacement cost, valuation, or explanation was provided to justify how the USD 20 charge was calculated. As a frequent Booking.com customer with a long history of reservations and a high guest rating, this was the first time I have encountered such a situation.

Room & Cleanliness Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice pool view and a private balcony. The room was very clean and featured air conditioning, a good-sized bathroom, minibar, and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the view. Staff & Service The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was only one hiccup one night where they didn't have enough glasses for some reason so orders were coming in very slow and they brought me different drink but that's nothing major. Animation team kept us entertained with many activities. We loved playing shuffle board twice a day and aqua gym was fun! Beach & Pools Access to the sea is very rocky so I definitely recommend water shoes but you can access it from the pier as well but unfortunately we weren't allowed to use due to strong winds. There are multiple outdoor pools, including options for adults and families. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers. Water was perfect, pool bar was amazing and pools were big enough so it wasn't crowded at all! Food & All-Inclusive The all-inclusive offering was excellent. Buffets had a wide selection of international and local dishes with live cooking stations. Snacks and drinks at the pool bars were convenient. Facilities & Entertainment The resort has beautiful landscaped gardens, a fitness center, spa, kids’ area, and evening entertainment (acrobats, shows, etc.). WiFi could be a bit better as from time to time it was very slow even with full signal but I used it as a screen detox For the price, Jaz Grand Marsa offers great value as a 5-star all-inclusive beach resort, especially for families or couples wanting relaxation. Overall Experience We enjoyed our stay at Jaz Grand Marsa. It’s ideal for families/couples/snorkeling enthusiasts / relaxation seekers looking for a peaceful Red Sea holiday with good facilities and warm Egyptian hospitality.

It’s my second time in this hotel, the location is beautiful and im having a lovely time. The room is clean and comfortable. The food is also very tasty. The animator Lucy is also very good. Everybody is so nice 😊

Opiek bardzo ładny, dużo miejsca w pokoju. Duży wybór jedzenia, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo miła obsługa oraz super animatorzy, którzy cały dzień jak i noc dbają o to aby goście się nie nudzili. Dużo atrakcji takich jak Ping pong, tenis, bilard, siatkówka, rzutki w ciągu dnia itd. Naprawdę nie da się nudzisz, chodź jeśli ktoś chce to też można. Na plaży można się wyciszyć, poleżeć na hamaku czy iść na drugi basen przy którym jest również bar i restauracja z menu. Największym atutem tego hotelu są naprawdę cudowni ludzie, którzy starają się w każdy możliwy sposób pomóc, nawet pomimo barier językowych. Wszyscy są życzliwi, zawsze uśmiechnięci i pytają czy wszystko w porządku. Jedzenie jest możliwe praktycznie o każdej godzinie, nie da się tu umierać z głodu.

Miałam problemy z ciepłą wodą w pokoju, drzwi balkonowe były nie szczelne i było słychać wiatr. Czystość pokoju średnia.

The hospitality was truly unexpected and incredibly kind. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Mahmoud Mahgoub (a special thank you to him) were so welcoming. The pool bar was run by Mr. Baha, and the restaurant was managed by Mr. Mubarak. All these wonderful people made our stay so easy and enjoyable.

my whole experience was amazing! second time here and I think it will be a friends annual trip, the rooms were lovely and spacious the service by all staff were brilliant! The animation team were brilliant! Especially Lucy she was very friendly and fun! 🤩

Taxík jsme objednaly dopředu přes booking a z letiště byly na hotelu během chvilky. Již před pobytem mě kontaktovala přes WhatsApp Oksana a nabidla pomoc s čímkoliv, to je fajn vědět, že je na koho se obrátit. Pomoc nabídla i během pobytu. Pokoje nejsou nové, ale opravdu čisté. Rodinný pokoj byl hodně velký, postele trošku tvrdší. Nadšené jsme byly z jídla, všechno bylo moc dobré a poprvé nebylo nikomu špatně. Resort je spíš menší a klidný. Byla jsem s kamarádkami a užily jsme si to, naše děti by se tu asi trošku nudily. Pravidelně jsme chodily na oběd do menší restaurace u pláže, to bylo skvělé zpestření. Koupání v lagunkách, hodně rybiček. Procházky do vedlejších resortů jsou příjemné, ale je třeba vzít si sebou aspoň vodu. Oceňuji, že v resortu nejsou prodejci a nikdo nežádá o bakšiš. Takže nerušený relax! Personál byl milý a nápomocný.

Drinky u baru jsme dostaly pouze pod podmínkou když se posadíme ke stolu. Koncem pobytu když je člověk přesycen společností dalších lidí to byla pro nás trošku nepříjemná podmínka.

A beautiful, grand hotel. Clean and well-maintained. Smiling, helpful staff (I recommend the excellent waiters – Amir in the seaside restaurant and Omar in the main bar), and excellent entertainment, especially from the local entertainment team.

Krásný resort, vice Evropský oproti jiným hotelům v Marsa Alam a Hurgádě, čistota na nejvyšší úrovni, každodenní starostlivost personálu o naše pohodlí a komfort.Prodejci nejsou tak urputní, jako na jiných místech, výborné masáže a skvělý tým, který pořádá výlety na čtyřkolkách, velice doporučuji si je rezervovat přímo od tohoto hotelu.

Pouze zanedbatelné, ale služby ve večerním lobby baru, chápeme, že když se nahrne spousty lidí najednou, je těžké všechny k maximální spokojenosti obsloužit, ale to čekání a kvalita drinku není úplně 100%, ovšem není to nic hrozného a dale jen chci zmínit přístup k moři, pro ty, které nevědí, že Marsa hotely blízko letiště ho úplně dobry nemají, ale rovněž nic tragického.

We had a pleasant stay at the Grand Jaz Hotel in Marsa Alam. The resort nice, clean, well‑kept, and offers easy access to a beautiful reef. The staff were kind and polite and the food had enough variety for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

L'hotel est super, le seul bémol : Beaucoup de possibilités en "extra" pour un All-inclusive par ex: 4€ le verre de jus d'orange frais plutot que le jus hypersucré des machines; ou si on demande une grande crêpe plutot que 4 petites ca devient un extra... alors on s'en passe, mais bon... Une navette est disponible entre les différents hôtels du groupe Jaz de la baie, sauf dans celui-ci: pareil c'est dommage c'est un petit service très appréciable pour profiter de l'intérieur de la baie. Aussi le soir pour profiter du souk de l'ensemble Jaz on est obligé de faire un détour car le passage inter-hotel ferme avant 20h: plus fatiguant pour les enfants.

La disposizione delle stanze è in modo circolare a cipolla intorno alle piscine tanto verde mantenuto bene io alloggiavo nella struttura 55 stanza 5501 posizione perfetta, camera grande con terrazza sul giardino, 50 mt dalla piscina principale ed al centro tra mare e ristorante principale, il riposino pomeridiano non è disturbato dalla musica della piscina, la sera molto silenziosa e tranquilla, camera pulita bene, una cosa gentile molto gradita mia moglie a compiuto gli anni durante il soggiorno, la sera al nostro ritorno in camera abbiamo trovato una tortina offerta dalla direzione. Tutte le sere intrattenimento musicale e spettacoli mare bellissimo e pesci da vedere vicino alla riva nel rif adiacente servizio sulla spiaggia eccellente lettini comodi sia in spiaggia che in piscina. Abbiamo avuto un problema che il direttore a gestito benissimo, l’assistente oxsana gentile e disponibile risolve le varie problematiche in modo eccellente,

Il cibo in confronto ad altre strutture che ho visitato non è un gran che ma questo è solo un mio giudizio personale i ristoranti a tema propongono piatti simili, nulla di speciale è inutile spendere i soldi, usufruite della cena a tema inclusa nel pacchetto, senza andare oltre.

We had a fantastic stay. The resort offers the perfect blend of relaxation and hospitality. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the high quality of service, everything met our expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, making the experience truly memorable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a stunning view that was the highlight of every morning. The atmosphere of the resort is serene, and the attention to detail in the amenities provided made for a very seamless and luxurious stay. The team here is professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Many thanks to Oksana (GR) for being so helpful, Mr. Ayman for his warm welcome, also the restaurant managers & the all the staff especially Mr. A. Ibrahim for his usual care. It was an oustanding experience that we would like to take it again.

I recently visited Jaz Grand Marsa. I had the best experience ever. Each day we was greeted by Lucy, Karim, Maro, Daniela, Firmino, Michelle, Ahmed from the animation team who was fantastic. They offered a range of activities such as darts, stretching, boccia, water polo, aqua gym, ping pong and dance lessons most days. The service was also vary caring and attentive to anything we want. Will return 100%

I am writing this to warn future guests. While the hotel itself is satisfactory and the frontline staff work very hard to provide a good service, the management is complicit in facilitating predatory practices by the on-site "resort doctor."I sought urgent help for back pain a few hours prior to my flight in february. I was charged an outrageous €1,395 by Health Partners for just two injections and a vitamin drip.It is deeply disappointing that the hotel management allows these predatory medical practices to operate on their premises. Enjoy the hotel, but avoid the resort doctor at all costs. You will be overcharged significantly, if they get the chance.

We spend our family holiday at JAZ Grand Marsa and is was great! Everybody is working hard for your comfortness during our stay. If you had the opportunity, my advice book JAZ Grand Marsa and you wont be dissapointed!

Sentirla su whatsapp è stato molto comodo! Il bar/ristorante Plateau sul mare è assolutamente fantastico sia per il pranzo che per la cena! Romantica e deliziosa! Omar è stato gentilissimo con noi, tutti i giorni! La spiaggia è curata e spaziosa! Mai avuto difficoltà nel trovare ombrelloni o lettini liberi!

I had a lovely stay at JAZ Grand Marsa. The hotel has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made my vacation truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I really liked the beach and the clear water, and the food was good with different options every day.

We had a great time at the JAZ Marsa. The hotel was amazing. It was the staff that made our holiday. Special shout out to the Animation Team Karin, Lucy, Mario, Michelle, Daniela, Islem and Firmino. They worked so hard in all of the activities , and we had so much fun. They made our holiday full of memories. Will def return again.. Activities that we took part in were water polo, aqua gym, boccia, darts and shuffle board.

I recently came back from a short 4-day vacation in Marsa Alam and once again I had a wonderful experience. The resort is always a guarantee in terms of quality, comfort, and organization. The sea and the sunshine were absolutely amazing – truly the highlight of the trip and exactly what I was looking for. A special mention goes to all the staff, who are consistently kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ayman Adel and Ms. Oksana for their kindness, support, and dedication, which made my stay even more pleasant. The food could be improved, but overall it didn’t affect the great experience I had. I would definitely recommend this resort and I look forward to coming back again!

The food quality was impressive, with a wide variety of international and local dishes served daily. Honest review on return from a week at the Jaz Grand Marsa without the pressure to submit a Google review in the presence of staff who then take pictures as proof you have given a good review to show management! I have stayed in many 5 star All Inclusive resorts around the world and this one fell short of the 5 star rating in every aspect. This hotel whilst in a good location and on beautifully kept gardens, is very tired and in need of refurbishment. Pathways are crumbling away, cracks in the walls and worn out equipment. My room on first glance looked clean but on further inspection and over time, it is clear the only cleaning being done is a quick mop of the floors and change of sheets. The thick dirt and dust is corners, under furniture and on table services made me feel queasy. White socks turned orange with a simple walk from one end of the room to the other. There were 3 guests in my room and whilst the sofa bed had bed pulled out and a made up with a sheet and blanket, the small pillow had be stollen from another bed rather than get the additional required. The room also only had 2 towels, 2 beach towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs etc. The housekeeper initially seemed attentive, making a point of introducing himself, however it became apparent he was tip fishing, knocking on the door multiple times a day/evening asking if we needed more water, coffee or toilet paper and this was AFTER he made up the room! One time he knocked and asked if we could change some tips he had received in coins to Euro notes, leaving us feeling constantly disturbed. Day time entertainment program is poor and had the least guest uptake I have ever seen at a hotel. Starts at 10 with 3 - 5 "entertainers" dancing in front of the pool often looking embarrassed or disinterested, to the hotel anthem. The day then involves the team members walking around the pool every half hour unenthusiasticly shouting an activity name/time every 20 feet, such as "Stretching, 10:30", "Water polo, 11" with no engagement with guests. Night time entertainment I can't comment on because I gave up waiting each night out of boredom. Kids show which we didn't want to attend but is next to the restaurant and lobby bar, is the same 5 songs 7 days a week, starts at 20:15 and usually lasts 25 minutes. The adult/main show then doesn't start until 9:45 so an hour of sitting and waiting whilst you're hassled for a reviews or money for a tombola etc.. Food was good although very repetitive with normally just 1 new unique dish a night. Staff were nice and polite but sometimes you would not get a drink until you'd almost finished your meal and drinks were more often than not watered down and warm. The pools are the saving feature of the hotel, well maintained and cleaned, with pool staff monitoring safety and supporting with umbrellas and sun loungers. However the constant circulation of "sales men", asking if you want a massage, scuba diving, quad biking or photos became so tiresome and the only way to avoid was to pretend to be asleep or go for a drink when you saw them heading your way. I would rate the hotel 3 star at the most and would certainly not return and after my experience being pressured to review in person, I seriously question the validity of the other reviews. You will note they are often posted 10 - 20 mins a part, the length of time staff stay with you trying to convince you

This resort offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. The entertainment team made sure every day was exciting, while the peaceful surroundings allowed for relaxation. The food variety was impressive, and the service was great.
