la habitación en la parte baja es muy ruidosa se escucha todo el ruido de los coches cuando pasan por la calle, se siente un poco inseguro por que de la calle se podía entrar directo a la habitación y desde la recepción no se ve ,las lámparas y el mobiliario de la habitación son un poco incómodos ( me pegue dos veces con las lámpara de pared de la entrada y con la televisión) tal vez si adaptarán cosas para lugares pequeños sería más comoda

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast staff and one of the recepcionists were nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Nice rooftop terrace. Great location near city center and restaurants.

The hotel has some "interesting"rules: we were not allowed to use bowls to eat yogurt at breakfast, only a small flat plate; we were not allowed to use the water boiler to make tea; no noise policy from 10pm but the receptionists continues to watch series/movies on loud speaker on her phone/tv which is very audible even from the room...

De locatie was op zich prima maar door de protesten was dit ineens de doorgaande weg. Hierdoor veel lawaai, heel veel verkeersgeluid en de uitlaatgassen waren niet te doen!

De kamer was klein en er was geen opberg ruimte. Je moest dus uit je koffer leven waardoor er nog minder ruimte was. Het ontbijt was erg karig. Beetje yoghurt en muesli en papaya of mango. Maar echt Europees was het niet te noemen. Je kon toast krijgen maar daar was dan geen beleg voor.

Hay una obra civil enfrente y toda la noche estuvieron sacando escombros, así que toda la noche, no pudimos dormir bien, aparte desde la 5 am empieza el ruido por el tráfico, los silbatos de tránsito. Aparte no tienen estacionamiento, no vi el anuncio en booking. Nos indicaron dejar el vehículo enfrente y nos despertaron poco antes de la 7am para que moviéramos el auto, pudieron habernos dicho que nos moviéramos a un estacionamiento público, o por lo menos prevenirnos de que nos llamarían. El Wifi no sirve.

Safe didn’t work, staff was very stingy with toilet paper and reluctant to give us a new toilet paper roll which happened twice. Upon checkout staff checked our room and swear we lost a tv remote, that was never there to begin with. Resulting us going back to the room to check, where we told the staff lady, that we never seen the remote. She was persistent there was 3 remotes. After her calling the cleaning lady she stated only 2 remotes were there causing us to check out later then scheduled.

Location was unbeatable - very central, literally a couple of blocks from the Zócalo, cathedral etc., with plenty of amenities nearby. Oaxaca city in general is very safe, but the area in particular felt perfectly safe (for a solo woman) both day and night. Seeing the processions passing right under the window was pretty cool, too! Staff was very helpful and always available for any need, we even managed to sort out a laundry load with a local company while I was there. The restaurant on the rooftop is very nice as well - not cheap but good food and good mezcal. Also appreciated that at 10pm it all shut down and the street went into "quiet mode". Breakfast is minimal but does its job, and the housekeeper serving it was lovely. The room itself was small but had everything I needed, shower was good and toiletries were provided. It was cleaned daily which was much appreciated, and some water was always provided.

The WiFi was non-existent during my stay... The initial WiFi details I was given didn't work, I was then told they were doing works to it so I go the reception WiFi details but even those were hit and miss. If I didn't have data connection this would have been a real issue. Noise levels were surprisingly ok given my room was on the main road, only exception was when a water tank (the loudest things known to man) decided that 7am was a perfectly acceptable time to start working, but that's definitely not the hotel's fault. The room was very small - this wasn't really a problem as it had a good window and aircon, but it did mean the Aircon was right above the bed which isn't ideal.

The location was within walking distance of Centro.

There were no exterior windows for almost all rooms. My room had a private terrace with only a hammock, but there was sewage coming up from the pipe and it constantly smelled like sewage. My parents’ room had no windows for fresh air, just internal windows to a public kitchen. The room was small and had no nightstand. Neither rooms had reading lights.

Inga fönster i rummet, dusch och toalettfönster gick ut i trapphuset. Det gjorde att man hörde när människor gick i trapporna/pratade. Takterrassen var restaurang som man inte hade tillgång till om man inte åt/drack där.

The location was hard to beat which was a bonus and the staff were pretty solid. It was mainly the room I had a problem with.

I did not try the breakfast but my room was disappointing. The mattress did not have a topper and in the middle of the night while I moved around the bare mattress was exposed which I found pretty gross.

El alojamiento está muy céntrico y en una zona que se siente segura, es muy fácil moverse a todos sitios a pie.

El aislamiento de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, se puede oír absolutamente todo, hasta tuberías cuando otro huésped usa la ducha. El tamaño de la habitación es tan pequeño que no tenía dónde abrir mi maleta en el suelo. El desayuno podría ser más generoso.

Staff were very friendly and responsive. Location is central. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Strong A/C. When I had issues with hot water and wifi, they were promptly addressed. Space was very clean and was kept that way with daily cleaning. Also very nice interior design with a small safe.

Room was quite small, no where to sit other than the bed. Very little natural light since no windows faced outside. A lot of noise from the street (which is normal) but also not so much privacy since the windows go to the connected restaurant's stairway and main hallway.

No esta decorado con nada Oaxaqueño como muchos otros lugares, les recomendaría poner un perchero de pared y eso de "hotel boutique" no se justifica solo tiene un mueble con algunas cosas, a veces se escuchan las conversaciones se entiende ya que es un hotel pequeño pocas habitaciones al final si sales a conoces Oaxaca no debe de haber problema con eso

Front desk staff were excellent, helpful and pleasant. Continental breakfast was quick start to day. View from restaurant on rooftop was very good. Location was walking distance to central sites. Very clean. Cute decor, old building.

El hotel cumplió nuestras expectativas. El hotel relación precio estaba bastante bien y el desayuno se agradecía mucho. Lo único que es bastante ruidoso a veces, recomendaría llevar tapones.

Only had it once, we like to explore the area we are in. Helpful on our last day as we had to catch a bus. Bonus was the carnival parade went by our hotel 2 days in a row. The staff really tried to help us with our lack of Spanish we got our messages across with google translate.

Every creature comfort was provided for including a bath robe which i fashioned around the room. The hotel was clean and very organized. The breakfast meal was perfect and well executed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

If you are booking on this application, do not book the lower value rooms as you will spend the night in an echo chamber. Any noice, any noice from the front door, restaurant on the first level and/or conversations taking place on the second level lounge will fill your room. Bring ear plugs if you are staying in the lower rooms, not sure what it is like up a level, but i think it would be quieter. The reason for this is that all the walls reflect the sound, and there is no attempt to baffle the sound, This was a serious discomfort.

The room was very small. Only one window at the end of a little dark alcove. There was no place to sit except the bed. We had what they called the larger room and we saw the smaller rooms that looked like walk in closets. There was no heat. The room was cold.

We stayed here during Día de Muertos. This property was really great value for money. Central location, very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. At night, there was a security guard at the entrance, making us feel very safe.

Excelente ubicacion, comodo, pequeñito pero con una buena distribucion, ame que la habitacion que me tocó tenia un pequeño patio trasero y una amahaca, eso fue genial, lugar tranquilo, sin ruido, accesible a todo, al centro unas cuadras caminando un buen lugar, ame el desayuno continental qu tenia, ya que por lo menos te permite no salir sin el estomago vacio, cafe, te, leche, jugos, yogurth, pan tostado y fruta es lo que tenian , disfrute que lo ofrecieran, gracias, y la señora que estaba al pendiente de brindar ese servicio amable y servicial, aparte de ser camarista tambien, ojo lleven para dar propina, actitud al 100, amabilidad y todo al igual que las chicas de la recepción, me ayudaron bastante a conseguir un taxi, y siempre muy amables, excelenete servicio. recomendado.

lo único malo fue que el día que tuve libre para disfrutar en el hotel ese día tenían cerrada la terraza que es un pequeñito restaurante bar en la parte alta, pero fuera de allí no hubo ningún problema.

El desayuno es perfecto para empezar el dia un poco de fruta y pan tostado con cafe y jugo natural de naranja, el hotel esta perfectamente ubicado cerca de todo sin necesidad de automovil, muy tranquilo y todo el personal muy amable.

L'hôtel est bien situé, on peut se rendre en ville facilement à pied. Le petit déjeuner est compris ce qui n'est pas désagréable. Bonne literie, chambre propre, restaurant sur place. Possibilité de vous garder les valises quand vous avez quitté la chambre ce qui est un vrai plus.

Vers 9h, le personnel de ménage vient frapper à la porte pour que l'on libère la chambre, c'est peut être un peu tôt pour les amateurs de grasse matinée.

Excellent location, a short walk from the centre but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. We arrived early so the luggage storage service was helpful. There was fresh fruit and toast for breakfast each morning, which was nice. Aircon in the room, bed was comfy enough - the room was small but comfortable enough for a short stay (we only stayed for 2 days). Good WiFi connection in our room (which wasn’t the same for all our stays in Mexico!)

Our bedroom didn’t have any natural light, this was fine for 2 nights but I probably wouldn’t have liked for longer. There wasn’t any windows to outside which meant we probably had a quieter room, but I also think this contributed to a bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling. Luckily our neighbours were quiet but you can hear quite well into the corridor.

Suuuper ruidoso, huele a gasolina, la habitación no tiene ventanas y es enana!!! Precios desorbitados para este hotel. En Europa no costaría más de 40€ la noche y aquí es más del doble!! Por las mañanas a las 6 viene un señor que aporrea la puerta y despierta a todo el hotel! No hay espacio en la habitación para NADA!
