Food, staff and cleanliness
Everything was great!
Nothing to add
Ambiente familiar !
Do quarto e do pessoal todos ótimos
Brilliant holiday from start to finish. Perfect for families. So much fun for the kids. Staff are incredible (shout out to our girl Regina on the entertainment staff 🫶🏼) Apartments are lovely & spacious & the site in general is immaculately clean. Good food choices as part of the all inclusive. Entertainment is non stop throughout the day & night. Surrounding area has everything you need, local shops & restaurants if you want to dine out, beach a few minutes walk away. Albufeira Old Town only $8 in an Uber and definitely worth visiting at any time of the day.
We have just come back from a lovely family holiday. This is a very friendly and clean hotel with spacious comfortable apartments. We were in block B which was great for access to the pool bar and melody bar. The pool was a lovely fresh temperature which was just what you needed in the heat. It was annoying that inflatables were not allowed in the pool as this is something my children really enjoy on holiday. I do understand why they need to enforce this rule as the pool is not huge but maybe set aside one hour in the morning or afternoon when inflatables are permitted. The restaurant was fine. There was not as much choice as I’ve had in other hotels but there was enough choice and the food was good. I found the staff to be incredibly helpful on reception, and in particular, one lady who sorted out a visit to the local health centre for us when my son split his lip in the waterpark and then again for me when I had pains in my leg. She was great! Very helpful and followed up to see how we were doing. Sorry I didn’t catch your name. Please be aware that you need to book the activities such as giant chess, table tennis and football to avoid disappointment. The slots go quite early Good location with nearby restaurants, bars, gift shops and lovely beaches.
Todo el trato del personal. Excelente.
We where on the all inclusive package which I don’t usually do but it was worth it, entertainment for the kids everyday and the two pools and play areas for the toddlers where excellent, my only gripe would be you have to ask for utensils for your room if you want them and if you want to iron clothes if you haven’t brought an iron you have to go to the laundry room in block H to iron, the glasses for the beers could have been bigger as well but I’d definitely come back as its spotless, overall very good holiday and the kids all under 5 loved it, we got a taxi a few times to Falesia beach but theres also Santa Eulalia and Oura beaches a taxi ride away if you want to go,all great beaches, Olhos D’Agua Beach is 5/10 minute walk but it’s a steep hill and beach is only small and packed but it’s a great place
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is fantastic. This was our second year staying here and we have never gone back to the same place twice. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Reception are so friendly, the people welcoming you to dinner every night are wonderful (Orlando, Alice and I’m sorry I don’t know any other names!) and by far what has made it for us is the animation/entertainment team. They appear about 11am every day around the pool for activities and are still there on the dance floor at 11pm some nights. Niguelsan, Rafael, Angela, Ari (and I’m sorry there are so many others I don’t know names) absolutely made the holiday for us. So much fun!! The atmosphere around the pool is fun and lively, mini disco is fab and evening entertainment was great for us. The food is lovely. Buffet is a bit smaller than some places we’ve been but it is a smaller hotel and the quality is brilliant. We’ve also never been to a cleaner hotel, there is someone always cleaning and maintaining things. Overall, highly recommend for families. We had a 2 year old and 10 year old with us. We will be back!!
I came here with my husband and son. We were greeted very warmly at reception when we arrived . Unfortunately when we arrived our room wasn’t very so we had to bum about in the soaring heat for over 2 hours . The room (apartment) itself is very spacious, exceptionally clean with everything you need. I was surprised how nice the room was. It would easily accommodate a family of 4. The entertainment staff especially the 2 young lads (think one is called Raphael) are very good. Very engaging and great with the kids. The bar staff are very rude apart from the older gentleman. Drinks on offer are decent . The bar food was alright too (pizza, chips , nugs etc ) The pool is very clean and is massive . The towel hire is a really nice touch. I’ve never seen this before . The pool entertainment is good. Our son particularly liked the water polo. Night entertainment is ok. Kids club would definitely benefit for being in the main area . Feels a little disjointed being outside on the deck. Food here isn’t great. I was disappointed as reviews were really good . Breakfast gets boring , lunch is alright but dinner is abysmal . We went out most night for dinner . Which isn’t great when we paid over £3500 for a weeks holidays for a family of 3. Food selection is huge , but some of the quality is poor. It would be better to have less choice and better quality food. The allergen information is helpful but sometimes the food is labeled wrong which isn’t great for someone like myself who suffers with an allergen. The hotel location is in a village. To the left is a small beach area with afew shops and restaurants. To the right is afew restaurants and a supermarket. The old town is about 10 min is a taxi and costs a I’ve €10 each way. That has more to offer , lots of bars , bigger beach , tons of shops . Much lively atmosphere. If your looking to stay mostly in the hotel , not too fussed about the food quality then you’ll probably enjoy it more then we did . The hotel were really sweet and left my husband and I an anniversary card and bottle was wine which was really lovely and thoughtful . So thank you for that . The house keeping staff are absolutely fantastic. The hotel is spotless . We liked we could also wash and dry our clothes in the Laundry room. This was a plus to us particularly as we move house 3 days after we get home from holidays . If little tweaks were made especially with the food this would be an absolutely banging hotel.
As I spend my last evening here I thought it’s a great time to do a review. When we arrived at the hotel we were impressed with the hotel as you pull up and the reception inside. The staff at reception are all very engaging, helpful and friendly. When we arrived at our family room again we were pleasantly surprised. A huge area as you come in, good size bathroom, big room inc a small kitchen, dining table, coffee table, big tv and two sofa beds. Our room had a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Both rooms had excellent air con and ceiling fans. The air con is very difficult to work so get reception to alter if you find it too cold or not cold enough. There is a good size balcony with two chairs, table and space to hang wet washing. All this delivers a great base for your stay and gives you the opportunity to slightly cater for yourself or children should you wish to. Another huge benefit is that they have a wash room. Sounds strange but a huge bonus. For €7.50 you can wash and dry a huge load meaning you can take clothes home clean and do not necessarily have to bring loads with you. We move house 3 days after flying home do we took full advantage! There is an iron free to use with an ironing board of sorts in the wash room. Outside of that is a games room. It’s very dated and pool table, arcade games are not owned by the hotel. They regularly broke while we were there which is something the hotel should review. The swimming pool is freezing cold (even during 30’c days) but you do adjust after the initial shock. It is massive so plenty of space for the entertainment team to hold events and others to spend time within. We enjoyed some time in the pool and our son took advantage of the games and activities within it. There are so many loungers around the pool that you should never miss out but you have to get up early to claim the best ones. They have a pool side bar which is very useful and they have snacks in there from midday to about 21.00. Kids can get ice cream and ice pops too. The entertainment team are excellent with the kids and with some the passion really shines through. Breakfast offers a good verity of fruit, cereals, pastries, cakes, meats and cheeses. Then there are hot items but the sausages are gross! Bacon has a turkey ham feel to it. There are plenty of drink options so sets you up well for the day. Lunch is good too. Plenty of salads, pasta with tomato sauce, fish offerings, cooked marinaded meats and dishes plus vegetarian offerings. Plenty of side offerings too and breads. Desserts are always around 5 choices plus fruits and cheeses. Pizza is there lunch and dinner too. Dinner is a huge let down. It just does not hit the mark like the other times of the day. Pizza again, pasta bolognaise and then uninspired fish and meat dishes that are not good. We ate out for over half the week for dinner as a result spending €100’s euros. Desserts again are very similar to lunch. The hotel needs to re address the dinner options as they let the experience down big time. Another issue is kids running around the dining room all the time so it’s a hazard. The evening entertainment is very poor and not worth experiencing. We tried a few nights! The hotel is in the middle of a village. There are a few restaurants 10 mins walk away to the left (beach way) and right towards the old town and supermarket. We found a restaurant called Versatile no more than 15 mins walk away and it’s superb. Really good quality. For an 15 min taxi ride you can go to the old town. Plenty of shops, restaurants an d bars there. Only costs about €11 each way. There is a huge beach there too. Overall a really nice hotel with good facilities. But entertainment on an evening and evening meals need a re think.
We had an amazing week at 3hb humbria, the animation team were amazing and super friendly, lots of activities for children and adults to join in with during the day, evening entertainment was good especially the glow party! The food was good. Very high standards of cleanliness, staff outside early hours in the morning every day scrubbing the sunbeds, decking and polishing the glass barriers. The apartment rooms were big and very clean. Short walk to shops, cafes and a supermarket. 10 min walk to the beach with cafes and gift shops. A lovely area, would definitely come back.
Vamos repetir certamente.
An incredible place for a family to go on holiday for a week or so . A great water park facility’s and swimming pool . Entertainment staff very welcoming and activity’s bursting with fun . The food is excellent. Gorges meals freshly cooked every day and they are honestly absolutely delicious. Entertainment at night defenatley keeps you entertained good bands are on and the occasional band who are not so good but overalll it’s great entertainment there . The bars and snack bars are a soul incredible with gorges cocktails and freindly staff topped of our holiday
3HB Clube Humbria is a fantastic hotel. Clean, quality layout, excellent food and brilliant entertainment. The rooms are BIG with air conditioner and comfy beds. We stayed in Block H, 2nd floor room 281. It was a "Garden View" room but we could see towards the pool from our balcony (albeit standing). We didn't spend any time in our room apart from sleeping so that was all good for us. The entertainment was great, aqua aerobics/dance, bingo, water polo and the daily magic carpet was a winner with our boys. Meal times were enjoyable. We sat outside for all our meals. Minimal waiting and choice/quality of food was decent. Downsides.... Sun loungers - The wars are eternal. There are more than enough for every guest but be prepared to rise EARLY to snaffle your spot. They free up during the day but it's the classic reserve and turn up when it's the afternoon unfortunately. There are signs explaining the rules around reserving but they are not enforced. Drinks - there is a good selection. The main beer is Super Bock, which is a great lager but it is served in plastic cups which makes it go dead within seconds. The alternate is Carlsberg which carries better but not the best. Cocktails are from a machine, all of them are fruity/sweet. There is a "cocktail of the day" which is prepared in a shaker but loosely. All them are fruity/sweet. Coffee is very good, bean to cup and espresso is quality Snacks - there are none. Is you want a salty snack to accompany your beverage you'll have to take a trip out to the local super mercado. The pool bar has food on all day but it's a slippery slope seeking to quench the salty snack need with a plate of chips Room allocation - we arrived at 11.00 local time but had to wait for our room. T&C s will state that this can be up to 4pm and it did. But, it took us enquiring multiple times before we were given the keys. I suspect if we didn't we would have been waiting longer as they weren't in a rush. There's a real.mix of people staying at Clube Humbria, from many different countries which is great. Adds to the lively atmosphere and fun vibes. Our boys loved the daily quiz. Overall a great holiday but with some tweaks it could be excellent
This was our first family holiday and we absolutely loved it, our daughters are 3 and 8 they both enjoyed the whole experience, The hotel was super clean and tidy, staff were extremely friendly and fantastic with our daughters especially the youngest, We were in block D room 243 which was a brilliant apartment with a lovely view over looking the sea and hotels behind, we heard no noise at night or while having a siesta in the day, we didnt really use the air con as the big fans in the ceilings were enough to keep it chilled, but when we did it worked a treat. The food was really good we all managed to eat everyday and were always full up which is unusual for children, The snack bar area was really good food was kept fresh and constantly brought out, with a brilliant drink selection. The splash area was brilliant and the girls loved the slides and the park, they couldn't get enough of it, we still managed to get over to the big pool which was lovely and refreshing all be it a little on the cold side dependant on the weather, The animation team were brilliant and always friendly and sooo good with the children, they did there best to keep a good atmosphere in the entertainment and around the pool and it worked especially the pool party. The only slight down side to the hotel is the location, there are a few bars around the corners and a couple of shops but nothing much, but we didnt mind as we stayed in the hotel and enjoyed our time there, Girls were extremely sad to go home but cant wait for there next adventure, We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who asks, we would go back in a heart beat. Thank you 3HB Clube you were brilliant.
Amazing much better than there sister hotel the guarana which is a horrid hotel but this one was a lot nicer and friendlier staff
Lovely rooms, great facilities, high quality food
The pool was a little cold in May
Hyper bruyant
We had a lovely week here as a family of 3 with an 8 year old child. The hotel is extremely clean in all areas. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a room that faced the back of the grounds (pool view was going to cost a lot more when we booked) and we are glad as some of the pool facing rooms had people walking past the balcony all day. We could see the sports court, neighbouring properties and it was lovely and quiet. The apartments are very spacious with kitchenette, full bathroom, good storage and we had a large balcony with clothes airer. Good air-conditioning. TV had Sky News in English and some English language programmes on other channels subtitles in Portugese. Mealtimes were at very sensible times. Dinner started at 1830 which was good for those with young children as some continental hotels are very late. The selection of dishes was very good. Lots of plain food that children tend to like as well as curry, risotto, pizza, meat and fish, vegetables, soup, breads, salads. Drinks are all self service in the restaurant so no waiting about which was good. Staff were very attentive at taking away finished plates. One small criticism - the juices in the machine were not very nice. Sometimes they seemed too concentrated as if the mix wasn't right. Highlights were the pancakes at breakfast, lovely pastries, theme nights like paella, bbq, Mexican. We didn't drink a lot of alcohol but soft drinks were branded Coke, Sprite, Fanta, and there was Carlsberg lager. The pool area is very nice and at its deepest is about 1.5m so most adults will be able to stand up throughout. Be aware that no inflatables are allowed except baby rings. This is good that it is not filled with large lilos and rafts. It would have been nice to be able to play a game of catch though at quieter times but balls are not allowed either. We could always get a sunbed somewhere any time of day though to get the best spots people were putting towels down though not super early. When we would go to breakfast about 8.30 there were still loungers free around the pool. No sunbed wars! Entertainment- the team work extremely hard and seem to love what they do. We didn't use the kids club but Staff were always welcoming just when walking around. Evening shows were good - live bands, magician, local folk dancers who gave it their all in their warm costumes. Also quizzes, bingo, karaoke, and a fair one night with bouncy castle, popcorn, axe throwing, face painting etc. Highlight was the young man from the Entertainment team who was dancing to Billie Jean during the 33LM band performance. Amazing dancer! Splash park is really good. Our 8 year old loved the big slides. I think only 6 years plus can use those but there are also some smaller ones for younger children. Location is easy walking distance to the beach and shops, pharmacy, restaurants if you wanted to eat out ( we didn't). Also not too far from Faro airport. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to families including those with teenagers as they can also go on the slides and there was water polo and football etc for them. If you want a quiet room ask for block F non pool facing. Thanks 3HB Humbria.
Todo! Hemos repetido
Los horarios adaptados a extranjeros
We went with our daughter and family and our grand daughter who is nearly 5 The staff were friendly and helpful and all did a great job The hotel is kept very clean and tidy especially the pool and snack bar areas There is plenty of entertainment for kids ranging from the pool and water park to daily activities and kids club Our room was large and comfortable with a bedroom lounge and kitchen area. A kettle was supplied... but no tea coffee milk etc??? We always found a sunbed but not always beside the pool because as usual there are always the sad people who get up at stupid o'clock on holiday to grab the same sunbed in the same position every day The pool was good it had a shallow section for smaller kids and a deeper section for adults There was a good selection of food on offer in the restaurant and snack bar The drinks were pretty average and the beer was awful A thing that annoyed us was whether you were by the pool, in the snack bar, on the terrace or in the main show room your drinks are served in plastic glasses or paper cups if you have a hot drink I understand the reason for this in the daytime but it is poor practice in the evening and made the drinks unenjoyable Unfortunately there is very little outside the hotel worth venturing out for and the beach is quite a jaunt However we would recommend the hotel based on the staff and the excellent kids facilities
A Gluten-Free Gem ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were really impressed with 3HB Clube Humbria and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, especially to anyone following a gluten-free diet. The hotel itself is immaculate. The staff are constantly cleaning and maintaining the hotel, and it really shows. Everywhere is spotless, from the communal areas to the pool and dining areas. The hotel is also in excellent condition. The communal spaces are bright, spacious and well maintained, and our one-bedroom apartment was large with very comfortable beds. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add more plug sockets and more storage for clothing, particularly for families of four sharing a one-bedroom apartment. I’d definitely recommend bringing a multi-plug extension. The entertainment team deserve a special mention. They work incredibly hard, are full of energy and are fantastic with children, creating a really friendly atmosphere throughout the day and evening. The food (especially for coeliacs): The food was excellent, with a huge variety available at breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks throughout the day. There was an excellent drinks selection, including cocktails, branded spirits with very generous measures, soft drinks and juices. As a coeliac, I genuinely didn’t struggle at all. Every dish has a full ingredient list displayed, making it easy to identify what is safe to eat. The restaurant staff were also wonderful. After a few days of asking about gluten-free options, they began offering them before I even needed to ask. Available gluten-free options included: • Fresh gluten-free bread and toast. • Gluten-free pancakes at breakfast. • Gluten-free cereal and granola. • Gluten-free pizza and pasta on request. • Most cooked breakfast items. • Plenty of salads, grilled vegetables, grilled chicken and fish, plus vegetable curry. • Two gluten-free cakes every day, along with one or two gluten-free mousse desserts. • Gluten-free ice cream pots available from the bar (the self-service dining room ice cream isn’t gluten-free). A couple of suggestions: These aren’t criticisms of the hotel, more ideas that could make an already excellent gluten-free offering even better. A separate gluten-free station for cutlery would reduce the risk of cross-contamination. I often saw guests handling several pieces of cutlery before choosing one, which is unavoidable but not ideal for coeliacs. Similarly, having the gluten-free cakes in their own dedicated area would help. I noticed non-gluten-free guests sometimes browsing them and not always using the serving utensils correctly. I also chose not to have the gluten-free pasta because the serving spoon for the shared pasta sauce was frequently used on regular pasta before being returned to the sauce. Having a dedicated gluten-free pasta sauce in a separate area would completely remove that concern. None of these issues are the hotel’s fault—they’re simply the result of guest behaviour—but small changes like these would make an excellent gluten-free experience even safer. Location: The local beach, Olhos de Água, is only about a 10-minute walk away and is well worth visiting. There’s also a lovely little beach bar where the chips are cooked in a dedicated fryer, making them suitable for coeliacs. Things to do: If you’re staying here, I’d recommend: • Visiting Silves – the castle and archaeological museum are well worth seeing and it’s only around €20 in an Uber. • Stopping at Algarve Shopping on the way back for some great shops and bargains. • Booking a Benagil Caves boat trip. We went with Algarve Experience from Albufeira Marina and thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall: This is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed in for gluten-free dining. The staff were knowledgeable, accommodating and genuinely wanted to help. We felt confident eating here throughout our stay. If you’re a coeliac looking for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday in the Algarve, 3HB Clube Humbria is a very safe choice. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was spotless. Pizza was really good. The hotel was very child friendly and the pools were great.
I would make the kitchen area smaller, and put in a partition in the room and put in another bedroom with actual beds and immediately remove the sofa beds. Uncomfortable to sleep on and they seem quite old. As this hotel is all inclusive, there isn't much need for a full kitchen area. I would also ask that crisps or snacks be added to the pool bar menu. Nice to have with drinks.
We are currently holidaying here with our two daughters. The positives, there are many. The food is excellent and very good quality. The restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. The managers welcome us every time and the whole experience is great. The pool is great for everyone. Cleaned everyday. Getting a sunbed is tricky though and unfortunately you need to be up early to get a bed by the pool. The entertainment team are friendly and really create a fun positive vibe without being over the top. Rooms are great, very cool and cleaned really well. The downside for us was the bar staff, they really are so miserable. I smiled, tried to make conversation but they didn't want to know. Often they were rude and we ended up using the bar in the club in the evenings as the bartender there was friendlier and made nice drinks. I feel some customer service training in this area would be beneficial. Overall though a great holiday.
Our second visit, having first stayed 3 years ago . Just as lovely as we remember it. Spotlessly clean, fantastic food and drink and great family entertainment until after 10pm. There are no hidden extras, Even things like evening popcorn and raffle are included. This was a big plus. The only time you might need to put hand in pocket is if external vendors come to the venue, but totally optional. My Kids (7 and 12) made lots of friends Food options were very fresh and varied. Always something delicious to eat. Also cocktail of the day always delicious. Never had to wait long for bar service , plenty of staff. I would be delighted to see more vegan sweet options but the savoury accommodates for every requirement . Kids club does up to 8 years- it is an excellent facility and very secure and with a really good schedule of activities. It would be nice if they extended some activities to older kids eg pizza making. Teen club is for 8-15 and the schedule quite sporty (eg football , darts, basketball)- my daughter did join in but was very boy-heavy so schedule could really benefit from a few more girly options eg dance or gymnastics or netball. Overall entertainment was on time and lively- some highlights included the fair , pool party, white party and karaoke. Also enjoyed the magic show but sure he also had birds last time. Overall a magical holiday . Thank you again 3hb humbria.
Just back from a 10 night stay with my daughter, son in law and grandson aged 12 and granddaughter 9. Positives: We had two apartments in the back of block C. Rooms were quiet and we had no noise problems. They were large and very clean. Cleaners did a great job. Food was always hot and on the whole tasty. Drinks readily available. The animation team did a great job and as a family we joined in lots of the activities and won a few certificates and sun hats between the five of us. Complex kept clean and tidy throughout. We always managed to get sun beds although we took it in turns to put towels out at about 8 am. However always sun beds available but maybe not quite where you want to be seated if you left it to later during the morning or afternoon. All staff friendly and polite. Negatives: Only one buffet restaurant which is more like a canteen, with dining chairs and tables very close together. Lots of small children getting their own food and drinks who really need help from an adult which causes chaos but no fault of the hotel. Small ball situation in pool. One day you could play with one and the next day you couldn’t. Depends which life guard was on duty. If you have young children be aware that pool attendant may not be looking out for dangers in the main pool (as on more than one occasion the guy was asleep).
Positives Hotel is lovely, apartment rooms are really spacious and well presented. Beds are so comfortable. There are loads of sunbeds available, however around the pool is a challenge and you will need to be there before 7am. However the grass areas are fine and you can get a bed after 10am on the grass. Staff are friendly and work hard, entertainment team put on activities all day. Negatives Food!! Not much choice. If you are used to decent all inclusive holidays you will be disappointed. There were some evenings when it was a struggle. You can only eat pizza so many times. Pool water is COLD, you do get used to it and it began to warm up, we went end of July so I can imagine August will be warmer. There is not a lot to to do in the local area, however Uber is cheap and you can visit a lot of places Overall, I would recommend it if you have never been to the area, but would not return myself as there is nothing to return to.
We stayed here for 4 nights in a one bed apt as a family of 5 in block c facing the splash park. We had sun on balcony all afternoon and evening which was a priority for us. I wasn’t sure what we’d make of the place as we usually travel to much larger hotels. I can say hands down the service here was better than some 5star hotels I’ve stayed in. Every staff member we met was so helpful and friendly. The animation team do a wonderful job. And the hotel in that respect is geared towards younger kids. My teen was bored but younger ones loved it. Food was excellent for an AI. Well organised although loud in the dining room which is to be expected! A tip is to try sit outside. Snack bar is a great idea as it serves late in the evening as well as throughout the day. Recommend for families with younger children.
Rooms good pools good water slides hurt if you are 5 foot or taller good food selection
Just got back from a weeks all inclusive, and will likely be booking again for next year. By far the best holiday we have had as a family. All the staff we encountered were energetic, friendly and made a good fuss of the kids. The hotel is absolutely spotless, really clean and well presented in all areas. Food was spot on too, fantastic options and fresh paella one lunchtime too which was a great highlight. Loads of options for our kids (7 and 4) and always something a bit exotic for them to try out which was nice. Loads of drink stations, with pour your own beers and wine too! The pools are great, pretty cold but its refreshing when it's 32+ degrees! The water park was great fun for the kids. My boys went to kids club for 3 of the afternoon and absolutely loved it. We have never done that before, but the staff were great and the kids had a brilliant time. Went to a couple of local beaches in walking distance, and did a day in Villamoura which was a nice change of scenery. Cheap on the Uber app too! I couldn't fault the hotel at all, such a great place and I would highly recommend to anyone, especially ones with kids in primary school age!
By far the best all inclusive we’ve been to. Food was varied and fresh every day and so tasty. Staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean Entertainment was varied and fun. Our children were too old for the kids entertainment (12&14) but what they had in for younger children looked great and the children’s staff had buckets of energy and enthusiasm. Walking distance to Olhas beach which whilst small was clean and had nice cafes and restaurants. Hotel is small but I think was definitely part of its charm. Would recommend to younger families especially.
Overall we enjoyed our holiday however a few things ruined our overall experience. On arrival, staff were great, our room wasn’t ready however within an hour I received a phone call informing me that it was now ready. We were allocated a bottom floor apartment in block B which backs onto the play park. At times people were in the play park til near 1am then we had staff out with the leaf blowers at 7.30am and on other mornings we had staff/gardeners at the other side of our balcony chatting away which woke ourselves and the kids up. In addition to the above, the people above us sounded as if they were rearranging the furniture and throwing marbles down on the floor until the early hours. I have read similar reviews regarding the noise from apartments above - So if I was you I’d request a top floor apartment. Staff - Vast majority of the staff were welcoming and friendly, however some bar staff didn’t like it when you asked for a straw - for some reason they are located behind the bar and are too small for the majority of the glasses. Food - Overall the food was good, however could maybe have more options for kids, especially at dinner. Sunbed wars - need to be up early if you want an sunbed anywhere near the pool. Main pool - pretty busy at times but adequate size, on our arrival we approached the lifeguard to get towels with no response from him - turned out he was out cold sleeping with his tinted shades on. Depending on what lifeguard is on duty depends on whether you’re allowed floats etc in the pool. Water park - Brilliant for the kids. Entertainment staff - cracking, always full of energy, engaging and pleasant. Nighttime entertainment - Usual entertainment, however some of the ‘musicians/dancers’ they had in were woeful however we all have our different tastes. Location - Ideal location, short walk to the beach and short uber ride to nearby towns. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but we were genuinely knackered at times due to the lack of sleep we were getting. We did raise the issues to reception staff on three separate occasions and they did their best to sort it out and offer us a different room but stated that it might just be as noisy elsewhere and as we had unpacked etc we decided to remain put, with wishful thinking that every night it would get better - which it didn’t. We stayed at the Guarana last year and if I had the choice between the two hotels I’d rather stay at the Guarana again.
Clean and beautifully kept outdoors areas. (Although I saw a cockroach in the garage.) Good food in the main restaurant. Car parking is free. Lovely little water park for kids. Mine really enjoyed it! In general, the staff was super friendly. Except for the pool area. The towel guys (who apparently were also lifeguards) seemed to have very little interest in their jobs. And be mindful as they might use some offensive language; when my kids were getting kiddie drinks from the pool bar, a waiter, while speaking otherwise in Portuguese with a colleague, said the F word while my kids were there waiting for their drinks. Mine know Portuguese and English, so they understood everything. The F word is, however, very no-no in an international schools, so it wasn't very good influence for my 6 years old who then repeated the word like a parrot. It was fairly easy to find sun beds and shadow, probably because Portuguese families are not on holiday yet. Some annoying sun bed reserving, to which staff did nothing, even though it was clearly forbidden in the brochure we received upon arriving.
In bathroom, the sink was too high for a 6 years old. There was no stool available, even though the hotel knew that we will be there with smaller kids, so I had to lift him every time when brushing teeth or washing hands. There was only 1 horrible bright light in the toilet/bathroom, no undirect/soft light. Also no sockets whatsoever, so I couldn't use the night light I brought with me. The only option when going to toilet during night / early morning was to put that solarium light on.
Stayed end of June into July with a party of 7. 3 kids aged 14/13/11 for 2 weeks. Good points; staff very friendly, food was excellent, rooms were fab (very spacious and no extra charge for safe), maid service every day was very good, location was spot on( only a 10 min stroll to the beach), weather was tremendous, water bottles provided at the beginning of holiday were useful, towels for the pool changed every day for free was good. Everywhere was clean and tidy 👌 Things that were disappointing; 1- no inflatables or balls allowed in the pool. This really spoiled it for us as myself and my daughter love spending time playing with the ball. 2- locking the sports pitch and having to book at reception takes away the chance for kids just to turn up and make friends and have somewhere to hang out. Last few years it’s where my daughter has met people and started to make friends even though she doesn’t really play football. 3- this hotel is great for kids up to 10. Over that there’s really not much going on. The animation team are nice but wander around a lot but don’t really seem to be encouraging any older kids to get together and do things. Shame. Defo thought for our 2 week stay the kids were happy to head home due to lack of activities/ encouragement for them to do things. 4- pool for me is simply too small for the amount of people. It is a slightly colder pool that used to but once in for a month was absolutely fine. 5- games room is hidden away under one of the blocks of apartments. Feels like a thought of “oh we need a games room let’s stick it under there” 6- 1 treadmill in the gym is poor. Went at 7am when it opened and was very aware of others waiting about to use it. Had to try and find a time that was quieter. 7- the sports bar/ poolside bar closed at 11. Even with the World Cup games being shown there even if a game kicked off at 10 everything would shut down at 11. Yes they left the tvs on in reception but a bit of common sense to leave at least the tv on to allow people to watch the second half is surely the right call. Overall I don’t think we’d come back because of the 7 points above. We had a day out at slide and splash which was great. Used Ubers both ways. Pine cliffs golf which is close by if avoid at all costs. It’s a rip off. Salgados golf course was much better and discounts if you book online. If you have a young family though there’s so so much for them to do here but just be aware if you’ve got older kids it can become a bit of a drag.
The hotel and facilities are amazing. Snacks always available and the food is great. Fun entertainment for the kids. The rooms were lovely with two balcony’s. Enough space for the four of us.
There was unfortunately a musty smell we couldn’t get rid of in the bedroom.
First of all, I have never left a review for any holiday previously. However, the team at 3HB Clube Humbria were absolutely fantastic and deserve every praise - you can see this in the thousands of reviews already left. We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 4. The check in process was quick and easy, right from arriving at the door we had Kris welcome us to help with our bags. The reception team are great and made check in really easy and straight forward - within 10 minutes of arriving the animation team were already engaging with our girls and having fun. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived however that didn’t matter, we had access to all facilities straight away and after some lunch and some exploring of the grounds, the room was soon available. The rooms are extremely spacious and well maintained with big balconies. Special shout out to the team cleaning not just the rooms but the hotel as a whole. The entire place is SPOTLESS! You would struggle to find anything unclean at any time. The facilities are also very good, from the football court and ping pong table to the main pool and kids splash park. As already mentioned, the entertainment team are fantastic with the kids and even get the parents joining in. Every day there was aqua fit, magic carpet and waterpolo for both kids and adults. Both my children loved bingo which was played everyday, my only recommendation would be to have more than one game. The evenings featured a mini disco that was thoroughly enjoyed by our youngest daughter and a quiz that our eldest enjoyed. The food was great, our kids are picky eaters and always found something - some questionable combinations but they always left meal times full. We made use of the snack bar daily, enjoying some food and an hour out of the sun. The food here was also exceptional, constantly monitored and replenished. There wasn’t a single time you were waiting longer than a couple of minutes for a drink, plenty of staff on hand to serve drinks. If you are debating booking this hotel, then stop and get it booked, you will not regret it. Many of the people we spoke to were people returning to the hotel from previous holidays and I can see why. Thank you to the team at 3HB Clube Humbria for a fantastic holiday, we will be back!!
Adoramos a animação, os animadores eram excelentes! As crianças não os largavam. A comida era muito boa. Todos os funcionarios muito simpáticos. O espaço limpo, muitas espreguiçadeiras. Foi a nossa primeira vez lá e excedeu as nossas expetativas! Obrigada pelas férias maravilhosas. Vamos voltar em setembro.
Everythong was very well mantained and clean, the staff was very friendly snd helpful.
It’s spotlessly clean and caters so well to young families.
Just returned from a fantastic holiday with my husband & 2 children. The hotel was exceptionally clean & well maintained. The food & drink on offer was lovely, plenty for fussy children too. Although it could get quite busy at times during mealtimes, the staff were very efficient. All staff were friendly & lovely to our children, especially the kids club staff. Plenty of stuff for the kids to enjoy & to keep them entertained throughout the day. The only minor issue we had was the pools were very cold, too cold for our 13 month old who cried when we tried to put him in so this is something to be mindful of if taking a baby. This was only a small issue though on an overall amazing holiday. We will definitely be returning!
Nice hotel for families Best animation team Food not so great apart from breakfast Nice rooms good shower comfy beds Crystal in restaurant and Fernando on door stood out as very welcoming and friendly Close to local amenities
Recently returned from a 7 night stay with 2 adults and a 3 year old. Check in was very easy, spacious apartment with bed rail as requested. Found the all inclusive offering really good, the occasional night it may not be to your taste but always plenty of options and you would not go hungry. Pancakes in the morning were top class. Only negative was the coffee which was very poor. Rosé wine available in bottles at dinner….beautiful. Found the cocktails more than acceptable, mojitos were lovely. We had no issues with pool temperature. We are used to a heated pool so were nervous about this but it was perfect mid June. Playground small but our little fella had loads of fun and wanted to go there instead of mini disco every night. Plenty of sun loungers available, we preferred the grass area rather than poolside. Day out at Zoomarine where we have visited before, excellent as always and we spent a lovely afternoon on the beach.
Couldn’t fault this really nice family hotel. Layout of the accommodation and grounds, very nice. Visited 9/6 and had an excellent apartment in H block. Check in was smooth, and checked into room before the due time - thank you! Never had to wait for the lift, always came straight away. Big apartment with fridge/ kitchen living area, bedroom and spacious bathroom. Good air con, additional pillows and blanket if needed. Really clean areas throughout. Simple safe to use, 2 tv’s, and could refill plastic drinks bottles (issued at reception on arrival) with water at water stations. 2 balconies. Great food for AI. Could change pool towels whenever required. Hotel is situated around 5 - 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Enough restaurants and facilities around the centre if you fancy eating out. Small beach which was well kept. We came as a couple, but returned to tell our family how fantastic it seemed for children, with slides and features that children would love at this hotel. Snack bar catered for whenever their clients want to eat. WiFi no problem. Rosé wine was great, which you can also help yourself to at mealtimes in the restaurant. Evening entertainment slightly disappointing but there was no audience to perform to, so it’s hard to see where the problem lies. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money. 30 - 40 mins by taxi from the airport. Taxi to Albufeira cost approx €10
Clean, well laid out and beautiful grounds. Room were so spacious.
Beds were not the most comfortable and was x2 singles rather than a double/queen.
Water slides were fantastic. Close at 6pm Big pool was lovely. Food was good Staff were friendly Clean and tidy Apartment was good Fans on the ceilings were fantastic as I dont like the air conditioning There was a box in the apartment entrance that you could leave or pick up what was available, like buckets, spades etc Had to book the football court at reception and they give you a football or basketball so you had it to yourself Given cards for towels when you arrive so no deposit needed can be changed at the.main pool area
That you had to keep checking a touchscreen to see what activities were on and it was only in reception hall. Could of had a poster at the areas for times as passing by. Breakfast cut off was 10am and found this very early as on holidays after all could be moved to 11am Massage shed - nobody there Request kitchen utensils Didn't see an area for leaflets to see what was available around the area The train taxi doesn't go near the hotel
Just returned from a week here and honestly cannot recommend it enough! The best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever been to, the food here is unreal something different every day/night and the snack bar was superb! The are top notch as well you can actually taste the alcohol in them and my kids loved the ice creams and ice pops! The hotel itself is immaculate, constantly being cleaned and the grounds maintained. The staff are amazing from the entertainment team, to the reception to the staff in the restaurant and bars so friendly and helpful. Short walk to the little town and the beach and €12 into Albuferia old town. If you want to venture out abit the Zoomarine & Villamoura are both around 20 minutes away by taxi. This hotel has definitely set the bar high for future holidays and we will definitely be returning! Thank you 3HB Clube Humbria for a fantastic week ❤️
Hey We have just arrived back home to Ireland from a very memorable trip for us as parents, a 6 yo, 5 yo and a 1year and 10 month old. We stayed a few years ago at 3HB Guranna and found it tempting to return there, BUT we took friends advice to try 3HB Humbria. The water slide park adds more for the kids, esp having pool side chairs for parents to relax and enjoy it all. We found the food selection again great, drinks regards cocktails are ok - everything else super but plenty!!! The entertainment was incredible every day and we must shout ( scream ) a huge 5stars to SARA - she had great ethic and engagement with the kids and adults, and showed passion on the job Thank you for the memories- the kids already want to go back ✨✨🫧🫧🫧

A fantastic hotel for all the family! We have just returned from a week in June with our 3,5year old & 9 month old and had the best time. The hotel is extremely clean & rooms are very spacious, having an apartment with children makes all the difference. Animation team are fantastic my 3 year old loved the mini disco & many activities running through out the day. Food & drink selection is fab, I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels & I was really impressed with selection & quality. I particularly enjoyed the sushi station a couple of evenings & the pizza at the pool bar was so good! It’s a 5 minute walk to shops for any bits you need & 10 minute walk to a lovely beach. Best way to get around is uber which we used on 2 days to visit Zoomarine (I highly recommend doing this for a family day out) I used the gym a couple of mornings and that had enough equipment for a holiday workout! I had read about it being noisy we were in block C and the noise didn’t wake our children of an evening. Safe & air con are free so no additional cost. My only 2 tiny little negatives are the pools are very cold, too cold for my 9 month old so he only had a couple of short dips and I wish dinner in the evening started at 6pm not 6.30pm as my youngest was so past dinner at that time, but on the whole it was a fantastic holiday and we can’t wait to return next year!
One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ evening. The pork ribs were absolutely delicious, perfectly grilled with a wonderful smoky flavour and a beautifully charred finish. The two staff members running the barbecue were exceptionally friendly, professional and dedicated. Their enthusiasm and hard work really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable.
One small suggestion would be to expand the range of premium soft drinks available. A wider selection of high-quality non-alcoholic beverages would further enhance the overall guest experience.
Do pessoal da animação e de todo o staff do hotel.
We have just returned from a nine night stay at Clube Humbria and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. We were fortunate that our room was ready when we checked in just before midday so after travelling we were able to head straight up and get settled. The first thing we noticed was how clean the room was. Throughout our stay we saw staff cleaning around the hotel every morning and it really showed. The entire resort was spotless, well maintained and presented to a very high standard. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The room itself was huge compared to other family rooms we've stayed in. It was more like an apartment with two good sized pull out sofa beds for the kids in the living area and a large double bed for us in the separate bedroom. There was air conditioning in both rooms and everyone slept really well throughout the holiday. Our balcony overlooked the pool with the slides and it was lovely to sit out there with a book and relax at any time of the day. The food was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone and a great selection of meats, salads and other dishes. We found we could have something different at both lunch and dinner every day. That said, whenever the sushi was available it was hard to resist eating anything else! We preferred sitting outside for most meals and never struggled to find a table. My only criticism of the dining experience was the buffet layout which often led to queues forming. There was always a bottleneck around the sushi station (or whatever else was there) and the table opposite. I think the buffet could be laid out more efficiently. I've seen some reviews complaining about children making a mess in the restaurant but if you're booking a family resort you should definitely expect there to be lots of children around! The vast majority of pushchairs were left outside the restaurant and very few were brought inside (mostly SEND kids as far as I saw). I've also read reviews complaining about the temperature of the pools. This is to be expected in May (or earlier in the season). Once you got in you quickly got used to it and the water definitely seemed to warm up towards the end of May. We were given four towel tokens at the start of our holiday which meant we could collect fresh pool towels every day. My eldest child absolutely loved the slides. Unfortunately our youngest was under the 20kg weight limit and wasn't allowed to use them which was very disappointing for her. I missed this fact when booking. I'm not entirely sure why as she's been able to use similar slides at other resorts. She's simply quite small for her age. The bars were great. We're not massive drinkers but there was always something we enjoyed and the kids loved having access to ice cream, slushies and ice pops whenever they wanted... after all, they're on holiday! I also thought the automatic cocktail machines were a brilliant idea as they helped keep queues moving. Our children didn't really take to the younger kids club and found it a little boring so they only attended a few sessions. The evening entertainment was very good. The kids disco every night was a big hit followed by the quiz which we all enjoyed as a family. The only thing I would say about the mini disco is that there were too many adults on the dance floor. I completely understand that some children, particularly those with additional needs, may require an adult with them. However there were quite a few adults holding babies or very young children and getting in the way of the children who were dancing independently. I think this could be managed a little better. The 33LM band were fantastic and performed on several nights during our stay. We especially enjoyed their 80s night. The White Party was another highlight with loads of adults and children on the dance floor surrounded by balloons. We also thoroughly enjoyed the circus show. All of the staff were lovely ... friendly, helpful and always approachable. The entertainment team in particular were brilliant around the pool and during the mini discos. Their enthusiasm really got the children involved. If you're travelling as a family I would highly recommend 3HB Clube Humbria. Having read some of the more negative reviews I would simply say that if you're retired and looking for a quiet, child-free environment this probably isn't the resort for you. This is very much a family-focused hotel and it does that exceptionally well.
We stayed here 15th -22nd May and had the best time. We werent able to check in when we got there but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags and we were given towel cards and our wrist bands so we could enjoy the pool and get drinks while we waited. They called when room was ready. I have been to this area years ago and its in such a nice location. Short walk down to the beach and shops really local. This hotel had everything we wanted/needed. All the staff from front desk, bar staff and restaurant staff we just so nice. The food was lovely. It was a lot of the same foods every night but I dont mind that if its nice. Plenty of option with food. Rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. My only issue with the room was the amount of birds nests we had on the balcony which meant there was a lot of droppings. I understand though as they are protected birds and cant be moved. Maybe a heads up may have been nice. The entertainment was great there was activities going on round the pool and there was entertainment every night. Loved the kahoot quizzes. Everyone got involved with them. All round we had a great stay and will 100% be back. Also we visited zoomarine which was a 25 minute drive, I would recommend using user while there as it was cheap travel.
Just returned from 1 week here with our 8 year old boy and we all had a fantastic time. Here are some points around what helps me when choosing hotels, hopefully they will help you too. HOTEL- Roughly 30-45 mins transfer (via Jet2) quick check in, we were given our room at 12 noon on arrival despite ch dm on being around 3pm. Immaculately well kept and we’ll set out with no high rise buildings, gardeners cleaning all day every day, room was cleaned every day and fresh towels left. No need to take your own as they issue you with cards to swap at the pool hut for fresh swimming towels daily. Location is around 5-10 minute walk to 2 lovely beaches and 2 mins walk to leads of bars and restaurants and supermarkets if needed. ROOMS- Massive for a resort like this, Living Room with large pull out single beds with a TV for the kids, small kitchen with kettle, microwave, Hob and fridge freezer, large bedroom (separate for parents who want privacy) with double bed and a wall mounted TV, I took my fire stick and plugged in and we had Netflix in bed! Free WI-FI was really fast for us and never had any issues at all on any device. Large bathroom with a shower over a 3/4 bath. It also has a large full length balcony with chairs. FOOD- Exceptional! We never book all inclusive in Europe, only ever in the Caribbean but this was a massive positive, constantly cooked fresh fish, chicken, steak via open cooking stations, Eggs in the morning amongst all kinds of lovely options every single meal time, drinks are self service from coffee, fresh juices, beer, water or wine and never a queue. We had every intention of going out to eat some nights but found the food of that good quality it wasn’t worth the bother. They serve Ice-pops all day at the pool bar aswell as ice creams etc and also there is a small fast food hatch that serves Fries, wraps, pizza, Burgers, salads, toasties, hot dogs etc all afternoon until midnight so you can always get something if needed. POOLS/WATERPARK- this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel thinking it would give my wife and I some peace during the day and it DEFINITELY did, The waterpark was a hit! It’s enclosed with a lifeguard so everybody is safe and cannot run off, there is loads of shade and sun beds where you can happily sit back all day and watch you’re kids safely, we ended up spending quite a bit of time here as our lad made friends quickly and they spent all day playing on the slides, there are clean toilets on site aswell as an on-site self service cold drinks station. The main pool is also lovely and clean with lots of sun beds, some round the pool and a lot on the nice grass banks. We went on May 20th and the weather was superb ranging from 27/28 on the first day or 2 and then into the 30’s for the last few days, the pool were mainly full of kids who were loving it but it was chilly when first getting in but was fine after a few seconds. ENTERTAINMENT- As expected it starts with a kids disco around 8, then onto an adults interactive quiz where you can use you’re phone/ipad and then a variety of live acts, overall or was really good and kept everyone entertained, during the day there is always something going on for adults and kids, I did a few fun games from Darts, Sliders, Archery etc and they were were really fun, the Animation team work really hard and are great with everyone. OVERALL- Exceptional for the money, considering it’s only a 2 and a half hour flight from Manchester you feel like you could be anywhere in the world when on the Hotel grounds, the All Inclusive was one of the highlights, if you get the opportunity to go to this hotel then take it, it’s well worth it, we will definitely return.
Beautiful place, great food and entertainment for kids
it was a very clean hotel , the swimming pool and rooms perfect.
the food wasn't good at all it was in level of 3 stars hotel, I was travelling with a kid and she only eat plain pasta. even the desert was not good.
Everything
That there were not any activities for children under 8 except for the kids club which we didn't really use as we like to spend time together
Everywhere is immaculately clean. Food available at all times. Staff friendly and great with kids.
The hotel is so clean and well taken care of, it is a credit to the owners/staff. We loved the food there. For an all inclusive resort, the food was top quality and the variety was amazing! The staff were also so lovely and helpful. The mini disco and quiz afterwards is such fun. There was a magic show one night that my kids are still talking about - they loved it! All in all, the resort is very safe for kids so it was really relaxing for us parents too.
The only negative that we can say about the hotel is the sofa beds in the apartment. They are very high for small kids so we ended up having to put them on the floor which wasn't ideal for comfort.
Super friendly staff, clean apartments. Overall a lovely week and a good place to stay for a few days. Would recommend highly for parents with young families.
Cold swimming pools dinner buffet didn’t have the best choice & Wine from tap tasted awful. Can be noisy due to amount of smallies about, it’s not a quite spot.
Club humbria was designed with families in mind. The apartments are spacious and offer things like a kitchenette, bathtub, and a clothesline to make the stay with a toddler easier. Each complex has a bin at the front where guests can leave items they don’t want anymore. We were able to use pool toys and a couple swim diapers! The facility was immaculately clean and the entertainment staff and dining staff were very kind. We enjoyed all the pools, although they aren’t heated. I suggest wetsuits if you’re coming on a shoulder or off season. It didn’t reach 70 degrees, but we were still able to play.
The staff at the front desk were vert curt. The kids club had a “cowboys and Indians” day where a staff member dressed up as an indigenous person- this was extremely culturally insensitive. The food. There was an abundance of it and we always found something but my stomach hurt after most nights. We would have loved more Portuguese options.
This is a great hotel! Everything from the spacious apartment type room, the food at the buffet, which is actually hot!. and the spotlessly clean complex is perfect. But the best thing about it are the staff. I have travelled quite a lot and have never met any as helpful and friendly as the staff here , everyone, from reception to maintenance, waiters, and cleaners were exceptional. Thank you.
Todo
Perfect for our 3 night stay in Albufeira. We didn’t really leave the hotel as we had all we needed for our short stay with two small kids.
Heated pool during the cooler days would have been amazing. Also if double beds were made/stuck together so they wouldn’t slip apart.
Great food
Nothing to report
Currently staying at this hotel for a family trip with our child, and unfortunately we are very disappointed overall. We specifically chose this hotel because of the pools and aquapark. Our daughter was extremely excited to spend the week enjoying the water activities, but sadly this has been impossible because the water is simply far too cold. Since our arrival in mid-May, the pools have been around 15°C in the morning and 17°C in the afternoon, barely reaching 20°C on the warmest day. Every time our daughter goes into the pool or on the slides, she comes back shaking from the cold. It’s no surprise that most of the pools are empty... For a 4-star hotel, this is honestly unacceptable. Pools (especially for children) should be heated to a reasonable temperature. The food has also been disappointing. It feels very much designed for children too, more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. There is little variety, especially when it comes to vegetables and healthier options. The cocktails were another letdown. They are clearly pre-made, extremely sugary, and not what we would expect from a 4-star hotel experience. It’s a shame because the location is nice, rooms are clean and the staff are super friendly. However, because of the issues mentioned above, we cannot honestly recommend this hotel, nor can we see ourselves returning.
Empregados todos muito simpáticos
La limpieza, el personal, la comida
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Food was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, we would happily return and highly recommend your hotel to others.
Kids slides and club were excellent my little girl absolutely loved it along with park and entertainment …. Hotel was spotless and well maintained.
Alcoholic drinks were nice but I’m sure were alcohol free . Snack bar needed more snacks although they were nice you seemed to be always waiting for food instead of it being available like in most other hotels
Alojamiento amplio y cómodo
Animaciones con sonido regular actuaciones
Simpatia dos funcionários e oferta de serviços
Gostámos de tudo
