The bed was exceptional, the best nights sleep we have ever expierienced. The rooms were very clean and very well equiped. The ceiling fans were a dream. The food in the pool side bar and the bar above is really really good, service was brilliant in both. The staff were friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Pool and sunbed area was really nice and the added bonus of the walkway down to the beach is a really nice touch. Would not hesitate to come here again and did not want to leave after a 4 night stay.

Breakfast was sometimes on the cold side. Gluten free options available for cealiac but not always very obvious, were provided when asked for and was not a problem but arent on the menu.

Heel schoon ook mooie ruime kamers en zeer nette kamers. Accommodatie was zeer verzorgd bij de zwembad etc. Personeel was hard aan het werk om Alles netjes te houden! Ontbijt was top echt er stond personeel ei te bakken etc.prachtig uitzicht over het strand.

Ten eerste weinig entertainment ook weinig voor tieners en geen levendigheid. Ook saai overdag geen activiteiten zoals aqua joggen of biljart of iets.. gamehall ruimte was heel Warm . En raar dat je moet betalen voor de gym. En ook Dat je maar tot 19 uur mag zwemmen is ook Niet leuk. Drankjes is los betalen maar wel duur, maar goede kwaliteit maar goed happy hour zou wel leuk Zijn geweest..

Everything! Will be back to finish our holiday with you.. sadly had to leave early due to a death in family. Everyone was amazing dealing with us and will return. Thankyou so much!

Tout était parfait ! L’accès à la plage de la falaise depuis les escaliers était très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié. Nous avions un appartement tout neuf, spacieux et très agréable. Le service était également excellent, avec un personnel très agréable et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Il y a également plusieurs restaurants à proximité, ce qui est très pratique.

The entire experience was fantastic, can't recommend enough. Our objective was to relax and just enjoy a nice vacation at the hotel and it was exactly what we got! What most stood out was how nice, friendly and available the entire staff was, always ready to help you with an honest smile. That alone made the stay very pleasant. But there's much more. The breakfast was high quality with a wide range of diversity, another highlight. The room/apartment had plenty of space, very clean, nicely decorated, equipped with everything you might need. The bed was wide and very comfortable. The location is another positive feature, a 5 min walk to the beach directly from the hotel, just keep in mind that there are a few steps. Very practical and the beach (Praia da Falésia) is very beautiful, spacious and includes all the commodities (bar, lounge chairs, lifeguard, etc). The hotel is also very close to Olhos de Água, a small town at a 10 mins walk. Then all the remaining facilities you get access to: swimming pool(s) (depending on your reservation you have access just to the bigger main one or also to an extra and less crowded one), pool bar, regular bar with live music in the evening, two restaurants (one buffet and another "à la carte" with higher quality), playground for children, sports field, arcade room, free parking... From our room we didn't have a view over the sea but still very pleasant, over the hotel pools and the hills. Again, you will not be disappointed, can only recommend if it's the type of hotel you are looking for. It's a family hotel (children are allowed) but we didn't mind and never bothered us.

Can't really point something out, everything was perfect! If I had to leave a suggestion, for the price and quality of the buffet dinner, we feel it should include one basic beverage per person (water, soda, tea, beer...)

Lovely place to have a family holiday, staff are friendly, the place is spotless and its in a fantastic location. Despite being there only a few days ago in peak season it was never overcrowded. Food and drinks really good.

Evening entertainment was a bit boring, usual singer for a couple of hours. This isn't a high intensity entertainment place. It is very relaxing and sophisticated type of Evening, playing cards, having a drink on the lovely terrace, listening to music. Not a problem for us but others may want something livelier.

Fantastic stay – would definitely come back! We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and would definitely come back. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole hotel had a lovely, relaxed vibe. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed B&B and thought there was a great selection available at breakfast, with plenty of choice for everyone. Our Deluxe room with a garden view was spacious enough for our family of four. The garden rooms are in a quieter location than the sea-view rooms, although we were lucky enough to have a partial sea view from ours, which was a lovely bonus. Of course, not all garden rooms will have this. The room had a great shower, good air conditioning and a handy small kitchenette. It was also cleaned to a very high standard every day. The pool area was great and one of the things we really enjoyed. There are quite strict rules around the pool – no diving, throwing children in the air or using inflatables. Some people seemed a little upset by this, but personally we felt the rules actually made the pool much more enjoyable and usable for everyone. It never felt too chaotic. A really nice touch for us was being able to order food and drinks directly from your sunbed. It made relaxing by the pool even easier. The pool bar had a great selection of drinks and snacks, and we especially loved the cocktails! Service could be a little slow at peak times, but overall we really enjoyed the poolside service. We had the buffet dinner at the hotel one evening. There was a good selection and the food was nice, although we did find it quite expensive. We also ate at the à la carte restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed those meals. For some of our other evenings, we tried a few local restaurants, and every one we visited was lovely. The staff were friendly, the food was good and the prices were very reasonable, so there are plenty of good options nearby if you fancy eating out. Before we arrived, we received an email letting us know about some building work. You can see the work at the far end of the complex, but it is far enough away that we didn't really notice it during our stay and it didn't affect our holiday at all. Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable and relaxed, the staff are friendly, and there is a really nice atmosphere. We would definitely return and would happily recommend it to others

Fantastic hotel! Great location with direct access to the beach (via wooden steps), short walk to shops and supermarket. Pool was lovely and always sunbeds available. Free pool towels was a great addition. Snacks and drinks can be ordered from sunbeds. We stayed half board and throughly enjoyed the selections at the breakfast and evening buffet. All staff were very friendly and helpful at reception, restaurant and the cleaners. Our 1 bed apartment was very clean and modern, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Comfy beds, good shower and air-conditioning. We would definitely return to 3HB Falesia Gardens.

I don’t normally write a review unless it’s exceptional and exceeds expectations and well this hotel certainly did that and more 💯 right from you walk in the door you get an idea of the kind of holiday your going to have the service is outstanding and i genuinely mean that wether it’s esmeralda on reception or Nelson in the bar/restaurant or Jose serving drinks you get a level of customer service I’ve not often encountered abroad , The rooms are awesome so cosy with everything you need and with just about the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on 😴 i mean I could go on and on if I’m honest there was literally nothing I could complain about and I can’t wait to go back next year 🙌

Myself, my wife and two teenage daughters are just back from 10-night stay at Falesia Garden. This is a wonderful hotel, certainly one of the nicest we have stayed it. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfasts were great with plenty of selection and we ate at the buffet one night, there was a good selection and food was of good quality, We also ate at the bar for lunch one day which was great and two nights at The View restaurant on site which was lovely. Wifi throughout the hotel was excellent. The pool area was great, there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas (1 for every 2 sunbeds) no matter whether we were down mid morning or returning in the afternoon. The pool itself was nice, it is not the biggest of pools but you can clearly see this on the photos. There were no charges for pool towels or for use of the safe which I thought was nice. The apartment was a good size and was well equipped for self-catering. We had noticed on other reviews and on the website that check in was at 4pm so were prepared for this but when we arrived at 1.30ish, our room was ready. Our balcony looked over the gardens and to the side you could see the sea. The room had the best air conditioning I have experienced in a hotel. The location of the hotel is great, the view from the pool area, the bar and restaurants is excellent. There are steps down to the beach and you are quite close to a small shop and a short walk away from a small supermarket. There are some nice restaurants close by and we also travelled to nearby areas to eat out some evenings (taxi and uber very reasonable). The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, in the evening there was always a musician/singer, bar was lovely as were the bar staff. On our third night my daughter sprained her ankle on a pothole really badly walking back to the hotel from town which fortunately was not a break as we first feared. The hotel staff were great and arranged an appointment with a local private doctor for us. She couldn't put weight on her ankle for most of the stay and the hotel was able to provide crutches for her. What I thought was particularly lovely was that over the remaining days several of the staff would stop me to ask after her. Overall, a wonderful hotel and stay, thank-you to all the staff.

Staying here right now, 10 nights in total. Positives: Extremely clean in all areas, restaurants, bars, rooms, pool, reception. Staff are mostly friendly and the hotel seems to run very well, breakfast is fantastic if you select B&B, amazing views. Very good gym for a hotel with Techno Gym equipment, treadmills, rower, spin bike, seated bike, cross trainer, several machines for upper and lower body, good area with bands for stretching, food and drink in the Falesia Bar are great, hotel seems calm and not overcrowded, helps that you are 10-15 mins in a taxi from Old/New town albufueria, good service to sun loungers too if you order food/drink, you can do this on your phone. Rooms are very modern, great shower, air conditioning is excellent. Staff very helpful and helpful when we wanted to hire a car, arranged it for us through Discovery Cars, they were great, dropped it off and picked it back up from the hotel. We visited Tavira in Portuga, Sevilla in Spain and Ayamonte in Spain, would highly recommended, so easy to drive into Spain, no boarder checks, straight through and over the bridge. Areas of Improvement: Check in was frustrating, rooms not ready when we arrived around 1:30pm, we received no calls even though by 2:30pm one of our rooms was ready, by 3:50pm our other room still wasn’t ready, only when I went back to reception 10 mins before 4pm did they finally check it was okay to give me a key. I’ve stayed in many places and most don’t have tourism tax, they do here, it’s not expensive and not a fault of the hotel but worth noting, you pay upon check in, there’s refurbishment going on in a few blocks, next to the block we are in, it’s not noisy, however, it’s a poor view from the balcony, I did ask to move to a better view but was quoted €700. Falesia bar is nice, however it’s very understaffed, even when it’s quiet, it’s hard to get served and even harder to pay, I don’t know the girls name, but the waitress from Moldova does a good job, when she’s not there, the bar struggles, especially when busy, staff upstairs in the restaurant are normally stood around with nothing to do, bring them down…Gym facility is good, however, there’s a daily cost and you cannot ‘pay as you use’ you have to pay per person for everyday of your stay, even if you don’t intend on using the gym on certain days, the hotel need to change this, 3hb could easily adopt a pay per day pass, they could issue you a card to enter after you pay and the guest returns after use or the card stops working if not returned or have a drop box to put the card in after each use, the reception manger did help me with this, I only wanted to use it twice in ten days, so in the end, he arranged for 2x €5 euro payments, I then needed to ask reception to open the door for me, not sure why the hotel are making the gym such hard work to use, they don’t monitor the usage at all, when I walked in a family had two young children messing around on the machines all under 16, more like 10yrs and 12yrs it was dangerous what they were doing, plus it’s clear people get one card for the gym and let multiple people in, happened several times whilst I was in there, the nightly entertainment isn’t great especially when someone is playing saxophone non stop, also, World Cup games being shown, but staff cannot turn the volume on the TVs, I spoke to reception who said they need to speak to IT, nothing was done about this.. Overall, it’s a great hotel, my frustrations will likely not bother you! Well, apart from check in and slow service at Bar Falesia, you can also walk to the beach from the pool area a lot of steps but a nice walk, UBER is your best friend around here, it’s cheap and there’s loads available and quickly. In my 20+ years of travelling on holiday as an adult I haven’t ever had to wait until the 4pm deadline to check in, so this and the annoying gym situation are areas I’d ask the hotel to change, plus, add more wait staff to the Bar!

Wow 🤩 what an amazing hotel this is! we are currently staying here.., on arrival we were greeted by some beautiful ladies in reception who made us feel special and at home straight away. They were so attentive and couldn't help enough. We explored the hotel and swimming pool straight away and couldn't believe the scenery on entering the bar swimming area breathtaking and super spectacular.. Looking at this everyday has been incredible.. the hotel and grounds are immaculate! everywhere is always clean and tidy and smells lovely... The staff are amazing and so friendly and always say hello. food and drink is great and the pool snacks have been a big hit! Chicken wings are so nice.. The maid has come every day and changed towels cleaned and tidied which feels super special. apartments are so nice and new and more than big enough for 2 adults 2 children even 2 big children. The touches to make you feel comfortable is incredible from taking your suitcases to your room to sending a pancake cake to my daughter for her birthday for breakfast and leaving her a card and present cap in our room - priceless and very heartwarming 😍 games room is good for the kids and there is light entertainment at night with a singer. We have explored the beach which is stunning and enjoyed the restaurant on the beach which was lovely and such a nice setting in the evening we have been into the small town and had a really nice italian meal. I will write more on returning if i ever leave! tomorrow we are off to Zoomarine which is a water park and zoo. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

What a fabulous hotel - believe the reviews. The staff are amazingly friendly and I don’t think I have ever stayed somewhere with so many! Pool is great (although my son didn’t like the no ball games rule!) and always plenty of sun-beds. Room was exactly as described and the deluxe one-bed had enough room for all three of us (two adults and a 15 yr old). Breakfast was a great selection every day - we did use the evening buffet a couple of times. Not my favourite- choice was there but I always find buffet food too cold and prefer to eat out. Plenty of places to eat nearby and beach was down the steps if you wanted an alternative day (be warned it was very hot at the beach, sand was quite stoney and waves were strong). Overall would not hesitate to recommend and would indeed go back - if I could, I would get a sea view as it is spectacular.

Arrived late due to flight, with a Warm welcome at reception and we had been upgraded to a sea view apartment which was just amazing! The view is just stunning. Staff were incredibly hardworking & helpful, rooms cleaned every day, food was lovely and plenty of choice. Could not fault a thing. We enjoyed walks to the beach via the steps and a stroll down to olhos de agua. We had great cocktails (mojitos) in the bar and enjoyed the evening entertainment. Thank you for having us back, the upgrade and another fantastic holiday! We will definitely return and recommend.

Absolutely incredible holiday! It was my partners and I’s first holiday and what an experience. Amazing atmosphere, incredibly friendly and kind staff. Outstanding food, lots of variety and great quality. Very clean rooms and facilities, live music at night. Lovely rooms, comfy beds. A bit over our budget but so worth it! Definitely will come back!

Top Hotel all-around. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen, in eines der "neu renovierten" Apartments - der Standard der Zimmer passt nun auch zu dem Rest des Hotels. Das Buffet ist ein absoluter Traum mit viel Auswahl und rundum liebe und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und top Service. Besonders lieben wir den Strandbereich und das Meer, dass direkt an das Hotel anschließt.

Kein Minuspunkt für uns, aber eventuell wichtig zu wissen für Gäste mit Mobilitätsschwierigkeiten: um zu dem Strand zu gelangen muss man eine längere und leicht steile Treppe hinunter gehen.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. One of the best hotels my partner and i have been to so far. Many activities near by, great beaches right next to the hotel and nice restaurants in a walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful, a big thankyou to dhan and michelle ( Lady from Moldova) who were kind and talkative. Rooms are kept clean and tidy everyday and great views from balcony. Live music at night is always nice and food is good at all restaurants. Never had to wait for a sun bed . Would highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived at reception earlier than supposed check in time and room was ready and found out we had been upgraded to a bigger newer apartment. The apartment was excellent and nearly as big as our bungalow back home. All in all a very good experience at check in. We were half board and I thought the food was good and although not as much choice as previous hotels we had stayed in there was enough choice for me. The wife who does not eat meat thought there should have been more fish on the menu. Never found a problem getting a sun lounger anytime. Bar service was excellent in the main bar with a large beer costing 5.50 euros. Every member of staff was very good, but a special mention to two bar staff in the bar who we had the most interaction with. A man called Dhan and a lady from Moldova who I think is called Mahlina. If the hotel management are reading this these two deserve a lot of credit. All in all a very good place foe a holiday.

Staff were exceptional, so professional. The pool and surrounds were so well-maintained. Our room overlooking the pool and sea was so modern, newly refurbished and comfortable for 4 people. The vibe of the hotel was so chilled and pleasant.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel from June 22 to June 30. The ocean was absolutely breathtaking, with warm, crystal-clear water, and the beach was just a few steps away from the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything was spotless. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!

This is definitely one of the top hotels we have stayed at. We normally stay in one of the Marriott chain of hotels when on holiday and enjoy the perks of being a platinum member. But Marriott would have a lot to learn from this hotel.The hotel and grounds are spotless, rooms are very well maintained, breakfast was amazing and all the staff are willing and gladly offer advice,always with a smile on their face. There is nothing not to love about this hotel

We booked here through Jet2 Holidays as a last minute three night break and can honestly say that from the minute we walked into the reception area and were met with smiles we knew we had made a good decision! There really is nothing to fault about this wonderful hotel. We were blown away by the deluxe one bedroom apartment. I had seen photos, but it was even better than I expected. We were in block 9, room 924, and whilst it didn't have a sea view (apart from the window in the shower!) it was perfect, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. We were near to where the renovations were taking place but there was minimal noise. For a last minute booking - three days earlier- it was amazing! Staff fantastic, super friendly and breakfast choice was excellent. We loved sitting outside at breakfast admiring the fabulous view, spent time on the beach at the bottom of the steps and also the cute little beach in thr town (10 min walk). We were bed and breakfast so ate out and would highly recommend 'Restaurant Olhos de Agua' which is a family run traditional Portuguese restaurant with the most amazing fish and super friendly staff. Would recommend a visit to this hotel. Best sangria ever and drinks all reasonably priced.

We are staying here presently and we are so impressed. Warm welcoming staff, smooth check-in. Our Deluxe double room is so spacious with excellent facilities. Room service has been exceptional. We have found everything extremely efficient, from the services around the pool with an abundance of comfortable sun beds. The buffet service for DB&B has been very efficient, with attention given to high levels of service, and plenty of menu choices. We particularly appreciate the concentration on minimising waste with considered efficiency, which is highly commendable. This was a last minute 10 night stay booking for us and we have been hugely impressed with the services provided by all staff. They are obviously continuing to improve and renovate which amazingly has had no impact whatsoever on our stay. The staff take pride in their roles and that reflects well on the guest experience. We’re having a lovely relaxing holiday!

É quarta vez que ficamos neste hotel e a experiência é sempre maravilhosa. Desta vez, ficamos a conhecer o novo empreendimento falésia beach e superou todas as expectativas. Decoracao,espaço, armários com luz, reposição de bebidas e café diáriamente. Muito confortável, limpo e com uma vista mar surpreendente. O regime de meia pensão justifica sem duvida, tendo em conta o serviço de todos os funcionários e a qualidade da comida. Super recomendamos e esperamos voltar em breve.

Absolutely loved this place and I was so sad to leave. I stayed with my sister for 4 days and it was so relaxing. The place is pristine and the staff are wonderful. Every interaction with staff members was positive. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony with a wine before we went out during the evening. The views around the pool are breathtaking and you can't help but feel relaxed sitting and watching the world go by . The town was lovely nearby , about 10 minutes walk. It was busy without feeling to overcrowded. You can also get a taxi to albufeira or vilamoura for about 12 euros. We only ate breakfast so I can't comment on the evening meals . I would definitely return here again for a quiet and relaxing stay.

I stayed here with my 9 year old son and friends of ours. The kids loved the pool and football court. The hotel itself is really nice with amazing views of the sea. And the beach is literally down some steps from the hotel. The food was excellent and the staff were fantastic.

I can't think of anything to improve on!

The staff were really helpful. They recognised that we had been there before and so I got a little bottle of port as a thank you. The place was really clean and the grounds well kept with cleaners coming into the rooms daily and the ability to change provided beach towels on a daily basis

Pool side Bar could be a little slow at times, we ended up with cold chips one day as they took 20mins to come out

Had a wonderful stay at 3HB Hotel. The views were beautiful, the rooms were spotless and very well maintained, and the front desk/housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive throughout our trip. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant closes quite early at 10:00 PM, which limited dining options in the evening. I was also disappointed by the service at the bar. One of the waitresses appeared uninterested, did not take our order promptly, and at one point rolled her eyes, which came across as unprofessional and not in line with the level of hospitality I expected. Improving customer service and extending restaurant hours would make the guest experience even better.

A wonderful week spent at Falesia Garden. The hotel is new, clean and fresh the views from the restaurant and bars are superb. The rooms were cleaned well every day. Breakfast was delicious, everything tasted well cooked and good quality Reception team were brilliant, I would like to personally thank Bridget(?) Costa on Reception, excellent English speaker and helped us out with lost property, arranging our hire cars and taxi help. She really went above and beyond. The restaurant team were also brilliant, helping us with drinks as we were a big group of 9 with 5 kids and nothing was too much trouble. Mohsin in the Falasia restaurant again a fantastic help, nothing was too much trouble for him and really friendly. Evening entertainment was chilled but the views and the bar areas suited it so well, the Sax night was the highlight of our stay. I am rating 5 stars as our experience was so good, however I can imagine in peak months, this hotel would become very busy and some of the shine may come off, as it was very quiet and relaxing in May. In summary a superb hotel and would absolutely return again just before the peak season kicks in. Thank you 3HB Falesia Garden!

We had a wonderful stay at 3HB Falésia Gardens. The views and amenities were excellent, the breakfast was top class with plenty of choice (including a freshly made omelette), and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay especially the manager Alex. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The private access to a beautiful beach was also a massive positive. This was our second stay at Falésia Gardens and we would definitely return again on our next visit to the Algarve.

Unser Apartment war unglaublich sauber und sehr praktisch eingerichtet, die Sicht auf die Klippen vom Balkon aus wunderschön. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und alles war sehr hygienisch angerichtet. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Hotelanlage aus gelangt man über einige Holztreppen in ca. fünf Minuten zu einem wunderschönen Strand.

Die Matratzen waren recht hart, aber das ist auf hohem Niveau gejammert.

Очень красивое месторасположение отеля. Номера убираются каждый день, очень приветливый персонал. Завтраки и ужины были вкусные и разнообразные. Я всем довольная.

A localização é fantástica, com acesso à praia e vistas deslumbrantes para o mar. Todos os funcionários, se exceção, são muito simpáticos e educados.

Giving it 5 stars because the room is Renovated and very clean. Con is the late checkin is 4:00pm. The property is clean and breakfast fantastic! No outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub. And no heated pool. Freezing cold pool.

Televisão sempre com interferência impedindo de a ver Sem gym incluído apesar de lá estar… teria de pagar para o usar Pouca eficácia no bar da piscina por dificuldade na comunicação com o bar em cima onde preparam os snacks e comida, e poucos funcionários experientes.

No coffee maker, no slippers, no robes, no Bluetooth speaker. Empty fridge. We had stayed in the 3HB in Faro and were expecting the same level of facilities.

Been here afew times and it’s the best for hotel, atmosphere, views and location/beach is perfect.. evening meals aren’t that great but everything else is 100%. Hotel grounds kept really well - flowers, plants and trees all gorgeous !

Frühstück reichlich und fein, riesige Auswahl. Plätze drinnen und draussen originell. Abendbuffet auch sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich, bravo.

Zimmerausstattung geräumig und sehr gut, leider viel zu laut :( . Man hörte alles von nebenan, links, rechts und oben. Jede WC-Spülung, lautes Duschen und sogar der Haarföhn. Geschiebe der Balkonstühle. Es hatte viele Kinder welche die Wohnung als Spielplatz brauchten, man hörte alles. Dem Zimmer fehlte der Schallschutz, Durchschlafen war fast nicht möglich. Beim Frühstück reichen die 3 Kaffeemaschinen nicht, langes anstehen. Abendunterhaltung viel zu laut. 1x wurde das Zimmer leider nicht gereinigt, Reinigung eher nicht so sauber.

Zeitliche Einschränkung bei der Nutzung des Pools. Wurde eigentlich erwartet beim Abendessen die Rechnung zu begleichen. Man musste anstehen um die Rechnung auf das Zimmer schreiben zu lassen. Ende der Saison, das Personal machte zumindest den Eindruck.
