Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Habitación limpia, cama muy cómoda y buena climatización con aire acondicionado. Como salíamos pronto del hotel para estar en el aeropuerto nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar en una caja. Nos pidieron un taxi la noche anterior para que nos recogiera por la mañana muy pronto y fue todo muy bien.

Parkeergelegenheid uitstekend geregeld op eigen terrein in ruime mate aanwezig. Perfecte service van personeel. Ontbijt prima waar verzoeken voor extra's zonder probleem worden ingewilligd.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Nachdem das Problem nach unserer Bemängelung behoben wurde, fiel sie in unserem Zimmer in der Nacht erneut aus. Wir hatten aber keine Energie, erneut zur Rezeption zu laufen.

- La fenêtre de la salle de bain semble mal isolée. Même fermée, on entends les personnes très matinales (vers 4h) installées devant la boulangerie ricaner et discuter fort - Les personnes qui arrivent tard le soir ne font pas preuve de civisme et discutent longuement dans le couloir

Całodobowa recepcja co było dla nas ważne, bo przylot był przed północą, a większość wypożyczalni samochodów zamyka się o północy i lotnisko zamiera do rana. Duży pokój trzyosobowy, czysto, wygodne łóżka, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Bolt na lotnisko po samochód - 7Euro.

También la amabilidad de Joan, el camarero del bar del hotel y de la recepción, que ofrecen toallas para sacar fuera del hotel por si se necesitan. La habitación es muy cómoda para abrir maletas y tiene terraza.
El ruido para hacer la limpieza de las habitaciones, que no reponen suficiente en el desayuno y tienen regulares las máquinas del café, al menos durante nuestra estancia. Sería bueno que pusieran en la ducha una alfombrilla porque resbala con el agua.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026L’emplacement de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Une bonne literie. Petit balcon sympa. L’hôtel a un parking très facile d’accès. Le personnel a essayé de trouver une solution pour nous changer de chambre.
Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu la chambre 101, à éviter. Elle se trouve à côté du bar : musique et clientèle. D’autre part, elle sent terriblement l’humidité. Les plafonds sont recouverts de liège qui gardent l’odeur d’humidité. Nous avons pu changer de chambre que le lendemain car l’hôtel était complet. Au deuxième étage, les conditions étaient meilleures car nous sommes restés 4 nuits.

Check in was easy, the room was comfortable and modern looking, with a unique cork ceiling. They had luggage storage available at no charge so we could check out and explore the city before our plane flight home.
The eggs at breakfast were gross. We requested a cab to the airport from the front desk, which was done by the receptionist, however she became visibly agitated when later discovering we didn't have euros and scolded us for not mentioning that, because they need to tell the cab dispatcher to bring a card reader, assuming we would have known that as visitors. Her attitude was unpleasant.

Die Zimmer sind viel einfacher, als auf dem Fotos. Auch das Bad. Doch das Schlimmste war der Geruch unseres Zimmers (alter Schweißgeruch oder süßlich chemisch, wir haben die Ursache nicht gefunden)! Auch Lüften hat nicht geholfen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Zumindest Zimmer 11.. wären wir nicht erst spät abends angekommen, wären wir sicher nicht geblieben.. Der Geruch im Zimmer unserer Kinder war deutlich besser, aber auch nicht frisch.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, wenn man die Zentrumsnähe schätzt. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Stadt und am Hafen, aber auch das schöne Einkaufszentrum (Atlantico) sowie die Autobahn und somit die gesamte Insel sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Flughafen ist auch nur wenige KM entfernt. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist im Preis enthalten. Das Hotel verfügt über eine 24/7-Rezeption, was sehr positiv ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig und wird in einem schönen Raum angeboten. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und auf dem Zimmer stehen ein Safe sowie ein Kühlschrank bereit. Wir waren hier die letzten beiden Tage vor dem Abflug zum Ende unseres Urlaubs. Da wir die Natur- und weniger die Stadtnähe während des Azoren-Urlaubs schätzten, ist es für uns ein schönes Hotel für wenige Tage um auf der Insel anzukommen oder die Tage vor der Abreise die letzten Tage in der Stadt ausklingen zu lassen.
Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und im Zimmer, welches wir zuerst erhalten haben, lag ein modriger Geruch in der Luft und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Daraufhin haben wir aber durch einen sehr netten Mitarbeiter auch noch spät abends und unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer bekommen, welches wir dann für beide Tage behalten konnten. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit erhalten, einen kostenlosen Late-Check-out wahrzunehmen.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Limpieza y cómodo para llegar y aparcar. Zona tranquila. No hay ruidos nocturnos. El desayuno está bien para lo que hay en la zona. Cumple su función y está bien ubicado para salir a cenar o pasear por el centro y salir a las excursiones por la mañana. El detalle de que ten den una cajita con algo para desayunar el día que sales muy pronto se agradece.
Es caro. La relación calidad precio es baja. Aunque es algo generalizado en Ponta Delgada. Como todos salimos temprano para recorrer la isla, a veces hay aglomeraciones en el desayuno y hay que esperar a que se liberen mesas. No hay posibilidad de reservar una sóla persona por lo que pagas doble desayuno como si fuesen dos personas.

Ze bieden de mogelijkheid voor een ontbijt box, we moesten vroeg vertrekken, maar die was erg karig. Gehorig op de gang.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Ubytování odpovídá popisu i fotkám. Pokoje nejsou nejnovější, ale vše je čisté. Velikost pokoje tak akorát, koupelny taky (jen se neprakticky otvírají dveře dovnitř) a chybí ramínka pro pověšení delších věcí, jako jsou šaty (místo pod ramínky je max na bundy/mikiny). Každý pokoj má balkon, my měli výhled do vnitrobloku. Bezproblémové parkování, vždy bylo místo. Na recepci vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku. Snídaně od 7:30 byly dostačující. Žádný zázrak, obměňvali bábovky, jinak pořád to stejné, ale člověk si vždy vybral. Celkem i káva se dala pít.
Jediná nevýhoda hotelu je, že k zavření z venčí není klika, takže je nutné dveřmi bouchnout. Když lidé ráno brzo vstávali (na let, na východ slunce), tak o tom ví celý hotel, nebo minimálně ti se slabším spánkem. Takže od 3 hodin neustále někdo bouchá dveřmi. Jinak byla zvuková izolace skvělá a sousedy nebylo slyšet.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Staff were great and helpful, breakfast was excellent, rooms were cleaned regularly and were generally clean. The bakery next door is awesome and does very cheap baked goods for packed lunches. Very good location. 10 mins walk to most things. Be aware streets are narrow so if you hire a car, you may want to stay outside Ponta Delgada to avoid waiving your deposit. Lol.
Rooms along the front of the hotel are directly on a road and can be a bit noisy. Also walls are paper thin and we shared a door with next door. Could literally hear everything.

Eine Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück. Der Kaffee hatte nicht geschmeckt. Ansonsten gute Qualität!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Modernes Hotel mit schönen, großen Zimmern und ausreichend Parkplätzen. Toll waren die bequemen Einzelbetten mit separaten Bettdecken, als Doppelbett zusammengestellt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Gleich nebenan gibt es eine gute Bäckerei.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber jeden Tag fast identisch.

Als je voor het eerst in ponta delgada komt, geeft de omgeving van het hotel een verwaarloosde indruk. Oude gebouwen. Achteraf is dit op meerdere plekken en het hotel is alles behalve verwaarloosd.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Świetny hotel zasługujący na 4 gwiazdki. Przestronne pokoje, czysta i jasna łazienka, dobry prysznic. Minibarek, TV, suuuuuper wygodne i olbrzymie łóżko. Czysto i nowocześnie. Duży parking. Naprawdę wygodny na odpoczynek po turystycznych dniach.
Można poprawić śniadania. Nie były złe, ale takie monotonne (trochę nijakie w smaku) i dlaczego coffee maker z menu w języku hiszpańskim ...?;-)

Reviewed May 25, 2026Durch Wetterchaos konnten wir nicht zu dem gebuchten Zeitraum in Ponta Delgada sein, netterweise konnten wir unsere Buchung verschieben. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal - man kann von dort die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!!! Auch das Frühstück war völlig ausreichen - wir hatten in dem Hotel eine gute Zeit!
Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße raus hat, wird es so gegen 4 Uhr sehr laut, da dann Lieferwägen Gebäck von der daneben liegenden Bäckerei abholen.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Comfortable bed, parking on site, close to the city centre. Breakfast is good! The breakfast personnel were absolutely lovely, very accommodating when we asked for vegetable milk, an omelette and lemon for tea.
Bear in mind it is a three star hotel, so there is nothing extraordinary about it. No spa, no pool, rooms scarcely furnished, open closet. I don’t think the breakfast personnel speaks much English, thankfully I speak Portuguese.
