Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Un hôtel classique au cv, à 15 mn à pieds de l’office de tourisme et des bus. Calme en tout cas à l’arrière du bâtiment. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant. Gardent les bagages si nécessaire, répondent à toutes les demandes.
Pas de charme particulier mais très propre. Je n’ai pas goûté au petit déjeuner car je suis partie très tôt.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich denke, man zahlt eher für die Leistungen drum herum. Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, großer und sicherer Parkplatz im Innenhof. 24 Stunden Rezeption, wodurch auch noch Nachts noch eingecheckt werden kann. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Zum einen die Zimmer untereinander, aber auch zur Straße hin.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Personál bol super, veľmi príjemný a ochotný. Izba bola každý deň uprataná a celkovo zodpovedala cene. Matrac bol dostatočne pohodlný. Veľkou výhodou je aj poloha blízko centra a možnosť bezproblémového parkovania.
Občas bolo počuť hluk z iných častí hotela, keďže steny sú pomerne tenké. Raňajky boli v poriadku, no ocenili by sme o niečo pestrejší výber, najmä teplý bufet.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026A kikötőtől/sétálóutcától 5p séta, illetve az autókölcsönzőnk a sarkon volt (Flor do norte). Taxi a reptértől 10 eur (busz nincs!).Hátul ingyenes parkoló a vendégeknek, ahol mindig volt hely. Volt szúnyogháló is.
A reggeli elég egysíkú volt, minden reggel ugyanaz. Kicsit régies a berendezés, de ár-érték arányban jó volt.

Zwar waren wir anfangs ein wenig enttäuscht aufgrund der Einfachheit und Abgewohntheit der doch schon in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmer, doch im.Endeffekt war das Hotel für unseren 10tägigen Azorenaufenthalt perfekt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück solide, das Personal megafreundlich - wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und einfach immer da. Enorm punktet auch die Lage des Hotels: an der Peripherie, sodass man mit dem Mietauto quasi nur zwei Straßen von den Zubringern entfernt ist und doch so nah, dass man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Hafen bzw. in der Innenstadt ist. Und absoluter Pluspunkt: ein riesiger, kostenloser Parkplatz mit Zufahrtsschranken.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Great location. Great balcony. A bidet in the bathroom. The staff were very attentive. Bakery next-door. Parking on location. Decent breakfast, but some eggs would be nice. Bed was comfortable, very firm. 24 hour front desk.
The property could use some updating. Some of the doors were swollen and rubbed on the bottom. Could also use some wall art. It would also be nice if they had some type of folding beach chairs that you could borrow to take to the swimming areas that are concrete.

Instalaciones antiguas, nos tocó una habitación que tenía un olor desagradable como a si hubieran fumado en ella a pesar de estar prohibido. No obstante, al comentarlo en recepción me ofrecieron un cambio (aunque el único disponible daba para la calle y había más ruido).

Rooms were missing both a hair dryer and a fridge. We requested a hair dryer at reception and were provided with one to keep in the room, which was appreciated. However, I would expect a hair dryer to be a basic amenity provided in the room.

Le service : prêt de parapluie, enregistrement et impression de mon billet d'avion, réveil le matin, petit-déjeuner à emporter pour mon départ à l'aéroport à 4h du matin, commande du taxi, réception ouverte 24h/24h et le tout avec le sourire!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Room was clean and comfortable, had a little balcony and free water aswell as air conditioning. The breakfast was not extremely special but it was quite all right with cheese, milk, juice, some fruit, bread, butter, coffee (the essentials). There is a station where you can get fresh cold water anytime (night and day), which we highly appreciated. The street leading to the hotel was quite narrow as many other streets in the city, but the hotel parking area is big and offers space for about 30 cars. Reception let us check-in quite late (shortly before 0100) and there is always staff at the reception desk. There is a bakery next door and the city center as well as the marine area is quite close (approx. 10 mins walking). The staff is kind and helpful. All in all the price-performance ratio is good and we were happy with our stay.
The negative part of the rooms was, that the walls were paper thin - you could hear everything your neighbours were doing, including watching tv, showering, and so on. Also the interior was quite dated. The hotel had an elevator, but before reaching the elevator there are about 5 steps you need to climb.

Les lits pourraient être plus confortables (nos matelas étaient très fins) Il y a très peu de lumière dans les couloirs, donc ça fait une ambiance un peu bizarre, surtout les soirs. Sinon rien à redire.

The private parking area is a big plus. Also, the reception desk gave excellent service, and lifted the experience from average plus to very good.
The breakfast seating was a bit chaotic.

Les photos sur le site montrent des chambres et salles de bains rénovées, mais nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'avoir une telle chambre, ni salle de bain ! la rénovation complète doit être rapidement faite !! l'ascenseur n'est pas accessible de plein pied !

Da sonorização, de outros quartos e corredores. Nas noites que choveu, foi terrivel a nivel sonoro devido a terem as caleiras furadas e a água caia em cima de outro telhado ( isto ouvia se porque o meu quarto era nas traseiras). E aconteceu hoje no último dia, após tomar banho, pego numa toalha e tinha uma barata no meio (viva).

Le petit déjeuner est plutôt simple et dans un espace assez réduit ce qui donne rapidement un sentiment de confinement.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026I chose this hotel based on its high ratings, but unfortunately my experience was far below expectations. From the moment we entered the hotel, there was a strong and unpleasant smell throughout the building. The odor was not limited to the room; it could also be noticed in the corridors and common areas. It immediately gave the impression of a property that is poorly maintained and in need of renovation. The room itself was very outdated. The furniture looked worn, and the windows only had sheer curtains with no blackout curtains, which affected both privacy and comfort. The most disturbing issue, however, was the presence of live cockroaches in the room. We found several large cockroaches inside. Some were lying on their backs, but they were still alive and moving. Encountering live cockroaches in a hotel room is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and pest control. Given the high ratings and positive reviews online, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, what I experienced did not match those ratings at all. I would not stay here again and believe the hotel urgently needs improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, ventilation, and pest control. Bu oteli yüksek puanlarına güvenerek tercih ettim ancak yaşadığım deneyim maalesef beklentilerimin çok altında kaldı. Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren binanın içerisinde ağır ve rahatsız edici bir koku vardı. Bu koku yalnızca odada değil, koridorlarda ve otelin genel alanlarında da hissediliyordu. Daha ilk andan itibaren otelin bakıma ve yenilenmeye ihtiyaç duyduğu izlenimini verdi. Odamız oldukça eskiydi. Mobilyalar yıpranmış görünüyordu ve pencerelerde yalnızca tül perde bulunuyordu, karartma perdesi yoktu. Bu durum hem konfor hem de mahremiyet açısından eksiklik yaratıyordu. Ancak en rahatsız edici konu odada karşılaştığımız canlı hamam böcekleriydi. Oda içerisinde birden fazla büyük hamam böceği gördük.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Nagyon jó helyen található, autóval tíz perc a repülőtér. Nagy parkolója van. A személyzet rendkívüli. Nagyon családias, mindenki nagyon kedves, készséges, segítőkész. Már kijelentkeztünk a szállodából, de még jöhettünk, mehettünk az autóval, maradhattunk estig a parkolóban, ami nagy segítség, mert a szűk utcácskán lehetetlen lett volna a parkolás. Mi is maradhattunk nyugodtan estig a szálloda társalgójában, mivel éjszaka indult a repülőnk. Első napon kaptunk egy négy napra szóló kiválóan követhető program füzetet, hogy mit érdemes megnéznünk a szigeten. Ez óriási segítség volt. Pontos útba igazítást, látnivalókat, étkezőhelyeket, jó tanácsokat tartalmazott. Naponta takarították a szobánkat és új törölközőt kaptunk. A reggeli mindig friss és bőséges volt, sonka, háromféle sajt, helyi sütemények, joghurtok, minden reggel édes dinnye, ananász és narancs - és marakujalé. A szoba megfelelő nagyságú, kényelmes ágy, terasz kilátással a városra és az óceánra. Ha újra mennék, ismét ezt választanám.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Dostaliśmy też wydrukowaną przykładową wycieczkę po wyspie. Duży i przestronny parking. Blisko do centrum miasta. Śniadania kontynentalne, czyli pieczywo i większość to słodkie dodatki, ale wszystko smaczne.
Łazienka trochę przestarzała. Brak lodówki. Słychać ludzi na korytarzu.
