Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, chambre propre et vue magnifique sur la mer, emplacement parfait, plage très belle et très propre avec douche pratique en sortant de la mer. Tout a proximité à pieds. Quartier bien animé. Et 1000/10 au personnel qui nous ont très bien accueilli de la réception jusqu'au restaurant de l'hôtel il était tous très sympathique et bienveillant. Merci aussi a Sidibe, Dira et Amaury pour leur hospitalité et leur gentillesse.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch das Essen und das Buffet. Die Auswahl war gut und das Essen hat uns geschmeckt.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man nachts kaum ruhig schlafen kann. Die Möbel wirken teilweise alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Auch die Reinigung war leider nicht ausreichend und hätte gründlicher sein können. Die Badetücher wurden außerdem nur alle zwei Tage gewechselt. Der Strand ist etwas weiter entfernt. Der Weg dorthin führt über eine stärkere Kurve und teilweise einen schlechten bzw. unbequemen Weg, was besonders mit Kindern nicht ideal ist. Insgesamt besteht aus unserer Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf, insbesondere bei der Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und beim Schlafkomfort.

Не вистачає озеленення на території. Вимагали 20 євро за додаткові дві години перебування в готелі, незважаючи на те, що для учасників клубу ця послуга безкоштовна, посилаючись на те, що я бронювала помешкання через Букінг. Було не приємно.

Die Lage und der Blick übers Meer waren traumhaft. Das Zimmer war für eine 4köpfige Familie groß und komfortabel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Tag gleich. Es wäre wünschenswert wenn hin und wieder etwas neues dazukommt. Bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt ist es dann sehr eintönig.

Стаята беше голяма! Разположението на хотела е на удобно място и близко до плажа! Бързо ни настаниха ,тъй като пристигнахме късно вечерта бяха се погрижили и за вечерта,за което много благодаря 🙂.Всеки ден ни почистваха стаята и сменяха кърпите,чистичко и приятно.

За храната има още какво да се желае! Бяхме запазили четворен апартамент ,но ни дадоха по апартамент за 3ма,и съответно малко по малък,и нямаше завивка за детето и първата нощ се наложи с дрехите да си легне на следващия ден два пъти се наложи да ходим до рецепцията да си поискаме.Настаниха ни на етаж 1, вместо на по горен както бяхме запазили и имаше много влага на този приземен етаж и миришеше много лошо 🥺

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique, et le personnel est à l’écoute, serviable et toujours disponible. Le buffet est varié et de qualité, avec un large choix qui a vraiment répondu à nos attentes. Une mention spéciale au chef Mohamed pour sa bonne humeur, son professionnalisme et son accueil chaleureux. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce beau séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Não limpar o chão do restaurante durante os 7 dias que lá estivemos. Nao aspirar o chão dos quartos/apartamentos (nunca). Não haver qualquer isolamento nas paredes entre os apartamentos, é algo surreal. A cama no apartamento que é atribuída a 3 adultos não é confortável como a de casal e essa pessoa paga o mesmo valor Regra de não se poder fumar em nenhum lado dentro do hotel faz com que se acumule grupos de fumadores na entrada do hotel, parecendo criminosos :)

Hotel was very clean with spacious rooms. The beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace with a great sea view. The hotel also offers good facilities, which made our stay very pleasant and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

Wifi can be better, sometimes took a little time to find parking near the hotel. We also noticed that the rooms facing away from the street are much quieter

Не понравился ресторан: низкие потолки, варенье и мед из пластмассовых бутылок- такое не должно быть в 4 звездах. Уборка с заменой белья только на 3ий день сделали, когда мы попросили. Качество уборки плохое. По запросу предоставили позднее выселение, заплатили за него 40 евро, не смотря на то, что являемся членами клуба сети отеля и оно должно быть бесплатным.

А виды просто шикарные! 😍 Питание не отличается большим ассортиментом, но всё очень вкусно и качественно. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — прекрасные, внимательные и настоящие профессионалы своего дела. Всегда приветливые и готовые помочь. Единственный небольшой минус — бассейн маленький и неглубокий. Но это совершенно не испортило впечатления, ведь рядом прекрасное море и замечательный пляж. 🌊 Спасибо всему персоналу за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием вернёмся снова! ❤️

La struttura è molto bella e curata. Seppur vicina a Magaluf è sicura e silenziosa. Assolutamente da consigliare. Cibo ottimo e scelta molto varia. Personale della reception gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. I camerieri presenti nella sala molto sorridenti e precisissimi. Vista sulla baia veramente incantevole!

L'appartamento veniva pulito tutti i giorni ma non in modo soddisfacente. Presenza di capelli un pò ovunque. Aereatore del bagno non funzionante. Porta del bagno in vetro che non si chiudeva a chiave. Cuscini dei letti molto sottili e scomodi.

Parlo da mamma di un bimbo di un anno e mezzo celiaco: struttura super consigliata. Sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. Il buffet della colazione e della cena é super attento al rischio contaminazione, quindi tante pietanze sono disponibili anche per chi è celiaco. Sono stati super gentili nel preparare per il mio bimbo le pietanze da noi richieste in modo che fosse tutto gluten free. Super consigliato!

Aussicht atemberaubend schön, sowohl in den Aufenthaltsbereichen, als auch vom Balkon im Zimmer aus. Schöne Lobby in der man sich gut aufhalten konnte. Nettes Personal Essen war ganz gut und es waren Tage eingebaut, wo eine komplett andere Küche serviert wurde, wie z.B asiatisch oder italienisch. Zimmerservice war super und auch sehr flexibel.

Überall im Zimmer sind Ameisen rumgelaufen.. Klimaanlage war extrem laut und hat kaum funktioniert! Bei der Hitze war das extrem unangenehm. Kein WLAN! Bei keinem von uns hat das Wlan funktioniert, weshalb wir durchgehend unsere mobilen Daten nutzen mussten. Für den Preis, hätten diese Dinge nicht sein dürfen ...

L'hôtel est très bien situé et idéal pour profiter de la plage ou visiter Palma et l'ouest de l'île. La chambre quadruple était très pratique avec mes deux enfants et offrait la possibilité d'avoir un frigo et de pouvoir manger dans la chambre. La terrasse de l'hôtel offre une vue magnifique. Le personnel est aimable et l'accueil formidable.

La clim était un peu bruyante mais elle fonctionnait bien, heureusement ! La partie du restaurant en extérieur mériterait d'avoir quelques ventilateurs pour être vraiment agréable.

A panoráma szuper volt, a hotel jól néz ki.

Az apartman konyhai felszereltsége nem volt a legjobb. Aki nem akar főzni, annak ez nem lesz gond. Nem volt franciaágyas szoba, csak két ágy összetolva, ami nem volt annyira kényelmes így, hogy a párommal mentem.

Le personnel est désagréable les chambres ne sont pas bien équipés ,nombre de serviette de douche 2 alors que nous étions 4, serviettes de piscine difficilement échangeables ( on nous dit à la réception que ce n’est pas possible de les changer tous les jours c’est plutôt un jour sur 2😳😳 ) La chambre qu’on nous a donnée à notre arrivée a 2h du matin sentait trop la moisissure, les meubles de la kitchenette cassés , de l’eau par terre suite à une fuite de la climatisation alors que nous avons des enfants à bas âge on nous a changé la chambre difficilement sous prétexte de non disponibilité. Restauration moyenne, le buffet ferme à 21h pour le dîner et à 21h05 on nous demande de sortir du restaurant même si nous sommes toujours à table bien entendu le buffet est rangé à 21h00 donc on nous laisse 5 min de plus pour sortir du restaurant !! Pas de parking pour la voiture vraiment très difficile de trouver une place aux alentours ça nous prend plus d’une heure pour trouver une place alors qu’en les appelant avant de confirmer la réservation on nous a dit qu’on peut trouver facilement des places à proximité

Pulizia delle stanze pessima! La mattina le signore facevano solo il letto e cambiavano le lenzuola...non hanno mai spazzato per terra. Abbiamo segnalato delle formiche nella stanza alla fine hanno soggiornato con noi

Petit déj normal pas beaucoup de choses en revanche l'hôtel est très bien placée.

Le personnel de cet hôtel n'était pas très aimable et accueillant, absence totale d'informations, pas de signes de politesse (ni Bonjour ni au revoir). A notre arrivée nous avons récupéré la chambre a 16h au lieu de 15h de plus durant la fin de notre séjour nous devions quitter la chambre a 10h30 et nous avons eu a payé pour pouvoir rester 1h de plus dans notre chambre tout cela alors que nous étions avec un bébé. En revanche le personnel ménager étaient bienveillant et disponible si besoin. Et de gros remerciement aux cuisiniers : Sidibé et Mohammed qui étaient là durant le petit déjeuner et le dîner et qui ont su nous accueillir.

Fantástico, muy cómodo y limpio.El desayuno y la cena, espectacular había de todo y estaban los camareros y cocineros reponiendo todo el tiempo para que no faltará de nada.

El único fallo por decir algo es que estaba en lo alto de una montaña y había bastante cuesta para ir con con un niño pequeño en un carro.

Самое замечательное в этом отеле - это вид с окна. Расположение моего балкона было с ограниченным видом, судя по всему и цена была ниже, но даже так, все равно было очень красиво,как днём, так и вечером. Отель близко к двум пляжам и всем магазинам. Есть детская программа. Разнообразная кухня.

Отель находится на горе, поэтому с маленькими детьми возвращение с пляжа в номер было чуть-чуть тяжёлым. Один раз в номере был огромный таракан, я попросила убрать уборщицу и она на него отреагировала словами "o, cucaracha" будто бы просто муравьишка пробежал, но я такого огромного видела первый раз в жизни и после этого оставшиеся дни я, заходя в номер, осматривала все углы.

​Щиро дякуємо готелю Leonardo Royal за такий теплий та гостинний прийом! Нам усе неймовірно сподобалося. Персонал дуже привітний, уважний та завжди готовий допомогти. ​Окремо хочеться відзначити кухню — їжа була дуже смачною, свіжою та різноманітною. ​Розташування готелю просто ідеальне! Пляж зовсім поруч — дуже зручний, чистий та неймовірно красивий. Поруч є магазин, де можна придбати все необхідне для пляжного відпочинку. А вид із вікна нашого номера був просто шикарним — щодня насолоджувалися цією красою! ​Дякуємо за чудові спогади. Якщо наша наступна відпустка знову буде на Майорці, ми обов'язково зупинимося саме у вас!

Great location with an amazing view, very good food and plenty of activities to enjoy. The reception team were very friendly and helpful and the bartender at the lobby bar was highly professional and provided excellent service.

The noise in the evenings was quite disturbing. More importantly, one member of the breakfast team was extremely rude and accused us of jumping over the fence to get breakfast. When she realised that she was mistaken, she did not apologise. This was disappointing and took away from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The views are stunning and the location is good.

Mould in our room, fly infested room, small pool, rubbish food, rude staff and expensive for what it is

La cucina era buona i cuocci anche simpatici ma uno che era bravo li un cuoco che si chiama Sidibe lui era bravissimo e simpatico poi anche la animazione era buona c'erano due ragazzi li che erano bravi Dani ed Alehandra erano simpatici loro complimenti

Non mi e piaciuto la pulizia della stanza siamo stati 11 giorni e solo una volta e stata pulita la stanza solo ma le lenzuola mai cambiate e il balcone mai pulito sempre con la sabbia lo abbiamo trovato e così lasciato mi dispiace a dire così ma e la prima volta che mi succede così che io ho giorato la Spagna e bella ma come questo posto mai visto ed hotel era 4 stelle ma per me sembrava 3 stelle la piscina poi solo una piccola mi dispiace a dire ma delusa questo anno siamo rimasti poi il bagno che puzzava li non so perché ma lo dovevo dire questo midispiace tanto

Hôtel bien situé , vue sur la mer magnifique! Buffet de qualité les boissons y sont incluses ce qui est rare. Les activités proposées sont cool nous avons pu faire du kayak. Stationnement tout autour gratuit . Les chambres sont spacieuses

Chambre côté rue très très mal insonorisé , réveillé de bon matin par les camions de livraison des hôtels. Ménage quotidien mal fait ou pas fait du tout

Bellissimo posto e vista stupenda. Il cibo era vario e buono.

Il fatto che nn propongano il servizio all inclusive. Inoltre il fatto che nel depliant che ti danno all arrivo ci scritto che non si può portare il cibo fuori dalla struttura, essendo che avevo mezza pensione fa comodo preparsi panini o frutta da stuzzicare in giornata sopratutto con bambini.

Дуже привітний персонал, чудові краєвиди з тераси , за них можна пробачити будь що. Гарне харчування , входять напої.

Не вистачало дрібниць, таких як засіб для миття посуду, або кухонні серветки. Прибирання було ніяке, на підлозі було бите скло. Більярдні столи часто ламалися.Але загалом враження позитивне, можу рекомендувати.

Que no dispusiese de servicio de comida al mediodía, ni siquiera pagando. El horario de la cena era excesivamente temprano

The location is great, very close to the beach and stores. The view from most of the rooms and pool bar is beautiful. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinners were good.

We got a room at the far left side of the hotel, right next to the air conditioner systems if the hotel next door - it was extremely noisy at night and almost impossible to sit in the balcony if we wanted some calm time. We asked if we could change and they said we had to go and check at 9 in the morning. We did and they said they could move us but not the friends who had the room next to ours and who also experienced the same level of noise - we ended up staying where we were. There were a couple of female staff (a cleaner and one in the reception) who were extremely rude - the rest of the staff were great, especially a barman working in the lobby bar in the evening. We had booked two rooms with sea view, and ended up on a floor where all we could see was a big red roof between us and the sea.

Great location of the hotel,nice big rooms with great seaview and everything you need,really good food breakfast and dinner too with different meals every day,awesome beach few mins walk from hotel,every talk with staff real pleasure and every question answered,free luggage room and shower room with towels last day after check out, etc...everything was just real good.

The only thing we didnt like was a dinner time period,its from 6.30pm to 9pm and that is so so early and short that you have to leave beach when its best time for enjoying it just to make it to dinner because at 9.05pm they kill the lights in the restaurant area and make everyone leave. Dinner time should be much much better from 7pm to 10pm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The food was good enough, and we always found something to eat. The location was convenient and overall we had a pleasant stay.

The restaurant could have been cleaner, especially during busy times. The entertainment area was always very cold because of the air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to stay there for long. The hotel has no private parking, so finding a parking space nearby was often difficult. The swimming pool is quite small, and there were not many activities available at the hotel.

Posizione ottimale, a due passi dalla movida di Magaluf ma comunque in una via tranquilla. Non si sente tutta la confusione provenire dalla vicinissima Magaluf. Personale molto cordiale. Colazione e cena a buffet top. Tutto molto buono e in gran quantità.

Se devo trovare un'unica pecca, è il parcheggio. È veramente complicato riuscire a trovare parcheggio nel mese di luglio, ma comunque si riesce.

L'hôtel a une très bonne situation, proche de tout, de la plage, et les centres animés et d'achat. La vue depuis l'hôtel est magnifique, mais toutes les chambres n'ont pas la vue mer. Le soir, en raison de sa proximité, il est très agréable d'aller marcher au bord de la plage.

Le nettoyage des chambres est très primaire, la femme de ménage fait le lit, doit surement nettoyer un peu le sol, pour dire qu'elle l'a faite, c'est tout. Il y avait des poils et cheveux partout sur le sol, certes les nôtres, mais la preuve que c'était mal nettoyer. Malgré qu'on a demander plusieurs fois, cela a mis du temps à se faire. Nous nous sommes absentés de la chambre entre 11h30 et 15h30, et avons mis le papier pour demander que la chambre soit faite, mais à notre retour, elle ne l'était pas, et la femme de chambre nous a informé qu'on avait mis le panneau ne pas déranger, alors que c'était le panneau faire le ménage svp. Bref, c'est dommage, car malgré tout, nous avons apprécié le séjour. Les buffets pour le petit déjeuner et le diner sont très bon, mais manque d'originalité, c'est tout les jours la même chose. Même la soirée italienne, on avait la pizza et les spaghettis qu'on a toute la semaine. Pour un pays de charcuterie, fromage et olives, il en manquait terriblement, il y avait une sorte d'olives, c'est tout. On a bien mangé, mais pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine, le buffet est très limité. Nous avons mangés à l'extérieur le dernier soir pour changer un peu, car avec un séjour de 11 nuits, au bout de 5-6 jours, on a déjà fait le tour du buffet.

Le personnel est génial. Un monsieur de l'accueil nous a aidé et accompagné de A à Z pour nous rendre aux urgences suite à un accident de notre fils. Un grand merci à lui. L'emplacement est parfait, les piscines sont top, le restaurant, les cocktails sont bons. Rien à dire, vue magnifique depuis le balcon de la chambre.

Room was ok - had to ask for towels 2 days. fridge did not work. eventually got it replaced did not eat in the hotel on the HB basis Hotel areas looking tiered dirty in places - rusty items near the pool Main pool has plastic meshing around the baby pool bits - looked like a prison

Très satisfaite de cet hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant et sympa.De ma chambre j'avais une vue sur la mer, mes filles se sont rejouies également du pool et de la plage .

Lorsque j'ai pris ma chambre, mes filles et moi avions constaté que les couvertures étaient sales tachetées de café et pleins d'autres choses.(toutes les 4 couvertures ) Je me suis plains ,mais le 1er elles n'ont pas été changées,ce n'est que le 2ème jour qu'elles ont été faites.

Le baignoire est nulle , ça coule par tous, c’est petit, la salle à manger est trop bruyante Nourriture : la cantine, Peut faire mieux

Personnel agréable, chambre propre et bien équipée

Le bruit des chaises dans le restaurant, des patins anti bruit sous les pieds de chaises diminueraient beaucoup . Juste une suggestion.
