Немного расслабленно отнеслись к починке части потолка навесного. Ее при сильном ветре просто сдвинуло и обнажились все коммуникации и задувало очень . По моей просьбе пришел мастер, улыбнулся поправил руками, сказал ч то пойдет за шурупом и пропал до окончания моего отпуска 🤭 ну сама поправляла руками каждый день, не страшно

We paid more for a chill out room but found anyone could use the vip area. Pool and hot tub opening times were restricting. Cleanliness in certain areas needs to be improved.

Das Hotel war wirklich fantastisch, das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz besonders das Küchenteam war hervorragend – wir haben das Essen geliebt! Auch die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war einfach umwerfend.

Leider gab es im Badezimmer einen schlechten Kanalisationsgeruch; besonders im Zimmer 607 war es recht schlimm. Ich habe allerdings das Gefühl, dass die gesamte Insel ein Problem mit der Kanalisation hatte, da uns dieser Geruch überall begegnet ist – und das, obwohl das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt wurde...

Totuși, mi-a plăcut priveliștea, care a fost foarte frumoasă și a reprezentat unul dintre puținele aspecte plăcute ale sejurului. De asemenea, personalul a fost atent, amabil și disponibil atunci când am avut nevoie de ajutor. Atitudinea lor primitoare a contribuit la o experiență ceva mai plăcută, chiar dacă starea camerei și nivelul de întreținere au lăsat mult de dorit.

Camera era destul de veche și, din păcate, condițiile nu au fost pe măsura prețului plătit pentru sejur. Tocurile ușilor erau rupte, chiuveta din baie era spartă și reparată în mod vizibil, iar la duș se vedea spumă veche folosită pentru a ascunde murdăria. Consider că locația necesită o renovare serioasă și mai multă atenție la curățenie și întreținere. Nu mi se pare echitabil să se perceapă un preț atât de mare pentru un sejur, în timp ce sunt oferite astfel de condiții. Nu au dat factură la plată parcării, ceea ce m-a face să cred ca nu e totul ,,curat”.

الموقع علي البحر مباشره والمنظر الطبيعي الراءع، قربه من أجمل المطاعم والبارات والتاكسي موجود في كل مكان وقريب من حجوزات الانشطه الترفيهيه المائية، الفطار ممتاز وجدت مايناسبني لأني مسلمه ووجدت الحلو والمالح والكابتشينو ، الموظفين لطفاء ومتعاونين ، بصراحه كل حاجه حلوه في المكان ماعدا شيء واحد فقط

الجو الحار والهواء لا يصل الي تراس الغرفه، لا اعلم لماذا لا يصل الي ذلك المكان يمكن لأنه محاط بفنادق ومراكب لا اعلم ولكن المنظر جميل للغايه ، اعتقد انه يناسب اكتر آخر الصيف او آخر الربيع ، عدا ذلك فهو أعجبني جدا جدا وانصح بيه جدا واتمنى ارجع تاني

Location is great with the beach at the doorstep and lots of supermarkets and restaurants in very short walking distance. Staff at pool bar and lifeguard are great!

Air conditioning in room at 37 degrees heat outside wasnt working. I called reception and was told maintenance would come. 4 hours later I went downstairs to ask again and was told maintenance had left for the day but would come by the next day. So I asked for a fan which they gave me. For the next 4 nights air conditioning never worked and no one came to fix it. Spending €600 per night for a room not to have air conditioning is crazy. Cleaning ladies made the bed but dont replace instant coffee or sugar in room. This is definitely not 4 Star quality. Finally yes there's a beach view when you look straight from balcony, but if you look down, its a dirty nasty filthy back area to the restaurant covered in trash and dirt. Simply disgusting.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel is definitely not up to a 4-star standard. The air conditioning was extremely poor, and the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, which was especially unpleasant during the summer. Many basic amenities you would normally expect from a 4-star hotel were missing, and the overall cleanliness was below an acceptable standard. There was also a problem in the bathroom with the small shower fixture used for rinsing feet, which was constantly leaking. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and could clearly see the leak, yet it was simply left that way throughout our entire stay and was never fixed. The only real positives were the beautiful view and the excellent location. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and did not provide the level of comfort, cleanliness, or service expected from a 4-star property. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

Posizione bellissima sulla spiaggia a Palmanova dove c’è tutto a due passi! Una bellissima spiaggia di fronte per il giorno e la sera locali bellissimi girando per Palmanova, Magaluf e Calviá. Personale gentilissimo specialmente Sandra che parlava anche italiano 😉

Dat we meteen €48,0 moesten betalen, dat terwijl we geboekt hebben met inclusief alle belastingen en toeslagen .

Gesto stra gradito .

Per una struttura di quella caratura e a quel Prezzo , ha delle Pecche come la pulizia( sotto il letto c’erano gomitoli di polvere e per un fenomeno allergico è un serio Problema ), le carenze comunicative alla reception ( come ad esempio la multa sopra La Macchina per il mancato pagamento del Parcheggio interno , informazione omessa al Momento del check in ), una pozza d acqua nella stanza per il Decongelamento del Frigorifero , al Momento dell arrivo in stanza .

La posizione top con vista sul mare, ma la vera chicca è il servizio food: ottima colazione (dolce e salata) e ottimo servizio e qualità nella cena nella quale il menù cambia ogni sera. Un plauso al metre Jack sempre disponibile ad aiutarci per ogni richiesta. Consigliato😍

Scarico lento del wc e terrazza sporca di escrementi di uccelli: deve essere pulita meglio.

Скляні виїздні двері у ванній взагалі не закривалися, що унеможливлює момент конфеденційності .Дещо старенький готель, необхідна реновація, ресепшн справді не привітний, будьте готові ще доплатити місцевий податок на місці (за 6 ночей 33евро).

Ми приїхали майже о 23:00, але нас одразу пригостили шампанським і запропонували вечерю 👌 Це було дуже приємно 🥰 Усі номери мають вид на море, вони чисті, просторі, а прибирання проводять щодня. Ми залишали чайові, а у відповідь щоразу знаходили цукерки 🫰🤝 Знову приємно здивували 👌 Вечері а-ля карт - це окрема любов 🥰 Подача, як у мішленівському ресторані, а порції настільки великі, що голодним точно не залишишся. Персонал дуже привітний. Усі наші прохання вирішували одразу. Екскурсію ми також бронювали на рецепції - дівчата із задоволенням допомогли та все організували. Розташування готелю - просто топ 👌 Після виселення ми ще цілий день провели на морі та в SPA-зоні готелю. Там є душ, кімната для перевдягання та місце для зберігання речей, що дуже зручно. Жодного мінуса в цьому готелі я не знайшла 🫶 Це перший готель, до якого я із задоволенням повернулася б знову. 🩶

Loved the location right on Son Matias beach. Overlooking some cool bars including one with live acoustic music that you could hear from terrace. The communal terrace was fantastic with lots of sun beds and 2 hot tubs. You have your own private terrace too. Staff friendly and a lovely welcome with a glass of complementary fizz. Breakfast superb. Views beautiful. Will stay again.

The property was great. Our room was gross and beat up.

Room 412 has floorboards rotting and about to fall off near bathroom, a door that’s been punched or kicked and painted over. The shower area felt old and dirty.

Bardzo głośno zachowujący się ludzie z Polski, ale to nie wina hotelu tylko kultury osobistej w/w. Awaria wody spowodowała, że prysznic braliśmy gdzieś w piwnicy, w części przeznaczonej dla personelu. Jedna winda i kolejki niebotyczne.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, mi è piaciuto dello struttura la pulizia.

Non mi è piaciuto la disponibilità dei orari per i turni della cena e la lentezza dei camerieri per servire i piatti.

A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, illetve a tengerre nyíló kilátás gyönyörű. A személyzet hozzáállása a vendégekhez is rendben volt, kedves és segítőkészek voltak.

Rendkívül elavult, leharcolt hotel benyomását keltette bennünk, amin évek óta nem volt újítás ráköltve. A csúnya, nagyon régi 1990-es évekbeli ajtók, kissé büdös, cigi szagú szobák, foltos fotel a szobába, levert bútorok sarkok, meghúzott fehér fal, bebarnult szegélyek a fürdőszobába, felvizezett tusfürdő és testápoló, nem működő, üres hűtő. Hiába a kábel tv, se a szobába se a hotelbe nem lehetett nézni a világbajnokságot. Mindenért fizetni kell vagy depositot leadni. Parkoló 15€/ nap, egy szűkös parkolóhelyen. A reggeli kielégítő volt. Kissé csalódottan távoztunk. Van viszonyítási alapunk, ennyi pénzt biztos hogy nem ért. Számunkra ez egy 3 csillagos hotel.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit einem Glas Cava herzlich empfangen und haben sogar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick erhalten. Besonders positiv überrascht haben uns die bequemen Kissen – deutlich komfortabler als in vielen anderen Hotels. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets gut gelaunt, wodurch wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Auch die Halbpension hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Speisen waren abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Der Strand ist wunderschön und in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele gemütliche Strandbars, die zum Verweilen einladen. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Location is excellent - in 3min walking distances from the beach and many restaurants around.

Room (#101) - supposed to be a family room for which they requested extra pay and eventually we got a similar size room with one extra single bed. The bathroom was smelling very bad and even after technical inspection they couldn’t fully fix it. When i asked to change the room - the receptionist told me the hotel is fully booked and they can’t do anything. Overall, it’s a very old hotel that needs significant renovations or even full demolishment. Breakfast - very limited options, for 4 days of stay not a single change in menu. Terrible coffee and even tea bags were very low quality. Staff - lady (age 50+) in reception has zero added value. When one asks smth - she just can’t provide any information about facility, activities etc. I don’t really understand how this hotel got 4 stars. Probably they got decades ago and never inspected again.

Rummen undermåliga .Framför allt badrummen dusch som inte avloppet fungerade på,handfatet som det var stopp i .Familjerummet hittade en stor kackerlacka i garderoben ?! Städningen dålig. Äldre kvinna i receptionen som var allt annat en hjälpsam när det blivit fel med våran gruppbokning och vi fick betala trots att vi haft mailkomtakt innan vi anlände och antalet barn i familjerummet retts ut . Betalade innan 800 euro för 13 årigt barn och då var allt ok från Managern . Men vid utcheckning så måste vi betala 400 euro till fast vi visade mailet från Managern . Vi var 10 vuxna och 4 barn som reste tillsammans, kommer aldrig återvända till detta hotell . Min man och jag har åkt till Mallorca i 15 års tid och aldrig haft problem med vårt Boende Ta bort dom där 4* tack / Maria Pihl med familj .

Это точно не семейный отель, для маленьких детей ничего кушать нету. Завтрак-небольшой шведский стол, но каждое утро он одинаковый, разнообразия нету. Ужин- а ла карт меню- но нам не понравилось вообще выбор и качество еды,а для детей только нуггетсы/ ескалоп и картофель фри каждый день. В душе вода 10сек холодная, 10сек горячая, малыша невазможно помить. Мебель старая, кровать неудобная. Для 500 евра/ночь полное разочарование. Не рекомендуем этот отель.

Maybe they need make better exit to the beach not from side of pool

Breakfast is very varied, impressive and the Restaurant has an amazing view. The location is very good as far as access to the beach, directly from the pool and also various shops and restaurants/cafes. Staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. There is a small fridge in the room and a kettle with limited coffee/tea but adequate. The pool is nice and has a variety of sun and shade. The Jacuzzi's on the upper deck offer an amazing view and tranquility. Lovely balcony overlooking the beach and resort. Great to watch the world go by. Sunrises and sunsets over the water are beautiful. There are many return travellers, some go to this Hotel 3+ times a year. This is our second time and we will happily go back. The beech is kept very clean and also the promenade which is lovely to walk along.

Beds are pretty hard, even for my husband that likes a firm bed. Unfortunately you get a lot of noise from the beech, sometimes all night long. Luckily you can close the patio doors and put on the air conditioning, so you end up getting used to it. They could do with more Hotel entertainment. It just seems to be on once a week.

Posizione favolosa direttamente sul mare a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Tutte le camere hanno vista mare! Struttura pari a un 4 stelle , con piscina ( posizione così così) e una bella terrazza con 2 piccoli jacuzzi . Ottima colazione: dal dolce al salato, c’è di tutto. Personale molto gentile.

Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick, war eine Aussicht auf den Hinterhof einer Firma, mit etwas Meerblick. Das Bett im zweiten Zimmer war so instabil, das beim Umdrehen die Gefahr bestand herauszufallen. Das Badezimmer war nach dem Duschen immer leicht überschwemmt.

Comodoro Playa was the best choice made by us for our stay. The location is absolutely gorgeous 😍. We booked a family suite which was beach facing with the most amazing view. Beach is a walking distance right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was technically the same everyday with similar choices but it was good and freshly made eggs , pancakes were available too. We booked this trip for complete relaxation and it did serve. Special mention about Sandra at the reception was sweet and helpful for food recommendations around. All other staff too were polite and attentive. Housekeeping staff was always smiling and greeting us with her wide smile. Overall totally recommend. They have a jacuzzi facility too which we didn't use as we spent the whole day at the beach.

Idealna lokalizacja, dobry dojazd z lotniska, blisko sklepów i restauracji, piękny widok z balkonu, wygodne łóżko, śniadania pyszne, obsluga pomocna i bardzo miła, wspaniała plaża przed hotelem, podgrzewany basen. Wszystko super !
