ILUNION Palmanova Mallorca

The hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Plenty of choice for food.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel apart from the hill it was on but still managed to walk up and down it a couple of times a day.

The Staff were helpful and pleasant when engaged

The cooked breakfast food was inedible, in general the food was a very poor standard for a 4 star hotel, and more suited to a 2 star hotel. The double bed we specifically booked was two singles pushed together and slipped apart regularly. The room movement was restricted due to a large day bed placed by the balcony access door. The entertainment team played very very loud Gangster (C)rap music every afternoon in the pool area it made relaxing and swimming very uncomfortable. A lot of the music referred to drug taking and sex and contained a lot of swearing which around a lot of young children was not suitable.

Location

It’s changed owners u couldn’t swap lunch to dinner half board we could in June everything had changed

Everything

We were all inclusive or led to believe that’s what we had payed for But all the alcohol we had to pay for Except during lunch and evening meal We feel very let down by booking.com As all INCLUSIVE should mean all INCLUSIVE

Accommodating under special circumstances, so helpful when our UK flight was cancelled and we had to stay for one night

Nothing

Everything we needed and location was perfect

I’d be nit picking to say anything

Kids slides

Room wasn’t cleaned 6 out of 9 days despite having a sign on the door and specifically asking at reception to at least have our bins emptied daily as we had two babies.

El desayuno muy mediocre. La fruta y el café pésimo.

The best

The staff

Great clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Bed was very comfy... I needed the rest! Loved all the facilities and the food was amazing.

The hills... but no fault of the hotel. They are manageable but just harder to walk up in the heat lol. But again no fault of the hotel.

We extended our stay and we are very grateful for accommodating us for an extra 4 days. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were great.

Struttura con ottimi servizi e buon cibo

staff were fantastic and very helpful.

good hotel

Tutto

Gustarme poco.

Hotel was clean, and in a great location for both Palma Nova and magaluf! Food was good for an all inclusive although a lack of information on what it was wasn’t great! We checked out at 12 and they allowed us full use of the hotel after including food and drinks!

The air con in the rooms is terrible, really uncomfortable nights! The restaurant staff was short in my opinion, tables often left with old plates on while new guest was looking for a place to eat! And the obvious one, the limited drinks, didn’t ruin the holiday but was a huge let down upon arrival. Reception staff was great and help with any issues you had or requests!

Good location, room and bathroom was nice and clean, swimming pools very nice.

Food could be a bit better but wasn’t too bad.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene .

The staff was amazing and the facility is perfect

The pool closes too early

Family friendly and really cool hotel

Basically everything was on point

The soft playing room (kids room) is not clean and have bad smell, it needs some renovation specially the play mattresses

Had an amazing stay here! Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Great location and a really relaxing vibe overall. Highly recommend!"

If I had to name one negative, it would be the noise isolation. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly, but honestly, it didn't stop us from fully enjoying our holiday.

Czyste i wygodne pokoje, przepyszne jedzenie (duży wybór). Przy basenie wygodne leżaki. Cały obiekt zadbany i czysty. Dobra lokalizacja.

so bad

so bad

Mindenkinek adtak strand törölközőt is.

Pool Daytime entertainment Food varied and good

Clean and helpful staff

It was perfect

Nett eingerichtete Lage, zentral gelegen

Sehr unfreundliches Personal beim Buffet.

Lovely clean hotel. Great food and friendly staff.

The hotel is a steep walk to get to from palmanova. Would be difficult for less able people. Was a little tricky in 35° heat

The room was ok, big enough, balcony ok

We were primarily disappointed with the food—it was of very poor quality and tasteless. Coctails by the pool were not good. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the dining area did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel; the chair cushions were dirty… The cleanliness is not up to standard. The hotel has no parking space, it is difficult to find a parking space near the hotel. Very high price for this service.

Another great stay at this lovely hotel , staff are always helpful courteous and friendly. Housekeeping is efficient and rooms and public areas always looked clean despite the hotel being constantly busy ! The poolside never felt overcrowded and there was always sunbeds available despite it being the summer holidays having multiple pools to choose from is always a plus and the addition of umbrellas being more available since my last visit was a bonus also , the location is perfect and walkable to the beach shops and bay with convenience stores close by and children’s games onsite aswell as evening entertainment that is varied and staff are engaging. The food was good and menu changed daily for evening meal ( I only had half board so can’t comment for lunch but noticed you could purchase food from the pool bar) staff were quick to replenish and assist with finding tables during busy times which was greatly appreciated. Staff adhered to our room request prior to booking and even assisted with a maintenance request promptly during our stay in an efficient manner. This is my families second time here and we would definitely stay again or recommend to others with families especially.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved we were lucky with the neighbours we had but being close to the lift area on the first floor meant alot of sound travelled up from the entertainment at times.

Great location, friendly reception team.

All inclusive didn’t make sense as wasn’t really all inclusive, pool was over crowded, in the room, safe didn’t work really small room for a family of 3. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly and just took plates without asking if you were finished.

The breakfast was great, the pool and the building too

-

Molto belle le piscine, disposte su 3.piani. Molto varie e abbondanti colazione e cena. Ottima pulizia della struttura. Animazione internazionale simpatica

The hotel is great for families with kids. They offer daily activities for kids and the location is great and close to the beach. The hotel offers free beach towels (for a deposit). It also has a pool for adults and one for the small ones. The breakfast and dinner were great, lots of diverse options that I think should fit every taste. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend it.

Kids pools were amazing and day entertainment 😀

Our balcony door had too be fixed 3 times as it wouldn't lock.

Fajne baseny.Duży plus to bardzo dobre jedzenie. Obiadokolacje wyśmienite. Czysta pościel i ręczniki zmieniane codzienne.

It was clean. It was modern. But soulless

It is a big family hotel. It is at the top of a very steep hill. There are no gardens. The pools ( all three) are too small.

Very enjoyable family stay with a few downsides We spent our holiday at this hotel in Palmanova and overall had a good experience, which we would rate 4 stars. The cleanliness was ok and the rooms were generally well kept. The location is very central, close to the clubs and just a short walk from the beach, which is great if you want to be in the middle of the action. However, the area can be quite noisy at night, especially for children, so light sleepers should be aware of this. On the positive side, the hotel has three pools that are really great for kids, and our children loved spending time there. The building itself is a bit old and would definitely benefit from some renovation and updating. The food was good and tasty, but it became a bit repetitive after a few days. Another downside is that there is no private parking, and finding a parking spot nearby can be difficult, especially in high season. Overall, we still give this hotel 4 stars thanks to the central location, the pools for children and the decent level of comfort, but there are some points that could be improved.

Great for families, good location

Air con was non existent in room, came as part of a large party and they said theirs was the same, just didn’t work. Wasn’t clear on all inclusive fine print, 3 drinks at lunch and dinner only which didn’t include any spirits. Just wine and cheap beer, not worth what we paid

Közel volt a reptér

L’emplacement et le buffet varie

Propreté et prestations bar piscine Pas assez d espace extérieur piscine petite

Ok selection of food

Was on a low floor as requested but however we had several teenagers constantly slamming doors shouting down corridors and then making noise as they came in about 5ish hotel didn’t seem to have any rules no teachers on the same floor 🤷‍♂️
