Bed, zeer hard de standaard van de gasten. Een vijf sterren hotel heeft normaal een clienteel, dat op de hoogte is van de gebruikte etiquette. Dit was volledig vergeten tijdens het ontbijt. Geen 5 sterren meer waardig. Restaurant zeer duur. .klandizie had geen idea, hoe men zich gedraadgd in een 5 sterren omgeving

L'hôtel Dusit Thani est notre hôtel à Pattaya ! Spacieux, élégant, charmant, luxueux.. Les piscines ont des espaces de repos agréables, le personnel est au petit soin !

Par souci de rentabilité, et nous comprenons cela, l'hôtel accueille régulièrement des groupes de touristes Indiens. Mais l' ambiance au petit déjeuner n'est pas digne de ce lieu : ces gens sont bruyants, ils restent debout et mangent devant des plats, ils s' assoient sans bien se placer à table. J' en ai vu qui après avoir mangé avec leurs doigts, allé se servir à l'espace graines sans utiliser la cuillère !!!

The location of the hotel is great - you’re in the center of everything. Liked the gym, tennis courts. The swimming pools and the views there are amazing. Also all public areas are very beautifully designed. Very good breakfast! And the dinner worth trying as well. I also appreciate all the great help and support from the hotel stuff!

The only thing I didn’t like was about the rooms - they are tired and requiring innovation.

早餐算豐盛、但人非常多、建議早點去吃。床墊會晃，枕頭也太軟，不是很好睡。我們的房型外面就是庭院、所以打開窗戶到外面去的話，容易有蚊蟲跑進來。此外，整體房間偏老舊、一進去房間就看到一瓶前房客留下來的飲料罐放在床頭上。竟然沒有收拾到？！工作人員有很親切的、也有態度不好的，偏向兩極。但泳池的 view 和整體大廳還是很舒適的。

Superb location on Pattaya beach not crowded with people at all. Love the decoration, pools with great views, great breakfast and the foods of the in-house restaurants. The staffs we met were fantastic, and thanks for the free room upgrade.

This is the second time staying at the Dusit Thani. The staff are accommodating and work hard to ensure that all the holiday guests have the best possible time. The only drawback is the tv. It would be better if there was movies (possibly charge per film) which in turn would be advantageous as it may bring in more revenue. Overall a truly beautiful Hotel.

★★★★★ Dusit Thani Pattaya was a lovely stay, especially if you want to enjoy the resort itself rather than spend the entire trip exploring outside. One of my favourite parts was the Club Lounge, with its beautiful panoramic view over Pattaya Bay. I also enjoyed having lunch surrounded by the hotel’s tropical garden — a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Pattaya. During the stay, I joined a DIY body scrub workshop, choosing and blending natural ingredients to create my own scrub. It was a nice wellness activity and added something different to the usual resort experience. For dinner, The Bay was another highlight, with Mediterranean cuisine enjoyed by the sea. The coastal setting made it a particularly pleasant way to end the day. What I appreciated most was how easily a full day could be spent within the property — Club Lounge, tropical gardens, swimming pools, wellness activities, dining and sea views, all without needing to plan an itinerary outside. A very enjoyable option for a relaxing Pattaya getaway, particularly for travellers who like the hotel to be part of the destination itself.

The location was very convenient, close to the beach and large department store. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good.

I loved the bed, it was the most comfortable bed ever. I also loved the grounds of the hotel, the pools, the view and the location was amazing as I wanted it to be more quiet than the center of Pattaya. I loveeeed the entrance and the mini waterfall, the hotel and room were clean.

I didnt like the fact that the pool closed at 8 pm. I expect that if I book a 5 star hotel, I would have unlimited access to the pool, or at least until later in the night. Also I booked a breakfast on their app but it never came.

I struggled with the uphill walk from the hotel to the main road. suffered with back pain throughout our stay which I put down to the bed.

Location and the longest beach front. The lobby and indoor garden. The food and bakery are delicious. The wide range of breakfast buffet. The staff is really 5-star trained and helpful. The handpainted elephants are amazing and should be promoted.

Room really needs renovation especially the old worn-out carpeting.

Outstanding service from the whole team in the Club Lounge particularly Beauty, Honey, Benz and Patti who all added banter and good humour to their tireless work serving drinks and clearing away used glasses and plates. All four are a credit to the DUSIT and play a major role in making the Lounge the success that it is.

Hotel is very old and rooms are lived down over time. Don’t understand why they don’t renovate since it’s good booked and a cash cow for Dusit company

Завтраки: очень много мусульман в отеле, за столько лет уже можно было бы сделать халал уголок, ибо 90% еды из свинины Номер: да чисто, но старенькие, в номере были постельные клопы, они искусали нас всех, мы им сказали, а нам ответили: вы все равно уже завтра выезжаете. Поменяли постель, но ситуация не изменилась. Вытяжка не работает в номере, в номере холодно и влажно даже без кондера, хотя мы ставили на 30 градусов, постель влажная, спать не комфортно. В целом отель старый, не соответствует цена качество

The Dusit Resort Pattaya is located in the north of Pattaya and is near the Terminal 21 Shopping Centre. It has a friendly welcoming atmosphere and excellent well preserved facilities eg stunning waterfall and tropical garden inside the reception area and spacious clean rooms with full WiFi. All staff are pleasant and attentive but I give special mention to the room cleaning staff who work very hard but always with a cheerful smile and good morning/ afternoon greeting for guests. This hotel offers a very high order of cuisine, service and value for money. I will stay there again

Dusit Thani Pattaya, located at the northern most end of Pattaya Beach where guests could enjoy having the whole panoramic views of Pattaya Beach plus the iconic view of the gigantic Pattaya Sign upon the hill in Pattaya South, was a truly luxurious 5-star beach resort with authentic Thai hospitality. This stay was our 5th pleasant one after the Covid-19 pandemic ended. Often, our room was kindly upgraded to the room at the Dusit Club which guests could enjoy a lot of Dusit Club privileges including exclusive buffet breakfast, all-day set snacks and refreshments, daily happy-hour beverages and set appetizers, complimentary laundry and pressing of up to 3 pieces daily. Fortunately, our room was thankfully upgraded to Royal Princess Suite during our last 2 stays. The staff at this resort were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Khun Pim at Dusit Club Lounge on the 9th floor.

Disappointing experience for families with toddlers We expected a family-friendly luxury hotel, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The room felt old, with a carpet that had a musty smell and signs of dampness, which was not ideal when travelling with a toddler. At breakfast, when we requested milk for our child, we were told it had finished and no more was available. It was disappointing that such a basic item could not be arranged for a young child. We were also surprised to be charged 50 THB for half a slice of lemon requested for our toddler. While the amount is small, it reflected an overall approach where many small requests seemed to come with an extra charge rather than a willingness to help. The hotel has a nice location and beautiful grounds, but the outdated rooms, lack of flexibility for families with young children, and overall experience left us disappointed. I would not recommend it for families travelling with toddlers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was especially impressed by the excellent service from a staff member named Benz, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has three beautiful swimming pools, all well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The lounge was another highlight—the view was simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Pattaya. Before checking in, I read some reviews saying the property was a bit dated, but honestly, it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel is beautifully maintained and has a great classic charm—definitely not old or rundown at all. The service here is top-notch. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but a special shoutout must go to "Ploywarin (Benz)" at the Club Lounge. She took amazing care of us throughout our 2-day stay. Her attentive service and warm hospitality truly stood out, along with the rest of the wonderful staff. Lastly, the food was absolutely fantastic—everything we tried was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!

Majority of the staff are rude. They lack basic level of hospitality decorum. I had serious bad experience from 2 of the staff. The food variety and behaviour of FnB and Pool staff is really poor. Thr Front office staff also lack training and lacks basic know hows.

Bon emplacement, au calme et a côté du centre commercial Terminal 21. Pas trop loin du centre en voiture (Grabs). De belles piscines, un.beau panorama, une belle salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité.

Les prestations ne sont pas a la hauteur d un 5 étoiles. Manque de vie dans l hôtel qui pourrait être mieux mis en valeur. Une partie des chambres un peu vieillotte et sombre. Nous avons du batailler pour avoir une chambre de meilleure qualité et claire.

Hi My name is Zai We arrived here yesterday for a few days, and I was instantly transfixed by this amazing location in the embrace of Mother Nature. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was welcomed by a sweet and elegant fragrance, and the polite, kind, and warm hospitality of the staff made me feel completely at home. Since my arrival, I have been enjoying every moment of my stay. The environment is exceptionally clean, the staff are kind, attentive, and responsive, the meals are delicious and healthy, and the ambiance is tasteful and truly relaxing. I especially love the location. Not only is the hotel naturally beautiful, but it is also very conveniently situated. I am deeply enjoying the silence and tranquility of Mother Nature within the hotel and its beautiful surroundings. Overall, I am highly impressed and would love to return here again and again. The rooms, the uncontrollable room air conditioning always on very cold, the steps and lips from the bathroom making tripping and having a serious injury a possibility, the low balcony rail making it feel unsafe and dangerous if you got too close to the edge, the hotel is old at least 40 years, and the carpets are threadbare, discolored, tracked and dirty. Inedible food from room service and $24NZD for one cocktail which took 20 minutes to arrive, and 1 small can of awful Singha beer for $12 NZD (they don't sell beer in bottles at poolside and they do not sell the local Chang beer, two more visits to sign paperwork, almost like a legal contract saying you have just agreed to pay $36 for two drinks.! The 3000baht security deposit, you have to give them on arrival, cash only which you get what's left on departure, you can use your credit card but they take 3 weeks before they put it back. A laundry price list that is unbelievable like $3NZD to launder a handkerchief. Its normally done on weight, but they itemise every item with a set charge. An electric kettle that did not turn off. The list goes on....

Fantastic location in a quieter part of Pattaya but easy access to central Pattaya, Terminal 21 shopping centre and lots of restaurants. Great layout with multiple pools. Loads of sun loungers and day beds. Fantastic views of the water and city from our Seaview room. The balcony was a good size to sit and watch the action. Breakfast was full of so many choices to suit different cultures. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

There was a huge conference on during our stay and the breakfast became overcrowded, but they remedied this by opening the atrium room the following day. Some access to facilities were limited during this time also. The building needed some maintenance. Outside the paint was badly peeling. In our room the shower was over the bath. It would be better to have a separate shower. The water pressure was low.

Sehr schöne und weiträumige Ferienanlage mit mehreren, miteinander verbundenen pools und einer gepflegten Gartenanlage. Die Lobby und der Restaurant Bereich sehr nobel und an einem Atrium angelegt. Das sah schon beeindruckend aus.

Die Hotelzimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen, auch die Bausubstanz von der aussen Fassade könnte man mal nach und nach wieder in schuss bringen.

Well what can I say, another amazing stay at the Dusit. Looking forward to going back in November, The staff are amazing, from Thomas, Apple, lynne and Poh always making sure everything is ok, and if they could do anything for us. The boys at the Chaba pool are so helpful and friendly. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

จองห้องพรีเมี่ยมวิวทะเล เตียงคู่ 2 ห้องแบบติดกัน แต่ได้ห้องดีลักษ์เตียงเดี่ยว เราขอเปลี่ยนเพราะไม่ตรงกับที่จองมา รร.เปลี่ยนให้แต่ได้เตียงคู่แค่ห้องเดียวอ้างว่าห้องเต็ม!🙄 ห้องเก่า ทำความสะอาดแบบเว้นมีบางส่วนที่ยังสกปรก หมอนนุ่มแบนเหมือนไม่ได้หนุน ปวดคอหลับไม่ดี แอร์เย็นช้ามากๆ ทางเดินกลิ่นไม่ดี เข้าลิฟคือซ้อมตาย..เหม็นอับ! แขกเยอะมีหลายเชื้อชาติ โดยเฉพาะอินเดียเยอะมาก!

The room was very good with a balcony overlooking the garden. There are a couple of good pools and a private beach. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area. The grounds are large and a really special place to relax and avoid the crowds in Pattaya. There are secure doors on the side near the pool which will let you out without going all the way around to the front entrance. Use your room card to get back in.

Absolutely nothing. We were just relieved when we could finally check out and leave this property. There is nothing positive to say about a hotel that treats its paying guests this way.

The entire property is completely outdated and severely run-down. It is obvious that the management refuses to invest even a single cent into maintenance, choosing instead to just milk the property dry. The grout in the bathroom was covered in mold, and the electrical outlets were dead. The absolute peak of this disastrous stay was a deliberate scam attempt during our checkout: they tried to extort 1,100 THB for a "damaged", old pillowcase because my partner’s wet hair left a washable, water-soluble dye stain on it. She had to sleep with wet hair because the bathroom outlet was dead and housekeeping ignored our requests for towels. When I tried to resolve this, the situation completely escalated. I had to go to the reception twice (at 10:15 PM and 1:30 AM). The receptionist was incredibly arrogant and actually accused me of lying about the broken outlet. The manager showed zero empathy, refused to listen to basic logic, and didn't even try to wash the pillowcase before claiming it was ruined. Nobody cared about the root causes or our ruined evening; they were solely interested in aggressively extracting more money from us. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room interiors are very out dated with no electricity next to bed. We changed rooms to an updated one but it was pretty poor as well. We also asked if we could switch to a beach facing room they said yes but the charge was very excessive and extra 2000+ baht per night. We were disappointed in this as hotel was empty and very quiet as market slow due to war and low Asian attendance. We were booked for 9 nights and they did not seem very keen to up the experience for people who had bothered to book with them. Plus what they were supplying was quite outdated. Says it’s 5 star but it’s a 4 star at best Each evening we had little geckos/lizards running around the room wall Breakfast is good/ ok but again not a 5 star breakfast Next time will stay at one of the modern 5 stars we saw nearby. We looked in a couple to compare and they were far superior. On service we ordered lunches at the pool one day only us and 3 other people at the pool. They brought the food. 2.5 hours later when we left the plates were still there although we moved them to the table next door. Just really poor attitude in general. Stay at lots of hotels and rarely do reviews but both Dusit’s on our trip were disappointing. We had heard good things etc and good reviews but don’t think we will use this brand again
