We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile. The room was top-notch, exceptionally clean, and featured ultra-comfortable beds that guaranteed a great night's sleep. Every morning started on a high note with a rich, varied, and delicious breakfast spread that had something for everyone. To top it all off, the pool area and the stunning surrounding views were simply breathtaking—the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation!

Facilities first rate. The pools were fantastic and breakfast buffet a winner.

From the outside, the hotel looks very luxurious. It has 2 stunning pools with a sea view. The lobby and pool area are really beautiful, well-kept and luxurious. Good and relaxed atmosphere. On the 24th floor, there is a lounge with a stunning view, fresh and delicious snacks and a good, luxurious atmosphere. On the other hand, the rooms are very outdated. We slept in a suite with a pool. The view is stunning. Very spacious. But the room is very outdated. There are stains on the tables. Stains on the bed frame. The chairs are torn. The shower is peeling and outdated. The wooden frame of the pool hammock is rotten and doesn't make you want to get into the water. And it's a shame because the view from the pool is beautiful. The small bottles of shampoo and conditioner are outdated. Every self-respecting hotel already uses large bottles that can be refilled. The service at the hotel is excellent. Our room had a minibar with soft drinks and snacks that are refilled every day for free. But they don't clean the room at all. They just make the bed. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the city and back. In conclusion, the entire hotel is luxurious and stunning. The rooms urgently require renovation.

1.เสียงแอร์ทำงานค่อนข้างดัง. 2.พบเศษสิ่งสกปรกออกมาจากท่อน้ำทิ้งในห้องน้ำขณะที่เดรนน้ำทิ้ง. 3.ห้องอาหารราคาสูงเกินไปถ้าเทียบกับรสชาติและปริมาณ.

ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า กระจกตรงอ่างอาบน้ำไม่เช็ดมองวิวเเทบไม่เห็น น้ำในห้องน้ำเปิดมาเป็นสีเหลือง ต้องตามช่างมาแก้ไข จนไม่กล้าใช้อ่างล้างหน้าเลย

吃完早餐到泳池游水，向員工索取毛巾時，員工毫無表情跟我說沒有毛巾！沒有任何解釋！我滿頭問號！ 因不想員工影响我旅遊的心情，就不想再追問那個員工了!住了兩個晚上，大部份員工給我的感覺都不友善！我房間有兩個露台，其中一個向海的露台門，第二天就壞了開不到門，但又不想搵員工處理，所以就算了！

Rooms very cheaply furnished, and getting a bit tatty. Nowhere to put wash bag in the bathroom. Pieces of rusty metal constantly falling onto the balcony.

We had an amazing 5 nights and 6 days stay at this hotel. And we truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained with excellent facilities especially the two swimming pools. It has a breathtaking sea views that made our vacation extra special. Thank you to all the staff for the thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us upon check-in. The beautiful flower arrangement and delicious cake in our room made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. It was such a sweet gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.

The location was a little bit far and secluded from everything. It was located in the far side between Wong Amat Beach. And Cape Dara beach was so rocky. But overall, because it has free shuttle service to Terminal 21 it was okay. We still enjoyed our slow days in this resort. Thank you Cape Dara! 🙂

Really liked this room, amazing views.

A little bit on the expensive side considering the tough competition but it was reasonable enough.

The pools are nice. And the staff are nice

The rooms are old. And cranky. Not fresh at all. It’s super expensive compared to what you get I’ve being charged 2300 baht for a meal at the Resteruant of the hotel which I ordered just fish, potatoes and avocado. 140 baht for bottle of water at the pool. The spa which branded as “winning awards” I paid over 6k baht for 90 minutes treatment for couple, which was mediocre minus! Very disappointing. Also, the beds are super old, not comfortable and hard to sleep on. And the AC was barely working at our room. After few complains nothing changed much. And the breakfast was very minimal, nothing special. For a person who likes to eat clean food, the choices was very limited. Another thing that drove me crazy, is that in the entire hotel, they couldn’t provide me with a normal size mug to drink my coffee with! What kind of 5 stars hotel don’t have normal size mug? I even brought my coffee with me. All they had thous small espresso glasses, and medium minus size glasses.. I had to literally buy myself big mug at the mall for me to be able to drink coffee normally It’s squeeze the vacation feeling out of you, I have no problem to pay, but there are things that make sense and there are things that feels like tourists scam

If the hotel had softer beds I would rate it as good as any hotel in central Pattaya. If you don’t mind a harder bed this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Have stayed here 3 times now

The small pool area close to the beach was once a nice chill area to spend time. This stay it was overtaken by people taking videos and endless selfies with no respect for who was going to be in the background. Paying 10k baht a night this pool should be exclusive to the suites

The hotel staff are well trained, and the food at the Radius Restaurant is superb. I especially enjoyed having dinner by the sea, although it was a bit windy at times. Overall, the facilities are excellent.

I think the corridor from the lobby to the car park is a bit dim. Improving the lighting in this area would enhance both comfort and safety.

Staff were great, beds were very comfy, nice cafe on site and great views in the lounge. Also a very good location.

It is a little hard to justify the price, the place was excellent but it is a very high cost in a very competitive market. If your very wealthy just go ahead and book this one but if budget is an issue then maybe look elsewhere. That being said perhaps the company I booked through may of added to the cost.

Chambre avec vue magnifique et très bien équipée. Salle de bain avec bain et douche. Lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien. Restaurant le soir très correct. Navette "buggy" gratuite pour rejoindre le Terminal 21.

We called here to eat dinner and were serenaded by one of the best performers we have heard. The service food and ambience were incredible.

My specific room request was met! Very friendly staff.A beautiful hotel in a quiet location,perfect for relaxing.

Only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed longer. Relaxing atmosphere, great food and pool. The suite was spacious and had a jacuzzi style bath and separate shower with beautiful ocean view. Room service was very quick and delicious. I had an aromatherapy massage at the spa which was one of the best I have had. I will be back for sure!

First of all, the receptionist seemed very confused, and her reaction was clearly shown on her face. Secondly, I booked a twin-bed room. However, the beds were combined together. I understand this may be due to the sea view option, but this was not what I requested. Lastly, I was informed at the time of booking that breakfast was included. However, when I arrived, I was told that breakfast was not included. This misunderstanding made me feel quite dissatisfied. Location, staff , room type

The resort is located at the sea, amazing and stunning views. We had taken a room we a private swimming pool, so nice to be able to refresh yourself without having to go out to the main swimming pools for a refreshment at whatever the time of the day (even at night).. The hotel wasn't overcrowded. The main swimming was open till 11pm (still amazing time to swim!!), a bit winder during the day. The smaller swimming pool had an amazing view at the bay where we were located but was open till 7pm. The food is amazing. There are 2 big restaurants with amazing dishes. The spa from the hotel is epic: I have had the best massage there so far (and I have had quite some massages in my life). When booking a premium room like we did, you have access in the Dara lounge on the 24th floor in the main building where you have an amazing view to the bay. Depending on the time of the day you can get some free non-alcoholic drinks and tasty little ors d'oeuvres in between. The free alcoholic drinks were between 5 and 7pm.

At times but thanks God not for the full 9 days we were staying at the resort, we have had direct neighbour's with small children who were screaming in the small swimming pool. These small swimming pools shouldn't be rented out for tourists with small children in my opinion. The hotel staff was very receptive to the feedback we gave them though.

Communication between Booking.com and the hotel I have booked a room with breakfast and paid online how it was required. But when booked in the hotel says we have to pay xtra for the breakfast. Its a trap from booking.com
