Location: Close to Terminal 21 and easy to find great seafood. There is a Lotus supermarket quite close, it will be easy to find those local product Noise Level: Zero Noise, super good Meals: Lovely breakfast.

👍 Good Points (ข้อดี) Room & Cleanliness: The room and hotel are clean. Extra Bedding: The room features a sofa bed, making it comfortable and not cramped for a third person. Kids' Club: The Kids' Club has a great view. Breakfast: The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

👎 Bad Points / Areas for Improvement (ข้อเสีย / ข้อเสนอแนะ) Facilities vs. Price: Facilities are too small for a 4,000 THB/night price tag (though possibly inflated due to the holiday period). Swimming Pool: The pool is a bit too small and should close later than 8:00 PM. Location & Surroundings: There is nothing to do within walking distance around the hotel. Beach Access: You can walk to the nearby beach, but you cannot swim because of too many rocks, and you cannot walk to Pattaya's main beach (requires a vehicle). Breakfast Addition: It would be even better if they added 2 or 3 types of freshly squeezed juices.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and close to many attractions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Thank for hotel’s reservation department who managed my Club Marriott booking request professionally! The jewel of this hotel are the employees from Management to staff in all areas without exceptions! During my stay I personally met the GM, Director of Rooms, F&B Manager and numerous staff who all cared to serve beyond the call of duty! I like specifically note that it is rare to see Executive Managers engaged with guests as it happened to me here at Courtyard North Pattaya! Thanks !!! From the staff I would love to list all names but let me just point to a few to thank them here but also the once behind the scene whom I didn’t meet but contribute to make things happen: KHUN GINJAY at Reception, BIG CHEF AON, KHUN MARK F&B leader, KHUN BELL at the Bar, from Cafe22 KHUN SKY, KHUN MERMAID, KHUN NINA, KHUN BEE, KHUN FANCY and KHUN ANNA.…plus KHUN SUN & EARTH from Bell department as well as KHUN ART from housekeeping plus ALL THE OTHERS WHO TAKE SO GOOD CARE! I occupied a nice room and my recognition and benefits for Bonvoy Elite was honored from the point of check/in to check/out! The room has a very nice and comfortable design with an amazingly comfy bed and great shower with crisp linen, soft towels and nice amenities! Housekeeping did an exceptional job keeping my room look like “new” every day! Laundry service was also tip/top and fast! Breakfast continues to be fantastic and actually better than some other 5* hotels; specially after my recent return from Europe! Super large international selection and some rotations of items which is nice for long/stay guests like myself! The food and coffee qualities are top-notch and so is the service! I really like to highlight the super friendly breakfast team whom all did an outstanding job caring for me but as I could see for all guests beyond expectations! Drinks & food at the roof-top bar and for room-service was likewise exceptionally good, fast served and hot food arrived hot!!! I also had dinners and lunches at Cafe22 and it was always tip-top! Security deserves as well my compliments; they always recognized my car and assisted me getting a parking spot! Overall a fantastic experience and I will be back next month! Excellent service good room, reception looked after us first class. I think it was Khun Koi. All the staff helpful and friendly, the girls love the Kids Club. Breakfast are very good, staff there also really helpful. Only problem shower leaked. Else very good

Nice hotel, great staff. The room was clean and modern, wifi fast and stable. The gym is well equipped and available 24 hours, so when jet lag gets you up early you can head there. Plenty of elevators so no waiting to get to your room. Good hotel for a business stay.

execellent staff and service

All the staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so kind and helpful. It's such a nice thing to have people who care about their work and show that through their interactions with you. I interacted most with the breakfast staff and they were so hardworking yet so cheerful. I admire their work ethic and really appreciate them. I wish they could all get raises!

I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott North Pattaya on May 26. Unfortunately, upon checkout I found that an extra night’s room charge had been mistakenly added to my bill. This could have been a frustrating experience, but it turned into a very positive one thanks to the incredible service of ASSISTANT Front Desk Manager Namrin. From the moment I raised the issue, Namrin listened attentively, reassured me with a warm and friendly attitude, and took full ownership of the problem. She handled everything with great professionalism. Thanks to her diligent follow-up, the overcharged amount was fully refunded to me. What truly impressed me was not just her ability to solve the problem efficiently, but her genuine kindness. It’s rare to find someone who turns a mistake into such a positive guest experience. Thank you, Namrin, for your dedication and excellent care. You are a true asset to the hotel, and because of you, I will gladly recommend Courtyard by Marriott North Pattaya to colleague, friends and family. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed 10 nights in a premier king city view room with sofa. Not sure it was a city view it looked over the front of the hotel car park and a vacant block of land, which doesn't face towards pattaya city. - Checkin was friendly and efficient, thanked me for being Titanium elite no upgrade to room, breakfast included. - Gift of 500 elite points or a few other options. We chose the 20USD a day food & beverage offer which equated to 700THB a day F&B discount. - Breakfast is not a wow. - Enjoyed the spin the wheel game upon checkin and subsequent drinks won. - Spartz bar has happy hour half price on certain drinks from 5 to 7pm and they make great cocktails. I loved my Mojitos. - Four glass bottled water provided in the room daily. - All the staff throughout the hotel were fantastic to deal with and very efficient and friendly. - Gym has enough equipment to complete your workout. - Shuttle baht bus to tops [don't make the same mistake as me and assume its the tops supermarket on beach road as shown on their shuttle map, that is not the stop] and Terminal 21. The drop off spot to T21 was adjacent to T21 on the other side of dolphin roundabout and not 'at' T21. - There is literally nothing near the hotel so this free shuttle service is very much needed and appreciated. You can also book it via the message button within your booking in the marriott bonvoy app. - Bed is firm but comfortable. - There is a high fan speed noise from the air-conditioning in the room with lots of rattling also, which once you get used to it is probably good to drown out the noise from other guests and slamming doors. - Every now and then we'd hear a vibration noise in our room like the room above us was running a spa. - We loved that laundry was included in our long stay package it's particularly helpful as we are travelling for 3 months. - Australia channel on the TV - Yay! - Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room refreshed. There is no turn down service in the evening. - The rooftop pool only has 2 umbrella's over the lounge chairs by the pool, this time of the year when it's so hot & the UV index is so high there needs to be more umbrella's. So un-inviting. The water temperature is also very warm. - Good size shower and water pressure with a little bench in it. - Alot of people sit at breakfast and spartz bar playing loud videos. For the comfort of all guests this should be addressed by staff. Guests can and should wear earphones. We enjoyed our stay here and thank all the staff who were helpful, friendly and courteous to us, to enable an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, not far from the beach and within easy reach of Terminal21 and other nearby restaurants. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. A variety of rooms are available, and the rooms are clean. The staff members are very helpful and friendly, offering excellent service. Since I cannot eat spicy food, the staff prepared freshly cooked meals and adapted the breakfast menu upon request. The gym offers a sea view during exercise, and guests can also enjoy sunlight at the outdoor pool on the rooftop. Overall, the stay is worth the money.

- Les lits doubles des chambres supérieures sont assez petits - Il y a beaucoup d’humidité et de mauvaises odeurs via la climatisation. Particulièrement dans la 1ere chambre que nous avions eu dans laquelle le mode Dry ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a attribué une autre chambre ensuite dans laquelle le mode Dry fonctionnait ce qui a amélioré les problèmes d’humidité. - La plage la plus proche n’est pas géniale

I chose this hotel to see the Pattaya Fireworks Festival. The beach is not very far, and I could walk there. There are some German restaurants nearby, so I enjoyed German food that I missed. Even though I arrived at 12:00, the staff kindly let me check in. I really appreciate it. The breakfast buffet had many choices, and I was satisfied. Thank you very much.

Pro: - new hotel , rooms are nice. Huge tv , and comfortable bed - good to stay here for business or if you visit pattaya but don’t need the beach - breakfast has good variety - there is gym and pool at the top - they have free shuttle bus to terminal 21 - you can walk out to main road that has many restaurants and spa Con: - sound proof is weak and can hear people from the corridor or the plumbing works from next room .

Very nice and quiet place

Although I was not the one checking in, my best friend stayed at the hotel for her birthday, and I arranged a small surprise for her. I reached out to the team in advance, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted with setting up the birthday gift beautifully and made the whole surprise feel extra special. My friend was so happy with the warm welcome and thoughtful service she received. I truly appreciate the staff for going above and beyond to make her birthday memorable. Special thanks to Khun Wipavee and entire team.

Brillant location, staff were so accommodating and flexible. Clean, spacious rooms. Look forward to staying for the next work conference. Breakfast was delicious, huge variety, maybe a little more options around GF would be good.

- No chance for relaxing/nowhere at the whole hotel - no business areas in silence with, even no business meeting was possible at a calm place. - open space at breakfast very loud - very loud and nosy at breakfast with jazz music - loud backround music at lobby, elevator, pool --> not useable for us

I've stayed at this Courtyard Marriott before. It's in a quiet part of the city and provides as safe and relaxed experience away from the hustle and bustle of down-town Pattaya. Hotel has a small gym, roof-top and lobby bar. An onsite restaurant that serves a great breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had an excellent night's sleep. Definitely my preferred hotel in Pattaya

โรงแรมเป็นเครือใหญ่ แต่ประสบการณ์โดยรวมถือว่าเฉยๆ ห้องน้ำสะอาดดี แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวค่อนข้างเก่าและไม่ฟูเหมือนควร ตอนที่เราเข้าพัก สระว่ายน้ำกำลังปรับปรุง จึงทำให้ราคาที่จ่ายดูค่อนข้างสูง แต่โรงแรมไม่ได้มีการชดเชยใดๆ ในส่วนนี้ อาหารเช้าดีและหลากหลาย ถือว่าดีที่สุดของการเข้าพัก ส่วนอื่นๆ ธรรมดาไปบ้าง

ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่าไม่ฟู สระว่ายน้ำกำลังปรับปรุง ทำให้ราคาค่อนข้างสูงโดยไม่มีการชดเชย

The food choices were excellent, with high-quality vegan options, Indian dishes, and a variety of international cuisines. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. During our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance, but we were kindly recommended to use the pool at a nearby hotel, which was very convenient. We also visited the hotel's gym. Although the room was a bit small, it felt comfortable and offered a nice view.

The bathroom towels are very old, worn out, and rough. I recommend replacing them.
