Location and value for money

The room was a tad warm

This place is an absolute GEM! Location very central, metro across the road, taxis only 5 minutes wait so easy to reach by taxi from the airport. It's on the 5 th and 6th floor. Spacious air conditioned room, clean with a fridge and beds made everyday. Nice and quiet in the evenings. Food - Breakfast was a wide buffet style selection with a barista for a fresh coffee experience. Lunch and dinner options reasonably priced, cocktails 10 Euros, all accompanied by bruschetta and pretzels. Hot tub on roof with several lay down beds, showers, toilet and changing areas. Lots of attention to detail and nothing is too much trouble for the day and evening staff. I do not hesitate in recommending this if your travelling to Naples, it's an absolute GEM.

The lift was a bit cranky but it could not be gelped

Brilliant central location, great value for money, the drinks prices were great and the staff were lovely. The rooftop was a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were great. Brilliant value, especially the bar. We loved spending an hour relaxing in the spa facility and the breakfast had a great choice. The view from the roof top where reception is amazing.

The area the hotel is located in although convienient for the station is very run down, full of rubbish and dog dirt ect. Just a suggestion teaspoons in the room so you can make tea/ coffee would be useful

Man ist nur wenige Gehminuten zur Metro, dort hinunter und dann 3 Stationen nach Toledo für 1,50€ oder Tagesticket für 4,50€ und man ist Direkt im einen der Angesagten Viertel der Stadt.

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen was zur Straße blickt, dort war es mässig bis sehr Laut durch Verkehr (Hotel ist fast gegenüber vom Örtlichen Hbf. Neapel) der Stark Befahrenen Hauptstraße, Nachts gegen 02:00 ca. Fahren die Müllautos und leeren dort täglich die Glas -und Müllcontainer daher kommt auch noch Nachts viel Lärm zu stande. Ist das Fenster Geschlossen Dämmt es aber seht Gut!

Bodde i 70 tals rummet. Perfekt för oss tre väninnor. Fem minuters promenad från centralstationen. Mycket bra frukost och helmysig taktersss med två bubbelbad samt utsikt över staden. Supertrevlig personal. Jättenöjda. 😀

Emplacement proche de la gare. Petit déjeuner copieux, sur toit-terrasse. Possibilité de laisser les bagages gratuitement le jour du départ. Amabilité du personnel. Présence d'un jacuzzi (pas testé). Propreté de la chambre, spacieuse et sécurisée. Présence d'un ascenseur.

Ascenseur étroit. Le lit double était en fait deux simples collés, on sentait l'espace entre les deux. Pas de place pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain.

Très bon accueil. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes maximum de la gare de Milano Centrale. Bon, les rues à traverser : on prie avant et on remercie quand on est de l'autre côté et on ne s'y habitue pas. Situé au 6eme et au 5eme étage, on est au dessus du tumulte sur la très belle terrasse de toit avec les 2 jacuzzi et les salons très sympas pour boire l'apéro. Personnel efficace et souriant. Petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix) avec de beaux produits : des légumes à volonté (ouf !), tout ça sur la terrasse. Belle chambre spacieuse avec une large salle de bains. Matelas et oreillers très bons. Belles prestations.

Tout était parfait et mérite un bon rapport qualité/prix.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very good! :) The rooms were very clean and had fun themes. And obviously the jacuzzis on and view from the rooftop were a very nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was easy to get to all of our destinations but the location near the train station meant the area was not very clean and we probably would not have felt comfortable walking around in the middle of the night. However, we felt very safe at the hotel!

Das B&B Hotel ,liegt super und Zentral zum Zentrum .und zur Metro. .Die Zimmer waren kleiner, aber super sauber und für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Toll war der Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse, Frühstück ausreichend und alles da was man brauchte.Das Personal war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.wir haben u s die Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen wenn wir in Neapel sind

Fajnie położony Hotel, przy samym dworcu kolejowym, bliskość metra. Spacerkiem do centrum starego miasta około 15 minut się szło. Udogodnienia na dachu hotelu jak na zdjęciach, wszystko czyste i sprawne. Widok na stare miasto jak na zdjęciach. Dla mnie petarda. Śniadania bardzo dobre nie tylko słodkie i kawa. Można też wypić herbaty :-) Co w Italii robią tylko starzy, albo chorzy ludzie :-) Obsługa po prostu genialna. Ludzie bardzo pomocni uprzejmi i najczęściej uśmiechnięci.

Miałem pokój 70s okna od ulicy bo zależało mi na widoku z balkonu na miasto. Niestety nie pomyślałem o hałasie jaki generuje ruchliwa ulica. Na drugi raz zrezygnuję z widoku i wybiorę pokoje od drugiej strony. Są to 60s, 80s i milenium

Quand on est sur le rooftop dans un des jacuzzi avec un cocktail on oublie le bruit et la saleté de Naples. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La literie est bonne. Tout le personnel est agréable et aux petits soins.

Franchement quand j'ai vu la porte d'entrée et le hall j'ai eu un peu peur. Un conseil montez vite à l'accueil au 6eme étage (avec l'ascenseur qui se fait parfois attendre) et vous serez rassuré.

The property is close to the historic centre of the city, and the facilities are clean and functional. The roof top terrace is lovely as was the hot tub. The staff were very helpful.

The area outside of the property was very dirty and a lot of litter around. The rooms were very basic, and whilst there was a kettle and cups in the room there was no tea/coffee or milk left. The breakfast standard was poor.

Incredible place! We stayed at the rooftop. The rooms have great size and they are very comfy. We were in 4 and stayed in an area with 2 rooms where we had our separate rooms but we were also in an area just for us 4, which was amazing! The jacuzzis were our favorite and the area outside looking Naples from the top is unbelievably beautiful! We loved this place!

Abgesehen von der großen Highlight Dach-Terrasse mit zwei großzügigen Jacuzzi Pools, der zentralen Lage und der top Ausstattung, Ambiente und sehr gut durchdachtem Konzept - macht erst das herzliche und zuvorkommende Personal das Hotel zu einem ganz besonderen Ort. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, international sowie typisch italienisch. Mein Partner und ich haben 7 Nächte im PacMan Zimmer verbracht. Unseren nächsten Besuch in Neapel planen wir wieder im B&B Sweet Sleep. Vielen Dank und auf bald. Forza Napoli! Robin und Isabella 🫶

Close to the station. Which was important for us. Staff were kind, polite. Effective. Helped us with arrangements for tours. Arranged breakfast box when needed to leave earlier. Lovely breakfast. Varied and tasty. Spotless clean. Comfortable.

Jesteśmy (wspólnie z mężem) bardzo miło zaskoczeni pobytem w tym hotelu 😊. Stosunek jakości w stosunku do ceny,przewyższył nasze oczekiwania... pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany.., sniadanie wyśmienite, naprawdę bardzo duży wybór,przy tym profesjonalnie podawana kawa, a całość konsumpcji na tarasowym dachu,z widokiem na Neapol. Doskonala, uśmiechnięta,pomocna obsluga oraz świetna lokalizacja,3 minuty do dworca,i na peryferiach starówki. Dla bardziej leniwych,hotel posiada jakuzi i leżaki na dachu, z których my nie korzystaliśmy, ale wszystko przed nami:) Polecam z całego serca.

Die Dachterrasse war super, Daybeds, Bar und Restaurant auf dem Dach, ach, das Frühstück konnte man auf der Dachterrasse toll genießen. Nähe zum Bahnhof super 👍

Fenster zur Straße waren recht laut, Ablauf von der Dusche hatte keine Abdeckung Bahnhofsviertel, vielleicht nicht unbedingt das angenehmste, aber zum nur durchlaufen in Ordnung Wasser in den Whirlpool müsste öfter getauscht oder gereinigt werden Sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Hauseingang, aber nicht im restlichen Haus. Aufzug sehr eng, nur für zwei Personen ausreichend

Die umliegenden Viertel sind nachts ein bißchen unheimlich

Personnel très serviable, petit déjeuner varié (sucré salé fruits frais....), restaurant de bonne qualité, literie confortable, chambre agréable, toit terrasse parfait pour profiter du soleil, du jacuzzi et du bar. Un très bon séjour !

J'ai passé quelques jours à Naples et j'avais choisi cet hôte pour sa localisation, proche des transports en commun. Ma chambre était très spacieuse. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le service, le staff était très sympathique et serviable. Attention, la réception et le restaurant sont situés au dernier étage de l'immeuble. Le petit déjeuner est très complet tous les matins. Le rooftop est vraiment super car il offre une vue sublime sur Naples.

Malheureusement le quartier est plutôt mal fréquenté. En tant que jeune femme voyageant seule, j'ai été confronté à beaucoup de comportements déplacés... Il y a plusieurs autres Airbnb dans l'immeuble et malheureusement les autres clients peuvent être très bruyants.

First of all location was perfect... Garibaldi Metro station is a few minutes away, to most historical places you have around 15 min walk. Regarding the establishment they have beautiful rooftop where they serve breakfast and in the evening you can any Aperol Spritz with the view! And I loveee their pillows, if you like them firm then you are on the perfect place.

Wir waren bereits morgens um neun an der Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig,aber wir durften uns am Frühstücksbuffet bedienen. Das Personal -egal in welchem Bereich - ist sehr zuvorkommend?

Personal muy amable. Buena ubicación muy cerca del centro. Las habitaciones estaban bien. Eran cómodas con buen aire acondicionado. En la terraza ofrecía lugar de de descanso, con los hidromasajes y zonas para sentarse y beber algo. Buen desayuno.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit und Großzügigkeit des gesamten Teams & des Eigentümerpaares. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen und wird mit einer Aufmerksamkeit und Aufrichtigkeit umsorgt, die heute wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Für verhältnismäßig wenig Geld bekommt man hier unglaublich viel geboten. Das Frühstück ist einfach toll und vielfältig für Italien und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Was diesen Ort aber ganz besonders macht, sind die Menschen: ein unglaublich herzliches, aufmerksames und authentisches Team, bei dem man spürt, dass Gastfreundschaft wirklich von Herzen kommt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! LG Tina & Alex

καθαριοτητα , το κτιριο που στεγαζονταν τα δωματιο ηταν πολυ κακοδιατηρημενο και η εισοδος μυριζε μουχλα.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse und sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer an Lösungen für jedes Problem oder jede Frage interessiert. Im 6. Stock (mit Aufzug!) über den Dächern von Neapel frühstücken hat schon was. Danke für den guten Aufenthalt.

Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof hat wie in jeder Großstadt seine Vor- und Nachteile. Darauf muss man sich einstellen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte kaum Stauraum. Irgendwie ging es, war aber nicht wirklich optimal. Tipp: direkt beim Check-in evtl. ansprechen.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel - we truly enjoyed our time here! The room was quite basic, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was cleaned daily and had an AC, and we especially loved the amazing blue lights in the bathroom:) The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from and a coffee prepared by a barista. The hotel also has a restaurant serving tasty food at affordable prices, with a lovely terrace view. There is also a variety of drinks available at the reception, which was very convenient - especially when you just need to grab a bottle of water without leaving the hotel. On the terrace, there was plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, or chill in the hot tub. In the evening, it was a perfect spot to enjoy a drink and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they were always happy to assist with any questions or requests. They also all spoke good English, which made everything even easier.

Izby boli čisté, raňajky boli skvelé, bohatý výber všetkého možného.

Voda zo sprchy tiekla strašne slabo, bolo takmer nemožné sa osprchovať. Kúpeľňa bola veľmi malá a stiesnená. Okolie hotela čistá katastrofa, ale je blízko hlavnej stanice, čo je výhoda.

Özellikle çalışanlar aşırı güler yüzlü yardımseverdi. sıradışı bir misafirperverlik diyebilirim. kendimi evimde hissettim. 3 gün kaldık sonrasında 5 gün Amalfi'ye gittik dönüşte yine Napoli'den dönecektik ve 5 saatlik bir zamanımız vardı. Bavullarımızı tekrar sizin otele bırakabilir miyiz diye sorduk memnuniyetle yardımcı oldu. Üstelik para teklif etmemize rağmen ücretsiz aldılar

Aamiainen oli kohtalainen, vähän pieni ja suppea tarjonta mutta hoiti asiansa. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, päärautatieaseman läheisyydessä. Hotellin terassi oli hyvä.

Huoneen sai vasta klo 14, mutta uloskirjautuminen lähtöpäivänä oli jo klo 10 aamulla, Lisäaikaa olisi kyllä ollut mahdollista ostaa, mikä tuntui hieman ylimääräiseltä rahastukselta. Lisäksi ihmetystä herätti turistiveron maksaminen, joka onnistui ainoastaan käteisellä. Nykyään olisi mielestäni kohtuullista, että tällaisen maksun voisi hoitaa myös kortilla tai muulla sähköisellä maksutavalla.

Proximity to Train Station fantastic which made getting around so stress free. Rooms very comfortable with AC...which was vital...Breakfasts amazing and buffet style...so delicious and catered for all needs. Roof top bar, restaurant, sun lounges and jacuzzis fantastic facilities to have right in centre of Naples...staff friendly and helpful

The area wasn't great, but not the fault of hotel...Beware of pickpockets and a few shady characters...Keep bags to the front of you...Rubbish and smell was repulsive...such a shame to see people dumping and throwing their rubbish without a care. Outside noisy at night, so definitely bring earplugs

The rooftop is the stand out at this B&B! You truly get to escape from the hectic vibe of Napoli. And it is nice to be able to hang out somewhere other than your hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast was great! Loads of options and coffee made to order by a barista. It was great that they had soy milk as an option!

The drinks at the bar were sadly expensive. The restaurant food was good but not amazing and expensive for what it was.7

Hotel położony blisko dworca, co jest dużą zaletą, ale też wadą, bo nie jest to urokliwa okolica. Pokój był czysty i komfortowy, minusem jest zapach starej kanalizacji w łazience. Obsługa bardzo miła, śniadanie urozmaicone, dużo wrzyw i owoców, ogromną zaletą jest taras na dachu budynku, na którym jada się śniadania i można komfortowo spędzić czas.

The facilities were brilliant and staff for so welcoming and accommodating.

The location is something to be aware of as it is within a rough area of Naples but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

The area outside of the place was a bit sketchy at the evenings. The elevator was also quite often occupied, so we had to take the stairs to the upper floors fairly frequently. On the other hand, it turned out to be good exercise.

Le bas de l'immeuble et le quartier trop sale. Pas de produits douche ni de thé/café avec la bouilloire. Le confort du lit (oreiller et matelas). Le bruit de la rue très présent. La chambre n'était pas du tout celle des photos (beaucoup plus petite).

On arrival the staff were so friendly. Giulia was so welcoming and gave us so much useful information about the city. Our room was so spacious and clean. The reception and outside area was beautiful. We felt at home.

The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English.

The outside of the building can be offputting. The hotel is based on the upper floors and it is much better once you get to the hotel area. Reception is based on the 6th floor, so be aware you need to use the lift or be ready for a lot of stairs!

Fantastisk takterrass och restaurang. Häftigt ( och svalt) att sitta där å äta middag och samtidigt titta ner på trafikkaoset utanför Piazza Garibaldi.

Kvarteren är lite ruffiga, men det är ju hela området runt stationen iofs…

Die Lage ist einerseits super, da direkt am Bahnhof, gleichzeitig Abends wiederum weniger und sehr laut.
