The staff were friendly.

The breakfast was terrible - I don't know what the hotel thinks an Irish breakfast is, but when you get breakfast anywhere in Europe there is real, healthy food on offer including lots of fresh fruit. From the bread to the sausages and eggs, everything offered in the hotel breakfast tasted horrific without any flavour and the way it was served was disgusting. Ever hear of using non-disposable plates, cutlery and cups? Are you trying to pollute the planet even more than it already is? The whole breakfast was a fast food mash up that tasted absolutely awful.

Hotel propre, lits. confortable. Il y a de quoi manger a proximité. Juste a côté de l'autoroute, facile d'aller a Kingston en voiture.

Location was very good

Breakfast was not good. Had cold coffee one morning. There was one morning no eggs and very little bacon. Was not replenished on time. Staff did not clean room daily. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper.

The staff were courteous and very pleasant and the room was spotless and tasteful.

My only complaint would be that the AC was a little noisy and since I was on the ground floor would have liked a bar for the sliding door for safety.

Room were super clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. You will find all you need around it, outlet plaza, gas stations, pharmacy, grocery store and more.

La chambre était impeccable. Le climatiseur est efficace ; la pièce est rafraîchie en une minute.

Le nombre limité de places assises au petit-déjeuner a contraint certains personnes à consommer leur repas debout ou à l'emporter dans leur chambre. L'air conditionné est un peu bruyant.

Établissement qui correspond aux attentes pour cette gamme d'hôtels. Propre, bien équipé et petit déjeuner intéressant (même si manque flagrant de fruits). Excellente escale en bordure de l'autoroute 401. On y va pas pour les paysage, mais bien pour le côté pratique. Personnel diligent. C'est le seul endroit en Ontario où quelqu'un nous a adressé un mot en français (le préposé au petit déjeuner) dans un pays qui se targue d'être bilingue.

Room numbers should be clearly posted out side as well. Came back to find someone parked in front of my room after 14 hours at the hospital , and it was the convenience I paid for. Breakfast wasn’t a large variety, and not enough quantity to last for everyone.

Non era il massimo la colazione, il fon (scarso do potenza) e la doccia ( mancanza di gel doccia, solo sapone, ma shampoo e condizionatore era presente.

Hôtel récemment rénové. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et agréables. Un parking gratuit est disponible, ce qui est appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, avec un bon choix. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’appareil permettant de préparer soi-même des gaufres, une petite attention originale et conviviale.

Die Lage direkt am Highway und in der Nähe zahlreicher Geschäfte und Schnellrestaurants ist ideal für Durchreisende. Aber auch für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Kingston zu empfehlen. Dusche und Bett waren angenehm. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten bereits einige Stunden vor der Eincheckzeit unser Gepäck einlagern können, da wir in der Stadt das Auto nicht vollbeladen parken wollten.

Ausstattung und Größe des Zimmers empfehlen keinen längeren Aufenthalt. Fürs Frühstück gab es nur Plastikgeschirr/-besteck sowie alle Zutaten in Plastik verpackt Heutzutage leider ein NoGo

Breakfast was good. Staff were extremely pleasant. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

It was too warm in our room for us to sleep, despite turning the controls as cool as they would go.

Worst experience we ever had in our life, we just booked the hotel to have rest and so we can go ahead in our trip

Upon check in, the lady at the desk was busy with the phone, we had a conversation, she guided us about the hotel. We did not have water bottles in our room, we call she said we have a bottle filler on the floor, but filler only dispensed Ice and no water. We called her she said you would need to come downstairs to fill up. We argued and we were advised that "No one provides water bottles", I mean literally we have travelled across many countries but never ever seen something crazy like this. On top of that We had to bring our luggage to the 2nd floor through stairs as no elevators were working or installed.

Breakfast was generous and they had gluten free options.

One of the two beds in our room was hard and the springs actually squeaked. Thankfully the other bed was very comfortable.

There was a mix up at the beginning, we had booked into another hotel.We thought, and we ended up here.We asked if we could see the room because\n We did not know this hotel and I've never seen it before. So that's why we wanted to see what the room was like. We were told in no uncertain terms. No, you have to pay for the room before you can see it. I have traveled a lot in the past and never have been refused to take a look at a room. I was told it company policy. , so you realize i will never use this company again and will tell my friends.

Let’s just say other than the Location there’s not much else to recommend about this hotel and it certainly does not deserve the rating or the reviews it has received. It is currently under construction, which there is no indication of until you arrive at the property. when my husband informed the front desk that he wasn’t happy with the state of the room or the property and wanted his money back so he could leave, they gave him 10% off. We would absolutely not recommend this property.
