C’est seulement la douche qui me posait problème. Pas de serpillière et un peu de saleté.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a convenient location, and the rooms had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was not clean, and the windows were so dirty we could barely see outside. With no screens, we couldn’t open them without crickets coming into the room—several even fell onto the floor when I first tried. I also requested housekeeping to make the beds and clean the room, but no one ever came.

L'air climatisé était très bruyant, assez pour m'empêcher de dormir et sans l'allumer il faisait trop chaud.

Close to hwy

Crowded room…very small bathroom..maybe 2by 4….Bathroom door wouldn’t close….latch for closing falling off hinges….only paper cups for drinking wine….tub/shower not safe for people with mobility issues…which I told them about when I called..Soooo..no shower…door between adjoining rooms didn’t close properly..scraped against floor…definitely not a 4 star…and for 250.. a night….mustne better placed to stay in Kingston.

Las instalaciones eran bonitas y agradables. El chrck out fue rápido y nos permitieron extendernos una hora más sin problema.

Había que pagar por el uso del parqueo. No nos dijeron nuestras limitarte en el parqueo, nos parqueamos en un área de un segundo cobro extra y solo nos mandaron factura por el cobro ya hecho.

The online charge for my dog said 10$ we were charged 50$ . Why so much for a dog?

chambre spacieuse avec micro-onde, les dames à l'accueil très gentilles et la dame qui a fait notre chambre très gentille. Pas loin du centre et beaucoup de commerces pas loin. Tu avais utilisé l'application non?

Bâtiment un peu ancien, pas comme sur les photos booking (sûrement utilisé IA pour les images?). Chambre spacieuse certes mais sale, avec une poubelle cachée dans le placard qui puait, fenêtres très sales, literie pas très propre et draps pas repassés. La chasse d'eau dans les toilettes ne fonctionnait pas, il fallait dont utiliser la poubelle pour prendre de l'eau de la baignoire er verser dans les toilettes. Le lendemain une des réceptionnistes, très gentille, voulait appeler quelqu'un pour arranger cela mais nous partions déjà. Mauvaise odeur dans l'ascenseur. En gros si vous voulez un coin bien propre, ce ne serait pas l'endroit.

Bel accueil et endroit très propre

Breakfast was good with many options with hot and cold along with beverages. The hotel staff were helpful, accommodating, good listening, kind, understanding with a smile 😃 Thank you and great work everyone. The hot tub was so lovely and the pool was a little chilly but once you got in and swam around it got better. Towels in the pool area with chairs and tables. Our beds and pillows were comfortable - loved them. This Holiday Inn is worth it close to more than one gas station, shopping, other hotels and restaurants..Plus, this area is not far from the 401. Easy access.

The door to the room looked like someone used a crowbar to open at one time. The water pressure in the toilet is poor and the TV remote needs nee batteries as it seemed to take 10 mins to change channels (was not quick)

vue horrible sur le stationnement, grossse lumière qui plonge dans les fenêtres des chambres vos lumières devraient êtres sur le bâtiment pour pouvoir profiter des balcon, et rajouter une chaise serait un atout, désolé pour mes commentaires la dessus mais s' étais nécessaire pour le reste s étais bien

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good with lot's of choice. My family enjoyed the pool

The keycards did not work well, it took multiple tries to go in the room. The receptionist was unable to tell me why I received a call from the hotel in the middle of the night, luckily my phone was on quiet mode.

I liked the clerk at front desk when I checked out. Despite my disappointment with the hotel she was polite and smiled though my complaint.

They have signs in section where pool was stating quiet after 7 pm. Well they put a bunch of people with a bunch of kids on second floor. We were on 1st. They had kids running up n down halls and occupied the pool recklessly and screaming and we did not care to be in pool where there was 30 kids screaming jumping, throwing balls and parents were drinking in hallway talking loudly. Called front desk 3 times no answer. Finally called me back and I complained. They informed me that they were dealing with it and already had multiple complaints. I told them I just went outside for a smoke and they didn't stop anything. So they sent someone again as I seen him come out of pool area and before door shut had to turn around and tell them again. Hotels need to control these hockey or other sports teams on their visits that they can't just rule the floor they are on like it's the kids own playground n parents sit in rooms and drink. I get the sales are there but other people with respect pay for their rooms and expect a quality of service. Hotels need to start setting examples and enforce rules and start eviction of these people. If they have no place to stay then they start to respect but they know now that oh we fill wings of the hotel they won't do shit.

Very noisy on ground floor, people talking loudly in the hallway at 3 am and could hear person in next room coughing all the time. Need to replace mattress in room 172 as there are very large hollow in the middle

Bon rapport qualité/prix..Toutefois. ma famille et moi sommes arrivés la nuit..Pas d eau dans le frigidaire. Je suis allé demander à la réception s'il est possible d'avoir une bouteille d'eau, on m'avait répondu qu'il faut aller en acheter chez le magasin du coin.

We really enjoyed our stay until the second night. A mother, high on something, was in the room next door yelling and swearing nonstop. I called the front desk. They visited her room but the quiet did not last. I was awake until 4am. She has a son, she’s pregnant and her mother is sleeping with her boyfriend. My heart breaks for the son and her unborn baby. Forgetting all that the breakfast was great, enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel, great location, friendly staff. Room was perfect for us. Not sure what staff when they deal with addicts, maybe call the police and family services??!!

We can't break the property as we did not stay our friends have and they said it's beautiful

The location was good for travel and the beds were comfortable. Two of the party were satisified with the breakfast options.

It would be great to have more options for dietary requirements such as allergies. I had to bring my own dairy free milk.

The room was not cleaned fully. The walls were dirty, as well the bathroom was very small and hard to move around in with the door open and closed. The main door to get into the suite was hard to closed and damaged. The breakfast was good they had hot and cold items which was nice. The bed was comfy and I did like the little kitchen in the room as well. Overall I expected more for the price I paid.

i did not like that we had to pay 6.57 for parking. I cant recall seeing that identified on their website.

We are a group of 10 cyclists, all retired, and we stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Though the rooms are a bit small, we still think it is one of the best accommodation of our 3 week trip. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. And they were all very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Everything is clean, the location is ideal for walking to the cruises and downtown, and the Wi-Fi is super fast. Definitely recommended!
