Price at time,friendly staff and clean

Difficulty getting into building with luggage with luggage and pram as no ramp .would be great if the was somewhere to put clothes and towels in bathroom could have some hooks in bathroom also nice if they could supply some milk.doors banging outside our room near the stairs by other guests

Nice beds, a good size kitchen with plates, glasses, kitchen tools, a kettle, and everything you need to prep basic meals. Really hot shower. Lot of space for 2 adults and 2 children.

The AC was too hot at one point but no one could stop it or lower the temperature, so the staff brought out a fan for us. The toilet's flush button got stuck once and had to call for help. It was solved, but we had to be careful not to push the button too hard.

I've stayed here a few times now and I've always been happy with it considering the very reasonable prices. Good location up the top of Queen Street close to K Road. There was a small desktop fan going in the room (no air con). It's not a fancy place but it's good enough for me when I'm in town to see a gig.

Facilities (heat pump, elevator, wall does not have sound proofing, no privacy) We can hear the voices in the hallway and in the other rooms which woke us up at around 4am.

One of the rooms had a strange gelatine odor.

The bed was incrediby cmfortable and I was warm the whole time despite it being winter. I liked that there was a sink and desk inside of the bedroom as it meant I didn't have to travel to the facilities to brush my teeth and such. The location is close to everything in CBD too, I walked everywhere.

I wish the check out time was a little later but thats just me being very picky.

You can definitely hear what's going on in the hallway (and, to a lesser extent, adjacent rooms). Not a big deal, though. As advertised, they may discretionally take a bond on check-in, and it can take a little while to be refunded after check-out.

My experience at Kiwi International Hotel was very positive. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and the main attractions in Auckland. The value for money is also very good. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, including a kettle, coffee, tea, a mini-fridge, and a private bathroom. But what I appreciated the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. One detail that made a big difference for me was that they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out, which was very helpful for my travel plans. I am very grateful for all the kindness and hospitality during my stay. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-located place with great value for money and a lovely, helpful team.

Minha experiência no Kiwi International Hotel foi muito positiva. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso ao transporte público, restaurantes e às principais atrações de Auckland. O custo benefício também é muito bom. O quarto estava limpo e confortável, com tudo o que eu precisava, incluindo chaleira, café, chá, frigobar e banheiro privativo. Mas, sem dúvida, o que mais gostei foi a hospitalidade da equipe. Todos foram muito atenciosos, gentis e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Um detalhe que fez muita diferença para mim foi que eles permitiram que eu deixasse minha mala guardada depois do check-out, o que facilitou bastante minha viagem. Sou muito grato por toda a atenção e hospitalidade durante minha estadia. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e eu certamente recomendo o hotel para quem procura uma boa opção em Auckland, especialmente pelo excelente custo-benefício e pela equipe tão adorável e prestativa.

Amazing location in the city centre. Very close to the main attractions and only 25min away from the airport if you take a taxi. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has all you need for a few days trip.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom floor had clearly not been vacuumed as we found a lot of hairs when we first entered the room.

Posizione ottima e eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Aree comuni molto ampie, bagni in comune ma in numero più che sufficiente e ben organizzati e puliti. Comodo il lavandino in camera. Sarvizio lavanderai non modernissimo ma che fa il suo lavoro.

Struttura un po' vecchiotta e infissi che lasciano spifferi, con conseguente umidità e freddo nelle camere.

For the money this is the hotel i go to everytime i go to auckland,

This time only, we got the room across from the shared toilets, even though we always get our own toilets, but people kept slamming the toilet doors which they would go to till 4am so that was not good, for the next time i will ask to get our room to not be in front of the toilets, 2 times previously weve had our normal room.

Looked more like a run down motel than a hotel. Hasn't had a refurb in years, it appears. No free parking for cars.

Wee bit far up Queen St to walk to our event at Spark Arena

The location is so convenient and easy to get around. It is close to many restaurants, shopping mall and sky tower.

The only downside was the wash basin, which was quite small and inconvenient for washing our face and brushing our teeth. A larger basin would have made the bathroom much more comfortable and practical.

Cost/income ratio was great, excellent location a few minutes walk to Sky Tower, simple but clean, great for overnight and even longer stays. Take the super shuttle to get there.

I stayed twice in this accommodation during this trip (July 16-18 and July 31-August2), I needed an overnight accommodation and it was really cheaper than to take an airport hotel. BUT BUT BUT - I asked for the wake up call to catch the super shuttle and the plane (I was travelling around the Pacific Islands and Auckland was my hub). I asked the ladies in the reception - one lady in the morning, the other one in the evening DO NOT TO FORGET ABOUT IT, the everning lady said she would leave a note for the collegue to wake me up. NOBODY WAKED ME UP !! I missed the supper shuttle and then the plane, fortunately I manage to switch to the next flight - still thinking to sue the hotel for that. I gave them another chance on July 31, again I asked for a wake up call - the same guy in the night reception as on July 18), again no wake up call - if my husband did not call me from Europe to wake me up (I was already learnt after the first case) I would miss the plane to Sydney and then to Europe - TOTALLY UNRELIABLE STAFF!!! Especially the guy on July 18 and August 2)

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s right in the city, so it was easy to go sightseeing and quickly come back to the hotel. The price was also affordable, which made it a great choice.

I didn’t really like the smell of paint in the hotel. Also, there were some children shouting in the morning, which woke me up when I wanted to sleep in and relax. The doors and walls seemed quite thin, so I could easily hear people talking outside, and I was woken up a few times during the night.

Ci può stare per una notte , ma niente di speciale. Il personale non mi sembra molto disponibile e sembrava quasi scocciato a farci fare il ceck in la sera quando siamo arrivati.
