The tv in room didn’t work, no channels tuned in.

A great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The location is fantastic being right in the heart of the city / Queen St with easy accesibility. I had a very easy going and stress-free stay with a clean room, a wee view from the 17th floor, comfortable bed. An extra bonus was not needing to pay a deposit, so everything was very smooth and easy. Definitely recommend.

The Wi-Fi is not stable, even sometimes cannot join the network.

La localisation de st parfaite pour visiter la ville à pied et certaines excursions viennent vous récupérer directement devant l’hôtel c’est pratique. La chambre était optimisé et la literie confortable. Et micro-ondes à l’accueil est pratique.

Le bruit de la ville s’entend pas mal dans la chambre. C’était peut-être aussi parce que j’avais un petit balcon.

I asked for one of the staff to check for my belongs and he refused to and when I know it’s sitting in behind the front desk. I asked to retrieve my chrome cast that was left in the room plugged in room 905 nope he refuses to look chased up for 2 days. Nothing he didn’t even try. He had horrible customer service skills. He’s a (Night shit team member)

Location is great, very small balcony but was nice for the flow of fresh air.

Very small room, it was a bit noisy people walking past and yelling from the street (we had the balcony door open) but I guess that's what you'd expect when you're in the middle of the city

Unfortunately, there was one really unfriendly guy at the reception. Also, the wifi was really weak in the room so I could barely use it.

Room was exactly what we wanted, basic room for sleeping for one night. No real facilities needed.

It was all good, but could have done with a teaspoon in the room for tea and coffee making

Location - between Queen St and Sky City Price is great value for location and clean Our room had a shower just with curtains (not walls) so just be prepared for wet floor as bathroom is tiny. But no complaints, just mentioning for price.

Tot Molt vell, espai molt petit. Hi ha dos fogons pero no hi ha estris per cuinar. També hi ha microones i nevera, pero només hi ha 2 gots i 2 tasses, no hi ha coberts ni plats. El lavabo es molt petit i la dutxa només esta separada per una cortina, de manera que quan et dutxes queda tot el terra mullat i et milles els peus cada vegada q fas servir el WC o et rentes les mans.

Location was great.

Room smelt like an unclean toilet, however all facilities within worked. WiFi did not work and required several calls to front desk (oh and there's no internal room communication, you have to call externally to speak to someone). After several different people and discussions I was finally moved to another room with wifi access around 8:30 PM.

i liked the location right in center of down and very cheap price $97 a night is very cheap for auckland city. it is perfect for the short stays in town and nothing fancy

interior are old and tired and need a refurbishment and had a little bad smell but the light in the bathroom did not work and need new curtains

Privacy and location. The room was clean. Utilities were good. I got a partial refund when there was no heated water for the day I left. The bed was somewhat comfortable.

The staff were not friendly when I arrived. The water was cold on my second night, I was not able to have a hot shower on the day I left. Staff did not apologise nor offer updates about the cold water. The room was cold and the heating was very poor. Tv had only two channels. Sound insulation was terrible.

Amazing value for money, right in the centre of town. Really friendly staff, just a great stay. The room was basic but I knew this when booking and it had everything i needed at a really good price

The rooms and bathrooms were much smaller than the photos show and using the shower soaks the whole floor of the bathroom. The hallways smelled a little musty as well

The location - It's close to everything, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

The room smells of cigarette smoke, is a bit cramped, and has such a tiny window that it feels quite off-putting.

Note: My friend and I spent 15 minutes in the room before deciding to bail and book a room at a different hotel. It really was that bad. -The AC is practically an uninvited guest in the bed. It sits right on the bed, where you will 100% bump your feet/shins against it. -The kitchen appliances are as old as my grandparents. There was a weird hole in the bathroom (goblin cave maybe?). -There is exactly one light to light the entire room. No reading light. No nothing. -Could not open my suitcase, except on the bed, due to a lack of space.

The room is very small and too much light coming through the windows. A simple improvement of the curtains would have been great. TV was useless - a number of channels were not working.

Noisy, rooms not well insulated. Shower/toilet room, floor saggy and feels like it might break. Odd smell in room. Not a cosy feeling.

Easy access to Auckland City

Location was excellent, check in was easy, staff were friendly. Good that it has vending machines in the foyer. The elevator was quick considering the amount of floors. The room was compact and tidy. Cool view. Bed was comfy. Shower was really good.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than a few times now and it is pleasant each occasion. The staff are friendly and helpful, answering every question. The rooms are small but great for one person, amenities are good as well. It’s great to be able to leave luggage (even a piece of hand luggage!) there and go explore for a few hours. For the price you pay, it is worth it especially to be so central and some rooms have the view of the Sky Tower as well :)

There’s not much I don’t like about this property but there is one comment, whilst the rooms are small they aren’t the most spacious for things like large suitcases. The bathroom is quite small, that is also expected.

El TV no funciona bien. Una de las personas que se llama Thomas, atiende muy mal a las personas. Afuera del hotel estabamos esperando que salga con su coche para estacionarnos ahí, fuimos a preguntarle si ya salía, y nos gritó y nos dio groserías, ya envié un correo al administrador.

The customer service on the 10th July was very unhelpful. No clear direction on which carpark we were supposed to park in. This cost us 42 dollars extra when vacating the carpark we were in. There was no information before we arrived as to which carpark we had to park in. I rang the day before and we were told any Wilson carpark and they would they would validate the ticket this was also written on the notice on the counter. No smiles or welcome either. Very poor service. Our TV didn't work and phone in the room did not work. But shout out Navi who did his best on our second night. Please thank him

Great location, clean and tidy. The team at the desk were helpful and make thoughtful suggestions of activities and places to try for dinner.

It is a bit tired, but everything was very clean.
