The rooms were cleaned everyday and padel courts were nice

Padel courts, gym and swimming pools costs almost the price of the hotel if you want to use them everyday.

Bella struttura con il verde intorno, silenziosa, vicina al policlinico. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita, nuova. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione a buffet buona e ricca. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Nice spacious room (upgraded) for me a good bed, but some might find it a bit hard. Breakfast has lot of choices. Possibility to iron. Free parking space.

It is rated as 4 star, but I think it is more a 3 star. Swimming pool, fitness has to be paid separately, never had before had to pay for fitness room. You have to showe in the bath tub. No anti-slip and that was scary as I almost fell. Breakfast has lots of choices, but mediocre quality. Cheap ham, low grade bread and industry/power made scrambled eggs. Also no place in the bathroom to place your own stuff. There are some stairs at the entrance that can be a challenge with heavy luggage.

The staff! Although the hotel itself fell below the standards i expected, I would like to say how sorry I felt for the staff, as they genuinely went out of their way to help me and make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were friendly, attentive and did their best despite the hotel’s shortcomings. The staff deserve credit for their efforts and should not be blamed for the poor standards of the hotel.

Horrendous experience from start to finish. The hotel shown when i booked appeared to be of a good standard, but the reality was completely different. The room and property were nowhere near the standard we were led to expect from the booking photographs and description. The floors were unkempt, damaged and broken, with poles sticking out of the walls. The overall condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing and certainly not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. I was also very disappointed to find that there is no pool onsite. Instead, guests have to use the sports club next door, and there is an additional charge to do so. This was very misleading and not what we expected when booking. There was no bar and no evening meal available at the hotel, which was particularly frustrating as the hotel is miles away from anywhere decent to eat or spend an evening. This left me with no options. The only positive thing I can say is about the staff. I genuinely felt sorry for them because they went out of their way to help us and were doing their best despite the hotel’s poor standards and lack of facilities. They were friendly, helpful and professional, and they deserve credit for their efforts. Unfortunately, good staff cannot make up for a hotel that is poorly maintained and does not provide the facilities or standard advertised. We left feeling extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking to look carefully at what is actually included before committing.

La chambre était plutôt grande et pas mal. Ménage fait tous les jours c’est agréable quand on rentre d’une journée de visite. La climatisation était très bien

Je trouve que l’isolation est trop faible, on entendait beaucoup de bruit le matin entre les gens qui se lèvent et qui claquent les portes. La piscine n’est pas propre du tout, beaucoup de mousse verte sur les parodies ainsi que sur les marches..

Gostei dos quartos, super modernos e confortáveis, funcionários super atenciosos e prontos a ajudar.

Da localização, é um bocadinho distante do centro, por volta de uns 40 minutos de autocarro, e no período da noite o autocarro passa pouquíssimo. O ginásio é pouco equipado, e não é gratuito, e esta informação não consta nas informações do hotel.

Struttura e posizione ottima

Camera molto ordinata con tanti accessori non scontati: ciabatte, cuffia x capelli, phon, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, detergente intimo. Struttura comoda da raggiungere con ampio parcheggio gratuito. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

Unica nota negativa i cuscini, troppo grossi, ma è una cosa soggettiva.

Posizione e cordialità dello Staff, come sempre

La pulizia questa volta l’ho trovata un pò minore delle precedenti e per poter fare colazione abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte le cose che mancavano e aspettare parecchio tempo.

We liked the staff, they were all friendly and efficient. We also liked that the bed was big and the room had modern furniture. Also, impressive gym for a hotel. The bathroom was nice and modern, with spacious shower. Beautiful old building.

The air conditioning didn't work - the display seemed to be working, it just didn't cool the room virtually at all. This was quite a big problem, in Rome, in August. I found multiple hairs on the bedsheet, near the top of the bed. The toilet flushing made the loudest most horrible sound. The breakfast food was so and so (some choices were nice, others were bad).

Colazione ottima. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per la mia necessità, vicino alla struttura in cui mi dovevo recare. Facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. Al 4° piano il bagno era nuovo, con una comoda doccia. Nel complesso una scelta funzionale e confortevole.

Se una pecca devo trovare è quella della mancanza del bidet, vi era però il doccino. Dove possibile inserirei il bidet. Nel complesso gli aspetti positivi superano di gran lunga quelli negativi, marginali.

Premier voyage à Rome ( 2 nuits) et convaincue par cet hôtel: spacieux, propre, personnel très agréable et parking gratuit pour les voitures! Que demander de plus?.. .la situation géographique de cet hôtel, un peu excentré du centre ville, m'a permis de m'y rendre facilement en bus: je ne comptais pas me déplacer dans cette capitale en voiture! Merci pour ce séjour merveilleux!🙏

Piscine qui ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel nous devions payer 10€/p et /j ce qui n'était pas indiqué explicitement petit dej boisson beaucoup trop sucré SDB très petite et aucune insonorisation nous avons passé 3j avec un enfant dans la chambre voisine qui hurlait jusqu'à 2h du matin.

I liked that they provide a really good and generous breakfast. I also like the tranquil of the place and the 24 hour presence at the reception. I got help getting a taxi super early in the morning.

Lo staff è stato di un"estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Ho adorato Manuela alla reception per la sua estrema attenzione e gentilezza. Persona speciale. L hotel è molto confortevole e comodissimo. Si respira un' atmosfera di serenità e tranquillità .

Da migliorare la pulizia ( i pavimenti in camera) , l aria condizionata va rivista, la colazione era discreta.

L’hôtel est classé 4 étoiles parce qu’il possède de beaux équipements : piscine, salle de sport, terrain de tennis et padel… malheureusement tout est en accès payant.

Le personnel d'accueil

-Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Seulement une ventilation non réglable -Pas de bar, ni de terrasse extérieure comme indiqué sur les photos -Piscine: droit d'entrée par personne et par jour: 10 euros + 3 euros le bonnet. C'est excessivement chère (surtout à 4)

La propreté, la décoration des espaces communs

L'hôtel esr beaucoup trop éloigné du centre de Rome et n'est desservi que par la ligne de bus 913 (il faut 1h à 2h de bus pour rejoindre l'hôtel le soir en 2 voire 3 bus (les bus 913 ne passant que toutes les 30 voire 40 minutes le soir) Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel. Les restaurants les plus proches sont une pizzeria et 2 fast-food à 10 minutes à pieds. The first room we were assigned had a broken door that wouldn’t close properly. We asked to change rooms, but the receptionist, who told us it was only her second day on the job, spoke to us very rudely and insisted that we stay in the same room while she sent someone to fix the door. The maintenance staff arrived about five minutes later and tried to repair it. After checking the door, he told us that he wouldn’t be able to fix it and advised us to go back to reception and ask for another room. When we returned to reception, the receptionist still seemed not to believe us. She continued speaking to us rudely and made us feel like it was our fault. She again tried to insist that we stay in the same room, despite the maintenance staff confirming that the door could not be fixed. Only after speaking directly with the maintenance staff, she finally agree to change our room and give us the keys to another one. We entered in the second room and there were broken lights, the blankets had holes, the washroom was moldy. These are things that you wouldn’t expect in a 4 stars hotel.

Sia io e che I miei amici ci siamo trovati molto bene all'interno della struttura. Il personale era molto gentile e la colazione era molto vasta ed ottima...Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Migliorerei la qualità dei letti, leggermente scomodi ma ci abbiamo dormito abbastanza facilmente tutti. Inoltre cambierei l'orario del check out

Prinzipiell ist es von der Lage her ganz gut an eine Buslinie angebunden, die direkt in die Stadt führt und auch rund um die Uhr fährt

Das Hotel suggeriert hier den Eindruck, als wären Fitnessstudio und Pool inklusive. Es kostet aber 10€ täglich, dies überhaupt nutzen zu dürfen. Nachdem wir uns damit enttäuscht dennoch erstmal abgefunden hatten, mussten wir dann auch noch feststellen, dass das Fitnessstudio sogar eine Woche lang ganz geschlossen ist. Das heißt, Zusatzkosten hin oder her, es stand dann nicht einmal zur Verfügung! Wir wurden darüber NICHT vom Hotel informiert und es war auch nirgends ausgeschildert! Wenn ich mich schon als Sporthotel präsentiere, kann ich nicht auf der anderen Seite behaupten, dass ich mich mit den Sportangeboten gar nicht auskenne und „nichts dazu sagen kann“, weil „diese Angebote von einem Drittanbieter verwaltet werden“. Solche entscheidenden Hinweise wie die genauen Kosten der Nutzung der Angebote sowie Öffnungszeiten sollte ich meinen Gästen mitteilen können. Hier bei booking haben sie diese Angebote schließlich für sich genutzt, um sich besonders attraktiv darzustellen. Wir hätten dieses Hotel anderweitig nämlich sonst gar nicht in Betracht gezogen, da es ja ewig weit weg von der Stadt liegt. Booking.com war zum Glück unterstützend, aber es war sehr nervig und frustrierend… Ansonsten ist die Lage halt durch die Buslinie im Endeffekt doch ganz ok gewesen und es war auch ganz ok ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber zweckmäßig…

La relazione qualità-prezzo, la gentilezza del personale della sala colazioni specialmente e il verde circostante molto rilassante, i taxi arrivano in 3-4 min.

Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione in grande stile, ma diventerebbe un cinque stelle e costerebbe un‘enormità, quindi va benissimo così

Bei der Beschreibung könnte man meinen der Pool ist im Preis inbegriffen!!! Ist er nicht! 10€ pro Person und beim bezahlen wird man dann nicht mal darauf hingewiesen das Badehaubenpflicht ist. Wieder raus zum Eingang und Badehauben für je 3€ kaufen.

Il bagno anche se piccolo, è comodo, la doccia è spaziosa. La colazione è sempre ottima e il personale disponibile e gentile. La posizione per me va benissimo perchè soggiorno solo perchè vado a fare i controlli medici al Policlinico Gemelli che è vicinissimo.

Il parcheggio purtroppo, dedicano tanto spazio ai pullman e per chi magari arriva proprio per le visite mediche al Policlinico Gemelli ed esce con qualche dolore, farsi quella strada per il parcheggio a piedi non è il massimo..
