Location good. Buffet breakfast lots of choice, very busy, however well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms super clean.

Slight bathroom smell on arrival but not enough to mention to staff.

Nothing I really disliked. It’s is on a hill and that was sometimes an effort to climb; but taxis readily available. Hotel’s Shuttle bus service was poor.

Gedateerde kamers vergeleken met de foto’s, balkon met een muur dus kon niet naar buiten kijken. Een soort kooi waar je dan inzit en over de rand moet hangen om naar zwembad te kijken. Afgesproken dat auto in garage kon, bij aankomst niet het geval en moest ik soms de auto bijna in een andere wijk zetten. Met een kleine is dit wel heel vervelend.

Etablissement propre, bien équipé de grandes chambres spacieuses, une offre très bien fournie au niveau du petit déjeuner, assez proche de la plage et des bars et restaurants de la station balnéaire.

Un établissement très "famille" avec beaucoup d'enfants et beaucoup d'activités penses pour eux, donc pas top pour un voyage en couple. Établissement également encarté "tours operators" avec une grosse clientèle groupe. Les piscines ferment très tôt, ce qui est vraiment dommage, même la piscine intérieur qui est pourtant loin de tout et ne gênerais personne a être ouverte jusqu'à 22 ou 23h. Hôtel situé en haut d'une petite colline, prévoir de faire un peu de sport après une sortie en ville. Dernier point, malgré de larges balcons et terrasses privées, interdiction de fumer en extérieur, obligé de se rendre devant l'hôtel pour fumer.

La cuesta empinada para subir aunque tiene accesos alternativos desde el supermercado y el parking también son un poco empinados.

Nos encantó el trato de TODO el personal. Muy amables, agradables y dispuestos a solucionar los problemas que te surjan. Desde recepción, restaurante hasta conductor del minibus.

No nos gustó la comida. El desayuno si estaba bastante bien, pero la cena fue una decepción. Estaba bastante mala. Tampoco entendí muy bien que las bebidas se cobran aparte. Otra cosa que es algo molesta son las cuestas para acceder a él. El restaurante tampoco estaba demasiado limpio.. había muchas hormigas. Tampoco entendimos como solo dejan entrar a un adulto con un bebé al miniclub.. que hace el otro progenitor entonces? Se queda solo fuera?

La animación del hotel muy entretenida. Por lo general todo bien, volveremos.

Beim Frühstück war es im Indoor Bereich sehr laut, weil einfach viele Familien gleichzeitig ihr Frühstück genießen, aber auf der Terrasse war es sehr komfortabel und angenehm.

Belen recepcionista del restaurante super atenta y agradable. Juan jefe de cocina tuvo un gran detalle con nosotros y Jairo el socorrista muy simpatico y muy profesional en su trabajo.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el Spa (es más tipo hidromasaje, con pocos chorros, pero bien para nadar), además de la piscina al aire libre con mucho ambiente. Y el personal es muy amable, las chicas de limpieza súper atentas, y la habitación muy linda y grande, con refrigeradora, microondas y una linda terraza.

No vale mucho la pena la media pensión (Fue la que contratamos), porque la comida no es buena, y tiende a ser casi la misma todos los días. Además que hay muchos chiringuitos cerca y un supermercado al lado. Respecto a este tema, la habitación que estuvimos tenía microondas y refrigeradora lo que facilita ingresar comida. Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que para hacer uso del minigolf que estaba incluido, nos pidieron un depósito en efectivo y como no sabíamos no teníamos efectivo y por tanto, no nos permitieron jugar. Es una lástima esos detalles que pueden afectar la experiencia.

Un gran hotel con el personal muy agradable y atento. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cuidadosas gracias a las limpiadoras. Personal de animación muy agradable.

The hill to and from the hotel is very steep! Hard for older people or young kids!

This is a family-friendly hotel, with a pleasant atmosphere and plenty of facilities for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is located on a hill, not too far from the beach. However, the beach closest to the hotel was not really to our taste. As we had a rental car, we explored the area and discovered numerous beaches, one more beautiful than the other. One important thing to mention is the sea temperature. Unfortunately, we were unlucky enough to experience extremely cold water, around 15–18°C, due to ocean currents. From what we noticed, this seems to be quite a frequent occurrence in this area and is not limited to Benalmádena, but affects the entire coast. I would recommend checking this before your trip, especially if spending time at the beach and swimming in the sea is a priority. We really appreciated the cleanliness. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and towels are changed daily. It is one of those hotels where you come back to your room and find everything spotless, which makes you feel very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside for us was that there is a TV only in the living room, not in the bedroom. We would have preferred to have one there as well. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and dinner is equally well organized. A particular plus is the themed dinner nights, with Italian, Mexican, Asian, Spanish and other cuisines. This adds variety and means that dining never feels repetitive, even during a longer stay. The spa is very well organized, and there is evening entertainment every night, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely experience and found this to be a very good choice for families, especially for those who want more than just a beach holiday and would like to explore the area.

When it comes to the downsides, the main issue for us was the room. Although we had specifically booked a room with a sea view, we were surprised to be given a room located directly above the reception area, where the sea was barely visible and only from one side. However, the view itself was not the main problem — it was the location of the room. Because it was directly above the reception, there was a constant flow of arriving guests and cars. Every few minutes, another car would pull up, which meant that we had very little privacy. We did not even feel comfortable sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. We requested to change rooms, but unfortunately, we had to wait two days until another room became available. The issue was eventually resolved, but this inconvenience affected our experience during the first days of our stay. This is the main reason why we gave the hotel a rating of 8. We feel this was an inconvenience we should not have had to experience, especially since we had specifically booked a sea-view room and therefore expected the room to match what we had reserved.

Excellent swimming facilities with two large pools, which the whole family really enjoyed. The evening entertainment was also very good, with something happening every evening and a nice family atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and we enjoyed our stay.

The biggest issue was the food labelling. We stayed half-board and, as a vegan, I found it difficult to know which dishes were suitable. Although allergens were displayed, food was not clearly labelled vegetarian or vegan at breakfast or dinner, so I repeatedly had to ask staff. There were also waits of around 10–15 minutes at the buffet during busy periods. Some smaller service issues were disappointing. I requested hair conditioner but was given what appeared to be another shower gel. When I asked for tea and coffee sachets for the room, I was told I had to collect them from reception downstairs. We also arrived around 11am and were told we would be contacted if the room became available early, but we weren't contacted. Individually these are small issues, but together they affected the overall experience.

Hotel enfocado a familias, abstenerse los que busquen descanso. El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, pero está orientado al público infantil. Si viajas en pareja o buscas tranquilidad, es imposible conseguirla. Hay mucho ruido a todas horas debido a las continuas actividades para niños en las piscinas. Incluso recibí un pelotazo mientras intentaba relajarme. La falta de silencio se extiende también a la zona del spa. Es un buen hotel para niños, pero no para descansar.

El personal muy atento, la limpieza extraordinaria llena de pequeños detalles todos los dias,las camas y almohadas muy cómodas.la ubicación para mi muy bien porque no me gusta mucho el gentío porque en meollo estaba andando a unos 15 minutos.la playa esta cerca aunque hay que destacar que tiene una cuesta bastante elevada desde el hotel a la playa,para mi no es impedimento pero habrá gente que no pueda,no obstante ponen si necesitas un bus.Pero es un hotel al que volvería a ir sin duda,muy familiar y sin aglomeraciones perfecto para descansar.

Los horarios de ánimacion en las piscinas los tienen acondicionados para los extranjeros de 8 a 15..cuando nosotros estamos aún comiendo..luego por la tarde ya no hay nada. Los socorristas no aparece por el spa...se 5 días qye estuve solo les vi 1 tarde un rato....por lo cual era un escándalo porque ningún crio respetaba nada y era un poco incómodo...lo mejor esque no pasó nada sino...y la playa bueno con mucha piedra como es propio de esa zona y el agua muy muy fria..

En general no me gusto la poca variedad que había en la comida...pero para los celíacos (mi mujer lo es)..eran menos opciones aún.....no tenían muy claro lo que tenía contaminación cruzada...pan sólo había de molde...había que pedirlo y no tenían muy claro si había o no.....creo que el tema de los alérgenos es muy mejorable.

Los apartamentos son amplias con una buena terraza. El personal del hotel son muy amable y atentos. Dar las gracias a Diana, Fátima y Nerea por la limpieza del apartamento y dejarnos piruletas y caramelos (detallitos). De recepción nos llamaron para preguntarnos si todo estaba bien y a nuestro gusto. El personal de los restaurante son muy agradables y siempre con una sonrisa en la boca. La animación de adulto que hace que participe. En general hemos estado muy agusto.

Por decir algo, la pedazo cuesta que teníamos que subir todos los días porque salíamos a andar. Por lo demás todo está muy bien. Bastantes familias con niños y un gran equipo de animación para los más pequeños.

Stayed here 17th - 24th August we had two family rooms/studios 7th floor. Friendly staff throughout and a very clean hotel. Very good choice of food breakfast and evening meal. We used the snack bar at lunch time and was a good selection and was included in the AI. Drinks also not to bad selection included as well as ice creams for the kids and so on. The hotel entertainment team probably make this hotel what it is and they work extremely hard during the day and night and Beny the tiger was always around. This is a family/kids hotel and all the English we met were very friendly and not like some of the English you meet elsewhere on occasion everyone was decent. Ok some of the bits that annoyed me and or could be improved. First of all I think the hotel is a bit dated decor wise and throughly needs a bit of tlc and some investment. The lack of air con in comical areas/lifts wasn’t great and is a big thing for me. Rooms comfortable and bathroom ok but again needs a refurb and modernisation. Please remove the oven fridge sink it’s very dated and most people don’t want that anymore you could make so much more modern with that space I found that a bit rubbish and did t like it when I booked it nearly booked elsewhere as big turn off. Lifeguards - whoever is telling them to enforce rules please lighten up if the kids want to play with a ball or a small inflatable or jump in then show some common sense. I did have to remind the lifeguard this was a family hotel pool and first couple days I was regretting staying here and worried we would all not enjoy it. Bit it got better they relaxed a bit and the day time activities made the pool more fun. But again people will just book elsewhere if behave like that. Biggest issue lack of air con in the communal some of the lounge areas as I said. Would I come back if asked me first day or two - no. But after this we enjoyed the stay and if the hotel invested into improving facilities then yes I would mainly as the food was good and entertainment staff good. Also - towels just issue towel cards when check in not take money as a deposit again dates practises. I was going to give them a 3 star as I feel the hotel is a 3 star hotel but the staff and other bits I’ve felt generous and moved it to a 4 star experience for our stay. Will definitely not be going again the rooms were dirty strange layout the bedroom ceilings are slanted so unless your 4ft i wouldn't bother. The pool is 1.3m deep one area is 1.4 meter our child is 6 and can touch the bottom everywhere except in the 1.4 area the lifeguards are useless I was constantly watching from a distance as she nearly drown she was shouting for help and they were no where to be seen my lartner cannot swim luckily i was there or god knows what would have happend the management have done nothing about it and didn't really seem that bothered given the situation it's says 4 star but it was rubbish tbh regardless of the pool incident.

Hice reserva con booking con pensión completa, no ponía en ningún sitio de la reserva que la bebida no estaba incluida. La sorpresa fue cuando por dos botellas pequeñas nos cobraron 4,60€. Lo comentamos y se respaldaban diciendo que tampoco ponía que se incluían. Ni una disculpa.

We enjoyed the hotel; our party consisted of two adults and a five-year-old child, and we were on a full-board plan. Our room (207) matched the photos and offered a mountain view. The room was thoroughly cleaned every other day—huge thanks to Diana, Fatima, and Sandy for the excellent housekeeping! We also received three bottles of water and some sweets in the room daily. The food was tasty. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, though the coffee from the machine was quite good; at lunch, there were options to choose fish, seafood, or meat. Water and other beverages had to be ordered separately during lunch and dinner, but the waiters worked quickly, so there was no waiting around. The restaurant staff also worked efficiently and were very friendly. Our child also attended Beny's Club and he liked it. As for the noise, there was some in the evenings (though what else can you expect when there were many families with children?), but it didn't bother me after a busy day of seaside activities and excursions.

La proximité immédiate de la plage, l’excellent emplacement, ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

J’avais choisi la formule petit-déjeuner et dîner pour notre séjour de 8 nuits dans cet hôtel, mais nous avons été très déçus par les repas. Ils étaient extrêmement répétitifs, avec très peu de variété et de choix, et la qualité n’était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous. Au fil du séjour, nous ressentions même une certaine frustration avant chaque repas, car nous savions déjà que nous n’allions pratiquement rien trouver à notre goût. Certains soirs, au dîner, nous nous sommes retrouvés à manger uniquement du pain avec du beurre et quelques fruits. Sur un séjour de 8 nuits en demi-pension, c’est vraiment très décevant.

The entertainment team are fab! My daughter has never taken part in activities at the hotel we have stayed at but Stefi and her team (Claudia, Fabi, Veno) encouraged her to take part in the ‘Beny Around the World’ show and she absolutely loved it. So lovely to see all the children taking part in the evening entertainment. As a teacher I know how hard it is to put on a show with children’s so what the team achieved in 2 days was nothing short of a miracle. A lovely memory which will stay with us long after our holiday is ended. Thank you!

Third year at this hotel. It is perfect for families. Tonight’s entertainment was ‘Beny around the world’ - Stefi, Claudia, Vero and Fabi did a fantastic job of putting on a great performance with the children! My son Teddy absolutely loved performing. Stefi and all the entertainment crew really do make the holidays brilliant - thank you so much! Rooms always spotless, cleaning is great and they can’t do enough for you. All the staff at this hotel really do make the experience better!! The killer hill you read about in reviews is steep but you can enter through car park of hotel which cuts half of it out!

I stayed at this hotel with my family. It was not my first time visiting Spain or the Costa del Sol, and before booking I spent some time checking the hotel website and reading reviews from both this year and last year. So I already knew that it was a very family-friendly hotel with lots of activities for children. My 5-year-old daughter absolutely loved the Kids Club and all the staff there. She asked every day if she could spend some time at the club. A big thank you to the whole Kids Club team for making her holiday so special. She still remembers the activities, games and all the fun she had there. We also really liked the layout of the hotel. Everything is close by, so you don't need to walk far between the restaurants, pool and other areas. There are plenty of activities during the day, especially for families with children.

Regarding the food, I saw that many reviews from last year mentioned a lack of variety. I personally didn't find this to be a problem. I think there was enough choice for different tastes, and we were generally happy with the food. However, I found the system for ordering drinks in the restaurant quite confusing and uncomfortable. Every time we entered for lunch or dinner, our room number was checked by the restaurant host, which is completely normal in hotels. We were then shown to our table and offered drinks. Water was available in the restaurant, which was more than enough for me as I don't drink soft drinks or alcohol. The strange part was that when we were leaving the restaurant, our room number was checked again. One day, a member of staff even ran after us to check our room number and see if we had ordered any extra drinks. This made me feel quite uncomfortable. I asked the Front Desk to explain the system because I have worked in several hotels myself and had never experienced this before. I was told it was for security, in case someone ordered drinks and gave another guest's room number. I understand the reason, but I don't think checking every guest twice or running after guests when they leave is the best solution. There should be a more organised and comfortable system. I also noticed a problem with the ventilation in the lunch restaurant. Every time we left after lunch, our clothes has smelled strongly of food. Another small point is that the waiters were sometimes very quick to remove plates and cutlery as soon as we finished eating. Sometimes we were still sitting at the table and deciding if we wanted something else, but our cutlery had already been taken away. It was then not always easy to find clean cutlery again. Unfortunately, housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room was only properly cleaned on the last day of our stay.

We loved it here once we got how the hotel works . staff was nice Clean hotel Outside Pool was a salt water one .Indoor pool we never used the food was ok in the buffet. Snack bar was good One downside is the hill to the hotel

For the first 24 hr had to keep door and window opened due to strong chlorine smell from cleaning (made us cough and stinging our eyes ) Bathroom doesn't seem to have ventilation .room are cleaned 3 times a week Outdoor pool it's clean,but small for the amount of people present and deep about 1.10 m .don't expect to be able to swim or dive. Good for families with small kids Indoor pool, in spa area it's good for swimming(1.40 m deep), but a strong chlorine smell doesn't allow you to stay around for long 😑 Breakfast...well ...get ready for disappointed! Bacon, sausages, ham worse I have ever seen, unable to eat them .hash brown ,more like mashed-fried potatoes(and I'm not a fussy eater), luckily pastries okayish Dinner...an other disappointed Lunch was okay Drinks-water alcohol ,and I'm an occasional cocktail drinker. If you are a smoker ,definitely avoid this hotel as there is a small corner where you'll have to stand up in a partial sun Activities appeared okay during the day ,not sure about evening. I'm honestly glad that we are here for a short stay, will be unbearable for a week stay holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at this relaxing family hotel during our first time on the Costa del Sol. Visited end July-early August 2026 when it was HOT, so we didn't do a huge amount of sightseeing. We really appreciated the sun beds policy and the indoor pool/spa which meant that we could always get beds and there was somewhere to go to escape the sun and not need sun cream on. The Beny club (kids club) was my children's favourite ever of all the hotels we have been to (they've never really been tremendously bothered about going before but enjoyed popping in at various times and it was a really relaxed atmosphere). Thank you to all the staff but especially Claudia who our children were with for the dance show. Make sure to make the time to sign up for this and take part if your children are at all keen, it was well worth putting the time in and such a fun and memorable experience for them! I've never seen a hotel kids club put on a show like this where the kids actually learn something and dress up (they had dance cues to follow on the night in front of them so not too scary!). It was such a magic and joyful part of the holiday. The food was really nice (my kids loved the "wok" option where you could pick your own stuff to be stir-fried, the extensive breakfasts including churros every day, and the daily chocolate fountain! I especially liked "Spanish night" with the amazing ham!) and the snack bar option was awesome when we didn't want to get changed for a full buffet lunch. The grill section was also very nice - I really liked the chicken breast. Staff were great, especially Manuel and Magdalena on the bar (I forgot the other names, apologies!). One point for improvement was that our room was recently renovated so felt fresh, which was great, but we really needed more storage for 4 people. Even if one of the hanging areas in the wardrobes had more shelves in we could have kept the children's stuff there rather than leaving a suitcase open on the floor as for a family of four you tend to have lots of small items rather than items that need hanging. We would have then had more circulation space and been able to keep the room easier to clean for the hardworking cleaning staff. Small gripe though as we coped. It can take a while to get your head around how all the areas in the hotel link up (I think this is because it's over multiple floors rather than having a large surface area) but persevere! This friendly hotel was a real grower and we had a great time.

A really lovely hotel but sadly, the room we had booked was not suitable. We had booked a studio but we were not made aware that it had a sloping roof which for a 6’ 4” man is not easy to negotiate. We did ask to be moved before we even unpacked our cases but were told that the hotel was fully booked and we would need to wait for a room to become available… we are still waiting in anticipation. However, on the plus side, the hotel is clean and the staff ate helpful and polite. Vero, from the entertainment staff, has been wonderful. And today we returned to a beautifully serviced room with a swan… courtesy of Yeraldin - thank you.

First and foremost, the staff make you feel truly welcome. Hotel team always kind, warm, and ready with a smile. It was our first time letting the kids join the animation team, and they came back happy and tired:). ​The hotel is exceptionally well-managed. The food was really good with a great variety every day. Location-wise, it’s not far from the beach, though walking back uphill in 30°C+ heat can be a bit challenging. No worries, you can easily take the courtesy shuttle bus that runs between the hotel and two nearby beaches. To top it all off, you get lovely, relaxing sea views even if the hotel isn't directly on the beachfront.

Small suggestion for improvement: If room setup includes two single beds joined together, it would be great to have a simple way to strap or connect them. This would prevent them from sliding apart if a child climbs in with parents during the night!

Lovely stay again at Benalmadena Palace. This is our third visit. Special thank you to Claudia and the team for putting on a great dance show, “Benny Around the World” with the children with very minimal time for rehearsals. They were all amazing! Thank you for your hard work.

Can’t praise Steffi and her animation team highly enough - Steffis show involving the children from the kids club “ Beny around the World” was very well thought out! The kids the costumes the staff made this a wonderful end to another brilliant holiday at the hotel! This is our fifth time and this new show exciting show once again exceeded our expectations- thank you Steffi and your team for making my grand daughters holiday! We will be back!

This is the third year we have been here. The entertainment staff are amazing work the kids. They have a well run kids club and the all around the world show is amazing involving the kids. Thank you Stefi, Natasha, Claudia, vero and Fabi. My daughter loves being in the show. Thanks again. We will be back.

No me gustó nada el buffet, muy poca variedad y todos los dias tanto en la comida como en la cena era exactamente lo mismo,comida bastante mal y las noches temáticas en el buffet me hacían mucha gracia pq no varía absolutamente nada,solo metían un producto que hiciera referencia a la noche temática. Volvería pero no en pensión completa

Habitación y la limpieza de la misma. En recepción en cuanto les dices que tienes algún problema o inconveniente, intentan poner solución de manera rápida.

El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones despierta a todo el mundo a las 7:30-8:30 con su tono elevado en los pasillos (gritando, no es normal que se despierte a los clientes de esa manera, TODOS LOS DIAS). No puede ser que el servicio de habitaciones no haga una habitación antes de las 15:00 de la tarde (varios días). Dos días nos sentimos "vacilados" con uno de los conductores de la furgoneta que te lleva y trae de a playa, una por llegar tarde alegando problemas de tráfico (?) y otra comentando que la parada no era la que decíamos como clientes, cuando en recepción nos dejaron bien claro donde era. Curioso que otro día, con un conductor diferente, no tuvimos problemas. Mala calidad del buffet (comida y cena, el desayuno sin problema), el precio que se paga por un todo incluido no es comprensible con lo que se come después, una auténtica decepción.

Me gustó todo en general somos asiduos a ir al Benalmadena Palace es una maravilla.

Staff were excellent. Rooms spotless . Loved that there was no reserving sun beds , life guard was an the ball.

Night entertainment was poor, could have been better .

Un buen ambiente, personal muy atento y familiar y entretenimiento para toda la familia.

Lo único que no me gustó es que cuando nos dieron la habitación la limpieza no estaba hecha a fondo. Había una lata de refresco a medias debajo del sofá cama , los platos estaban sucios y la tostadora con migas de pan.. Sólo el primer día, los demás la limpieza estuvo correcta.

Ricardo. Todo un crack. Y el servicio de habitaciones un amor.

Nos encantó el trato de todo el personal del hotel, todos super simpáticos y muy atentos, especial mencion a juan silva jefe de cocina que nos atendía siempre con una gran sonrisa y una comida buenísima, Ricardo que siempre nos llevaba a la playa en el servicio de minibus que tiene gratis el hotel y siempre nos aconsejaba y nos ayudaba en todo lo que podía, y Fátima y compañeras que tenían la habitación siempre perfecta con unos detalles muy bonitos, en general todo el hotel y los servicios estupendos.

It’s been a week since we returned from our 9th stay at Benalmádena Palace, and we’re still talking about what a fantastic time we had! This was also our second stay this year, and once again, we were made to feel completely welcome and looked after from start to finish. A special thank you to Natalia, who organised our stay. We booked directly with the hotel and arranged our flights separately, and she made the whole process incredibly smooth and personal. We really appreciate all of her help. After nine stays (in just a few years), one of the biggest reasons we keep returning is the people. It’s wonderful to see familiar faces, be recognised, and have staff remember us and, importantly, our children. That personal connection means so much to us. A huge thank you to the Kids Club team - Jesus, Vero, Claudia, Fabi and Victoria - led by Steffi. They are absolutely fantastic with the children and create such a fun, welcoming and caring environment. Our children always look forward to seeing them. Steffi deserves a very special mention. She is a real star - full of energy, positivity and genuine care. The “Benny Around the World” summer show she puts on is fantastic, and the fact that the children get to be part of the show themselves makes it even more special. Watching our children take part, have fun and enjoy their moment on stage creates memories that we know they’ll carry with them for years. It really is what a family holiday should be about - giving children experiences they’ll remember and parents memories they’ll treasure. Steffi deserves huge credit for creating something so special. We also want to recognise Benjamin, Manuel, Juan, Angel and Tommy for their warmth, kindness and excellent service throughout our stay. Manuel in particular deserves special recognition - his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really stand out. We genuinely believe he is a leader in the making and hope the hotel gives him every opportunity to progress. There are honestly far too many members of staff to name individually, but every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The service and attitude of the whole team are a huge part of why we continue to return. After nine stays, the consistency is what impresses us most. The hotel is wonderful, but it is the people who make Benalmádena Palace special. Thank you to everyone for another fantastic stay and more wonderful memories. 9 stays and counting - and we're already looking forward to the next one! 🌴☀️

Great hotel. Rooms lovely and clean. Facilities fantastic - outdoor pool area was great, never an issue getting sunbeds, kids loved the indoor pool - we hadn't expected to use it but it great when it got too hot. Gym was really good too. Food was ok, lots of options, but random at times but loads and decent quality. Staff friendly. Loved that it was at the end of the strip. 2 min walk from the beach, 2 min walk from a great supermarket. Short taxi from the Marina - it is walkable but we'd kids with us.

We are half way through our third holiday in Benalmádena palace and again it’s a 5* review. The first year we came just with our 2 sons and absolutely loved it, year after we came with my sister and her family, again a fantastic brilliant holiday. We decided to have a change last year and went 5* all inclusive in fuertaventura with my sister and her family as well and we just spent the whole holiday regretting not coming back to the palace! So we booked up again right away for this year but also with my daughter and granddaughter as well as my sister and her family. This place is special. For families it’s absolutely perfect. The rooms are immaculately clean. The pool is spotless and cleaned every morning but what makes this place special is hands down the staff. The atmosphere around the pool, the music, the staff making sure every child feels involved with a smile, and the same staff have been here in the 4 years we have been coming. Which says a lot. Again. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special every year and we will be booking up again for next year the moment we get home!

Benalmádena Palace Hotel Review We had a lovely stay at Benalmádena Palace Hotel and really enjoyed our family holiday. Our girls, Jessica and Jamie, absolutely loved the kids’ club and asked to go every single day! ❤️ A special thank you to Steffi, Veronica and Fabiana, who took such amazing care of them and made the kids’ club so much fun. The girls loved spending time with them and always looked forward to going. They also absolutely loved the mini disco! 💃🕺 Our room was cleaned every day and always very well looked after. A special thank you to Esperance and Luz for taking such good care of our room and keeping everything clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and made some lovely memories. L’hôtel était top et le personnel était extrêmement sympathique. Surtout l’animateur Jesus! Il nous a fait passer un excellent séjour, plein de rires et de plaisir!

La gentillesse du personnel vraiment merveilleux

La piscine est assez petite pour le nombre de chambres et le fait de ne pas pouvoir plonger pour les enfants est assez frustrant d’autant plus qu’il n’y a pas de tobbogans et autres. La formule all inclusive étant trop cher nous avions pris demi-pension. Or lors des repas les boissons n’étant pas incluses et donc payantes il aurait été appréciable que l’eau soit à minima offerte.
