The views were amazing as long as you ask for sea view. Everything you need is available in the hotel and if not its not far away. Fabulous, fun hotel and the food was amazing.

On one occasion and only by one staff member we were scolded like school children for not getting in a queue at the bar. There had been no queue any other time we were there. People just went up where they wanted. Apart from this every other staff member was amazing.

Relação qualidade -preço excelente. Em relação às fotos, fiquei com a sensação que havia praia em frente, o que não sucede. Existe acesso a uma praia perto de qualquer maneira. Camas muito confortáveis. Espetáculos muito bons. Sala de jogos para os miúdos.

Ginásio é pago, praia não é em frente e a localização não é a melhor em Bemalmadena mas é aceitável.

Great facilities for families. All the staff are very friendly. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. The shop on site is so handy with fresh pastries every morning. The entertainment team are great. Will definitely return.

The ques for the lifts can be long at times. The food in the hotel is fine but much better quality outside would avoid going all inclusive.

Location good. Room was too small for a family of 3 for the price. Hotel is good plenty going on and spotless clean. Lifts small and take ages minor Problem but I expect in busier months it’s a nightmare.

The bathroom far too small no window in it for ventilation so very claustrophobic. Whole room was too small overall.

Good hotel for the money, facilities in the room were good as was the pool area. Staff very helpful and great to have the supermarket on site. Slightly out of the centre which wasn't a bad thing really and was a 30min walk away or a 8euro taxi.

The lifts were very slow and took too long... Breakfast wasn't the best for 16euro

Gostei do pequeno almoço e das refeições que fizemos. A localização era excelente, a piscina também, tendo algumas atividades para os miúdos. Os serviços no geral corresponderam às expetativas.

Não gostei do quarto, apesar de ter gostado da vista lateral para a praia, achei demasiado pequeno e fora da restante imagem do hotel. Fiquei também sentido por ter ido em Lua de Mel e não nos terem mimado/brindado com nada, nenhum gesto, nenhuma atenção. Seria por ter ido com as nossas crianças, ou por pensarem que era mentira?! Podiam ter solicitado a certidão de casamento.

UNS HAT IN DIESEM HOTEL ALLES GEFALLEN!!!! PERSONAL TOP! Freundlich, Nett, Zuvorkommen, Hilfsbereit. LAGE TOP! Mit dem Bus sind es nur ca. 30 min. nach Malaga. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles was man braucht ist alles direkt um das Hotel. ESSEN TOP! Es gibt beim Diener immer Themen (z.B. Mexico). Also Landestypische Köstlichkeiten. Und trotzdem gibt es auch genug internationales, so das einfach jeder etwas findet. Auch das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. UNTERHALTUNG TOP! Jeden Tag eine Abends. Für die Kinder eine Minidisco, Für die Teenies eine Maxishow. Animationen am Pool und vieles mehr. ZIMMER TOP! Wir hatten das Zimmer 931, welches meiner Meinung nach das Beste vom ganzen Hotel ist. Von der Dachterrasse konnten wir den Sonnenaufgang, das Meer und die Berge sehen. Komfort, Ausstattung, Bequeme Betten, Sauberkeit, es passte alles. Das Zimmer war mehr als groß genug und ließ keine Wünsche offen. SONSTIGES TOP! Es gibt einen Supermarkt, Fitnessstudio, Doktor, Billardzimmer, mehrere Aufzüge, mehrere Pools, genug Liegen am Pool, Eisbar und Essens- bzw. Cocktailbar am Pool. Panorama- und Moonlightbar und noch viel viel mehr....

Nichts. Nur das wir von diesem Ort gehen mussten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ningún día de los que estuvimos nos arreglaron la habitación porque todos los días venían sobre las 16:00 cuando estábamos descansando ,tenía que buscar a alguna de las chicas para que me diera toallas y darle las sucias,sacabamos la bolsa de basura …Tampoco me gustó que cuando abren la piscina entra todo el mundo a poner las toallas en las tumbonas y se van,pues cuando tú llegas no puedes coger ninguna y están la mayoría cogidas con las toallas encima sin que nadie las esté usando.

Genau nichts! Bitte Finger weg von diesem Unterkunft! Die Angestellte an der Rezeption sind alles andere als sympathisch! Wir haben ein „Zimmer“ ohne Aussicht! Eine Katastrophe! Meine Kids haben sich verweigert das Zimmer anzunehmen! Wir mussten daraufhin auf die Stelle stornieren und daraufhin 1500€ auf der Stelle verloren!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable, restaurants have variety and comfortable room with enough cutlery and kitchen equipment. Quiet through the night, good sleep. Supermarket downstairs well stocked and priced.

Pools too deep only small area for shallow end but too many children there to enjoy relaxing. - very hard for Mother and non swimmers to enjoy the pools. Not a great design so much wasted space for the amount of guests having majority of both pools being so deep. Pool towel policy charging is very disappointing and quality of towels poor.

El apartamento era pequeño y no tenía vistas. Nos alojamos allí desde el sábado hasta el martes. Pedimos que nos lo cambiaran, pero no obtuvimos respuesta. Era incómodo, como si estuviéramos bajo tierra, a pesar de su elevado precio.

Alt for meget larm - havde betalt for havudsigt men fik den på siden af hottellet - lige der hvor alle lastbiler kommer og afleverer varer til hotellet, så der var en larm af den anden verden. Mange regler ved svømmebassinet men de blev desværre ikke overholdt. Troede også der var morgenmad med i prisen - synes bestemt at jeg havde bestilt det, men det måtte vi betale oveni.

Fui no regime de meia pensão, e na realidade a comida era com muito pouca qualidade, tínhamos de andar a escolher os pratos em melhor condições, sempre muito sujos, a limpeza na hora do jantar na sala era péssima, chegamos a ver comida espalhada pelo chão, inacreditável mais que uma vez, ninguém se importava de apanhar nada.

Muy mala calidad de la habitación, pareces sucias, colgadores rotos, mala iluminación, interruptores rotos y para colmo olor a huevos podridos y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, una vergüenza que esté catalogado como 4 estrellas no pienso volver en mi vida, se van con una hoja de reclamaciones puesta.

Very nice hotel, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and deserve all the praise.

However, the major downside is the unbearable noise at night. The club where they show football matches is directly connected to the hotel corridor, making it impossible to sleep in the rooms until 3 a.m. There were also several problems with the room. The door lock broke on the first day and remained broken until the end of our stay. The bathroom door locks were also not functioning properly. In addition, one of the two beds in the bedroom was in a very poor and deteriorating condition, making it impossible to sleep on it.

La colazione su Booking la danno pagare in struttura €13 poi al ristorante €16. Non lo consiglio molto datato. La stanza rumorosissima

Pour quatre étoiles, il était un peu vieux

Obiekt położony w spokojniejszej części Benalmadeny, do głównego portu około 30 minut spacerem, co dla nas nie było problemem. Nad samym morzem, dwa baseny przy hotelu, duża ilość leżaków. Na terenie hotelu sklep. Pokoje czyste, odnowione, codziennie sprzątane. Dostaliśmy nawet butelkę wina na powitanie. Animatorzy w ciągu dnia dla dzieci, dla starszych codziennie wydarzenia wieczorem.

Obiekt duży, raczej nie dla lubiących kameralne hotele. Śniadania monotonne.

Lovely hotel in general: facilities were plentiful, staff very kind and friendly, high level of cleanliness in rooms and common areas, children’s club activities and staff were fantastic (children 7 & 9), pool activities/games/parties were a highlight! Country/theme dinners stopped repetition of simple meals: Spain, UK&Ire, Mexico, USA, Oriental etc.

Staying on the fourth floor was noisy at night! The Moonlight club and games room exited into the far end of the corridor and resulted in significant noise late night/early morning. Additionally, communal meeting points located in the echoey corridors caused significant noise at night, this could continue into the early hours > Front desk/Security were called a number of times without action: I needed to address the situation personally on a number of nights! Easy to pick some holes if you've stayed in a better 4* in a similar location. 50 - 100 rooms too many, could feel crowded. Location of coffee, ice-cream, pancake machines created crowds and pinch points in key locations in restaurant.

Fabulous location ,really good food ,breakfast every day this some but lot of choices. Every evening different type of cousin we love Italian day ;) Only jar of water to drink but you can order any other drink as well.Lot to do at hotel ,pool party amazing,entertainment staff absolutely fantastic, every evening great show,Queen, ABBA, Ed Sheran ,Adele, Michael Jackson, Musical Shrek and Lion King for children. Shop,doctor,lovely restaurant by the pool with life music every evening. Play ground for small children. Generally very good experience.

Only one think was really sad and annoying , behaviour of some people , not respect an artist,shouting, chatting so loudly so rest of the people can't really enjoyed a show. Some parents they do nit control a children absolutely terrible experience. Should be someone who keep a audience quiet for a show or ask them move to the bar if they not interested to listen.

Czystość, miły personel, lokalizacja blisko plaży, parkingu, dużego sklepu, piękne widoki, mini club, wieczorne kino i koncerty,sklep, lekarz. Generalnie fajny obiekt jest co robić. Gości dużo ale i obiekt duży więc nie jest to męczące.

Sofa w pokoju nie jest Wygodna do spania. W hotelu jest dość głośno do późnych godzin nocnych nam to akurat bardzo nie przeszkadzało. Bezpieczeństwo na basenie pozostawia wiele do życzenia ratownicy w skarpetkach i adidasach zajęci rozmową ze soba stoją na mostku tyłem do basenu. Skoki do wody w tym tłumie są dozwolone. Niby nie ma rezerwacji leżaków przy basenie a jednak o 9 opalają się już ręczniki.

El hotel está muy bien, la animación de 10, mis hijos pasaron una semana increíble. Tienes variedad donde comer, no tienes por qué salir del hotel.

Por decir algo, tienen el aire acondicionado muy alto en las zonas comunes.

Ubicación genial, buenas instalaciones, el personal un poco serio pero bien.

Es bastante caro para lo que ofrecen. Nos decepciono bastante porque íbamos con una idea y nos encontramos con otra cosa. Creemos que es un hotel bastante grande para las instalaciones que tiene; los ascensores; para cambiar de planta se te Iva muchísimo rato, y eso que hemos ido cuando la afluencia de gente es mas baja, en pleno mes de julio o primera quincena de agosto no quiero ni pensar.. El suelo de las piscinas super resbaladizo que vimos varias personas caerse. Los precios de los productos en los bares;como bebidas, helados o algún snack precios demasiados elevados y los precios de la tienda de alimentación del hotel super excesiva.. El bufet del desayuno bastante justo para ser un 4 estrellas Nosotros pagamos apartamento con vistas laterales al mar; a la llegada nos dijeron que nos habían dado apartamento con vistas frontales pero sin costo alguno..cuando subimos al apartamento, teníamos vistas laterales ( lo que habíamos pagado) no entiendo ese engaño por parte de la recepcionista.

El personal muy amable, cercano y actitud de ayuda, playa al lado del hotel con opciones de actividades acuaticas, supermercado enfrente, muy bien ubicado. Piscinas con agua templada y muy limpias.

Relación calidad precio, muy caro para las dimensiones y calidad de la habitación, precio muy muy alto para una habitación apartamento de un dormitorio y tener q dormir en el sofá cama

La vue

Nos encantó el lugar y las instalaciones. El kids club y el mini disco fueron espectaculares. El tener un supermercado día en frente es un gran beneficio oculto.

El apartamento con vista a la montaña era bastante ruidoso.

Não gostei do barulho excessivo, de hóspedes fora de horas e até 1h/2h da manhã. Das cargas e descargas para o hotel a partir das 6h da manhã e da distinção e preferência que dão aos ingleses, marroquinos em detrimento dos portugueses. Somos Literalmente preteridos...

Booked a sea view room which was well worth the extra expense for the amqzong views and balcony. Fantastic pool area with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The facilities on site are great. The cleaners checked in everyday to see if we wanted room cleaned or needed anything.

There was a LOT of noise in the evenings, Groups of kids running through the corridors banging on peoples doors and ringing the doorbells of the rooms. It got so bad that I had to have the doorbell disconnected

Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of attractions for families. Everything you need is right on site — restaurants, bars, a convenience store, a laundry facility, a game room, swimming pools, the beach, and more. Entertainment for children and adults every evening (mini-disco, concerts, movies). Very varied and delicious breakfasts and dinners.

The hotel’s parking lot is paid and was already full when we arrived. Fortunately, there are a few street parking spots in the area where, with a little luck, you can find a free parking spot. There’s no designated area at the entrance to the hotel to park the car and unload your luggage comfortably (you have to stay at the taxi stand and do it quickly)

Halbpension würde ich abraten. Frühstück in Ordnung trotz der immer gleichen Auswahl. Abendessen mit eingeschränkter Wahl der Getränke schon minderwertig. Wenn man Aufpreis für Getränke nimmt , sollte die Auswahl breiter gestaltet werden ohne den ganzen Mist mit qr Codes scannen. Abendessen würde ich tatsächlich in nahe liegenden Restaurants empfehlen, was definitiv besser schmeckt als die ganzen internationalen Küchen zusammen gefasst.

Da piscina aquecida, do kids club e dos vários serviços disponíveis no hotel. Há estacionamento gratuito nas ruas próximas.

A indicação sem vista (não é perceptível que é com varanda interior). O cheiro na varanda era a esgoto. O pequeno almoço era caótico se fossemos mais tarde a partir das 9:30 (para quem está de férias!!!) A variedade e a qualidade da comida é baixa. A limpeza dos quartos praticamente é fazer as camas e pouco mais. Os espetáculos noturnos eram impossíveis assistir porque a maioria das pessoas não conservava o silêncio e não existia nenhum pedido para que o fizessem. O preço das bebidas no bar são excessivos dado que estamos em Espanha e não no UK.

To już drugi nasz pobyt w Benalmadenie i drugi udany. Hotel położony nad samym morzem na plus. Śniadania może i monotonne (zupełnie nie wiem skąd taki zarzut innych?), ale my nie jesteśmy wybredni i przy tak dużym wyborze różnych dań i dodatków każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Najważniejsze, że wszystko świeże i smaczne, no, może tylko poza jajecznicą z jajek w proszku ;-) Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane/dokładane codziennie. Naprawdę bardzo czysto.

W pierwszym pokoju, położnym na drugiej kondygnacji od strony basenów, w nocy po balkonie grasowały karaluchy i to takie pięciocentymetrowe, a jeden mniejszy po łazience. Niestety, taki klimat. Swoją drogą w tunezyjskim hotelu na Sacharze było znacznie gorzej. Jednak po interwencji w recepcji zdenerwowanej żony bez problemu i zbędnych pytań przeniesiono nas na piętro ósme i tam już takich "gości" nie mieliśmy. Drugi minus, to zbyt mała powierzchnia basenów do ilości gości i leżaków, przez to czasami w wodzie było po prostu tłoczno. A co do samych leżaków, tak z marszu, po godz. 11 o wolnym miejscu można zapomnieć. Zresztą na pół godziny przed otwarciem strefy basenowej kolejka na kilkadziesiąt osób. Chciał nie chciał musiał się człowiek dostosować i też względnie wcześniej zająć leżaki.

A piscina com espreguicadeiras reservas mesmo com o nadador salvador a colocar papeis continuavam reservadas Embora se veja o seguranca nao havia controlo de entradas nas pessoas qualquer pessoa entrava no hotel. O hotel era 1 pouco confuso umas salas em cada andar o que faz com que tenhamos de andar sempre a que andar devemos ir.. A sala de espetaculo no 5piso é boa mas é demasiado barulhenta deveria ser colocada a musica 1 pouco mais baixo

staff are very nice and professional, lifeguards really do their job

smelly corridors and elevators (you may literally have to hold your breath especially in elevators) Elevators are slow and you have to wait around 5 to 7 mins in average or even queue for a spot in an elevator. all of the above doesn’t match the price we had to pay (around 450€ per night)

Altes Hotel daneben ( eher unschön) Strand war ordentlich ( Leider oft windig und Wasser zimlich kalt an die hälfte des Tages im August)
