Para el alto valor diario que uno paga en la estadía, no me parece bien que haya que esperar 20 minutos para obtener una mesa para desayunar, como tampoco pagar usd 80,00 al día en Valet Parking. Sector piscinas imposible encontrar un asiento desocuoado, y pareciera que solo tratan de mantener ambiente de discotheque todo el día. En resumen, muy caro, mal servicio e imposible de encontrar un espacio para descansar y relajar.

The views, beach and pools are amazing! For everyone booking I recommend with breakfast included because the restaurant that serves breakfast is soooo delicious but quit expensive! In general it's a great hotel, I highly recommend

Great location for a quiet beach holiday.

All rooms in the Versaille Tower overlook a large 8 turbine air conditioning system which is really loud! We were on a high floor and could still hear it, so asked to be moved.

The Location was good. As it was convenient from Airport. 20 Mins away and not too far from Ocean Drive but far enough for a relaxing break on your beach across the walkway.

Just a small thing but the cupboards in the bedroom were not cleaned. Found sand and hair in cupboard. Not good.

Come struttura a 5 stelle mi aspettavo più attenzione al cliente e a tutto il resto Abbiamo prenotato stanza con colazione inclusa, ma al nostro arrivo non è stato specificato che avevamo un limite giornaliero da spendere che comprendeva buffet e una bevanda, tutto il resto a pagamento extra, scoperto solo al momento del check out Pulizia della stanza poco accurata e spesso tardiva, alle 17/18 del pomeriggio ancora dovevano pulire le camere, mi è bastato vedere come cambiavano il letto, pur essendo sporco visivamente non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, cuscini buttati per terra e poi rimessi sul letto senza cambiare le federe Spiaggia e piscina ben attrezzate, il loro punto forte Ristoranti all interno buoni

No coffee machine in the rooms and no physical verification of the mini bar…I was charged all the items that I touched even those that I didn’t consume. Also the fact that you have absolutely no advantage regarding the club Liv, paid 150$ just to get in but still had to queue for 45 minutes.

I had a wonderful time at the Fontainebleau Miami this August. I was here for a business conference and Elaine from housekeeping made my stay memorable. On two consecutive days, I had to take conference calls from my room. Elaine came to recover my room and she was quick, quiet, and professional. She made sure my room was clean while I finished my calls. I appreciate enjoying this lovely beach-front property. I also appreciate kind and professional staff members like Elaine who take such great pride in their work and incredible care for the guests.

I’m on a getaway staying at Fontainebleau! I came to the beach area and it’s just what I needed ! Super quiet. They also have a kids side which is a nice touch. My water Yoel was nice & attentive! If you stay at the site you get chairs and Gianni will help accommodate you with an umbrella if wanted.

We’ve been coming to the Fontainebleau for decades, and this was truly one of our best stays yet. Before we even arrived, Sam Sutter and Leroy were incredibly helpful. I had reached out with some concerns about the construction going on at the property, and they took the time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Once we arrived, Carlos at bellhop was wonderful and gave us such a warm welcome. Christopher at the Tresor Tower front desk was also fantastic. He was professional, accommodating and really seemed to care that we were happy with our stay. There were so many great people we encountered throughout the week. German at Arkadia is just a pleasure to be around and you can tell he genuinely loves his job. Denis at Vida was so friendly every time we saw him, and Adina at Chez Bon Bon is always wonderful. We’ve seen her on previous visits and she always makes us feel remembered. Our pool experience was probably the highlight when it came to service. English, David, Jaylen and Franco were all terrific. Franco in particular was unbelievable. He was constantly replenishing our waters, bringing fresh towels and checking on us without ever being intrusive. Half the time he seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. That kind of service is hard to find. Unfortunately, we did have one very disappointing interaction with Ivana on the Tresor Owners Floor. I asked if she could call another team member who had previously helped us with something and she flat out refused. She was rude, dismissive and apathetic. It stood out even more because it was the complete opposite of how we were treated by virtually everyone else at the hotel. That interaction aside, we had a spectacular trip. After coming here for so many years, it means a lot to still walk away feeling like longtime guests who are genuinely valued. The people really made this stay, and there are so many employees here who deserve to be recognized.

Teníamos reservada una habitación con vistas al océano y sólo se veía una parte y tenías que salir expreso a la terraza para verlo. Todo demasiado caro y se tenía que pagar por todo. No había cafetera en la habitación. Las piscinas estaban en obras y no estaba avisado...

I came here for a short getaway with my husband. We don’t get away very often. With that said, this hotel is outdated and cheesy. The clientele is trashy. They say people have to be dressed in the lobby, and I see ppl in string thong bikinis and stilettos waltzing through the lobby. The rooms are dirty and outdated. There were crushed potato chips outside my room for 24 hours (not my own). There is no coffee machine in the room. I don’t remember the last time I was in a hotel that did not have one! Even the best westerns have this. If you even open the mini fridge you’ll be charged. There is an NAMAD national association of minority automobile dealers convention (not joking) taking place and there is an entire area in which we can’t walk through (on the way to our room). Not to mention it’s loud and creates a strange vibe for people on vacation looking to relax. I know there are conference rooms in lesser busy areas of the hotel, not sure why this conference is smack in the center. Hundreds, maybe a thousand people in business attire and badges with loud, booming auto salesman voices, and carry on rolling luggage, everywhere you go. I’m not sure why no one thought to mention this to us when we checked in and were placed in the tower where the conference was primarily being held. Several of the pools are under construction now. On the upside the staff is really nice and eager to please. The beach is lovely. I would not say this is a five star hotel. Maybe 3 or 4.star at best. I feel like I’m in a mid tier Atlantic city hotel.

We stayed here for four nights and had a great time. On arrival, at quite a late hour, checkin was straightforward and we arrived at our room speedily. The room was clean, spacious and the aircon was very good. We used the hotel as a base to explore Miami and as such it worked very well. We had breakfast and a couple of lunches in Vida resturant and they were very good. We also used Chez Bon Bon for some breakfasts and found the muffins, bagels and lattes to be excellent. We used the bikes to travel to south beach which was a lovely morning, however we paid for them and didn’t realise that 2 hours was actually complimentary. We mentioned this at reception but received a pretty Luke warm response so we contacted the bike company and they quickly offered us a refund. We’ve stayed in the sister hotel in Vegas and it’s larger and more modern and I’d say the staff are friendlier than here, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, upscale property. The pool was large and accommodating and I like being right on the boardwalk.

We had the best experience. The hotel and pool were so much fun. I have to give a lot of credit to Sam Brown, who took great care of us at the pool today. I feel that this is something that is lost these days (namely, taking great care of your guests). Thank you very much for making today and excellent day for us!

It’s party hard from the second you get there. Well taken care of.

For booking the suite there were no extras. Hard to get room service after 7pm. You have to go down and use their restaurants and bars. No valid stores within walking distance.

The room was dirty upon check in. The sheets were never changed. I called house keeping and guess services for two days with absolutely no results. They high price hotel is definitely not with it. The service is horrible and they don’t clean the rooms or like to change the sheets

No creo que podamos decir que no nos gustó algo, mi familia estuvo encantada de estar en el hotel. Mi hija dejó una nota agradeciendo y deseando visitar el hotel de La Vegas.

Las habitaciones estan muy bien. las camas cómodas y el piso 14 que nos asignaron, tenían buenas vistas. la opcion de las bicis que ofrecen para rentar, son muy buenas opciones y el acceso a la playa es comodo.

Mi experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. El sistema para asignar los camastros y operar los servicios de playa es muy deficiente. Tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para que nos asignaran únicamente dos camastros. Además, el hotel cobra **USD 38 por una sombrilla**, un costo que considero excesivo para un servicio básico en la playa. Otro aspecto decepcionante fue que **no había desayuno tipo buffet**, a pesar de lo que esperábamos al hacer la reserva. Lo más molesto fue que, aunque la reservación se realizó y pagó para **4 personas**, al llegar el hotel nos indicó que no reconocía la reserva tal como había sido confirmada por Booking.com y nos obligó a pagar un cargo adicional por dos adultos para poder hacer el check-in. Esto generó un gasto inesperado y una experiencia muy desagradable. Por si fuera poco, el estacionamiento tuvo un costo superior a **USD 80 por noche**, siendo el más caro que encontramos en la zona. En general, la relación entre el precio y la experiencia recibida no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Lamentablemente, no volvería a hospedarme en este hotel ni lo recomendaría.

Elaine Burnett (housekeeping) was absolutely wonderful during our stay at Fontainebleau. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed in our suite and was always kind, friendly, and professional. Her willingness to assist made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service and for making us feel so well looked after!

I have to say, our trip started off a bit ruff but Fountainbleau staff won us over bit by bit. We still have three days left even with three pools closed due construction and not disclosed on their website, we are enjoying our 40th Wedding Anniversary to the fullest thanks to the amazing staff. I will post a final review after we leave but wanted to give credit to the amazing Jasmin at Vida, she is so lovely and makes everyone feels so welcome, along with Issac. Housekeeping (I wish I had names) along with Matt on the beach and the staff at Bon Bon.

Had to move rooms 3 times due to broken items, and then finding red ants in the room. Staff were very poor dealing with these things

The location was great, right on the beach. Close to food and entertainment locations. Only a short drive to the airport and cruise ports.

The pool hours were short. The signs stated dawn to dusk for the pool hours not sure why this is the hours for Summer when it is hot enough to be swimming at night and we were told (yelled at by staff) the pool closed at 6:00PM when dusk was hours later. The only option for parking is valet parking which was at a minimum $75 per night. Then the next morning we had to wait 45 min. to 1 hour to get the valet to bring the car to us. It was not a useful way to use the car. We ended up having to Uber around on top of the car and valet parking costs due to the wait. When I booked I saw there was a buffet breakfast available but be careful I missed the part where the buffet breakfast is only available with certain bookings. If it is not in your included booking it will cost another $60 per person.

I have been coming to this hotel for a number of years and have stayed here on many occasions. Despite having stayed at some of the more exclusive hotels in Miami, we have always returned because this hotel has a fun, lively atmosphere and has always ticked the boxes for us. Sadly, this year was a very different experience, and I feel the hotel needs to be much more transparent with its guests. We were not informed at all about the construction work taking place around the bar area. There was daily drilling which was incredibly intrusive and, on numerous occasions, completely drowned out the music. We checked all communication we had received from the hotel before our stay and there was absolutely no mention of these works. Even more concerning, the hotel does not currently appear to make guests aware of the ongoing construction when booking. If you are considering staying here, I would strongly advise you to check the situation before booking. We raised this directly with Reception, but despite being told that an email would be sent to us following our complaint, no email was ever received. Not a particularly good way to deal with a genuine concern raised by a long-standing guest. There are also other signs that the hotel is cutting back while continuing to charge premium prices. The frozen cocktails around the pool have noticeably reduced in size — what was previously a medium is now apparently a large. It may seem like a small detail, but it is symptomatic of a wider issue: things that were once considered reasonable and good value no longer feel that way. The biggest disappointment, however, is the condition of the hotel itself. The rooms and various areas of the property are looking increasingly tired and in need of investment. This hotel is competing in an extremely competitive and increasingly high-end Miami market, and it simply cannot rely on its reputation and atmosphere forever. We have always enjoyed the fun, energetic vibe here, which is why we have continued to return year after year. But the hotel is now at risk of resting on its laurels while the quality and value gradually decline. The hotel needs to invest, maintain its standards and, most importantly, be transparent with guests about significant construction work. For a hotel charging the prices it does, I expect much better communication and a property that feels properly maintained. I hope the management takes notice before more long-standing guests decide that their money is better spent elsewhere.

Late check out fee, look like we are not the only ones complaining about this at the Fountainebleau Hotel at Miami Beach. We were charged over 500.00! for late checkout! Luckily, we had proof we checked out; the bellhop picked up our luggage by 10:20. Amazing they automatically assumed we had a late checkout. We called and threatened we would call our Amex if it was not removed; they eventually, with resistance, checked and removed the charge. I feel they are preying on people not to check their bill; very scammy to me! And by the way, service was horrible; we will never stay at a big resort again- much better service at smaller boutique hotels!

I’ve stayed at most of the luxury hotels in Miami but I have to say, the service and hospitality at the Fontainebleau is unmatched. I had some complicated requests and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel manager, Arthur. Not only is he helpful, he is kind, has great advice, and really made the Fontainebleau stand out with his level of detail and service. Highly recommend stopping by the beach, their new cabanas are awesome!! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Amazing hotel with amazing staff members. Money well spent. My House keeper Yanick Escarmant serviced my room and I immediately fell n love with the 5 star treatment. Her service stood out and her willingness to help me and my family goes far beyond basic hospitality. She approached every request with a warm and bubbly attitude and a sincere desire to make things easier for us. She is calm , attentive and made sure our room was beyond perfect and comfortable. She over exceeded our expectations! Fountainbleau is know for its luxury but is employees like Yanick that make the experience truly exceptional. Thank you !

The staff was wonderful.

It was late when we were arriving and there were people all around the main entrance for a club party. Not welcoming if you are coming with children. We were told the only parking available was valley but the price in that changed daily. Then the next morning we had to wait 30 minutes in the checkout checkin line and another 45 minutes for the caller to bring our car around.

Everything is out dated, then you need to add money for everything including chairs in the pool. Toilet paper is like sandpaper The location is very far from all the good things in Miami, and when I ask to add an opening sofa for my little boy They said that it’s not possible because there’s not enough room, so I asked for only a mattress and they didn’t give me as well, The room that we got Was on top of the big AC fans It was very very loud, and when we asked to change the location, they moved us a few rooms to the side, but still there was a lot of noise from the fans

L’emplacement , la piscine …

Le Fontainebleau Miami bénéficie d’une image prestigieuse et d’un emplacement exceptionnel, mais notre séjour a été assez décevant. Les chambres commencent à être vieillissantes et mériteraient une rénovation pour être réellement à la hauteur de la réputation de l’établissement. Nous séjournions en famille avec trois enfants et avons été très surpris par le manque d’équipements dans la cuisine : très peu de vaisselle, seulement trois bols pour cinq personnes, presque aucun ustensile et même pas une simple poêle pour préparer des œufs aux enfants le matin. Nous avons signalé le problème à deux reprises à l’accueil, qui s’est engagé à nous apporter le nécessaire, mais rien n’a finalement été fait pour corriger la situation. Notre expérience dans l’un des restaurants de l’hôtel a également été désagréable. Le service manquait de chaleur et le personnel n’était pas particulièrement aimable, ce qui contraste fortement avec le positionnement haut de gamme affiché. Au final, le Fontainebleau conserve une image iconique, mais le niveau de service, l’état des chambres et les équipements proposés ne sont, selon nous, pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués.

Extremely disappointing experience. At check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to pay a $1,000 incidental deposit per room for a five-night stay ($200 per room, per night). This was a huge surprise and was not clearly disclosed on the Booking.com listing before booking. Even more frustrating, the deposits have still not been returned, leaving $2,000 tied up for our two rooms long after our stay. This is completely unacceptable, especially when guests are not clearly informed in advance that such a large amount will be held. For a luxury hotel charging premium rates, I expected transparency, professionalism, and much better customer service. Instead, the experience was stressful from the moment we checked in. This experience has made me think twice about staying here again in the future.
