I liked the quietness of the rooms. Good room service as cleaning and towels.

Not clean pools. Too cold in the lobby and in the Nobu Restaurant at breakfast. Booking reservation was breakfast included and the hotel charged us service fees and part of the breakfasts.

Rosa helped us at the pool area and was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Super nice and attentive and was the best!!!

Nothing except the location

Unfriendly staff especially during the check in process, bad housekeeping service, value compared to money is not the same. Seems like I booked a 3 star hotel! I felt uncomfortable from the moment I stepped in. Will never come back again

Clean and well presented

Kids aren’t allowed to use the Nobu pool and have to use the Eden Roc pool. This wasn’t made clear to us when booking. Additionally, we were told when we checked out that we could use the facilities then shower in the spa after to freshen up ahead of our flight. However when we went to use the spa we were told children not allowed. Clearly the hotel is not accommodating for families and this should be made clear when booking.

This Nobu needs a full refurbishment, the decor in not only the rooms but the restaurants and pool area are very tired and look grubby in places (far from the usual we have seen at Nobu resorts in Europe). Breakfast is canteen food at best; some pool areas are shared with Eden Roc and is a bit “Benidorm” if you catch my drift. Ours rooms needed a full revamp; old carpets, wallpaper peeling from the wall in bathroom; rusty tap and broken loo roll holder. We eventually decided to only sleep at Nobu and used neighbouring Faena Miami for beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend Faena for luxury and perfection.

The rooms are incredible - very well furnished and clean, lots of nice small offers and well stuffed minibar. Pools are great too and easy beach access. There is public parking right next door (20/day).

We requested a late check-out and they asked for an expensive supplement.

I went to NOBU for a day pass with my companion for a business meeting. Note this is my very first time using the day pass for that specific location the moment I walked in I was greeted by Joshua who was so kind enough to Not allow us to wait in such a long line to get the wrist band I truly appreciated him even stepping aside to attend to me and my partner . He was very detailed as to what to do and where to go his service was impeccable which is why I had to find time to sit down and write this review for him because he truly does deserve it and did a wonderful job at making me feel welcome with open arms . Thanks again Joshua I will definitely visit again ! Shout out to Richard , and Pierre at the bar they were very kind bartenders nobu is now on my top go back to list .

The hotel was great, very attentive staff, clean, got our rooms next to each other. Hotel is on the beach and there are complimentary beach chairs with the room. Have to buy the umbrella rental though. We did uber to most restaurants. Pool vibe is more lowkey with a lot of children and families. Hard to get chairs at the pool. We had to buy a cabana at the adults only pool to be able to get chairs. Rosa and Chris L were our servers at the pool and the beach and they were awesome!!

We paid for an upgrade to get a suite with a large balcony and amazing view on the sea front - this really made our trip memorable. Staff were consistently very friendly and attentive. Despite being the off season, the hotel was busy and the pools were crowded. Overall it is quite good value in July.

This was my second time returning to this hotel, the first time I was at the Eden Roc during the coldest winter in years! This time it was summer, chill, hot, fun. I had the pleasure of trying their sister property, the Nobu. This was my first time at the Nobu ever. I’ve heard of the restaurant, never the hotel. I enjoyed my time at the Eden roc but the Nobu was something else! From the second I checked in Sean took great care of us. We told him it was our anniversary and we were going on a cruise and he sent us food! I’ve stayed all over the world and attention to detail like that is what makes me want to come back this was my second time at this property but it’s service like that that makes you love a place.. my first time here at Eden ROC was great but this time.. wow. From the second I checked in until I left under the care of Rihanna was something else. I liked the Eden Roc but I really loved the Nobu! We stayed at the pool and Christopher gave us exceptional service and told us which drinks to get. I’ve stayed at properties all over the world, four seasons, Ritz, you name it we’ve been there. The service here matched and surpassed any of that. Im not saying I’ll be back, I know I will! Whatever training the managers gives their employees works! Every staff member I encountered was kind, courteous, and remembered the little details about me that at lesser resorts would have been forgotten. I can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Overall, Nobu was a cool place to stay! I love a personable experience, and one of the people that made it most personable was Johana. We spent lots of time in the pool area, and she was so kind, attentive and welcoming every time!

I stayed at the Nobu hotel for a girls trip and Johana took care of us by the pool. She was extremely personable and helpful; she went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience and needed for nothing. I look forward to coming back and hopefully seeing her again.

My family and I rented a beachside Cabana for my mom's birthday. We were tended to by Jon Carlos and Chris L. Both were professional and created a very welcoming environment from the moment we arrived. The service and good were great. My family and I would happily rent here again, and would be even happier if we were serviced by the same 2 gentleman. Awesome experience.

Chris L gave us the best service experience. He definitely mad emu friends and I feel so special and catered to. I honestly would come back for him.

The beach service is 10/10. Johana was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to relax by the beach! The food was delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back and hope to see Johana again!

My wife and I just returned from vacation at Nobu Hotel Miami—our umpteenth time! We keep returning because it's a special place, ideally situated at mid-beach, away from the crowds but easily accessible to all Miami offers. The Japanese-inspired design and culinary experiences mixed with classic Miami Beach decor and vibe create a unique vacation experience. We also love the Nobu staff who seem genuinely warm and welcoming while providing excellent service. I especially want to mention Chamise Allen, Assistant Director of Guest Experience. She arranged impromptu accommodations for us after our flight to NYC was canceled just before check-out. Chamise and her team handled everything with great care, speed, and skill, for which we were grateful. Thanks also to Sheldon, Flavio, Jane, Giovanni (Gio), Richard, Pierro, and Luis for their friendly, efficient service while dining, imbibing, or chilling on the beach. Last but not least, we were happy to see more eco-friendly initiatives at the hotel since our last visit. This makes us feel even better about staying at Nobu/Miami in the future. Thank you, Nobu and its people, for another unique and delightful vacation!

We loved Johana so much that we came back again the next day, and she was just as amazing! She has such a warm, friendly personality and always made sure we had everything we needed. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcome by the pool. Great service like hers is the reason people come back. I cannot thank Paul (security) more for his dedication, hard-work, and commitment to helping me recover my beloved Disneyland Paris jacket. My trip was going down hill and he really made my experience all the better. Paul’s detective skills are unmatched. His true calling may lie in homeland security or as the head of the FBI. Two nights prior, I had left my jacket at the Ocean Social restaurant and had been looking for it for days with no luck, but like Paul I do not give up easily. I went to security distraught and wanting deeper investigation. Paul immediately told me he would search the property with me despite the sweltering Miami heat. He went with me to the restaurant, searched it top to bottom, and collected details. We still could not find it. Later, I was feeling defeated in the bathtub when I got a call from Paul. He did the impossible! He found the jacket after reviewing a tedious amount of camera footage. In a true hero fashion, he raced over to the restaurant where my jacket had accidentally been concealed by food racks and single handedly solved the case. If any other man would have been on the job my jacket likely would have never been recovered. I hope every police department sees this review and learns from Paul. Years may pass, but when I look at my Disney jacket I will think of the most helpful employee I ever encountered. Paul does not treat his job like a place to simply clock in and went beyond the call of duty. I would promote this man to CEO stat. *while this review may have passionate and perceivably comical language- these events, Paul’s role, and my gratitude is 100% real*

Johana was amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made our pool day even better. She checked on us often, had such a great attitude, and was always quick to help with anything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable! we really appreciated it! If you’re spending the day by the pool, definitely hope you get Johana!

El hotel no tenia agua. Ya nos habia ocurrido lo mismo la semana anterior. No habia ni siquiera agua para poder usar el lavabo. Pasamos mas de 36 horas sin agua, realmente una incomodidad. Tuvimos que cancelar nuestra reserva y buscar otro hotel en Miami.

El hotel tuvo serios problemas con el agua. Pasamos un dia entero sin agua en la habitacion. No pudiendo hacer uso del baño, lo que fue una gran incomodidad.

We had no running water in the property for the entire stay - 48 hours. My friend was there with me and she has been offered a full refund and I haven’t been offered that.

They had flood ruined my whole Father’s Day. Didn’t get to enjoy my massage or go the Restaurant our reservation where canceled because of the flood. Now I’m fighting to get a refund. Also the showers or the toilets work!!

Comfortable well designed room and bathroom. Room cleaned daily to high standard. Separate pools for adult only and waiter service was polite and efficient.

Adult only pool water temperature was way too hot, it was like a bath ! We reported this on 3 separate days but the temperature remained too high, we used an adjacent pool at Eden Rock which was great. hotel is a little tired in some areas eg corridors and carpets frayed. Reviews of Nobu restaurant actually discouraged us from using it.

Nobu Hotel was a solid stay, with a personalized welcome at Check-In that made it feel intentional. I would stay here again; however, I'd look to get a room with a better. Recommendation: Make sure housekeeping is thoroughly cleaning the floors, including vacuuming. There is nothing more off-putting than seeing dust on the side of the bed (closest to the wall) and wondering if the area got neglected.

The hotel staff from the front desk to the pool beach and spa were amazing. All were very knowledgeable and accommodating, namely Kim and Chris at the pool went above and beyond.

The best beach hotel experience we’ve had in Miami yet. Kim and Chris made sure we were taken care of at the pool all weekend. 10/10 overall experience, will definitely be coming back soon!

Loved my stay here. Clean rooms and great guest service. I was traveling on business but it also happened to almost be my birthday and they welcomed me with a birthday treat. I also left my sunglasses at the bar and Paul was able to help save the day!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Christopher at the front desk for making our stay so special from beginning to end. He checked us in and out of the hotel, and he was truly incredible — so warm, welcoming, kind, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Christopher made us feel taken care of. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room from a one-king bay view room without a balcony to a double queen room with an ocean view and balcony, which completely elevated our experience. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel extra memorable. Christopher is exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when arriving at a hotel. He represents the hotel beautifully and makes guests feel valued, comfortable, and excited to be there. His kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I truly hope he is recognized for the amazing service he provides. He deserves all the praise — and honestly, a promotion!

I am a real brand loyalist & have stayed at this Nobu hotel many times. I am not sure what is happening in terms of attention to detail & cleanliness. Franca was very kind at the desk and helped me to check in right away….at check out she also was very kind and worked with me for late check-out (however I was very curious that fee for checking out 3 hours late would be almost the same as what I’d paid for an entire night). Room cleanliness continues to be an issue. This time there was actual toothpaste spit on the sink! I clorox wiped down everything because I just wanted to get down to the beach. Additionally, the tv in my room was semi-operational as local channels were not available (for news & weather). Nevertheless, I had wonderful service down at the beach that day. I didn’t get the senior attendants name but she was efficient and lovely as always. I had a great meal from the restaurant that I carried back to the beach with me. I did not have dinner on-site this trip but did make it to the lobby Bar during happy hour on the evening of the 27th for my fix of Nobu sushi. The lobby bartenders have very “unique” personalities, this is the second time in as many trips where I was met with strange and sometimes rude attitudes. Overall people like Franca, Nobu manager Q, the beach team, & Jasmine-the booking agent make it possible to return. But please have housekeeping looked into.

The property itself is beautiful, elegant, relaxing, and extremely well maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the staff. A special thank you to Sheldon, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. He made me feel genuinely valued as a guest and handled everything with class and kindness. I also want to recognize the valet staff, who were consistently polite, fast, helpful, and professional every single time I arrived or left the property. Their positive attitude and efficiency made a big difference and added to the overall luxury experience. The atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and attention to detail at this hotel are outstanding. You can tell the staff truly care about guest experience. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely stay here again.

My stay at Nobu Miami was a fantastic experience. Not only were the amenities fantastic but the service was extraordinary. I would recommend Nobu to anyone that would like a great stay on a beautiful stretch of Miami Beach.

We had the best time and Rosa was amazing!! She was so sweet/thoughtful and really made our experience at the beach so amazing. She even brought us cold towels as it was a very hot day. The best time!!!

Bar has a good vibe. Pool is decent, beach is beautiful, clean and quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are ok. There are a couple of design shortcuts, but nothing too noticeable.

The hotel is attached to Eden ROC hotel which is a clear downgrade from the Nobu global brand. Even the sushi is a downgrade from what I’ve experienced with other Nobus. This is more of a fake 5-star hotel which quickly becomes obvious upon check-in. The check-in counter is a disappointment. You get a better experience at a Courtyard Marriott. This hotel caters to a younger crowd with rooms jammed packed with people. Hallways are loud at night.

We booked Nobu hotel expecting a five star experience but were very disappointed with the reality. We booked a junior suite with a bay view. The suite was spacious and stylish but there were many signs of wear and tear—the floors throughout were scuffed, the painted hardware on the bathroom sink was peeling off, the wall outside the shower stall was water-damaged. Unlike other five star hotels, the bathroom only had one sink so we had to take turns getting ready in the morning. The closet area in the entrance was dark so it was hard to see where things were in the drawers. We did not pay for an upgraded ocean view but we did not expect our view to include a parking lot and other guest balconies. The credenza in the living area was not fixed to the wall so a lipstick rolled off and behind it. I am not used to writing such a negative review but I want other people to get a full picture of what they could possibly expect. We were so disappointed that we left one night early rather than stay for the full two nights we had booked.

You can hear everything in the hallways from your room. I also don’t like the check-in process. Not very “5-star” treatment. Felt like they were trying to ensure they got you to sign all sorts of waivers and take a $200 deposit per night which seems very odd to me.

Not very attentive at all, definitely not 5 star. All the staff are rude and speak to you like a piece of muck on their shoe. They closed breakfast early one day at 10:30 with no prior warning so I missed out on the breakfast I paid for. No apology about it either just pure attitude. Don’t recommend staying here, especially for the prices. Pay to get spoken to like a child.

Visiting from Australia, with a family of 6. The resort was immaculate and the staff were great. A special mention to Angelo for all his help, his attention to detail, and friendly demeanour. He was wonderful!

This hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are all polite however in particular Angelo from our time down at the pool (which is absolutely beautiful). He made us feel at home and was so polite with he personalised service and conversation. The walking track directly out the front is fantastic and the 1 hour free bike hire is a great bonus.

We booked a resort pass at Eden Roc Miami Beach and had such a great experience. Unfortunately, the one of the pools we originally booked had a private event starting at 2 PM, but after speaking with the manager, Gabriel, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He gave us access to the Nobu pool and even provided complimentary champagne along with chips and guac, which we truly appreciated. From there, our server Chris took amazing care of us for the rest of our stay. He was attentive, sweet, and consistently checked on us throughout the day. His customer service and hospitality were exceptional, and he really made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. We truly appreciated how accommodating and welcoming everyone was and would absolutely come back again!

Customer service was not a priority for the staff onsite. I could not get help to extend my stay after being on hold for 10 minutes and just booked an additional night online.

Nice hotel in Miami beach. Room was great, as was the beach and Nobu swimming pool (the other pools shared with Eden Roc have uncomfortable beds, but Nobu pool has much better beds). Front desk and bell services were excellent. Shared lobby with Eden Roc makes it less special than other Nobu hotels, but didn't really bother me.
