This property is Old. Outdated. In need of renovation. In need of A/C that works. My room was moved 3 times in a 48 hour period. Whatever you do, run if they give you room 450. The original room (635) has a balcony and would have been great if the A/C worked. Room 402 is similar to 635 but the balcony is odd as you can literally look into the balcony of the people on with side of you. The lady at the front desk told that room 450 was comparable to room 635 that was simply not true. We were relocated to the new room at 1150pm. I’ve never been in a hotel lobby in my pajamas until this trip. See pictures nice looking room is 635. The suspect looking rook with dirt on the floor was not acceptable.

I was extremely disappointed to discover that the hotel provides its guests free chairs on the beach but charges 38usd for umbrella!! Such a shame.... I mean, what do you expect your guests to do on a sunny hot day? Bring one of their own??? So much greed!!! And it's not like food or beverages that the guests can bring by themselves. It's an UMBRELLA!!! Really really disappointing! You can have the best rooms and the best pool and the best service. But when you give your guests the feeling that their "balls" are in your hand, this is something that really shading everything else. I will not come back and I will not recommend it to anyone. I don't like being robbed

The hotel is at a great location and all of the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The pools are very nice however there was a lot of children and families and we were hoping for more an adults only vibe.

There was only one mirror in the bathroom and nowhere else in the hotel and the one in the bathroom was above the waist. So it was hard to get ready for our nights out!

Struttura sul mare con spazi comuni e camera molto bella, pulita, accogliente, letti e cuscini molto comodi. Bagno ampio e piacevole. Tutto nuovo e funzionale. Bella e attrezzata la palestra, con vetrata vista mare, oltre alle piscine. Ho apprezzato le borracce in stanza refillabili con i distributori di acqua fresca. Nelle immediate vicinanze presente parcheggio pubblico economico.

The room keys didn’t work on multiple occasions me and my friend weren’t able to enter the room once we checked in the bell hop had to use his master key, when we got a replacement those didn’t work either which was a big inconvenience because we had returned around 2 am after food and drinks. we then got another and only one of the 2 work keys that were given worked. It was a little scary as we are 2 women who are not from there.

I’m my Son coat is short in the Pool restaurant by the beach. They cost $300. Nobody was interested. They said there’s nothing. That’s all they can do brought it to their attention just in case someone had a $2000 dress and the same thing happened, but honestly, no one Kate it was just I’m sorry I can get the repaired. You can’t repair the hole on the front of Schultz so we left quite sad

It’s a little run down.

Beautiful lobby. Helpful staff. Great food on premise. Spacious room & bathroom. Included 1 hr free bike rental. It’s a big hotel but didn’t feel massively crowded or too large.

Limited seating at the pool, meaning you have to get up early to grab a seat. Beach has plenty of seating but you have to pay for an umbrella. Housekeeping overlooked key details on the room - conditioner was empty, lotion wasn’t provided, and worst of all - food from a previous guest was found in our closet!! And watch out for the excessive service tip built into breakfast. 22% for a buffet!

I had a wonderful stay. The amenities were excellent and made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The view was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of the property. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The only suggestion I would make is to consider making one of the pools adults-only. There were so many children in the pool area that it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience. Having a designated adults-only pool would be a great addition for guests looking for a quieter, more peaceful environment. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

The art and overall design throughout the hotel were beautiful and gave the property a unique, upscale feel. Our Junior Suite was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony was a great size with plenty of room to relax. The beach location was excellent, and we enjoyed the overall atmosphere.

The biggest disappointment was the pool experience. Pool service ended too early in the day, and the pool decks closed earlier than expected, which limited the amount of time we could enjoy the resort amenities. Extending the pool hours and service would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Day 1-2my room don’t have water Day2-3 water fix but no hot water Day 1 and 2 , stranger in my room for 2 hours each day fixing water problem . I lost my vacation time of pleasure my stress level was high iam supposed to be relax this was horrible !

Room service stopped at 11pm. That’s early for Miami. No adults only spaces as far as pools and lounge areas. No microwaves in suites. Pools close early, would like a 10:00 closure. It’s Florida a night swims are magical!

O hotel é ótimo. Estrutura muito boa. Bem localizado e instalações em ótimas condições.

. Porém, tivemos um problema de falta de água no prédio que estava nosso quarto. Para que realizassem a troca, eles não foram flexíveis, e não concederam nenhuma vantagem. Apenas depois de alguma discussão, é que nos colocaram em um quarto e adicionaram uma cama extra para o terceiro adulto.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. La struttura è bellissima, curata e moderna. Il bar all'ingresso è fantastico ed è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Il vero punto di forza, però, è il personale. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff della colazione: tutti estremamente cordiali, sorridenti, disponibili e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Sono stati davvero eccezionali e hanno reso ogni mattina un piacere. Anche il personale della reception, della piscina e di tutto l'hotel si è dimostrato sempre gentile e professionale. La nostra camera, pur essendo una standard, era situata a un buon piano, era molto pulita, rinnovata e ben tenuta. Personalmente non abbiamo riscontrato i problemi letti in alcune recensioni. La colazione a buffet è semplicemente fantastica: ricchissima di scelta, dal dolce al salato, con prodotti di ottima qualità. C'è davvero di tutto e ogni giorno è stato un piacere iniziare la giornata così. L'unico piccolo appunto riguarda i prezzi del servizio spiaggia, che abbiamo trovato un po' elevati. Considerando che si è già ospiti dell'hotel, sarebbe apprezzabile una tariffa più conveniente per lettini e ombrellone. Per il resto è stato un soggiorno eccellente. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza a Miami Beach. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

I got charge for a breakfast I didn’t have and the refund took forever. I don’t like that you advertise an adults only but still have kids running around for Nobu.

Room was amazing, great views, spent a lot of time on the balcony, for sunrise, sunset and during the day. Beach crew was efficient and welcoming. The location cant be beat, there are many places to "stay" but there is only one Eden Roc :)

The room so clean and comfy, the room view was amazing, the location so good in the center of miami beach, perfect place for relaxation.

About the breakfast there is no variety in food. Additional charge in coffee.

Property feels tired. Rooms need attention. We had an issue with the shower seal resulting in water leaking into the corridor / bedroom area. We flagged this twice but nothing was done. The daily cleaning service was extremely basic. On the day of check out we had a late flight and asked to use the gym showers - have always done this at other hotels - however there was a $75 fee per person to use the gym / spa changing room showers. Completely outrageous.

Location was perfect ! View fantastic. Pool and restaurant staff so nice and accommodating. Waitstaff was great on the beach. Beach chairs free which was lovely but had to pay for the umbrella.

Our room looked clean but bathroom floors had dust and hair in corners. Bathroom missing door handle . Rooms are needing updating .

Loved our oceanfront junior suite looking right at the sand and ocean, balcony was great, room was well appointed and bed was super comfortable. Position was fantastic for exploring, sun beds being included was a big plus and having bikes accessible to ride around on was great. Will definitely be back.

The sun beds should have umbrellas included with them in the price of the room, to charge extra for just the umbrella when you already get the two beds doesn’t make any sense. Food served at the pool/beach was average and expensive for the quality. The room could do with proper cleaning behind the desk and around the tops of the table and bar area.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Miami. The staff consistently go above and beyond, and Gaby in particular has always helped ensure that I have a wonderful stay. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular, and everyone at the hotel made every effort to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The spa was a wonderful treat as well and made the experience even more relaxing. You truly can’t go wrong with a stay at the Eden Roc Miami Beach!

A localização é excelente, a estrutura do hotel é muito boa e a vista do quarto é excepcional. Café da manhã muito bom e atendimento excelente.

Nao fizeram reposição de água consumida nos quartos e também não recolheram os lixos que não estavam dentro da lixeira.

Great location! You can tell the outside a pool area are top priority because those where the only areas that were updated

Rooms were very dated. Strange tiling on the floor, no art in the rooms. Our door lock was broken. After we hiked up to the room with all our bags, we go to open the door and the key bracelets they gave us didn’t work. We had to go all the way back downstairs to get a regular room key. Maintenance came about 20 minutes after while we were getting dressed and told us they needed to replace the lock. Carpets were also very dirty! Overall, the stay was not worth the money. Even in the best part of the property (the pool) the bar was out of all the ingredients to make HALF of the drinks on their own menu.

Our one day stay at the Edec Rock hotel was nothing short of spectacular. Me and my friends came down for a day at the beach, looking to relax on a beautiful sunny day. We got one of their queen size days beds, which I highly recommend to anybody looking for additional comfort. Me and my friends were greeted by 2 amazing beach employees, Matias and Bryan. They were constantly checking up on us making sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay with them was simply amazing. If you ever stop by the Eden Rock Hotel, make sure to ask for Matias and Bryan at the beach for the upmost service!

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. There were three pools and two hot tubs. The choice of three restaurants was just right. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Location and amenities are the best.

Service at the beach was very slow. No place to change if you have a late flight. Room didn’t have a full length mirror and was dated. No adult pool.

Long wait times at check in. Only 1 clerk. No fridge in the room. No ice machine available to guest you have to request it from staff. Waited over 1 hr. and several calls to get ice. There is a "cooler" in the room stacked with overpriced drinks. Resort fee doesn't include an umbrella at the beach. This is the dumbest I ever heard. This hotel is geared to screw you at every turn. 2 drinks at the beach 45.00. Not for me. Our special treat was disappointing. I would stay more to the South Beach area. Just being honest for the next person.

Meh. Not a luxury experience at all. Cost me $5K for 2 nights with flight & I knew the moment I pulled up to the valet that the website photos were misleading. Needs a total, gut renovation. The wear & tear can be seen everywhere. Rooms are tired, lobby spaces are missing tiles, chipping paint, water stains, decor is jumbled/ not cohesive & lighting fixtures are old & dusty. Most important the service is slow if you get service at all. Beachfront is row upon row of beach chairs, no privacy & squished. A lineup at the beach hut to get a chair. Umbrellas are extra money. Guests are a mix of conference attendees & bachlorette parties & very young couples for a weekend warrior stay. DJ rave music pounding all day long. Conferences in every meeting space & common space possible. Food: the food at the beach is so lacklustre & small portions. I ordered guac/chips (salsa not included in the price if you can imagine) & one chicken sandwich & it was over $100US. Bottled water is $12US. No jugs of water at the beach huts, so you have to buy the bottled water. Bottled water took over 45 mins to arrive. Smell of old food on the beach because the half eaten, discarded food is just left on the side tables. Staff doesn't get to the plates & the birds start swarming to get the old food. Birds everywhere. I saw one bird bite a staff member. Overall very expensive & disappointing. Location: far drive from eveything. Boardwalk has a nice walking path. You must have a car (or Uber) & it is a 20 min drive to anywhere worth going to like South Beach or Sunny Isles. Gym: very very hot - next to no air conditioning at all. Positive: gym has windows with a good view & equipment was good & new. Overall takeaway: not the high end Miami experience I was hoping for at all. Positives: valet was quick (although very expensive at $60US per day & no self park parking option). Bike rentals were a lot fun & first hour was free but bikes were always rented so only got to use them once. Boardwalk on the beachside was very nice too.

Arrival door/luggage service excellent and welcoming. 2. Check-in staff friendly, welcoming, fun, professional. Excellent! 3. Room housekeeping excellent. 4. Beach service ans staff excellent. 5. Breakfast buffet, omelette lady on Saturday, excellent preparation. Our server Daphnee friendly, efficient, excellent. 6. We had a quick dinner at the Ocean Social, staff friendly, efficient and excellent. 7. Food is great, though by European standards, I feel different coffee types should be included in the breakfast buffet. Constructive criticism, if I may. Every staff member is happy to assist. Our needs and expectations are being attended to perfectly on this escape, thank you, ER.
