The hotel guests are treated as it should be. For example to reserve a table at the bar there is minimum charge between 225 to 1,500 per person depending on the day of the week. This is ridiculous.

I watched the show at Faena Theater in Miami yesterday, and it was absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is pure luxury — divine, elegant, and unforgettable. The delicious cocktails and beautiful venue make the whole evening feel truly special. But of course, the artists are the heart of the experience, and the level of performance was extraordinary. The technique, talent, passion, and artistry were simply breathtaking. Every act was impressive, but the duo straps act was the absolute cherry on the cake for me. I have honestly never seen anything like it. Their performance was pure love, passion, obsession, and sensuality, combined with incredibly difficult and daring tricks. The technique and level of artistry were unbelievable. I was completely speechless by the end of their act. If you are in Miami, you absolutely have to see this show. It is so much more than a performance — it is an incredible experience from beginning to end. One of the most beautiful, thrilling, and unforgettable performances I have ever seen. Absolutely mesmerizing! We went to see Obsession yesterday, and the show was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, it completely captures your attention and keeps you mesmerized. The dancers are stunning, talented, and incredibly beautiful. Every performance is elegant, tasteful, and visually breathtaking. The costumes, music, choreography, and atmosphere all come together perfectly. Everything is done with such great taste and attention to detail. I was totally thrilled and amazed by the talent and quality of the performers throughout in Obsession at the Faena theatre. The MC, Sophia, was an unbelievable vocalist. Her vocals never faltered considering the number of big songs she executed excellently. I witnessed some of the best aerial performers, straps artists and violinists I’ve seen. The dancers movement quality and smooth transitions were exceptional. I especially liked the boys tap number, which was choreographed really well. This seamless show had so much to offer. With such a wide variety of some of the best performers I’ve seen, I was so glad was able to experience Obsesison. I was definitely left wanting more. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and true show of the beauty of performance 👏🏻👏🏻

The Acts for Obsession at Faena Theatre were absolutely incredible. I recommend everyone to go and see it. Me and my friend had the most amazing time . Such a diverse range of talent. Sophia’s vocals and stage performance/presence, alongside all the beautiful range of acts of dancers/aerialists and violinist had everyone’s jaws on the floor! The bartenders really took great care and were very time efficient with every table. The atmosphere was exquisite and the energy/vibe was chefs kiss.

We had such a lovely family stay at Faena Beach. The property is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and the whole atmosphere feels fun but still relaxing. The kids had a great time, and we really enjoyed the service and amenities. Such a memorable family getaway!

I had an amazing staycation at this hotel. I cannot rave enough about the spa, I could literally spend all day there. Huge shout out to Rodrigo Miranda and Augustin from the pool area for making my pool day so special. They were both so professional, friendly and attentive and really made my pool day so much more special especially as a solo traveler. Thank you both!

What an outstanding show and experience! Everything was just so well executed and top notch. I’ve seen many of this type of show, but this one just blew me away with its incredibly talented cast and design. My server Kelsy was so attentive and truly was a standout of my entire trip to Miami, I felt so taken care of by her and the whole evening was just perfect!

Such an incredible show with so much amazing talent! Hayley was absolutely captivating to watch and truly one of the highlights of the night. The singer/MC was phenomenal—easily one of the best MCs I’ve seen in a long time and brought such great energy to the entire show. Everything from the performances to the service was fantastic. Our server was attentive, checked on us at all the right times, and was very mindful not to obstruct our view while serving, which we really appreciated. I was genuinely in awe of the entire experience from beginning to end. Such a talented cast and an unforgettable show. I would absolutely recommend it!

The most amazing experience at the Faena Theatre! Firstly, the venue is absolutely beautiful and our server, David, was wonderful. The show itself was hands down one of the best we have ever seen. Each act was uniquely beautiful and impressive.

Here’s the deal, I’m a Miami local who has the pleasure of getting to see the show basically as often as I desire to. And while I’m not sure I could ever truly get enough of it, I can confidently say I’m obsessed with OBSESSION!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Every time I attend the show the cast are giving it 100%!!! And every time I’m blown away by the TOP TALENT (seriously top of their game, top talent), dedication, energy, lights, music selection, food, drink, staff and of course the costumes!!! My mom loves it, my husband loves it, my friends love it, and I love it! Obsession is a variety show cabaret, meaning it doesn’t have a precise theme like Retro or Carmen did, but has a variety of acts, sounds, and texture to the show! I’ve even heard several people say Obsession is their favorite show at The Faena Theater yet!! There’s singing, dancing, aerials, violin, saxophone, tap dancing, duo aerials, water, FIRE, balloons, bottle walking!!!! You name it!! I don’t want to spoil too much but one of my favorite moments in the show is when the Host, Sophia, sings “You Don’t Own Me”. I get chills the entire time, every-time, and I think about it when I’m doing mundane life things. Obsession is my happy place! I know you’ll enjoy it too! Great for date nights, anniversaries, birthdays, group parties, vacation fun, Miami local nights, or seeing the arts!

Faena exceeded our expectations! From the Oceanfront Room to the room attentiveness to the delicious dinners at Los Fuegos and Pao to enjoying live music at The Living Room to the fabulous cabaret show Obsession at Faena Theater. Our only comment for improvement is that the lighting is too dark in Room 508, especially over the sink.

We were at Faena a while ago and we had a great service at the pool. The whole stuff is absolutely amazing. Our server at the pool was Rodrigo. Really great guy made sure our experience was unforgettable.

The place was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed the show—it was a top-level performance. Everyone was participating, having fun, and being amazed by the incredible singing, dancing, and music. The violinist was especially impressive! The food and drinks were delicious, and our waiter was very kind and attentive throughout the evening. He was always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Good evening, We came to the bar before dinner in your restaurant as planned with you. We couldn't go to the bar because of the shoes of one of the ladies. Look at the picture and tell me what the problem was...?? So we decided to leave the hotel and cancel the reservation also at the restaurant unfortunately. We also had a discussion at the reception with a manager , Mr. Amir, who was really not at all friendly and even really arrogant. How is it possible to have a manager with such a state of mind. We have already visited your hotel several times also as guests last January where we had three suites, but this will be the last time in your hotel. If this manager treats all your clients like this, don't be surprised that your business will fall. I myself own a company with more than 2,000 employees, but I will never accept that my staff treats customers in such a way. A very sad customer and family.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return again. I chose this hotel because I wanted to try something different, and there were many things I appreciated. The restaurant staff was excellent, the bellman was wonderful, and the front desk team was professional and welcoming. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a lounge or cocktail area where hotel guests can order drinks outside of the restaurant. A comfortable lounge with tables and seating would provide a relaxing place to unwind after dinner without the formality of dining in the restaurant. The lobby, with its beautiful cathedral-like space, has great potential but felt underused. It would make a perfect location for a guest lounge. During my stay, the weather was rainy, which made the need for a lounge even more apparent. It would have been nice to have a cozy place to sit, enjoy cocktails, and relax without any pretense. At this price point, I believe this additional amenity would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel is decent but not at all 5 star service. They try to be in some parts and lack in many other areas, but it is extremely inconsistent. For instance, some staff do not know about certain in room dining menu options and then tell you no, but on the menu it states specifically that they have it. Instead of saying no, they should 1. be knowledgable about the menu, and 2. if they don't know they should state so and find out. Also, some staff are rude and untrained in hospitatlity, it shows. Others are nice but do not accommodate for inconveniences they cause and always try to upsell you instead of making sure you are comfortable. You get the vibe they prioritize profits over repeat customer comfortability, which is not what you want at a five star hotel, and it not a smart business move for them if they want wealthy clients to return over and over again. You want them to feel like they care, and unfortunately they have many pitfalls

This is our sixth stay at Faena Miami Beach, and unfortunately it will likely be our last. Before arriving, we let the hotel know that we were returning guests and that we were visiting for a special family celebration. Despite being repeat guests, there was no acknowledgment of our loyalty at any point during our stay. That alone was disappointing, but the room situation made it significantly worse. We had reserved an approximately 890-square-foot Junior Suite with an ocean view. Instead, we were assigned a standard King room of approximately 712 square feet. When we questioned the change, we were told it was an “upgrade” because the room’s published rate was about $20 higher. From a guest’s perspective, receiving a substantially smaller room is not an upgrade, regardless of how the hotel prices the inventory. After expressing our concerns, the alternative offered still did not provide what we reserved or an upgrade , only a view of palm trees from a low floor. Considering this was July, during the slower season, the lack of flexibility was surprising. Another disappointment is the beach setup. Much of the beachfront directly in front of the hotel contains large rocks, yet hotel guests are generally restricted to lounge chairs in that section. The chairs in front of the best sandy portion of the beach are reserved for residence owners and their guests, even when many of those chairs remain empty. It creates the unfortunate impression that hotel guests are second-class customers despite paying premium rates. An ongoing issue has always been poolside and beach-side service, which is limited to only early afternoon service (no mornings, no late afternoon/evening before dark). In fact, several hours before sundown, you get kicked out of both the beach and pool areas. A consistent theme is that the hard product (the property itself) is beautiful, but the human experience — check-in, pool/beach service, attention from staff overall, spa policies, everything really — makes the hotel stay far from a luxury experience. Additionally, it should be noted that they are incredibly stingy with water. You get one 8 oz water per person at check in, and one 8 oz water at turndown. Housekeeping is told they are not allowed to give more water, and they lock the few areas where you could refill a reusable bottle so that you’re forced to purchase mini bar water. I find it cheap and tacky. What makes this especially frustrating is that Faena has so much going for it. The design is stunning and unlike anywhere else in Miami Beach. The lobby and public spaces are spectacular, and the bar has a lively, sophisticated atmosphere that remains one of our favorite places in the city. However, luxury hospitality is about more than beautiful interiors. It is about making guests feel valued. After six stays, we expected at least some recognition of our loyalty and a genuine effort to preserve the experience we booked. Instead, we were left feeling interchangeable and easily replaceable. We’re looking forward to the opening of the aman next door, but will probably stay at the Setai, the Edition, or the four seasons Surfside on our next trip in two months time. Those properties are just a better experience.

We booked our dinner reservations & our amazing experience at The Faena Theatre with the with the live Show OBSESSION with the lovely Hislande. She was so patient with me so genuine and was just giving out wonderful information of my upcoming night with the dinner & the live show. I couldn’t ask for a better reservation specialist than this young lady! What was the most beautiful gesture is that she followed up with me just to see how our evening went. Truly a 5 star rating. Such a kind gesture. Every person in this hotel, who I’ve interacted with has been Superb! They truly care about the customers experience! Last, but not least I cannot forget the gentleman who I spoke to on the telephone who went above and beyond to talk to me about the show Obsession , Wagner Guest Relations! We had an amazing experience at Faena Hotel while dining at Los Fuegos. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully prepared. The service throughout the evening was outstanding. Alejandro, the manager at Los Fuegos, made us feel truly welcome with his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. The valet parking service was equally impressive—prompt, courteous, and very helpful, making our arrival and departure smooth and effortless. Overall, Faena exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a peaceful and nurturing space. A special thank you to Ingrid, whose massage combined with Pranic Healing was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The treatment was deeply relaxing, incredibly restorative, and left me feeling lighter, balanced, and full of positive energy. We also had the privilege of participating in a beautiful Cacao Circle and Twin Hearts Meditation led by Agustina. The session was profound, heartfelt, and deeply moving. The way she guided us through the experience and connected it with the principles of Pranic Healing made it truly unforgettable. I could still feel the energy long after we left, and I found myself reflecting on the experience well into the night. It was amazing to witness how connected we all are and to experience the wisdom of Master Choa Kok Sui’s teachings in such a meaningful way. Every one of my friends absolutely loved the experience. What a treat the Obsession show was at The FaenaTheatre!! 🎭 My friends and I reserved and had no idea what to expect. It was spicy, sultry & very entertaining! Obsession was an experience! Beautifully aesthetic, tastefully risqué and, ravishingly sexy all served with class! I’m a professional circus artist and it isn’t common that I’m impressed with a cirque style show but Faena is delivering! Go check it out if you’re ready for some Miami Heat with a side of classy circus!

At Faena, you truly get a five-star experience from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, the team personally escorted us to our room to make sure it suited our family of four—a thoughtful touch that set the tone. The property is beautifully maintained with its signature, vibrant style, and walking toward the back, you’re greeted by the unmistakable aromas of Francis Mallmann’s restaurant. Service is clearly a priority here—consistently friendly, polished, and highly attentive. At this price point, you expect world-class service, and Faena absolutely delivers. While we didn’t dine in the restaurants, breakfast room service was excellent—well presented, warm, and delicious. We’re already looking forward to making this a more frequent stay. It’s a true luxury experience.

5 stars, no notes (except the key lime sando, which deserves its own standing ovation) Went last night and I’m still thinking about it. From the second it started, you could tell this wasn’t going to be a “sit politely and clap” kind of show — the choreography was razor sharp, the aerial work had me genuinely gasping, and the live singers and musicians gave the whole thing a heartbeat you don’t get from a backing track. Absolute favorite moment: watching Gabrielle tiptoe across a row of bottles like it was nothing. No wobble, no hesitation, just pure control. I have no idea how long that takes to perfect but I was fully holding my breath.. If you’re in Miami and want a night that’s equal parts theater, circus, and dinner party, this is it. Going back just for an excuse to eat that sando again.

We caught Obsession at the Faena Theater on July 4th and it was absolutely electric. From the moment the curtain rose, the red-drenched stage set a sultry, dramatic tone that carried through the entire night. The dancers were stunning — powerful, precise, and impossibly seductive, with an energy that never let up. The choreography, costumes, and lighting all came together into something that felt more like an experience than a show. If you’re in Miami Beach and want a night that’s equal parts glamorous and thrilling, Obsession is a must-see. We’ll be back!

The acrobat was extraordinary. The dancers and the musicians were engaging and energetic. The venue was intimate, elegant, and upscale. We all were uplifted by the performances. This made our celebration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of our United States most enjoyable and absolutely unforgettable.

Just wanted to say I booked myself a prenatal massage at the spa and being that I couldn’t use the amenities afterward (like the steam room/sauna etc because of my pregnancy), Sabina my new fav girly, worked her magic & was able to honor me by giving me a complimentary beach pass (instead of paying an extra $50 for a beach bed)! This woman needs a raise!!!

I actually wanted to complement the reservations team and especially Maria for an absolutely outstanding service . I had a last minute request for a dinner reservation surprise for a friend who was celebrating at the Los Fuegos. Maria want above and beyond to accommodate and make this surprise happen for us . I work in event planning and this is the type of service I always try to provide and I know how rare it is. Very impressed and appreciated ! We went to watch Obsession at Faena Theatre and it was increible. All the performers were outstanding. A sexy but classy show, it was a perfect evening. And Sophia, the MC, was outstanding.

Simply the best show in Miami! And honestly, one of the best shows I’ve ever seen! Every number is just unbelievable! The musicians are next level, the dancers are incredibly versatile, the singer and the acrobats, all of them are wonderful! You can’t miss this!

What an amazing experience - the singing the acrobatics the music - all of it was top notch! The food and drinks were also very yummy! A great night overall!

Last night, our group of ladies had the pleasure of attending Obsession show at the Faena Theater, and we were absolutely amazed. The performance was truly breathtaking — dynamic, captivating, emotional, and beautifully executed. Every detail was impressive: the choreography, the costumes, the artistry, and the incredible performers. It was one of those experiences that gives you goosebumps and stays with you long after the curtain falls. After the show, we continued our evening at , Living room for live music and cocktails where we enjoyed outstanding live music, incredible cocktails, and delicious desserts. The atmosphere was elegant, vibrant, and unforgettable. We had an absolutely wonderful time and are so grateful to Faena Hotel for creating such a magical experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special evening in Miami.

Impeccable, everything was perfect. Just one major flaw for Brazilians: no ice-cold beer. Since it was a vacation and leisure trip, I definitely missed that. Hahaha

The Faena Theater Obsession Show was stunning — incredibly sexy, passionate, and full of energy. The performers were amazing, and the live music made the entire experience even more magical. Every moment felt exciting and immersive. We also loved spending time at the Living Room afterward. Great cocktails, wonderful live music, and such a friendly, inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you want to stay much longer than planned. Highly recommend both experiences to anyone visiting Faena.

Found everything about the Hotel and their services close to excellent. Great location with easy access from the airport. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Miami.

Everything about the show was fantastic. Especially the girl in the birdcage, and doing the handstand, and the hoop!! And the couple at the finale - wow!

Obsession is worthy of obsession. A stunning show that rivals Cirque du Soleil and similar productions, in an intimate yet opulent setting. It’s alive, booming, and constantly expanding just within arm’s distance. Our server, Tatiana, was gracious, attentive, and quick to make us feel at home in this magical environment. I would return in a heartbeat.

The property itself is beautiful and still has one of the best atmospheres in Miami. The check-in staff was warm and attentive, and my spa provider was excellent and one of the highlights of the stay. The design, beach access, and overall aesthetic are what initially drew me to Faena for a birthday staycation.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the reputation or price point of the hotel. During dinner, a friend sent a bottle of rosé and a birthday card to my room. At 1:30am, I was woken up by room service asking to retrieve the table, which felt extremely inappropriate and disruptive. After being woken up that late, I could not fall back asleep, and it affected the rest of my stay the following day. To make matters worse, the room service attendant also removed the bottle and birthday card, which was very strange and disappointing. Beach service was also very delayed, and orders were repeatedly mixed up throughout the day. Lunch service in the courtyard was similarly slow, it took a long time just to be acknowledged, and we ultimately decided to eat at the beach and have drinks to go instead. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail felt noticeably below what I expected from a hotel that markets itself as one of the best luxury properties in Miami.

We absolutely love the show! Top circus arts, dancers, musicians and lady MC and singer. Such a beautiful show. The last circus arts duo on straps is the best of the best. We have never seen something like them.

An absolutely incredible show from beginning to end. The atmosphere, music, costumes, and energy were amazing, but the real highlight was the artists — incredibly talented, strong, and professional performers who kept the audience impressed the entire time. Every act felt powerful and emotional at the same time. You can truly see how much work and passion goes into this production.

I love the Obsession show! First off location , people who greets you , room cosy enough and intimate l! It started right in time! The servers was on top proactive service. Food was delicious.the show !!! Definitely must be attended! Dancers ! Singer , saxophonists ! The incredible aerialists — performers ! Couple at the end , fire performance! At this evening everything was perfect!! I was so impressed that we have this in Miami! Will go again ! I can say that it’s the best show I saw ! Thank you

The atmosphere, energy, and ambience was on point. What a sexy, classy evening. The saxaphone player was the highlight of the night.

We had an absolute blast at Pao! Our server Jeb really carried the whole experience from start to finish. He made excellent recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the menu. We were celebrating my brother in law’s birthday and we felt pampered the whole time. The general manager Cristian came to check on us multiple times and was very charming. We will definitely return soon.
