A lovely time in this hotel again. As always, it’s like Home from Home. Everybody makes such an effort to make your stay as amazing as possible. Eslam ans Karim were outstanding in reception. The best welcome I have received for such a late night arrival and their ongoing care throughout our stay. It was a pleasure to speak with them on a daily basis. The food was excellent and the food and beverage manager and his team could not do enough for you to make sure , your dining experience was everything that you needed it to be. I highly recommend the dinner on the beach for a special occasion not just a romantic one 😂 Special thanks to Hany (security) and Mohamed our room attendant nothing was too much trouble. There are too many staff to mention, but honestly, they will all go out of their way to make your stay an exceptional one. A little note on how pleasant the shop staff were in this hotel, no pressure to buy but would certainly recommend. Spa services were excellent as was Farid and Nora’s and Thomas from animation had the right balance with guests. The right price/value ratio. Thank you again!! Maloosh 7al

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti. Resort con una vasta gamma di attività interne, camera spaziosa dotata dei giusti comfort. La ristorazione buona nella maggior parte delle occasioni. La spiaggia con la sua barriera corallina é probabilmente la migliore tra quelle nella zona. Consigliato per chi cerca un ottimo rapporto tra comfort e natura. Qualità prezzo ottimo.

Отель чистый и ухоженный, оправдал все наши ожидания. Хорошее качественное питание. Пляж с рыбками и кораллами. В наше прибывание частые отливы и приливы, но это не сыграло ключевого значения. По мостику можно выйти и поплавать вдоль кораллового рифа. Из 12 дней 7 дней был красный флаг. Вечером развлекательные программы и атмосфера. Всё самое необходимое есть на территории, в целом рекомендуем.

La colazione è la classica internazionale. Per il resto è la cucina non è stata molto soddisfacente: piatti sempre uguali e speziati. La spiaggia è ampia e con molti ombrelloni ben distanziati. L’ingresso al mare è roccioso, per cui sono indispensabili le scarpette. Se vai sul molo e vai in mare vedi una meravigliosa varietà di pesci e la barriera corallina. C’è anche l’animazione, con personale bravo e simpatico.

La cucina è un po’ il punto debole: piatti sempre uguali e speziati. Un alto punto debole è la mancanza di personale alla reception che parla italiano

Lo staff era molto attento a qualsiasi nostra esigenza e molto amichevole. Olasana sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa. La chat WhatsApp utilissima.

Accoglienza, cortesia, assistenza, disponibilità sono tutte caratteristiche che puoi trovare al JAZ NEO REEF MARSA. La spiaggia è attrezzata con tutto quello che occorre per relax e comodità. Il mare cristallino, caldo e pieno di pesci di ogni tipo. Le stanze grandi, spaziose e pulite. Nessuna nota negativa da segnalare. Consigliato.

Ci è piaciuto tutto quanto, lo staff veramente gentile e cortese. Molto premuroso in tutto per tutto. Stiamo già pensando di ritornarci. Favoloso! Lo consiglio vivamente.

L’unica pecca è il gelato che mancava nel bar della spiaggia. È solo i cuscini un un po scomodi.

Struttura pulita e mantenuta bene. La posizione sulla barriera corallina era eccellente. Spiaggia spaziosa. Il personale è stato gentile, in particolare Omar roomkeeper sempre gentile e disponibile.

The hotel is peaceful, the rooms are beautiful, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. A special thanks to Mr. Karim at the reception. He is extremely professional, friendly, and always helpful. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. The food is good, fresh, and clean, and the snacks are absolutely delicious. The snorkeling experience was amazing, with beautiful coral reefs and plenty of colorful fish. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. All the staff—from housekeeping to the cleaning crew, the restaurant team, and the bar staff—work incredibly hard. They are dedicated, energetic, and always welcoming with a smile. A special thanks as well to the restaurant manager, who is very kind, attentive, and professional. This definitely won't be my last visit. I can't wait to come back again!

This was my first trip to Egypt, and I can honestly say that I could not have chosen a better hotel for my first experience. We stayed for 11 wonderful days, and from the very first day until the last one, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were very lucky with the weather because it was around 30°C, while usually at this time of year temperatures can reach 40°C. This made our vacation even more comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was absolutely wonderful — spacious, comfortable, and always perfectly clean. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. Fresh towels, beautiful towel decorations with flowers, daily bottled water, a perfectly working air conditioner, and a comfortable atmosphere made our stay even better. The hotel territory is simply beautiful. Everything is extremely clean, well maintained, and carefully looked after. The gardens, walking areas, and all common areas were always in perfect condition. There are three swimming pools, including one with a pool bar where guests can enjoy delicious drinks, cocktails, and ice cream. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The sea is literally one minute away. The beach is beautiful, and with coral shoes and a snorkeling mask you can discover an amazing underwater world right from the shore. We saw so many colorful fish! It is a perfect place for children, beginners, and everyone who loves the sea. There is also a pontoon where you can swim further and enjoy even more beautiful views. A special thank you to the lifeguards who were always attentive and truly cared about guests’ safety. I would like to give a very special thank you to the entire restaurant team, because they truly made a huge part of our vacation unforgettable. From the second day of our stay until the very last day, we felt exceptional attention and care from the whole restaurant department. The restaurant management, the executive chef, and the second chef were always present, friendly, and genuinely interested in the guests’ experience. During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they regularly came to the guests, asked if everything was good, if we enjoyed the food, and whether there was anything they could improve. This level of personal attention and care was truly impressive. The restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful. Starting from the second day, they remembered exactly which drinks we liked and brought them to our table before we even asked. Even with so many guests in the restaurant, they remembered people’s preferences and treated everyone with warmth, respect, and kindness. The service was outstanding. Dirty plates were removed immediately, the tables were always clean, and every employee was smiling, polite, and ready to help. They created such a welcoming atmosphere that every meal became not just breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but a beautiful experience filled with comfort and care. The food was always delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety of dishes, fresh fruits, desserts, and something for every taste. The quality of the food and the attention to detail were excellent. I would also like to give special thanks to the bar team. They prepared an absolutely amazing cocktail for me with blackcurrant juice and a salted rim on the glass. I had never tried anything like this before! It became my favorite drink during the entire vacation, and I was looking forward to enjoying it every day. Thank you for your creativity, attention, and for adding such a unique and unforgettable detail to our holiday. During our stay, we also had the opportunity to visit Luxor. Although the weather was extremely hot, this excursion was absolutely unforgettable. Luxor is incredibly beautiful and full of history. We were very lucky to visit the pharaohs’ tombs, and being inside these ancient places was a truly magical and emotional experience. It felt like traveling thousands of years back in time. Overall, this vacation was a dream come true. The beautiful hotel, amazing staff, wonderful location, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences made our stay perfect. Thank you to the entire hotel team for your hospitality, kindness, and hard work. You created an atmosphere where guests feel truly welcomed and cared for. I left with wonderful memories and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

Très bel hôtel avec 3 piscines et un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Remerciement spécial au manager Mr Shehab et une grande affection pour Omar au bar du lobby qui fait des cocktails délicieux et l'autre Omar qui nettoyait ma chambre et me laissait de magnifiques figurines avec les essuies-éponge. Bord de plage avec grosses pierres et un peu petite mais les nombreux transats et parasols ainsi que les garçons du Sand Bar qui vous demandent si vous voulez boire quelque chose sont plus qu'appréciables. On peut également y manger dehors les pieds dans le sable à midi sans aller au buffet à l'intérieur climatisé.

My the most favorite hotel,23rd visit now,services are excellent,rooms simple,but comfortable,food delicios.Hotel Is clean,staff very helpfull, all is rather the same,like before. But there are two things for me a little bit problematic. First, between JAZ Neo Reef and JAZ Maraya Elite is now security check - point.If You want to go from Grand or JAZ Neo to other hotels,You have to fill absolutelly stupid paper: name, destination, room number,nationality and time. It takes time,but it is nonsense, because nobody can check-it.I am coming there five time in a year six years, but this stupid system is new. Second,the general manager of both hotels JAZ Grand and JAZ Neo Reef does for me non acceptable decisions - He changes the staff between both hotels.But for me is very important come to my hotel and see wellknown faces.Because these wellknown faces know also me and thats the reason,why I am satisfied in this small hotel. These two hotels are very different,JAZ Grand is very big,with more then two thousand guests,but JAZ Neo is small, family hotel and that I prefare.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. There is blatant racial discrimination based on skin color, country of origin, and nationality, and the treatment from the reception staff was appalling. I had booked a four-night stay, yet on the third day, they called demanding I vacate the room immediately, claiming I had only booked for three nights—despite the fact that I have full proof of the four-night booking. Furthermore, upon check-in, I was given a document regarding water park access stating that my stay ran from the 6th to the 10th, with no access permitted thereafter; yet, I possess the booking confirmation email clearly showing a four-night reservation. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and I have all the evidence to back up my claims.

I booked a stay for 4 nights, but the hotel management came to me on the third night and informed me that I had to leave the room immediately, although I assured them that my reservation was for four nights. I asked them to see the registration form (RC) that I signed when logging in to confirm the duration of the reservation, but they refused to allow me to see it, and they informed me that I was not allowed to see it. After that, I checked the Aqua Park entrance paper that I received from the hotel, and found that it clearly states that I have the right to use the aqua park for 4 nights, which supports that the duration of my booked stay is four nights, not three

Very disappointing compared to last year. Food quality and variety have dropped significantly, frequent air-conditioning outages made nights uncomfortable and unprofessional handling of complaints made this stay very disappointing and not worth its current rating or price.

“My stay was honestly disappointing overall. The best part of the hotel was the beach, which was truly beautiful, and the staff were very friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout the stay. However, the hotel itself is very poor in terms of facilities and overall services. The quality of food and drinks was far below expectations and did not match the standard expected from a hotel experience. In addition, there was no proper animation team and almost no entertainment activities or evening shows, and the few events available were very weak and not enjoyable. Unfortunately, aside from the beach and the staff, the overall experience was not satisfying and I expected much better.”

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo resort e nel complesso la mia esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti di auto dall’aeroporto di Marsa Alam e dalla marina di Port Ghalib, in una posizione comoda per chi desidera spostarsi poco dopo l’arrivo. Il resort è relativamente piccolo, ma inserito all’interno di un ampio compound che ospita diversi hotel appartenenti al gruppo JAZ. La clientela è composta principalmente da ospiti tedeschi e arabi, mentre la presenza italiana è quasi assente. Sono presenti tre piscine e una spiaggia piacevole, con la possibilità di fare snorkeling sia direttamente dalla riva — anche in caso di vento o mare mosso — sia dal pontile, quando le condizioni del mare lo permettono. La cucina è buona e varia da un giorno all’altro, con proposte che soddisfano gusti diversi. La struttura non è nuovissima, ma è mantenuta in condizioni ancora buone e nel complesso risulta gradevole. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

I’ll start with the downsides: * The hotel seems to apply double standards when it comes to treating guests based on their nationality. If you speak German, you don’t have to queue for drinks, you receive VIP treatment throughout your stay, and German music is played from morning until night in a hotel that claims to be highly international. * If a staff member doesn’t speak English, they often become rude instead of trying to help. The phrase “two fried eggs” seemed completely incomprehensible to the cook. He became irritated and waved his hands, asking what I wanted. If you order two tomato juices, you may end up receiving mango juice because the staff simply doesn’t understand. * Wine is served diluted with water without being requested. * I asked the hotel to prepare a birthday surprise for my husband. Instead, they delivered a card to our room instructing the birthday guest to present himself at the reception desk—the very same place where I had arranged the surprise—making it impossible to keep it a secret. In the end, nothing was prepared at all. * The animation team does not engage with guests or encourage participation in activities and games. * Drinks in the room minibar are not replenished. * The beach bar runs out of ice, lemons, and mint every day after 4 p.m. Even when guests ask for these items to be restocked, the staff shows little interest in helping. * The water in the main swimming pool is cloudy. Advantages: * Good food. * Clean facilities. * No problem finding available sunbeds. * Beautiful garden.

We loved our room. Being in the first row facing the sea, the view was absolutely stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was that the food variety was somewhat limited.

The food selection could be improved, and I found the air conditioning too strong, even after adjusting it to the lowest setting.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and it’s definitely a place I’d love to visit again. The sea and coral reefs are beautiful, the beach is very well organized, and the quality of both the food and the service was excellent. Although the breakfast variety could be a bit wider, the quality was always consistent and very good. Special thanks to Gedo, Mohamed, and Amilla from the animation team for their great energy and friendliness. A big thanks as well to Ibrahim the barista definitely go to him if you want one of the best cocktails here. Also, many thanks to Chef Hossam, and to Hamdy and Youssef in the restaurant, who were always welcoming and smiling while serving guests.

Das JAZ Neo Reef ist ein wunderbares Hotel für alle, die Erholung, Sonne und ein traumhaftes Hausriff suchen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, modern gestaltet und bietet eine entspannte Atmosphäre direkt am Roten Meer. Besonders beeindruckend ist das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und frisch, mit einer guten Auswahl an internationalen und lokalen Spezialitäten. Auch der Service im Restaurant und an den Bars ist hervorragend. Ein echtes Highlight ist das wunderschöne Riff direkt am Hotel – ideal zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Die Unterwasserwelt ist faszinierend und macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Gleichzeitig sollte der Schutz der Korallen und Meeresbewohner noch stärker kontrolliert werden. Leider gibt es immer wieder Touristen, die auf Korallen laufen oder die empfindliche Unterwasserwelt beschädigen. Hier wären deutlich sichtbare Hinweisschilder und konsequente Strafen sinnvoll – zum Beispiel hohe Geldstrafen von bis zu 1.000 Euro –, um das einzigartige Ökosystem besser zu schützen. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub in Marsa Alam. Klare Weiterempfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Ottimo il cibo e soprattutto vario. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto e affaccia su un mare bellissimo subito sul reef L'animazione e gli spettacoli serali sono sempre coinvolgenti, interessantie mai ripetitivi! .

Unica pecca è che quando siamo andati a fare un'escursione, il pranzo al sacco che ci hanno preparato era davvero terribile. Un mandarino un muffin e un panino duro di chissà quanti giorni con dentro solo del formaggio. Però è davvero l'unica cosa perché per il resto tutto perfetto!!

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, bella posizione nella baia di Coraya, possibilità di utilizzare anche la spiaggia delle altre strutture, la passeggiata di 4 km a/r che unisce tutte le strutture della baia

Sinon, pour la critique, au restaurant, le service est tellement efficace que tout est débarrassé sur le champ dès que vous vous absentez, L'inconvénient est que vous n'avez pas le temps de revenir avec une assiette pleine que d'autres touristes auront peut être déjà pris votre table, il faut laisser un objet personnel pour ne pas se la faire piquer ...

La spiaggia, il cibo, la cortesia dello staff, la posizione vicino all'areoporto

I lettini in spiaggia molto datati e parecchi rotti. Il ristorante all inclisive in spiaggia (tra l'altro con cibo ottimo) che dovrebbe chiudere alle 17 in realtá dalle 16:30 non dava più cibo ma se mi dici che chiudi alle 17 il cibo lo devi dare e le pulizie le inizi dopo le 17. Il bar in spiaggia chiude invece alle 18 ma già dalle 16:30 tolgono le sedie dai tavoli per portarle nella terrazza per la sera e questo fa si che se vuoi andare a fare una bevuta o una partita a carte alle 17 il bar è aperto ma non c'è posto per stare seduti non essendoci più sedie. Cosa molto sgradevole. L'orario che va dalle 17 alle 19 (inizio della cena) è scoperto da qualsiasi tipo di cibo. Se hai voglia di uno spuntino o di qualsisi altra cosa da mangiare in quell'orario non esiste e per noi Italiani abituati a stare in spiaggia nell'orario più bello (dalle 17 alle 19) e magari fare un aperitivo prima di andare in camera a prepararsi per la cena è impossibile farlo!! Infine il wifi che prende (se prende) male saltando di continuo la connessione (a parte in camera e nella hall). Camerieri al ristorante fin troppo servizievoli che tolgono il piatto dal tavolo anche se ancora stai mangiando.

Umgebung, mehr wie perfekt 😍 mit einem tollen Riff zum Schnorchel 🤿 und tauchen 🤿 2 Kilometer lang gepflasterte Weg zum Joggen 🏃‍♀️ und gemütliche Spaziergänge am Meer❤️ Strand sehr schön wo man sich sehr schön entspannen kann. Alles war okay 👌 außer einfach zu viel Lärm in Essen 🥘 Saal. Wir haben nur gefehlt, par kleine Restaurant, wo man entspannt in Ruhe essen kann😊

I want to start by saying that I have visited Egypt around 15 times, and I usually stay in 5-star hotels. This time, I was honestly a bit worried about choosing a 4-star hotel but I can say now that I was completely, pleasantly surprised. First of all, the attitude of the entire hotel staff is truly exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. They genuinely care about the guests, constantly improving both the experience and the mood of your stay. I’m sincerely grateful to every single person working here. The level of service honestly feels like a 5-star hotel, and in many ways, it’s even better than some of the 5-star places I’ve stayed at before. I would also like to give special thanks to the kitchen team and Abdel Latif. He was always kind, open, and happy to answer all my questions about the dishes. What impressed me most was how personally involved he is making sure that every guest enjoys the food and feels satisfied. He also showed genuine interest in my national cuisine, asking about dishes that could be introduced in the hotel, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The food here is absolutely outstanding. The quality, variety, and especially the amount of seafood are beyond anything I’ve experienced in most hotels. I am truly happy that I chose this place. I’m grateful to everyone here, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—it’s simply amazing.

Vacanza di 7 giorni con mio padre. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero molto positivo. La cucina è stata una delle sorprese migliori: ampia varietà di piatti con specialità egiziane e internazionali. Da italiano posso dire di essere rimasto soddisfatto anche delle proposte di cucina italiana, che pur non essendo eccezionali, erano comunque molto buone. Molto apprezzato il live cooking, presente su diverse preparazioni. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile: ambienti sempre ordinati e camere curate quotidianamente dallo staff, con cambio regolare di lenzuola e salviette. L’accesso al mare è uno dei punti di forza del resort. Si può entrare direttamente dalla spiaggia sulla barriera corallina, che in quel tratto è davvero spettacolare, ricca di pesci e vita marina, come un acquario. Inoltre, tramite il molo si accede al mare aperto: una struttura perfetta anche per osservare il mare dall’alto e godersi un’alba davvero suggestiva. Ottima anche la posizione: nelle vicinanze parte una strada lungomare ideale per correre o passeggiare, che permette di raggiungere facilmente una piccola baia più riparata dal vento. In generale, la posizione del resort è perfetta anche nelle giornate ventose, perché garantisce sempre la possibilità di fare il bagno. Molto apprezzate anche le zone con sdraio riparate dal vento. Animazione serale di alto livello: ogni sera uno spettacolo diverso, con performer davvero bravi. Un ringraziamento speciale a Hani, che ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e professionalità e con cui è stato facile comunicare anche in italiano. Un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza quando si è all’estero. Consigliato senza dubbi. Torneremo sicuramente.

In alcuni casi i venditori di Esperienze e Tour sono un po' troppo presenti sulla spiaggia. Le porte e i serramenti vecchi sono l'unica pecca delle stanze e andrebbero sostituiti. Mi permetto anche di consigliare di aggiungere una descrizione sotto i piatti serviti al buffet, tutto molto buono ma sarebbe interessante sapere cosa si sta assaggiando anche solo per curiosità gastronomica.

je n'ai pas dormi dans cet hôtel mais on m'a encaissé la nuit. Je suis donc très insatisfaite !!! C'est du vol ! J'ai donc fais opposition de ma CB dès mon retour.

La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti dall'aeropoerto. Reef facilmente accessibile e un vero e proprio acquario a poca distanza dalla spiaggia. Staff premuroso e gentile, ristorazione al top con ampia possibilità di scelta e menù ogni giorno diverso, drink sempre disponibili in spiaggia come anche nelle 3 piscine. Stanze pulitissime, letti molto comodi ed aree verdi ovunque curate. Oltre alle attività ricreative (yoga, aquagym ecc.) è possibile costeggiare tutta la Coraya Bay in una passeggiata che si estende per oltre 2 chilometri e tocca tutti i resort del gruppo Jaz, nei quali si può fare uso di ombrelloni e lettini. Animazione simpatica ma discreta, spettacoli serali molto carini. Insomma una settimana di relax, coccole e bellezza!

I am visiting this hotel from October 2020 and I am very satisfied.Small hotel in Madinat Coraya, very close to airport (5 km),simple, but comfortable rooms with minibar,TV,aircondition,shower, toilet,terase.House keeping every day,also changing beach towels.Food AI Inc.,very tasty And big selection.Bar in lobby,pool bar,beach bar.Three pools, one of them Is heated.Beach near the hotel,two lagoons and marina for snorkel and dive.(Diving centre in hotel area).Trips and taxi possible in lobby. Many shops and ATM also in lobby.Massage, beauty salon and sauna extra charged, but phantastic. Animation team And kids club seven days in week. Staff very helpful and friendly. Romantic dinner ala carte offered.(extra paid).Perfect holiday for all.

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and what can I say — everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to every need, and the level of cleanliness and organization was impeccable.What truly made a lasting impression on me, however, was Abdel Latief Said (Executive Sous Chef). I explained my dietary requirements (gluten-free), and for the entire week he personally took care of ensuring I had exactly what I needed, safely prepared and free from any cross-contamination.He even asked me at both lunch and dinner what I would prefer to eat. Simply the best!

A well-maintained resort with a magnificent reef right off the shore. Peace and quiet, with almost no children. No problem getting sunbeds, and the staff are unobtrusive and helpful. Close to the airport. A beautiful 2-kilometer promenade around the bay begins near the hotel.

The rooms could definitely use some modernization or at least a refresh. At a seaside location, I'd expect more fish and seafood on the menu. We were a larger group, and not everyone got the sea-view rooms we'd booked.

Amazing food and amazing chef Abd Ellateif Elgndy and his great team. We all enjoyed it very much. The food was very tasty and every day there was something different. I was especially excited that an Egyptian specialty was also served every day. Incredibly good soup molokhia, koshari, feteer. And I can't forget to mention the head pastry chef Ahmed Mohamed Fawzy, his amazing cakes, yum. I definitely highly recommend the hotel for that. Pavla

Posizione comodissima a poca distanza dall'aeroporto che si raggiunge in 15 minuti di taxi. Mare bellissimo. Il cibo ci ha sempre soddisfatti. Ottima pulizia. Perfetto per rilassarsi senza pensieri.

La posizione del resort è ottimale. Hai accesso a tutte le strutture del complesso e la caletta privata del resort è bellissima con la possibilità di nuotare anche con bandiera rossa, grazie alla posizione protetta (abbiamo soggiornato a marzo). Ottime le escursioni organizzate direttamente dal resort con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliamo infatti di prenotare tutto in struttura. Un grazie particolare a Souad, ottima guida a Luxor, Yasser, fantastico autista, il dottore è l'infermiere della struttura (carini gentili e disponibili), Khaled all'ingresso per la prenotazione delle escursioni e Dada come istruttore di snorkeling. Unici, simpatici, disponibili. Cucina egiziana buonissima. Consigliatissimo!

Posizione comodissima. 10 min di macchina dall’aeroporto di Marsa Alam. Spazi esterni molto belli e tenuti bene. La camera era pulita ma un po’ vecchia. Personale gentilissimo. Nel prezzo della camera è compreso tutto il cibo e le bevande ( anche alcolici). Fanno attività gratuite tipo ginnastica, yoga e acqua gim. C’è la barriera corallina nei primi metri di spiaggia quindi si può fare snorkeling.

We were absolutely thrilled with the location – Coraya Bay proved to be the perfect place for snorkeling – both for adults from the pier and for children from the beach in shallow water. The resort was divided into many smaller areas, with numerous pools, bars, etc. All the staff members were very kind and helpful and treated the children nicely. The Aquapark for children was well designed, everything was functional and clean, and there were plenty of lifeguards watching over the children.

The resort is a bit older, but very well maintained. However, if you are looking for a more luxurious design, you should look elsewhere. The selection of food was more Western-style; being by the sea, we would have expected more seafood and fish... But otherwise, it was very diverse and tasty.

Beautiful location, very helpful and funny staff, good food options, a motivated and kind manager, a clean room. I was there on my birthday and the staff brought me a birthday cake with a candle and even sang for me :) We will come again :)

There was nothing I could complain about :)
