Great location, handy to everything we needed and easy access to the motorway, parking was tight but was nice to have it available and easily accessible. Beds very comfortable

Rooms not very soundproof, unfortunately we had a rowdy bunch surrounding us in multiple rooms who liked to socialise in the corridor. Basic facilities but as we were out and about it didn’t bother us

Clean, comfortable room. Well priced and well located for my needs.

Lack of parking. Additional parking available but quite a walk on a very wet windy night. Disappointing dining. Opted to dine in the bar. Pasta OK but lacked seasoning. Cauliflower dish very poor. Very very small, mushy and disappointing with flavours unbalanced. Spoke to bar person who said he would speak to Chef but later referred to the matter in a slightly joking way.

Instructions on how to use the TV. Nothing available to tell you how to stream from your device to the TV. I had to get two staff members to come and try....

Room - we got an early checkin as requested.

Clean and comfortable. It was quiet despite being next to a busy road and the staff were helpful.

The room was not somewhere that I could do a whole lot more than just sleep. It was quite small.

Very close to the private hospital, short 2 minute walk away. Small room but comfortable beds, very good price.

Popular hotel complex with Novatel hotel adjoining so car park is very busy.

Bar staff were amazing. As in exceptionally amazing. Note there was one issue with a drunk individual who who stumbled in which was generally handled well. Food was good. lighting for doing jigsaws puzzles was a little hard, but generally good.

A colleague's bed seemed to have been broken. Parking was a little tight for some of the larger cards and the corner just past reception. Navigation with construction sight from racecourse venue was a challenge - especially at night where they closed some access.

The sheet on the bed wasn't breathable so it was hot. and didn't sleep well.

The bathrooms were odd and the half circle took up so much space in the already tiny room - wasn’t very clean as I stood on someone’s old false eyelashes.

The flusher on the toilet was on the fritz, so had to try several times to flush. The location of the toilet roll holder being under the sink was very bizarre. We discovered accidentally that our key card worked on literally every other door, as when bringing bags up, room number was forgotten so tried it and got access (presuming we’d only be able to get in to ours). No heads-up that parking was first in-first serve, and is a further $23 a day. So, not guaranteed, but if you get one, you’ll be charged for it. Very strange.

Staff were great, the location was excellent considering we attended an event at Ellerslie Racecourse. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were the best.

Rooms were quite cramped. We also had an accessible room - bathroom was great but the bedroom was too tiny for a wheelchair/walker. Also the accessible room was the furthest room from reception. Wifi was also rubbish.

We asked for a room close to lifts due to mobility issues, ours was at the end of oassage No parking for disability parking and took ages to find unsuitable parking then had to pay for it

Found hair in shower.. but major as finding unknown peoples hair in white shower tray a bit yucky. Also parking charge seems excessive and hot or miss with availability

Breakfast always has a good variety of items to choose from. For this reason I try items that would be expensive for me to buy a packet of the items from a store..

The evening meal I had to choose from a printed sheet. I would prefer to have as I have had in the past, a range of items, particularly vegetables, that I could select what I wanted.

Location was great for us, we wanted to go to ikea and visit the night market. Rooms were small but very well appointed. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic.

The fridge was a little noisy especially at night when everything was quiet. The TV didn't connect to the internet but not a big deal.

There was lots noise in the corridors - people shouting at all hours and banging doors.

Friendly reception staff and cleaning service staff. Comfy bed and good shower pressure. Clean room. Nice sheets.

Room had a leak. Back of shower leaking through bottom of the wall into room making carpet wet and everything stored in this area. Told reception after first morning once noticed but nothing done about it. Water also escapes all through the bathroom from the shower as door has massive gap at the bottom. This gets the toilet paper damp as is stored so low. Not much milk. Tiny packs with a dribble in them. Nowhere for the jug to go apart from the desk. Tea and coffee stored in a wardrobe. No space for bags/suitcases to be put safely. Bar staff wanting to close early all the time even though we were spending thousands. Restaurant staff rude, neglectful and extremely slow at service to the point we ate from the bar menu the restaurant service was so bad.

The location is pretty good

The first in first serve for the car parking and the honour system of telling them to then charge you sort of sucks. The lack of hand towels in the bathroom was strange. Should be standard. Easily hear any people out in the hallway, so if drunk ppl come back it’s noticeable.

Room 2037, the ventilation fan in bathroom was running very loud the whole night! No switch to turn it off. It was louder than sitting in a smallel plane close to the engines!

朝食の時、サラダにかけるドレッシングが見当たらずスタッフに確認したが、ないと言われてしまった。ケチャップやソースを勧められたが、ドレッシングは、置いてほしい。 早朝、宿泊客たちの（アジア人）廊下を歩く時の話し声が大きすぎて目が覚めた。他の宿泊客の迷惑にならないように注意喚起の張り紙でもしてほしい。
