Hotel showing it"s age, overall hotel needs a good cleaning carpets in hallways were stained, dirty, rooms are OK but could use updating, bed mattress needs to be turned and rotated on regular basis. Hotel needs a family style restaurant, the sit down restaurant attached to hotel is only Chinese food, Gordon Ramsay restaurant is over priced. The food offerings in Casino are OK but very very limited, Starbucks location again OK but limited food options as it is a coffee shop and hotel in my opinion is overpriced the only advantage is convenience to casino. I doubt that we will every stay there again, other hotels in area appear to offer better deals and food variety.

The location with the proximity to the Canada Line was great for getting around to the places we wanted to go to. We have stayed here a few times and it has always been a good snd pleasant stay.

I liked that when we arrived and had a complaint about the yapping dogs next door, the manager stepped right up to make us happy and moved us to another room. 😀

Dinner in the Chairman’s Lounge was very good but could have been better in my view.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, bis auf den versprochenen Laptop Safe. Den habe ich nicht gefunden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist einigermassen ok, da sich das Hotel in Flughafen-Nähe befindet, falls man das sucht. Ansonsten ist es um das Hotel herum eher etwas trostlos. Besonders gut ist die Nähe zum Night Market, den man fussläufig erreichen kann.

Ich hatte explizit nach einem Hotelzimmer mit Laptop-Safe gesucht. So stand es auch in der Beschreibung. Aber im Hotelzimmer habe ich vergeblich nach dem Laptop-Safe gesucht. Auch habe ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Yachthafen gewählt. Wir hatten zwar den Ausblick Richtung Yachthafen, aber der grösste Anblick war das Dach des Vorgebäudes. Und von Yachten war nichts zu sehen. Bei Ankunft war es sehr verwirrend, in welchem Gebäude unsere Rezeption ist und wo der für uns geltende Eingang ist. Es sollte auch ein Bereich ausgewiesen sein, wo man kurz halten kann, um Koffer ein- oder auszuladen, und wo man nicht die Fire Lane blockiert.

It was an amazing stay, from the lovley stuff at the Reception over the Concierge to the stuff at the Bar/Restaurant. We got in additional an free Upgrade of the Room to the executive Suite. The Hotel + Restaurants and Casino has everything for a great stay and we have immediately booked it again for another night during our trip.

Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, auch das Hotel aus uns grundsätzlich gefallen. Das meiste Personal war sehr zuvor kommend und freundlich. Das Sushi Restaurant war sehr gut und ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Was uns weniger gefallen hat war das veraltete Zimmer mit dicken, alten Teppichen. Das hat sich sehr unhygienisch angefüllt. Auch die Tatsache, dass uns das Zimmer 3x auf der Kreditkarte belastet wurde und die Dame an der Rezeption damit vollkommen überfordert war und keine Ahnung hatte, wie man das Problem löst, ist uns sehr negativ aufgefallen.

the room was great but needs a deep clean and a refresh. Staff as always - fantastic. Hotel is our favourite as it is convenient and has excellent facilities including food, Starbucks , store and riverside walk

once again parkade elevator broken , no warning no signage. we saw handicapped wheelchair people struggling to find secondary elevator..how hard is it to put up a sign that helps people. room is great but needs a deep clean to eliminate grout mold and fix ripped and torn wallpaper

The bed is our only complaint. The bed was uncomfortable and the middle was sagging causing you to roll into it.

Our room was very clean, entering the casino side of the resort was very impressive with the double curved escalators, Starbucks convince, and adorable gift shop. The pool was spectacular, my daughter loved it so much that it’s all she wanted to do. There were security cameras on every floor and elevators, and the security team at the casino were very helpful and friendly.

It was slightly inconvenient to get to the pool, and the process to get towels there was a bit daunting.

Location is great. 2 stops on the SkyTrain from YVR airport on the line to downtown Vancouver. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Check-in staff were very friendly.

To access the property from the SkyTrain you go across a sky bridge, pass through the casino car park then down into a lobby for check-in. But the hotel is across the road and we had passed by the elevator that would have taken us directly to the actual hotel lobby (no signs). To get food from the casino food court you had to go through security (photos taken, ID checked etc) just to get a burger or Asian takeout. A bit of a hassle.

Clean, beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower exceeded expectations. Never waited for an elevator. Close to the train. Didn't gamble so can't rate that but easy access to the food court and other restaurants. Close to the airport and taxi's are quickly available.

Clean, new linen’s pillow and sheets, nice towels and excellent washroom , air in room was very clean and quiet!

Didn’t like getting ID every time I walked in casino and my younger kids having to show 2pcs of ID, it was like going to a prison every time I entered the casino! There were 3 dealers who were nice the whole time and the rest were snobby attitude peeps, security had a bad attitude aswell. Hotel guests should get a special pass to by pass security, especially when you’re spending top dollar like that !

The bathroom does not have ventilation, so the smell would get outside to the bedroom even though you close the door the whole time.

location close to airport and across the street from the casino. nice clean and spacious room. friendly staff that brought extra towels right away. casino had food and beverages available throughout the night as we arrived late. convenient. wish i would have won $$ instead of losing more ;-)

parking is free but a little far. the staff let you unload in the entrance, but the parking is a block away.

they upgraded me again this year I stay in their hotel and this time the room without the stairs which was more ideal for my hadicapped mom

the hotel resort did not hv much facility to do except the small casino and bedrooms, not too many choices of restaurants at least no Asian foods offered

location great - connected to the sky train and from there easy access to downtown / airport or shopping center. very comfortable bed, linen, pillow, towels.

no buffet breakfast price - but i assume that the world cup had a lot to do with that

Booking.com screwed me over on the price. It was cheaper at another website that rhymes with Expedia but Booking implied the non refundable price was all inclusive. Until I clicked it and found out the Booking price was $200 more, nonrefundable, than the other price that was refundable. Will be my last booking.com booking.

Starbucks only took cash because of a sale but thought that could have been dealt with by them and not inconvenienced a lot of customers who wanted to buy something. Who has cash these days.

Staff at loundge restaurant the chairman's room was rude and unfriendly: first I didn't feel welcome but a disturbance of her day; I only asked to sit outside and that gets her into swearing 'jesus' stating it's rainning outside but was an acceptable partly sunny day. It was an asian looking lady with a Philippines accent. Really don't like my experience.

Location and accessibility to Canada Line to YVR airport, size of the room is good, helpful staff and there is a pool and hot tub (though pool/hot tuv can be cleaned or maintained better).

The hotel is starting to look dated, the lights, carpet, and wallpaper. The wallpaper in my bathroom is starting to peel, the shampoo dispenser was getting stuck, and the bathtub faucet seems broken and difficult to turn on. No fridge, no complimentary continental breakfast, so for the price of $350 per night for standard two queen beds, I expected something better or more.

Easy access from the airport via the skytrain. Escalator leads to hotel elevators. I use public transportation so it’s the perfect location. Many stores and restaurants at nearby at Richmond shopping malls. The Sea Harbour restaurant on site has great dim sum.
