staffs are supportive and welcomimg
bed set is not fluffy and comfortable
Very nice stay at this Westin; staff were very friendly and our room was available a little earlier than expected. Parking was convenient. Location was great as we were attending the Richmond Night Market just a couple blocks away.
Location and amenities
Surprises on last everything. At arrival we were told parking is not free and we have to pay 30 dollars per night. Despite the booking having breakfast included we were told only 2 adults can have breakfast and we have to pay for the 3rd adult. To top is all up, on the last day we were charged an " extra adult fee" for each night!!!! Will definitely not stay here next and will not recommend this property.
Quiet, clean, great staff, good food, skytrain very close. Complementary coffee tea & cookies doesn’t hurt the scoring either
There was nothing during my stay that I could point to
Very close to airport
Didn’t have airport shuttle service 24 hours
Friendly, professional, Clearly interested in creating a great stay!
The hotel is a short drive from the airport and they provide a free shuttle bus that runs every 30mins. We were only there for a 1 night stay and enjoyed a late check out, the use of their gym and pool. Having the onsite restaurant (although a tad overpriced) also made it convenient.
Getting to the pool and gym is a bit of a "rabbit warren". It would have been nice to have had access to the outdoor area from the pool. I think this hotel is over-priced but it seems that all hotels close to the airport in Vancouver are ridiculously expensive. The service in the restaurant could have been better too.
We enjoyed an overnight stay at the Westin Wall Centre. Location is right in the thick of it all, near to the airport complex. The rooms are very nice, clean, and the property was clean. No club lounge available, but they did offer breakfast (very good BTW) in the main level restaurant instead of points for those with status. Parking is adjacent. Pool and hot tub are on the back of the property and indoors. Great visit.
From start to finish, our experience was amazing. The gal who checked us in gave us each a complementary drink for my 50th birthday.. Snacks and sparkling water was also placed in our room with a happy birthday message. The food in the restaurant was incredible. All the staff were very professional and friendly. Hotel is very nice and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Vancouver.
Everything was great, staff was friendly and free shuttle to airport is great. Amenities were great too
Sign for hot tub that only greater than 16 ages can do it, never seen that before
We booked with you for one night, July 6. On July 5th, our daughter's first baby died after one hour of life. It was very traumatic, and we needed to be with her. She was born 5 weeks too early. We just could not leave that day, but did stay at the Westin on Tuesday, the 7th, at our expense. Could you please help me to get reimbursed for what we paid Booking for the 6th? You did have use get insurance for the 6th, but I'm not techy (82 yo) and don't know how.
This was a very nice property with helpful, friendly staff. The pros outweighed the cons but sharing details here to help other travelers. Great beds, nice linens and towels, friendly helpful service. The hotel definitely has a higher-end, luxury feel to it. The neighborhood felt very safe and lots of fantastic Asian dining choices nearby. Parking in the garage was very convenient and close to lobby although parking fees are way too high. My room was very humid throughout the trip but they were able provide a dehumidifier which corrected the issue. I also found that the air conditioning barely got the room cool enough on lowest setting. The bedding is the typical Westin heavy down comforters so I had to request thinner blankets. We weren't there on a hot weekend so I would have excepted the AC to work better. Also, as is typical of Westin hotels, there was no small shop to purchase snacks/drinks/toiletries. I realize this is common amongst luxury hotels but it's a big inconvenience for guests - I needed hairspray but had to drive to purchase some. It's nice to be able to grab and snack and drink in the evening to bring to the room. I feel like people of all demographics would appreciate a little convenience while traveling. Personally, I'm still looking for a chain that combines the right combo of luxury + convenience. I may or may not stay again. I would be concerned about staying again and having the dehumidifiers all out of stock as the room felt quite like a steam sauna without that amenity. I may be more inclined to return in winter.
Quarto muito bom
O restaurante deixou a desejar! Caro e ruim.
Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms, convenient airport shuttle, great service. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant. Two blocks from Skyline Metro stop. Friendly and caring staff.
PRO: Great location close to airport, subway stop. Definitely recommend river view with nice view of city and mountains in the background. Noise insulation was great as we could see occasional airplanes land nearby and barely even hear the airplane. No noise heard from neighbors so slept very well. As platinum elite member, they offered free breakfast and drinks at lobby restaurant while they were open. My son had breakfast and was very pleased. I did not try their breakfast as I opted to take advantage of nearby Chinese/Taiwanese breakfast options in city of Richmond instead. Westin showers with the great water pressure is always a favorite of ours and the extra tub is nice addition to the bathroom. Complimentary airport shuttle is a nice perk as well. Allows dogs with no extra fee. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Richmond Night Market (Fri/Sat/Sun evenings) CON: no lounge at this hotel, which was a disappointment. Although the carpet was better than typical hotel carpets, would have still preferred more modern non-carpeted flooring. Parking garage was odd, with no direct connection between the hotel and garage, just have to walk through the car entrance basically to get to and from hotel, so don't make the mistake I made of trying to find a connecting door just to set off the alarm. Overall, wonderful hotel and would definitely come back next time I'm in Vancouver!
I cannot stress how amazing my stay was at The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport! The airport shuttle, staff, the room, The Apron restaurant were simply incredible! I had no idea The Apron restaurant had a gluten allergy menu! So good!! Now, Mr. Jonas! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your recommendations and directions were spot on! Thank you for your kindness! I will tell others and I will return!
Came for a wedding and Evelyn and Terri were wonderful! Evelyn is a top-notch server and Terri was great at coordinating the wedding. Would 100% recommend!

Clean quiet and modern
Restaurant was too high priced for what they served
Rose refreshed our room and it was perfect! She was so kind and honestly we would come back just to see her again! This hotel is lucky to have her.
Spacious room, big beds
Pool icy cold
Everything was good and comfortable
nothing
I very well appointed hotel with a great staff. There's a nice restaurant on the property but also a few places within a short walk. We stated here one night in preparation for our Alaska cruise. The hotel is one block away from the train, which will take you 2 blocks away from the port, which is very convenient.
The rooms were very nice, but the amount of noise penetrating from the hallway was surprising. I could easily hear doors closing in nearby rooms and people talking in the hallway.
Very comfortable accommodation.
Nothing.
Breakfast was one of the best we have had, our server was welcoming and professional.
服務人員態度非常親切
Clean, quiet comfortable good facilities excellent restaurant
So comfortable clean staff amazing and location
Clean, quiet, oasis near the Vancouver airport. Staff very responsive to needs and extremely friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and shower pressure perfect.
Nothing
The restaurant served amazing dishes at happy hour. The clams were the best I have eaten in 2 decades. Friendly available staff.
不夠安靜
Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider war das Badezimmer nicht so sauber, es hatte noch Haare im Waschbecken und in der Dusche.
Close to metro station
Bar was a bit featureless
The hotel room is clean and well maintained and the bed is very comfortable! Services of hotel team are very attentive snd friendly. I was really impressed with Kamen of Guest experience team. She always has a warm smile on her face and will approach hotel guests if help needed when we are confused. On the day of check out, I have reserved the hotel shuttle. Ms Carmen loaded my luggage to the shuttle all by herself without any assistance and she is a lady only!
The staff at this hotel are exceptional. The Bellman, Front Desk and Restaurant staff are consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant food far exceeds expectations…delicious. As a Titanium BonVoy member I stay at a lot of different hotels and this one is a favourite for the exceptional service. I highly recommend a stay here.
My stay at the Westin Wall Vancouver Airport was amazing! Angus, Alice and Ethan went beyond expectations to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I ate several meals in ‘The Apron’ and they were all exceptional. Kudos to the chef! I highly recommend this hotel! I’ll be back!!
Very nice hotel. The room was large, the bathroom had both a tub and large walk-in shower, the room also had a good workdesk area, large windows, it was very quiet, and the shuttle from the airport to the hotel worked well. Checkin was quick. Prices were high but reasonable by Vancouver standards. Only downside was that the hotel had run out of my previously-reserved king-bed room, and gave me a room with two doubles; this was not a major issue, however. The biggest plus for me was the proximity to the Capstan Skytrain station. It is only one block away, and a zone 2 ticket will take you to either the Waterfront station (end station), or, with a transfer to the Expo line, to the Via rail station (Science Centre station, fourth stop on the Expo line after transferring). Overall it was very convenient for getting to the railway station. For cruise passengers it might also work very well, if you don't have too much luggage. Catching the Skytrain at Capstan station will take you to Waterfront station, where it is only one block to walk to the cruise terminal. Thus, because of its proximity to the Skytrain station, this hotel becomes an alternative to the downtown hotels, which charge exhorbitant prices when cruise ships are in town. If I were catching a cruise in Vancouver, or taking the Via rail train, I would definitely stay here again.
The room was cozy. Saw Rose in the hallway and she greeted us so warmly. She asked us if he needed anything and to let her know. When we asked for extra towels she had them ready right away brought to our room so we didnt have to carry them with our luggage. Honestly would come back because of that interaction alone.
Lovely large bed and great shower
The bar was lacking in atmosphere
I loved everything about the property. There was nothing I didn’t like.
None
Muito próximo aeroporto. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Camas muito confortáveis. Recepçao muito cortês. Shuttle oferecido.
This hotel ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay near the airport. Good shuttle service, lovely room and great staff. Near the train stop if we’d had time to go into the city.
Nothing
Clean, friendly staff. convenient to YVR. Shuttle
Dinner menu was entirely made up with dishes that I could not understand. We atr from the take out in our room
Bed comfort, staff service
Swimming pool is far
空港近くで便利。一泊でしたが値段以上に快適でした。スタッフの対応も非常に良かったです。
近隣が工事中の場所が多く景観がよくなかった。
Thank you for having me and JONUS it was great meeting you, thank you for making my experience better. Ordered food from the restaurant and it came out great!
Location, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room
I’ve been travelling for work for decades, but was not prepared for the shock that found me in the Richmond BC Emergency room via ambulance thanks to a sudden illness during a connecting flight through Vancouver airport…after thankfully being discharged on a dark and stormy night I booked the hotel through my corporate travel site and arrived bedraggled via Uber, after discovering it was too far to walk. From the moment I arrived at the front desk the staff made it their mission to help me recover and get back on track….toiletries? Check! water? Check! Discount coupon for restaurant? Check! Offer to arrange receipt of wayward baggage no matter the hour? Check! Table with access to electrical outlet for dinner? Check! Friendly attentive service and a solid meal to restore my equilibrium? Check! Thanks to my breakfast server Evelyn, who found me the best table to re-charge my batteries the next morning and her friendly, caring attitude I was able to get home in surprisingly good shape, along with the most amazing mortadella Benedict leftovers to share with the family who came to pick me up! I’ve been a loyal Marriott member forever, but what I really love is that I know that made no difference whatsoever to how I was treated, and for that I remain grateful!
Westin Wall Centre has been our go-to hotel in Richmond for better than 2 decades. We always have a top notch consistent quality experience. Jonas is always there to welcome us back with his good nature. We have a little chat wuth him and catch up most times we stay. I’m a very early riser and really appreciate the early morning coffee service in the lobby. It’s such a treat to have hot fresh coffee that early. The mattresses and bedding are outstanding. I always have such a good sleep. Better than home. A couple years ago my wife tripped and fell in the sidewalk over on No 3 Road. She banged up her knee and elbow really bad. We made our way back to the hotel and Peter at the front desk desk jumped into action and was quick to provide towels and a taxi to the Hospital. Very quick witted and kind of him. We love ok forward to each and every stay. Thank you once staff and management for providing a consistent high quality experience year after year.
Rooms cleaned well, front desk staff very nice. Location and accommodations were better than expected. Would stay here again
Very pleased with our stay. The hotel and room are extremely clean and the breakfast was exceptional with some amazing servers who were very attentive. We appreciate how close the hotel is to the airport, and the shuttle service was right on time to take us back to YVR. Very efficient! We will stay again next time we visit Vancouver.
Exceptional staff and service, found the staff in the restaurant especially professional. Hotel was very clean and in top condition which is hard to find these days.
Breakfast at The Apron was an absolute treat. Evelyn provided excellent service and was a great welcome to the city. Beyond the great food and service Evelyn suggested other restaurants and stores in the city. Thank you to Evelyn for a superb breakfast experience.
Lovely place! Lovely food! Lovely service - Evelyn is great! A tad bit pricy ($6 for black coffee, $8 for 2 slices of bread) but the soup tasted amazing and so did the Salmon Dutch Baby!
I came in to eat at the restaurant and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and we received great service from Evelyn. Will definitely be coming back
Booked last minute on points as I needed something close to YVR. Shuttle was quick and easy to get to hotel. The check in was friendly, but I was told the only room they had with a king was an accessible bathroom. You know the kind, the drain in the floor, so that people in wheelchairs can shower, a shower curtain across the wall but not all the way down. The problem is that the water gets everywhere. Not the end of the world, but it was either that or a 2 queen, which I didn’t want. The hallways and doors are nice and modern. The lobby is a bit small, but clean and open. The room itself was medium size, with a typically comfortable Westin bed. Titanium breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had, with great service. The gym is odd, you have to go down a hallway, through a door, down another flight of steps, around a corner. The gym itself was large but wasted space with sub standard equipment. All in all a decent place to stay. 3.5/5
Always have had great experiences at the Westin Wall Center. Staff and service is excellent and always greeted at the entrance by Jonas and makes you feel taken care of the moment you arrive.
Great Food and amazing Service! We really enjoyed our brunch at The Apron. We ordered the Breakfast BLTA, Brioche French Toast and the Croque Madame. All three were delicious and our server Evelyn was amazing and very kind. Would definitely recommend!
Great hotel, location and amenities. Ben at the front desk made my stay with his superb service. He was thoughtful and epitomizes the service quality I expect from a 4 star Westin hotel. The hotel is near the airport, but don't hear much plane noise. Clean and modern. Near all the great restaurants in Richmond even on a walking distance but I had a car to venture a little more out.
The quality, location and service was well worth it.
TV system outdated, no streaming services. Gym a bit lackluster.
We had a wonderful, delicious brunch at The Apron and Evelyn was our server - so sweet, attentive, and personable. We will be back!
Mountain view from the room
Breakfast quality
your Chinese staffs are super kind , friendly and helpful
the bed and pillow are soft
Le personnel est tres gentil et serviable.
La chambre et la salle de bain ne sont pas assez eclaires. Le restaurant de l'hotel.
Me and my fiancée were celebrating our engagement trip. We booked this last minute because of an emergency. Staff went above and beyond to make the ending of our trip super special s they gave us a free upgrade into a corner room during a fully booked night. Decorated our room with balloons, had the bathtub and a nice bottle of wine ready for us. Amazing gesture and really friendly staff. Special shout out to the manager for personally setting this up and the front desk lady for understanding my situation and making my fiancée jump with joy.
Location was good, accessible to town easily with less traffic
Comfort and location
Close to the airport, airport shuttle, friendly staff
I would not recommend this hotel. Amenities are very limited. No sundries on the premises, no vending machines no extras available at all. They instructed us to walk to the 7-11 down the road. The gym in this hotel is incredibly unsafe. To access it you must go down 2 isolated hallways, down 2 flights of stairs. It is extremely isolated, no cameras. Ladies, do not go to this gym alone. Our room was not “soundproof” at all. The noise from the highway kept us up all night. The only positive I have to say is the shuttle ran very early and was on time. That was very helpful.
Great location lovely staff wonderful facilities
Pricing of breakfast was excessive but service was impeccable
Very well managed hotel! Their front desk, guest room service and shuttle bus drivers are all very professional and helpful! Rooms are decent size, furnished well, clean. Washrooms are good size. Always come back to here when travelling to Vancouver. Walking distance to sky train and plaza with lots of food options, large grocery stores.
Nice room, big bathroom, nice shower and great meal at the restaurant
The staff were absolutely the best.
it's good!
The rooms were well cleaned and maintained. The Staff was excellent in providing information for questions asked. The shops, stores, and restaurants were within walking distance. Transportion was excellent. Station was very close by.
Good
The night before a cruise we needed a hotel that was 1) convenient to the airport 2) convenient to the Sky Train 3) a somewhat doable rate (Vancouver is cashy) 4) has an airport shuttle 5) somewhat close to eating options. The Westin Wall Centre (AKA the WALL) fit all of these requirements. A strip mall is about a 10 minute walk, loaded with eating options, including a Starbucks! The new Capstan Sky Train station is a 5 minute walk. The area is very walkable and we felt very safe, although we did not venture out at night. The bonuses for staying at this property included the fanciest bathroom I've ever seen as well as an extremely polite and efficient staff. A shoutout to Min who checked us in and was delighted that we knew a smattering of Hangugeo. I wish the property had a larger and comfortable gathering area with tables as we like to play cards or backgammon in the evening. We did not use The Apron, the restaurant on property, although the offerings looked very creative and fresh. This was a our first experience with a Westin property and, hopefully, not our last.
