Nagyszerű medencék, bőséges és finom ételválaszték, tisztaság, kedves személyzet, lehetőségünk volt később kijelentkezni, így az elutazás napján még tudtunk medencézni és ebédelni. Közel a tengerpart, közel a reptér.

Sajnos a szobánk a régi épületben volt, az erkélyünk nem medencére nézett, hanem egy raktárhelységre, ez kicsit elkedvetlenített, mert szinte csak ez a szoba volt ilyen rossz tájolású. A szobában a klíma gyenge volt, éjjel melegünk volt, de a szoba maga tiszta volt.

Totul a fost la superlativ, organizare foarte buna, profesionalism si foarte atenti la toate detaliile in favoarea clientiilor pentru un sejur minunat.

Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber. Die Poolanlage sowie der Beach Bereich (eigenen Strandteil) waren ebenfalls schön und sauber. Das Essensangebot war gut, am Pool sowie am Beach gab es Essensmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist super etwa 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und Heraklion Stadt entfernt.

Die Auswahl der Speisen war etwas klein. Beim Swim-Up war die Sonne leider nur bis etwa Mittag vorhanden (der Liegebereich war ab dann im Schatten), weshalb wir es leider gar nicht so oft nutzen konnten.

Overall this hotel is a great value for money. The food was good, and there was abundance of it. There was always something available to eat. The pools was great, there are 2 big pools and one shared pool with 2 other rooms that was quite than the others. The stuff were really nice. They let us stay at the hotel after the check out and we could use all the facilities of the hotel after and they also gave us a room to shower later with no extra cost. The tennis court is bug and has an amazing view. There was a lot of places to sit in the hotel and in the pools. We thought that it is a great value for money.

The cocktails weren’t good (although the wine and beer were good). Also, the beach is far from the hotel and it took us some time to find it. There was not a lot of vegetarian options at the dinner. Also there was a spider webs in some corners of our room.

- בלילה הראשון היה ריח רע מהמזגן שהתחיל בערב. ביקשנו לעבור חדר ומהר מאוד העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר ללא ריח. - המיקום מרוחק ממרכז העיר הרקליון ומוניות עולות הרבה מאוד כסף, האופציה היחידה היא ללכת לים, אולי שווה לחשוב על להוציא הסעות למרכז העיר מהמלון. - מחיר הרכבים בקבלה מאוד יקר ביחס לסביבה, 75 יורו ליום עבור הרכב הקטן ביותר זה מוגזם, ביעדים הרבה יותר יקרים אני שכרתי רכבים בזול יותר.

Εξαιρετικά όλα!! Πεντακάθαρο, οι κοπέλες στην ρεσεψιόν ευγενέστατες, οι καμαριέρες όλοι άψογοι!! Το φαγητό πεντανόστιμο και με τεράστια ποικιλία!! Οι πισίνες πολύ καλές και μεγάκες και γενικά όλο το ξενοδοχείο πολύ όμορφο!! Μπράβο σε όλους!! Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα!!

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μου αρέσει!!

- Food was excellent quality, especially for an all-inclusive - plus they changed dishes every night at the buffet. - No mad rush for a sun bed before even 10am - we even saw peoples’ towels moved before 9am which was nice to see a hotel enforce its rule. - Very comfortable sun beds - Everything was very well kept and clean, in particular the pools. - Good choice of all inclusive cocktails and we liked that they did a cocktail deal of the week! - Only a short 7 minute to the beach.

Not enough bar staff in the evenings which meant we queued sometimes longer than 20 minutes for a drink. I imagine they do this deliberately to limit how much you can drink, but it’s a bit of a shame to waste so much time queuing. It’s nice that they provide some entertainment but a lot of it was quite samey and it would be good to actually know ahead of time what’s on.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Pool‑Landschaft, die wirklich schön gestaltet ist, sowie die allgemeine Sauberkeit auf dem gesamten Areal. Beides hat uns gut gefallen und trägt zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei.

Wir hatten leider das Pech, ein Apartment direkt neben dem Lagerraum des Reinigungspersonals zu bekommen. Dadurch war es jeden Morgen sehr laut: wiederholtes Handyklingeln, Gespräche direkt vor unserer Tür und das laute Aufreißen von Verpackungen haben uns täglich früh geweckt. Da für uns im Urlaub Ausschlafen das Wichtigste ist und dies durch die permanente Geräuschkulisse nicht möglich war, können wir leider nur 3 Sterne vergeben. Das Apartment selbst war in Ordnung, aber die Lage direkt neben dem Putzraum hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Το προσωπικό ήταν καταπληκτικό , πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί όλοι τους , σε όλα τα πόστα. Μάλιστα μας έκαναν upgrade το δωμάτιο και πήγαμε σε άλλο που είχε πρόσβαση σε ιδιωτική πισίνα. Πολύ καλό κρεβάτι , άνετο και ωραίο μπάνιο με όλα μέσα. Ωραίες πισίνες , καθαρές και ωραίο σπα.

Είχαμε κλείσει all-inclusive , οπότε είχαμε το φαγητό μέσα , αλλά δεν ήταν πολύ καλό. Πολύ μέτριας ποιότητας , δυστυχώς. Οπότε μας χάλασε λίγο αυτό.

we booked a junior suite with private pool, which was wonderful. Room was very comfortable, well laid out and the facilities, dressing gown, slippers, hangers, safe, fridge and coffee/kettle were most useful. Pool was perfect for private dipping and private lounging. Very clean room

A fost excelent sejurul la Sentido. Este o locație foarte bună, inclusiv pentru familii cu copii. Au și camere cu acces direct la piscină, minunată opțiune. Staff-ul ne-a impresionat, ne-au făcut sejurul mai bun.

Amazing hotel!!! Very relaxing place. All inclusive was worth the money! Food was great and branded alcohol. We loved the pools.

We got a massage on site, which was expensive and not great, so I'd skip that!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο.

Tutto PERFETTO! Accoglienza, pulizia, gentilezza, posizione. Siamo stati benissimo, una settimana al top. Per non parlare del cibo, con una varietà ed abbondanza unica, e dello Chef Giorgos ed il suo Staff che giornalmente ci hanno assistito nella gestione del gluten free. Lo consigliamo vivamente! Το αρνητικό είναι ότι για να κάνεις μπάνιο την μέρα της αναχώρησης πρέπει να κλείσεις ραντεβού. Αλλά ένα τόσο μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο όπως αυτό δεν θα έπρεπε να γίνεται αυτό ! Επίσης αν και το δωμάτιο π κλείσαμε είχε θέα πισίνα δεν την πήραμε.

Jolies infrastructures (piscine et transats, bars et restaurants). Nourriture très bonne et variée (j’ai apprécié goûter des plats locaux). Situation (proche d’Heraklion tout en étant au milieu des oliviers).

L’absence d’interdiction faite aux clients de réserver des transats à la piscine en leur absence. La chambre aurait pu être davantage nettoyée à l’arrivée (poussière).

It was the first time for me and my son to visit Crete and I chose this gorgeous hotel by looking at the reviews and OMG! SUCH A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I have been in many countries before and I always go for all inclusive, but Sentido Amounda bay is the best! The staff, especially Margarita at reception is such a lovely lady. She is so welcoming and friendly and she made us feel so welcomed! After our first night, she did let me know that they have upgraded pur bedroom at no cost! Our bedroom was stunning! The food was the best and we enjoyed and loved every moment of our stay in there! A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all the lovely staff and keep on doing what you're doing!

Ήταν όλα άψογα, αλλά το χω πει και θα το ξαναπώ, εάν έχεις σωστούς και καλούς συνεργάτες τότε τα πάντα συνήθως πάνε καλά , εδώ πήγαν απλά τέλεια, είχε πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο , εξωτερικοί χώροι το ίδιο , αλλά το βασικότερο σε ένα all inclusive ξενοδοχείο είναι το τι σερβίρει στο μπουφέ του και εκεί περνάει με άριστα γιατί πρωινό, μεσημεριανό αλλά και βραδινό εκτός από πλούσια ήταν και πεντανόστιμα. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στους ανθρουπους που δουλεύουν εκεί.

המיקום היה טוב, מאחר ולא לקחנו רכב, רצינו להישאר קרוב לשדה תעופה כ15 דק נסיעה במונית. ארוחות מגוונות, אפילו צמחונית, בררנית כמוני מצאה משהו קטן לאכול. הבריכות מדהימות. המקום גדול ולא מרגישים צפיפות מאחר והוא מתפרס על שטח גדול וגם הבריכות. יש המון דלפקים, סנק בר שאפשר לקבל שתייה, קווקטייל, פירות ועוד אפילו בים.

הגעתי עם חברה לבטן גב, כך שזה ענה לנו על הציפיות. אבל אם מישהו מעוניין לטטיל באזור, אז אין מה לעשות שם.

Eine gepflegte All Inclusive Anlage mit tollen Pool-Landschaften . Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich gut und viel -und reichhaltig den ganzen Tag! Es war gut besucht , jedoch nicht überfüllt und sehr angenehm durch die Größe der Anlage . Der Strand ist auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt . Das Personal ist genial und ich grüße besonders „black woman“.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μια πραγματικά ευχάριστη έκπληξη και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Είναι πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο, με τρεις υπέροχες πισίνες και άνετους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, ενώ το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία και εξαιρετική ποιότητα. Δυστυχώς δεν προλάβαμε να επισκεφθούμε την παραλία του ξενοδοχείου, αλλά σίγουρα θα το κάνουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας, καθώς είμαστε βέβαιοι ότι θα είναι εξίσου όμορφη και προσεγμένη.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μας δυσαρέστησε. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και όλα κύλησαν ομαλά.

Wyjątkowy hotel. Obsługa pomocna i miła. Jedzenie pyszne i zróżnicowane i non stop dostępne, również napoje. Plaża 5 min spacerkiem i bardzo ładna. Beach bar super. Po wymeldowaniu możliwość korzystania ze wszystkich usług aż do momentu wyjazdu. Polecam w 100% ❤️❤️❤️

Far from the city (though there's a direct bus right from the hotel to the city center and the airport) 7 mins walk to the beach (but the hotel has a beach bar and sun beds for the guests)

Such a beautiful resort! We had an amazing stay. Staff were great, everywhere was sparkling clean. It wasn't so over crowded as well which was so nice. Food was delicious. Very sad to leave

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Abends Live Musik, Sushi Bar, etc. Late check out (mein Flieger ging erst abends) war auch kein Problem

der Handlauf bei den Stufen beim Palmen Pool fehlt. etwas zu wenig Liegen bei den Pools. Zum Strand in der Hitze gehen schon etwas weit ca. 450m

It was a good size pool plenty of lounger’s, staff were very friendly making sure everything was okay with you, room was good with a nice view of olive groves and hills in the distance, and a big thanks to the chef who cooked delicious pizza to snack on the hole stay

Nothing really, locations are what they are and this one felt industrial but pleasant at the same time.

Hôtel jolie, spacieux, propre. Le personnel est adorable et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Nous avons passé un super séjour, je recommande le Sentido Amounda bay.

Das Essen war umfangreich und wirklich schmackhaft. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich, die Damen von der Rezeption waren besonders engagiert. Die Verpflegung war so gut..selbst am Strand gab es Popcorn.

...da hat einfach nichts gefehlt. 24/7 Getränke/Essen.. Alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Kann nichts negatives finden.

Super rapport qualité prix . Nous avons bien manger et le personnel est adorable. La plage privée est les piscines sont top . Les animations était agréable. En Mai l’hôtel était super calme .

Possible de rendre le chemins vers la plage plus sympa . Le buffet est d’une super qualité, c’est dommage que les jus de fruit ne sois pas de vrais jus pour le matin mais des fontaines avec goût chimique.

Hôtel très confortable calme à l'échelle humaine ce n'est pas une usine personnel à l'écoute , souriant et efficace buffets variés très bon petit déjeuner véritable jus d'orange piscines agréables mention spéciale pour les chaises longues très confortables la propreté impeccable bus de ville a la porte de l'Hotel pour se rendre à Heraklion et ou à l'aéroport mention spéciale aux animateurs FRAM notamment EMMA pour ses compétences Caroline pour ses excursions et sa convivialité NOA et Quentin pour leur gentillesse

Wir haben die höchste Zimmerkategorie gebucht: Bungalow Suite mit eigenem Garten/Terrasse + großem Pool. Es war von Mauern umgeben, dadurch hatte man viel Privatsphäre. Die Bilder bei der Buchung entsprachen also auch soweit der Realität.

Ich würde nicht alles als klare Kritik formulieren, aber ein paar Punkte sind vielleicht hilfreich zur Einordnung: Essen: Der Salat-, Käse- und Antipasti-Bereich war sehr gut. Der Rest entspricht einem internationalen Buffet (Pizza, Pommes, Pasta, Fleisch, Fisch). Durch das Warmhalten war vieles trocken, vor allem Fisch und Fleisch, und insgesamt eher wenig gewürzt. Für Fans von salzarmem Essen evtl. ein Plus. (Anmerkung: Wir hatten beide vor Ort einen Magen-Darm-Infekt – Zusammenhang unklar.) Service: Grundsätzlich freundlich und bemüht, besonders an der Rezeption. Wünsche wie zusätzliche Decken/Kissen wurden erfüllt. Negativ: Bei Krankheit wurde uns eine Apotheke empfohlen, die sich als geschlossen herausstellte, obwohl wir explizit nach einer Notfallapotheke gefragt haben (Sonntags ist auch dort alles geschlossen, es war zudem sehr kalt, windig und hat geregnet - kein Wetter für lange "Ausflüge" auf Grund schlechter Beratung). Die Suche nach einer tatsächlich offenen Apotheke hat dadurch fast 2 Stunden gedauert - hier wurde nicht wirklich mitgedacht, sondern einfach schnell abgewickelt, was sehr ärgerlich war. Lage/Unterbringung: Unser Bungalow mit Pool war an sich toll, aber der Zugang ist umständlich (über Rasen bzw. kleine Mauer) – mit Gepäck oder eingeschränkter Mobilität schwierig. Bei Regen stellte sich heraus, dass das Dach undicht war → Zimmerwechsel notwendig (Downgrade). Die alternative Unterkunft war deutlich hellhöriger, mit zentral gesteuerter Klimaanlage (keine individuelle Regelung möglich). Für mehr als eine Nacht wäre das für uns sehr unangenehm gewesen. Katzen: In der Anlage laufen Katzen frei herum, auch im Essensbereich. Teilweise springen sie auf Tische. Für Tierfreunde vielleicht okay, für andere eher störend – insbesondere bei Allergien.

Location was fine although surrounding area only average in terms of interest, usefulness of quality. Staff and food quality and variety were both outstanding at all meals. If on all inclusive stag the included wine was very low quality, our only criticism.

Not too far from the airport. The staff were really helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are a good size and kept very clean. The restaurant food was of good quality and offered a decent variety of dishes

The location is a bit remote, there are no other bars or restaurants in the area. It’s not particularly close to the beach. The linen quality (towels and bedding) were not quite 4 star worthy.

The working enviroment and the managers' attitude towards staff. They deserve a better working enviroment.

It was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to do a late check out of our hotel until 6pm for £25

Il faudrait clarifier, mettre davantage de photos des différentes chambres lors de la réservation pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises lors de la remise des clés

Like that place, the service and the staff were very helpful. My partner wasn't feeling well at some point and stuff helped us with food and stuff and even kept checking if things were ok. They make sure you are well taken care of.

Jedlo bolo vynikajúce, každý deň niečo rovnaké a niečo vždy iné. Personál v hoteli bol veľmi milý a nápomocný. Škoda, že nám počasie neprialo, aby sme mohli viac využiť aj súkromnú pláž hotela a aj malý súkromný bazén. Posedenie pri bazénoch a možnosť výberu z viacerých drinkov nás veľmi potešil.

Pri sprchovaní nebolo čím zotrieť vodu z podlahy a odporúčam dať výkonnejší ventilátor do kúpeľne-dlho sa tam drží vlhkosť po sprchovaní.

Forse meno varietà di cibi ma più curati anche se immagino sia difficile. La camera matrimoniale aveva un terzo letto (che non serviva)e così lo spazio era molto ridotto. Alcune volte è capitato di trovare stoviglie al ristorante sporche.

We loved everything from start to finish ... the lovely lady on reception (we didn't get her name) went above and beyond for us .An absolute star and a credit to the hotel as was the the barman who attended us in the lobby bar .. friendly courteous and had always a chat for us ,lovely young fella ,also a credit to hotel.He is welcome here to Northern Ireland anytime as he won love it .All other staff great also Please pass on to hotel from us Room 510 fri 10th -mon 13th

Just wish the beach and beach bar was better but its still low season and a wee shop near by
