The staff were friendly
- Rubbish in the car park, - homeless people sleeping in the car park - guests smoking cannabis - room smelt of cigarettes - constant traffic outside hotel - carpet throughout was filthy - mattress spelt bad
Very Friendly staffs, the facilities also very good and Clean . I recommend
Location, close to motorway Free parking Decent room size Room had ac
Dirty, uncomfortable beds, dusty, marks on bed. Thin walls, you can hear next room easily. No room water or room fridge, no hotel amenaties. Avoid this hotel at all costs, go to travelodge or premier inn. Hotel is old and needs development
When you lifted the toilet lid and find the previous person's remnants still there is no acceptable
mattress of the bed
As described
There were 2-3 tiny flies
Aircon
Good location
Reception staff very helpful
Mattress not great.
Breafast was very early xand had to be ordered hythe night before. There was no restuarant open. But lovely rooms and staff was lovely also.
Location, Car park available and air conditioning - 👍
TV did not work. Guests should not have to inform staff On arrival TV should always work
The bed was comfortable, room was ok, clean. Air con worked
The shower was outdated, had to bung something in the adjuster for shower head coz it was broken & the shower itself was poor, no power in it. Not much staff when leaving, no one on reception
Polite, pleasant staff.
The hotel is very dated, marks on bedsheet, bed runner dirty. Bar not open when we were there.
Close to the airport.
We found trash underneath the bed.
Parking was good, food from the bar was good, the staff very helpful.
Room very tired, wc seat was broken, tv no reception, pillow very lumps, had to go to reception to ask for our breakfast,
Easy parking, grest value, good sized rooms and a comfy bed.
A little noisy facing the main rd junction.
Was satisfied with the helpful, kind stuff. The room was clean and very comfortable.
The noise was near the hotel by the builders, when i stayed there.
Cheap
Looked very tired and budget. The surrounding areas were extremely noisy. Food looked terrible and cheap but no one behind the bar to serve it anyway despite ringing the bell provided several times.
Great value, clean and had air con
Clean ,comfy bed
Bathroom not clean enogh, hair on tje floor, feces im toilet
Breakfast
The room, awful. Asked for iron and ironing board to be told they have 9 and all out. None available! Handle came off the bathroom door as soon as we got in to the room . Chain on door broken. Refurb work being done at the hotel. Booked a room with parking space and there wasn't any available due to a wedding .
The bed was very uncomfortable
Clean & tidy looks like new carpets
Good parking. Good price & convenient for my needs
The hotels only positive was that the bed was comfortable
The room was at 28 Degrees when we arrived, the AC worked well but would only come on for 30 minutes at a time meaning we couldn't maintain the room. The shower head was floppy and wouldn't maintain it's position. The re was a bottle of drink left by a previous occupant by the side of the bedside cabinet. Finally, whilst I realise it's out of the hotels direct control, we had very loud cars revving and popping and banging for hours during the night, and fireworks around midnight from one of the neighbouring houses. Suffice to say, I will never be back.
comfy beds, walk in shower, luggage rack
A nice hotel
Breakfast finished at 9am
Easy accessible Staff very good
Rooms are clean but very tired The whole place needs a makeover I might be expecting too much for the money
I was given a room with 2 single beds for myself and my husband yet I paid for a double bed
Staff were friendly.
I was given a front facing room. I didn’t sleep ALL night! Sound of constant traffic and car alarms was constant.
Parking was complimentary. Location was easy to find and the rate was good for a last minute booking (possible red flag!). The hotel had working lifts which is always a bonus! Aircon was good once it had time to get going.
Easily the worst wifi I've experienced in over 40 years of staying in hotels. It connected once for all of 10 seconds and then never again. It's 2026. Wifi is one of THE most basic things that customers are looking for. Sort it out or don't profess to offer free wifi as you could well be done under trades descriptions. An interesting aspect was the toilet. An adult bowl yet a child toilet seat. There was a good 1-2- inches of porcelain viewable around the outside of the edge of the seat.
When we arrived and booked in 1st room the previous occupants had been smoking in the room and it was still smelling of stale smoke. Went to reception and changed the room straight away and 2nd room was better.
The staff were very helpful and attentive. They were really friendly the hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom small but clean.
There was nothing we didnt like
BIG CAR PARK, VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY THE EVENING MEAL, THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, STAFF HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, COMFORTABLE BED.
SHOWWER CURTIAN STICKING TO YOU WHEN TRYING TO HAVE A SHOWER, NO USB SOCKETS IN THE ROOM, NO BED SIDE LIGHTS, HAD TO GET OUT OF BED TO SWITCH OFF THE LIGHT. WALLS AND SKIRTING BOARDS COULD DO WITH A WIPE DOWN. NO OPTION FOR BREAKFAST ONLY A FULL ENGLISH ( THAT I ENJOYED, I ALSO HAD HALF OF MY WIFE'S AS SHE IS NOT A LOVER OF THE FULL ENGLISH ) POSSIBLE ALTERATIVE WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD. NO TEA OR COFFEE WITH THE BREAKFAST.
Lo staff preparato e disponibile
La posizione e il caldo. Non sono riuscito a capire come impostare l'aria condizionata

Nothing
Location .
No bed lamp . B fast served in room, Feels run down . Bed was very uncomfortable
£68 for a room for 2 people was a no brainer before an early morning flight from Luton. Brilliant stay all things considered. Good air con on a hot day!
Everything was fine, Luton is not a nice place
Staff were great.
Nothing everything was very good.
It was really nice
That toiletries were not replaced the next day
Location was great - just off M1 and next to petro pumps. Room was fine, staff excellent. But I had expected a cafe/restaurant as stated on website but it was closed. Got a sandwich from garage but not the same. Breakfast was room service and very good.
We were in a room initially but it's air conditioning was faulty but I'm so happy with the service that the lovely lady on the reception was the best and moved us into a new room with the quality facilities. Best hotel in Luton and that's coming from a man who has been in a lot of hotels in Luton and I have HORROR STORIES IN ABUNDANCE FOR THE REST!!
N a
Didnt get breakfast
Food was terrible. Option was a chicken burger or beef burger....chicken burger made us sick. Beds were very old. Room was grubby, moved the beds and under beds hadnt been cleaned in years. Carpets in hall were ripped, stained & full of burn marks. Funny spell in room like there was an air freshner in the AC to mask the bad smell in room. Not a pleasant place.
Beautiful stay, perfect quiet location, staff lively and accommodating
Nothing was all good
Builders took up a lot of space for parking. Water power in shower was very low.
Basic dated and room has dirt up walls, bed very uncomfortable
We stayed as attending a function on the premises, bar staff very friendly and professional.
Overall the whole property needs general maintenance, beds not great, if mattress not replaced at least put a topper on. Sheets had tares in them, bathroom drawers damaged, panel falling off the wall, just needs some attention to detail. Carpets in hallway have stains, paintwork chipped. For small costs, could be greatly improved.
Staff
It’s very dirty hand prints on walls doors ceilings. The smell when we got into our room was dirty smelly carpets. Same in hallways. The smell in the lift was bad. Really dirty curtains. At the front of the property the top floor net curtains were black. Lots of hair on duvet and sheets. The windows were awful. The frames around the glass were dirty. It’s plastic all it needs is a wipe!Mould in the grout in the shower. No lock on bathroom doors ceilings. Something has sprayed over the door. As soon as we walked in there is an area cornered off for staff only. I thought it was a joke but 3 guys sitting whilst there was nowhere to sit my daughter has a condition so it’s lucky she was ok to stand. Obviously no manager in the place. The front staff were great, and u would say the get a lot of complaints. It’s not fit to stay in , there is homeless people staying and they have to live in that filth? And children! The whole place is shabby and dirty. Booking.com take this off ur website it’s unfair I was charged to stay in a place so dirty we slept on our clothes on top of the duvet and used our clothes to cover the dribble stained pillows!
This was an excellent value no frills hotel. All staff were polite and professional and the barman stood out as being very friendly. We had bar food which was tasty and of generous portions. We didn't have the breakfast as we had an early flight so checked out at 5am. We would stay again.
Rather strange hallway carpet along the corridor (we were on 1st floor) which seemed to have 'stain' as the predominant pattern. Otherwise everything else was clean and tidy.
All good
Everything
Cheap
Window didn’t close so was freezing during the night, room smelt of smoke, noise from street meant no sleep
Located close to takeaway
Restaurant and bar closed for Eid but no notification on this website
The first room we had was quite up to date, brand new bathroom, and had good air con.
The sheet had a large stain on (looked like blood) which the cleaners would have definitely seen as they put it on the bed, but the receptionist moved us rooms with no issues.
Clean Good bathroom Comfortable bed
No shelf or even a hook in the bathroom .
Price was ok staff were friendly
Couldn't have bed lambs on without main light being on. No hair dryer, that was stated would be in room. The amenities were obviously not refilled properly, no coffee there Dear god the noise from outside all night!!! should of realised that when booking it myself but you need to kinda remind people before they book that the traffic outside is gunna be all night. Its was not the cleanest - it was surface level be done clean
The location was really convenient for Whipsnade The air con was lovely
Fire alarm went off during the night No do not disturb sign No hairdryer in room
Cool 50s retro
Room doors very heavy closing, shocking!
I like the location, the fact there is parking included in the booking. The hotel is currently under renovation which appears to be managed well in terms of less disruption to guests.
The mattress was thin.
The bar staff was very lovely
Too much noise from the road
Cheapness
Run down
Tidy room, oddly transparent bathroom caulk, but perfect for our stop over outside London.
It was mid renovation, so it was a touch untidy from the outside, and the parking was a bit if a nightmare when we came back later on. We got parked, so more of a vague irritation than and actual issue.
Very clean
Nothing
Clean, tidy hotel but could do with some modernisation. Close to the motor way, around 20 parking spaces on site, friendly staff and air con that works.
Nothing not to like, stayed at the hotel due to an event on site.
The room was small and not clean, very dusty and mold in the bathroom.
The location and cleanliness were excellent. The staff very kind and helpful
Room was clean and tidy but no facilities for breakfast, had to sit in the bar as we were the only visitor wanting breakfast
Good location for commuting to London. 5 minute taxi drive to the station and 25 minutes to St Pancras. Also free parking
Would have liked some net curtains in the window, just for a bit of privacy, especially as our room was at the front of the hotel.
Not much pretty uninspiring.
It’s old and it’s a little run down. Smelt musty and dusty.
