The was tiny, no space to move around in or open luggage. Bed was awful, bathroom was not well maintained or cleaned properly. Wasn’t a great experience

The room itself was very clean.

The room was very small, no room to move, bed was a sofa bed, bathroom was very cramped, no bin in room, didn't pre book a breakfast but wanted to see if we could pay for it on the day but no breakfast available due to lack of guests.

It was my third time staying at this Hotel. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that breakfast has stopped altogether. However, the evening meals still continue and are very good!

Very good location, clean and comfortable with excellent staff. The room was well presented and the shower was excellent.

Parking is rather tight. While the food was tasty and well prepared, mint sauce with the tasty lamb and brown sauce with breakfast would have added to the meal.

Die Unterkunft war winzig und bestand aus einem klappbaren Wandbett. Der Raum war unordentlich und nicht sauber. Es war laut und hellhörig und ohne Klimaanlage. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen woher die guten Bewertungen kommen. Ich habe leider den Fehler gemacht keine Einzelbewertungen zu lesen.

Loved the pressure of the shower. The room was clean however, very small and only had two sockets in the room.

Very nice interior. Great location for us as we went to party in the park.

Convenient to a concert we were there to see

The room was awful, I stay in Luton a lot and would not stay here again. There was no space, no where to put anything! The bed was a pull down bed, and there was no room around it banged legs several time. Very dated!!

Pleasant enough for a 1 night stay before flight. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The onsite Italian restaurant was very good

The basic room was unquestionably very small, particularly the gap between the bed and the toilet/ shower room door

Staff were friendly, the entrance was clean, the restaurant was Mediterranean and inviting.

There was TV noise and door banging at 3.30am. Then the lights from the garbage truck shone into the room at 4.30am, and there was lots of beeping. Maybe different curtains would have prevented this.

Convenient location for Luton airport parking. Only a 10 minute drive away. Plenty of off street parking. Clean.

Beds were uncomfortable. They are beds that you lift and store in the wall....we did not try lifting them. Room was small. Duvet stained ....only noticed this when leaving. Only 1 pillow supplied for each person so husband had to bulk his up with towels. My side of the bed (head end) tilted downwards so in the end I switched ends and in old terms - top and tailed just to get a few hours sleep. Our bedroom we believe was above restaurant toilets so hand dryers could be heard as well as banging toilet doors throughout the evening until closing time. For some reason the toilet cistern is filled with hot water, this we found odd. Breakfast - we did not try this as we were catching an early morning flight.

Very dated property, the facilities were quite old - lift felt like it was older than me, very hot room with no fan or air con. The main issues was that most rooms actually have a fold out or sofa bed which is not made the clearest on the site - and is definitely not reflected in the price. I managed to get a room with a real bed and the room was a bit dirty, there was a weird futon taking up a lot of space. The room was sold as having a desk and working area but there was only a side board which was as deep as a small laptop (my laptop did not fit). The shower was dirty as was the sink. And the food was overpriced and not the nicest. I was offered breakfast for 12.50 but when I asked what was including I was told they could make me a sandwich

Hotel itself is well maintained, lovely staff. The restaurant is a must visit, food is delicious and staff are very nice.

The rooms are in principle for solo travellers only...the room is small, and the bed not suitable for 2 persons.

The location was good. The staff were welcoming and the pizza was excellent. It’s a good stop off for short stay before you travel

It's a beautiful hotel, ideally located for the airport (which does mean you can hear the planes but that didn't worry us - I enjoy it!) & the bed was SO comfy! The on site restaurant was AMAZING and really reasonably priced, we were hugely impressed.

There were a couple of little eccentricities in our room - plug socket upside down (and none near the bed) & tap heat wired the wrong way round for the indicator, but these are very minor. The room was very warm but as we weren't in it for long I didn't check with reception if a fan might have been available. The chair in the room was small and no good for sitting in to read so I sat in the ones in the corridors instead!

Fantastic apartment that was super clean and comfortable. It's located very close to the airport, making it the perfect place to crash. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially since we had to book last-minute after our flight was cancelled.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The lady who checked us in & out was very friendly, & as we missed breakfast Monday morning due to not being informed of the timings, she gave us complementary snacks upon our departure from the property - very thoughtful gesture.

Very dated. Quite a lot of fixtures & fittings were broken. Some areas of the room hadn’t been cleaned - dust on furniture & dirt in the plug hole. The lady who served us breakfast on our second morning was quite abrupt, & when my son asked her for an iron & ironing board after breakfast she seemed put out & was quite rude.

The superior suite was just lush. Stayed overnight with my kids and we loved how spacious it was!

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but I guess that's a personal preference.

I booked this stay almost a year in advance. What I got on arrival was a room where nothing worked except the lights — no TV, no working plug sockets, no kettle, no working phone. I was handed a manual key instead of the key card everyone else on the corridor had. When I queried this, staff admitted they already knew the room had issues. They gave it to me anyway, on the assumption I wouldn't notice or wouldn't make a fuss. With every socket dead, I had no way to charge my phone or any of my family's devices overnight. I left them charging at reception on the promise staff would plug them in — I collected them the next morning still completely flat. The staff hadn't done it. I was told I could not be moved until the following day, so I was left to spend the night with no electricity, no phone, and no way to contact anyone in an emergency. For a hotel that was fully booked, knowingly allocating a guest a room in this state is not an oversight — it's a decision. When I raised a refund, I was offered £30 against a nightly rate of roughly £58 — barely half — with no real explanation for the shortfall, and no urgency from management to put it right. Front-line staff were pleasant enough, but the manager I dealt with was visibly disinterested in resolving any of it. On top of the room itself, the general standard of cleanliness across the building was poor — from crockery to in-room cupboards — to the point that we now bring our own cleaning supplies when we stay here, because we already know what to expect. Handing a guest a manual key to quietly avoid a conversation about a broken room says everything about how this property is run.

The bed was an uncomfortable pull down from the wall type. There was a walk in shower but no bath stool & as a wheelchair user, I need something to sit on to shower. However, it was for one night and for the price, I got what I paid for. It looked clean until you look closer

We stayed there because our friends were having their wedding there. The staff were nice and friendly but apart from that unfortunately there’s not too much to love about this hotel.

The rooms were tiny. No air conditioning which wasn’t great as we stayed during an extremely hot spell. The bed is a pull down bed from the wall which was a very small double. There was only two plug sockets in the room although they did have two usb points underneath the plugs themselves. The toilet wasn’t very clean and there was’t a lot of storage/wardrobe space.

Public areas are lovely. Handy for the airport when arriving late.

I booked online last minute after being caught in a 90 minute standstill traffic jam on the M1 and still being more than 2 hours away from our onward destination. I called the hotel in advance to make sure that if I made the booking online they would be able to check us in within a few minutes (this was at 11.40pm)

The room was booked for two adults and one child and the room was advertised as a double bed and a sofa bed. I understand that this was booked at 11.40pm and we arrived at 12am but here are the issues we had: - the room was still £90 despite the hour, not including breakfast which was offered to us at £12.50 pp. - the 2nd floor where the room was situated was swelteringly hot. - the room was also very hot, no fans or ac available. - it was impossible for us to keep the windows open for ventilation due to the proximity to Luton airport with planes taking off over us every few minutes. - the lift was also very loud throughout the night. - the sofa bed was actually a tiny and very lumpy futon which was not made up to a bed. Furthermore there was no additional bedding provided. No sheets, duvet or pillows provided for us to make the extra bed (meaning it was unsuitable for 3 people). - the tiny car park was blocked on exit by a larger car (not actually the hotels fault but severely frustrating when leaving at 6.30am).

needs air con, it was a heatwave when I arrived, the room wasnt crazy hot but no air con.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, das Bett ein ausgeklapptes Schrankbett. Bei meiner Anreise wurde mir gesagt, dass zur Zeit kein Frühstück zubereitet werden könne, ich jedoch am nächsten Morgen einen Kaffee und ein Sandwich zu mitnehmen bekommen könnte. Am nächsten Morgen gab es weder Sandwich noch Kaffee.

The staff were friendly.

The carpark was so tight. There was an event so very full of cars and so tight for a large car it took a while and help to park. After travelling for hours and tired at 9.30 I so wanted to sleep as I had an early morning airport start (the reason why I was staying over) but a loud event with music kept me up til 11.30 and then with people leaving and talking til gone midnight. The room was hot if I shut the windows, but the event was so loud it made no difference. I think if there is an event (or likely to be) it should say on the site - especially if people going to the airport want an early night for an early start.

The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

There was no air conditioning but they did give us up a fan. So that really helped.

Went into the room and found 5 empty water bottles in cupboard, a stained pillow, the safe didn’t work, the car park is a nightmare, didn’t realise we were on flight path to Luton airport, so was very very noisy even at 1am, was told on check in breakfast was between 6 and 8 am, but later found out it’s until 9am.

Very disappointing stay. We paid £118 for two rooms, but neither had hot water. Despite reporting it several times, we were only told the boiler had been reset and that the water would warm up, but it never did. We arrived late after a long drive and had to wake at 5am, so this had a real impact on our stay. My son and his friend had cold showers at nearly 1am, while I could only manage a quick wash. There was no apology, alternative solution or compensation offered. I have requested a refund but have had no response so far.

The planes coming into land can be a bit noisy with windows open at 6am!

Really good. Booked the last available budget double room the day before as it was the cheapest in the area. Wasn't expecting much when arriving late at night but check in was easy and all good. Clean rooms and looks well looked-after.

Car park makes definitely best use of the space and spaces available. Also need fans in the room, or another way of cooling the rooms with no aircon in summer.

Severely outdated. The room was tiny. The decor was old and very low unappealing. I could barely turn around in the shower and the water was slow. No air con in rooms, but thankfully wasn’t too warm. Budget rooms near the airport just meed a clean, cool room, and a walk in shower. The layout, thick curtains, shower frame… it felt cramped with 2 people. Too much going on.

No air con - no fans offered even on the hottest days of the year - went to but my own! Room above kitchen extractor! TV not operational - spoke to reception to be told that they did not know how to fix so could I try?

Went on one of the hottest days of the year and could have done with aircon in the room.

Excellent location for the motorway and parking included was very useful. Staff very efficient and kind.

My single room was directly above the lounge and main entrance so a bit noisy.

Convenient off motorway. Good price. 24 hour check in. Didn’t use restaurant/ ‘spa’. I like airplane watching!!!

Great Italian taster evening with friends . Seven different dishes ( from different regions of Italy ) and a glass of wine to complement each dish . Fresh authentic tasty homemade food . Plus traditional Italian band . Place was nice and busy with everyone joining in with the singing and dancing. Definitely recommend and I will be going again . Thank you to all the friendly staff for making it a fun evening 🤗

Property is close to airport and staff are nice and parking is free.

I stay here regularly but the place is getting worse and dirtier than ever. Use to get a really good free breakfast included but not anymore.

The staff were amazing. Did everything for you when you asked. Always happy, never had to wait to be seen. Loved the bar area and the selection. They really looked after me.

My bed was only made once in the 10 days. It's always nice to come back to a made bed. Room was smaller than I thought it would be.

Room kept losing power I had to keep going to reception to to reset the trip fault. But this happened several times and I should have been offered another room but wasn't - so in the morning I had to shower by phone torch light. and not one did a member of staff apologise for this in fact the lady behind reception appeared fed up every time I came out.

My elderly mother stayed at the Linton Hotel so that she could come with us to the carnival. The whole team provided her with an excellent level of service and support and she thoroughly enjoyed her stay.

The first room was a little on the small side
