The location was brilliant and our room had the perfect view of the beach. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods available. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Only a little thing but charging a euro for a cup of ice is a bit rich.

Es ist unser absolutes Lieblingshotel, waren zum 11.Mal dort, tolle Lage mit Garten und Pool oberhalb des Strandes, aber auch zentral im Ort, trotzdem ruhig, das Personal ist unglaublich nett, grosses, gutes Büffet beim Frühstück und abends, da findet jeder etwas

Perfekt beliggenhet ved siden av den nydelige stranden og Cala d’Or sentrum. Rolig, trygt og lite støy til tross for 2-minutters gange til restaurantene.

Litt eldre og utdatert hotell som gjør at det er forskjell på rommene ift standard og funksjoner, men alt-i-alt greit nok. Resepsjonen var service-innstilte og lot meg bytte rom fra et med sterk matos fra kjøkkenet til et annet helt fint et.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good - those are the only two positives for us.

The room we were given was incredibly small, and directly overlooking the pool. There was no privacy on the balcony whatsoever. The hotel was full of sunbed reservers - there were no sunbeds left by 11am.

Le personnel est très agréable ce qui est un vrai plus. I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately my experience and overall holiday was overshadowed by the way I was spoken to and treated by certain members of staff. From the first day, there were several occasions where I felt uncomfortable with the way staff addressed me. I remained respectful throughout, listened to what I was being told and complied whenever something was pointed out to me. I completely understand that hotels have rules and expectations, and I have no issue being corrected when I have unintentionally done something wrong. The first issue was at the breakfasts when I was in a bikini top, as this was a beach front hotel, and was told to leave the breakfast area as I had no top on and that was a policy. Completely understandable. I then removed myself from the area and waited just by the door as my partner had our beach bag in the toilet with him, which had a top of mine in. Ie as told I had to leave this corridor and stand outside…. Where I was told to move was a meter away from where I was standing. Where I was standing was in no direct view from those at breakfast. Again, I listened and moved…. What was particularly disturbing was when another female came in and was wearing a bikini top too, and she walked in, selected her breakfast, sat down inside, and was NEVER asked to leave or put on a top….. The final issue, after a series of bad interactions that day, occurred during dinner on my first evening. I had brought an outside drink with me, and I was informed that this was not permitted. I genuinely did not know about the policy, otherwise I would not have done it. As soon as I was told, I left the drink unopened and did not consume it. I respected the rule without argument. However, following this interaction, I felt increasingly uncomfortable, particularly because I felt as though I was being watched and circled during my dinner.

Beach access. Close to all restaurants and downtown area. The pool was nice and the resort had many areas for lounging. Lots of amenities. Breakfast had a variety of foods.

The rooms and hallways are dated and need some refreshing. Rooms can be noisy. The layout of the resort was very odd and confusing.

Hotel muy bien situado en zona tranquila con acceso directo a una cala preciosa y la vez al lado de la zona de ambiente de Cala dor, con tiendas, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios y otras calas a donde se llega paseando. Hotel tranquilo, perfecto para ir en pareja, personal muy amable y servicial con todas las comodidades, piscina, spa, gimnasio, instalaciones cuidadas y todo muy limpio. Nos asignaron una habitación XL con vistas a la cala, un lujo. La comida del buffet variada y de calidad.

Por decir algo, el mobiliario y decoración de la habitación es muy sencillo, se espera algo mas en un hotel de estas características.

Perfect location, with direct access to the beach! Very clean hotel Really nice garden area to sunbathe, which we actually preferred to the pool area so we spent all of our time there. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and super friendly staff.

We requested 2 x single beds, as I often have issues with my sleep! The only problem was that the single beds were really uncomfortable, which was a shame as I had seen other reviews saying the beds were extremely comfy! The staff did bring us a topper but this didn’t really do anything to help.

Ótima localização em cala dor! O fundo do hotel da pra cala gram e o centrinho é a poucos passos do hotel, com restaurantes, mercado. Tudo ao lado! O quarto é grande na medida!

The location made my experience wonderful. The reason why i preferred here was being near to the sea and the hotel is right next to cala gran which is a beautiful place to swim. Also, the staff was perfect problem solver and friendly.

They don’t change the sea/pool towels.

This property was amazing, it gave us amazing views of the beach and amazing service. We felt like we were on holidays and made to feel that way. Breakfast options were unreal.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu überbieten; mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und nur 2 Minuten fussläufig entfernt ist das Zentrum zu erreichen. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da es auf der Terrasse unseren ersten Zimmers vom Restaurant sehr nach Essen gerochen hat, haben wir ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick erhalten. Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Zum Geburtstag meines Partners gab es liebevolle Überraschung. Das Essen war sehr gut, für jeden was dabei, auch wenn es sich wiederholt hat.

Ich vermisste zum Frühstück frischen Orangensaft, die vorhandenen Säfte waren reines Zuckerwasser und auch die Smoothies waren nur an einem Tag wirklich Smoothie, ansonsten verdünnte übersüßte Fertigsäfte. Auch der Kaffee war schlecht.

Friendly and comfortable with direct access to a fantastic beach.

Rooms a little ordinary and our window face the road which was a little disappointing for the price. The hotel feels like 2 that have been joined leading to a slightly disjointed feel.

We had a great stay at Grupotel. The location is perfect and the direct beach access was a huge plus. The hotel was always beautifully maintained and clean, and the staff were all friendly and caring. The breakfast was great too. We will definitely be staying here again

It was our second time in the hotel, which has a top location next to the biggest beach of the city and close to the center area. The hotel has plenty of sunbeds in a chill area, from where you can directly access the beach through a small gate. Food is delicious, you can choose from various sea food and other options. The room (side sea view) is clean and the bed is comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The only thing which should be improved is the temperature in the restaurant area. Sometimes we were even sweating during the dinner despite the presence of the air conditioners. But overall, it was only a minor issue and we would definitely stay here again in case of visiting Cala DÓr.

The hotel was large and had many facilities. So super close to the beach, I loved that we were so close!! Best location because it’s central to everything. So close to all the most amazing restaurants and walking distance to all surrounding beaches. Staff were friendly and accomodating to anything needed

We could hear people walking past, or people cleaning other surrounding rooms in the morning. Especially after long days sometimes it’s nice to have a short sleep in. They offered laundry services but was shocked about the pricing of it!

I loved how close it was to the beach!!! Loved the omelet bar and the specialty meat from the grill each night. Great for adults only!

Location is unreal, can walk directly onto the beach from the hotel. pool area is nice and plenty of space, rooms are clean and nice enough. Breakfast was good.

Only negative was we requested an airport transfer which they arranged, only to have to wait an hour after landing and call 4/5 times to be picked up because they somehow forgot our booking

Our room with a side sea view was amazing. It overlooked the garden out to the water. The balcony was shaded in the afternoon making it perfect to sit and enjoy the view. We loved the location and the peaceful garden are to relax on deck chairs in the sun. We didn’t have a problem finding an available lounger. The bed was comfortable and a good bathroom size. The shower cubicle was small but no other issue. The beach itself at Cala Gran was lovely, the water warm and sand like velvet underfoot. Loved our stay here and would return.

The main breakfast room was very busy and noisy. We preferred the outdoor terrace option however the food choice wasn’t as broad. Overall the food quality was okay.

- Rude costumers that were actings extremely greedy in the breakfast like stealing chairs from our table. A lot of annoying germans and englishmen. - Dirty room, towels not washed (they had brown spots looked like shit and make-up spots) - Extremely noisy: early in the morning and late at night.

We had ants in the room and the food of a evening was one of the worst experiences I've had we went out every night and had to pay for food. Got woken up every morning by cleaners and slamming of doors. Shower broken in room too

It was in an excellent location right beside the beach and a short walk to the town centre. The facilities were top class including the pool and rooms.

The price per night is around 250 euros. You can argue if it’s a lot or not. The facility is pretty old and unfortunately not clean.

The location is superb. The Cala Gran beach next to the hotel ticks all the boxes. White sands, calm (but not still waters) conducive to swimming, amazing shades of blues. For once, the reality was better than the photos we saw prior to booking.

A few more vegetarian choices in breakfast would have made it even better. Having said that, we did manage decent meals at breakfast.

Bad food. How could the chef mess up the most basic food??? How could the omelette have no flavor??定的half board，可是不仅饭难吃的要死，晚饭的酒水竟然要额外花钱点…………………………………………从来没遇到过这么离谱的。外面停车位很多，但旺季基本都满了，很难找到停车位，需要停到较远的位置，步行五分钟来酒店。

The hotel has a very convenient entrance to the very nice Cala Gran beach. Our room has a corner view over the beach and towards the sea. Staff were all super nice. Parking was easy. All amazing.

The dispensers for the soaps in the bathroom were impossible to use. This need to be fixed. They never washed under our beds, and it was very dusty, even though we had told the staff that one of us is hyper allergic to dust and mold. The pool bar served a salat that was quite dirty and half «dead» and we were very surprised as we did no expect anything like this in this beautiful hotel. They did not charge us for it and was very sad..so we believe this will not happen again.

Были в этом отеле 2годк назад,нам захотелось вернуться в этот отель.но...в этот раз разочарование от самого номера.видимо нас заселили в другой корпус где были старые номера.2года азад у отеля было 4звезды,сейчас стоит лишь 3,и это чувствуется.!очень жаль!

El personal es increíble. Todos son muy amables y el trato fue excelente. Jose, en el restaurante, un 10. Muy atento y simpático. El buffet del hotel es de los mejores que he visto y la ubicación inmejorable.

Algunas habitaciones parecen algo más antiguas y tienen algo de humedad. Nos reubicaron sin problema por lo que estuvimos muy bien.

You could feel the furniture is borderline old and would do with some refurbishing, doesnt have the fancy feel just effecient and doing the job. Toilet flush needs fixing as very poor flushing pressure generated. Breakfast is ok, dishes sometimes not cleaned properly.

A ótima localização na costa oeste da ilha, área muito charmosa. Apesar de o hotel não ter estacionamento, conseguimos estacionar por perto. Café da manhã excelente, melhor variedade que já vi e com qualidade. Funcionários muito prestativos e cordiais. Quando eu reservei, li em uma das avaliações sobre o hotel "vai sem medo", e de fato, pode reservar que a experiência será ótima. Voltaremos!

Não é um ponto negativo, mas para esse padrão de hotel achei que faltou um kit de amenities com sabonete/ shampoo melhores. Só tinha o do dispenser que era um sabão razoável..

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass es bei der Halbpension zumindest Wasser zum Abendessen gegeben hätte und man dazu nicht alles kaufen müsste.

Prachtige ligging aan het begin van de baai. Fijne ligweide bij het zwembad, en direct toegang tot het strand en de zee. Luxe en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte mit frischeren leckerem Essen sein können. Schade fand ich: Wir reisten 4 Erwachsene Personen übers Wochenende nach Mallorca um den 50 Geburtstag zu feiern und vom Hotel kam gar nichts, nicht einmal eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit oder Prosecco zum Frühstück. Diesen mussten wir selber bezahlen.

I think we were sitting right below the restaurant, I don't recommend it because the noise of chairs being dragged is very annoying! And it's constant. But otherwise it was perfect, I recommend it.

Nice hotel,close to the beach,good food!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable, propre et nous avions une jolie vue latérale sur la mer. Le personnel a été très accueillant et agréable tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine était parfaite et l’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la crique, ce qui est très appréciable. Tout s’est très bien passé et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Hôtel très bien situé au bord de la Cala Gran, offrant une vue magnifique dès le réveil. D'une propreté irréprochable, l'ensemble du personnel fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une extrême gentillesse. Un grand merci particulièrement à Stéphanie. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est très confortable. Beaucoup d'activités sur place et d'infrastructures pour se distraire. Côté restauration, les buffets du petit déjeuner et du soir sont très variés et de bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Unser Aufenthalt im TUI BLUE Rocador war einfach rundum perfekt und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wirklich wertgeschätzt. So einen Service erlebt man selten. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Paqui, Elena und Jose aus dem Restaurant Team. Ihr wart einfach großartig, immer aufmerksam, herzlich, gut gelaunt und mit echter Freude bei der Arbeit. Ihr habt unseren Urlaub jeden Tag noch schöner gemacht! Auch ein großes Lob an den Lifeguard des Hotels. Obwohl meine Verletzung außerhalb des Hotels passiert ist, war er unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns wirklich beeindruckt. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, modern und in perfekter Lage. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, das Essen hervorragend und man merkt in jedem Bereich, mit wie viel Leidenschaft hier gearbeitet wird. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Mooi hotel, lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel en prachtige locatie.

Onze geboekte kamer was prachtig (hoogste verdieping) maar net onder de afzuiginstallatie van de keuken. Werkt tot 22.00 u en vanaf 04.00 u dus stil was het ''s nachts niet maar we kregen een kamer 1 verdieping lager en die was perfect.

Tout est très bien: adult only, stationnement, emplacement, gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel, piscines (relativement froides mais ok)

Les boissons sont à payer lors du repas, même pour de l’eau, les sodas sont indiqués 33cl pour 3,5€ or il vous est servi des sodas de 23,7cl.. les repas le soir sont souvent les mêmes

La salida a la playa mas chula de la zona, el personal de comedor aonre todo Jose y Antonia fueron de lo mejor, los cocineros y la comida muy top, la paella y la fideuá son una esquisitez! Las zonas de piscina y terraza muy amplias.
