Diana Hotel

Hotel midden in het centrum met prima voorzieningen. Heerlijke locatie om in de avond de stad in te gaan. Er is ook nog een strandje op 350m van het hotel. Niet zo'n massa strand maar eentje waar ook de Grieken komen na hun werk en met de kinderen na school. De excursies pikken je op direct achter hotel of vlakbij. Goede prijs kwalietet verhouding.

Het is voor ons geen probleem maar het mubilair in de kamers is een beetje gedateerd maar in prima staat. Kamer die wij hadden was niet al te groot.

The staff in the Roof Bar were very helpful especially when one of our group hurt her leg. The care was exceptional. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. More fruit would have ben nice. My room had a very small balcony. There wasn't room to stand on it and the bathroom was very dark.

The staff are helpful. The breakfast was very nice. They offer greek coffee which I really appreciated. The location is excellent.

Room we chose was small, bathroom was also small with no tiles.

Location was wonderful, in the center of the action but also quiet and peaceful enough. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming, reception, f&b, housekeeping.

Amazing location, right at the heart of the town. The room balcony - with the view of the plaza below - and the swimming pool were fantastic places to unwind after a day of sightseeing under the scorching heat of the summer days. The breakfast was really good! Also, the two front desk ladies, Sofia and Angela, made me feel super welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely of the highlights of my trip. Thanks a million!

WiFi signal was weak - it wouldn’t reach my room and only worked downstairs at the reception or breakfast room. The overall look of the hotel is a bit dated, but nothing that would compromise my experience.

Der var en dårlig lugt fra kloakken i badeværelset som kom hver aften og indtil rengøringen havde været der.

L'emplacement en plein centre-ville de Zakynthos est incroyable, on ne peut espérer mieux. Nous craignions le bruit de la rue le soir et nous n'avons pas été dérangés du tout. La piscine en rooftop bien que petite est top ! Le petit déjeuner est varié.

La salle de bain est minuscule, à tel point qu'il est impossible de se baisser dans la douche. L'espace autour de la piscine est trop petit. Le bruit des joueurs de billard dans l'hôtel jusqu'à tard est dérangeant : un horaire limite devrait être fixé. Enfin, cet hôtel a un potentiel phénoménal mais il a vieilli et la décoration fait datée.

Situation géographique parfaite au coeur de la ville et à côté des restaurants. Se trouve à environ 10 minutes de la seule plage de la région mais très belle mer claire et chaude.

Petit déjeuner catastrophique indigne d'un 4 étoiles. Petit piscine situé sur le toit avec vue sur le port. Chambre avec salle de bain trop petite. Meubles viellots qui mériterait un rafraîchissement. Hôtel ne méritant pas un 4 étoiles.

The roof pool was excellent, great place to relax and enjoy the views of the city and ocean. Enjoyed the bar up there too, to order cold water or soda while at pool area.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - zentral und daher ist fußläufig alles erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und die Rooftop-Bar für uns ein echtes Highlight. Wir kamen flugbedingt nur für 1 Nacht, aber konnten den kleinen Pool und die Bar sehr genießen.

Eines der Betten bräuchte eine neue feste Matratze. Ich bin leichtgewichtig, aber trotzdem im Bett eingesunken. Mein Mann hatte die bessere Matratze und das war in unserem Fall gut. Uns beiden war das Badezimmer zu eng - aber da lässt sich vermutlich wenig ändern.

The hotel is centrally located in the main square, Solomon Square, in Zakynthos port. It is a traditional hotel with full breakfast included. There is a rooftop pool and bar which are nice.

Our room, room 302, had a foul odor. We called the staff and they came to the room and sprayed it with countless chemicals. The scent would just come back. They tried to treat it, but at the point, we should have been offered a different room. We had to spray antibacterial spray every few hours and never uncovered the problem. We had two rooms, room 302 and 102, with 102 not having the same problem for the entire stay but had the smell for the first two days. Both rooms struggled in terms of air conditioning and that too was never really resolved in our room. We had to have it running morning through night for 5 days straight to cool the room, but also had to open the veranda a few times because the smell in the room was never bearable. I think the stay could have been wonderful if the room was attended to properly or we were offered another room. I will not be back, and plus 8 is too high for this hotel in terms of rating: it’s a 7 at best.

Posizione perfetta, centrale sulla piazza. Comoda per muoversi a piedi ovunque, seppur vicina a negozi e ristoranti rimane comunque silenziosa. Rooftop più alto di Zante, la piscina è aperta per tutti gli ospiti e si gode di una vista meravigliosa. Colazione buona e abbondante. La ragazza con i capelli rossi alla reception è un gioiello e saprà darvi tutte le indicazioni di cui avete bisogno!

Il bagno poteva essere un po’ più grande.

Roof top pool is a life saver in the heat. Location was excellent. We had a suite which was spacious but a bit tired.

Le style un peu vieillot dans son jus mais agréable. L’equipe est très gentille et a l’écoute des demandes, conseille et assiste si besoin. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse au 3 eme, avec une vue magnifique Le roof top avec piscine est TOP 👍🏻, petite piscine, mais vue démente.

Le un peu vieillot refait à ses revers, porte un peu deglinguee, salle de bain pas très fonctionnelle… Et la terrasse avec vue a sa contrepartie : le bruit de la place avec les restos et la musique Boum-Boum

The location was right in the middle of the town square.

The room was tired and the bathroom dangerous as there was a drain hole in the middle of the floor which you could trap your feet in. Also, when we turned on the air conditioning, the room filled with dust and debris, flies and spiders, etc., as it had not been cleaned or used prior to our arrival.

There is no drinking water in the room. Although tea and coffee can be prepared there, the sink only has salty water, which makes it inconvenient.

Die Lahe des Hotels ist optimal. Falls man aber mit der Fähre kommt, sollte man den kostenlosen Shuttlebus im Hafen nicht verpassen. Ansonsten eine gediegene und unaufdringliche Betreung der Gäste, die eigentlich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Und ein gutes Frühstück gibt es obendrein.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Τα σεντόνια είναι χάλια πολύ ''πλαστικά''.

De receptionisten waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons goed geadviseerd over een oogarts. Daarnaast gaven ze goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. De biljarttafel in de hal was leuk. En het uitzicht op het dakterras is mooi.

De kamers die wij hadden waren heel klein. Vooral de badkamer was erg krap en er kwamen soms gekke geluiden uit de leiding. Ook stonk het in de badkamer naar riool. De bedden waren matig tot slecht. Verder is het erg gehorig in het hele hotel. We konden de tv van de buren horen. Als er mensen over de gang liepen en praatten, dan was het alsof ze in je kamer stonden. Tot slot was het ontbijt niet onze smaak. We hebben het ontbijt de tweede ochtend overgeslagen.

A hotel remek helyen van a központban, sétatàvolsàgra mindentől. A szoba tiszta volt, minden nap takarítottak. 2-3 éjszakàra tökéletes vàlasztàs. A tetőteraszt csak megnéztünk, tiszta és nagyon jónak tűnik, de az àprilisi eleji hőmérséklet nem volt alkalmas az ottani időtöltésre. Nespresso kàvéfőző és vízforraló a szobàban, ugyan 2 db kapszulàt kaptunk hozzà ami egy kàvézás utàn elfogyott, nem pótoltàk, de vàsàroltunk a boltban, így legalàbb tudtunk finom kàvét inni, mert a reggelinél talàlható kàvé nem ízlett. A reggeli terítés nagyon ízléses volt.

A parkolàs màr ebben a tavaszi időszakban sem volt egyszerű, de azért némi keresgélés utàn talàltunk helyet maximum 2 utcànyira a szàllàstól. A reggelinél lehetne picit több vàlaszték, de pàr napra még nem unalmas. A kàvé és a gyümölcslé nem ízlett. A fürdőszoba nyomasztó volt, kicsi, alacsony belmagassàg, csempe helyett valami műanyag bevonattal volt az összes felület ellàtva, kellemetlen csatornaszagot lehetett érezni. Klímàt fűtéshez kellett hasznàlnunk esténként mert hűvös volt, nagyon gyengén működött, és mostanàban tisztítva sem volt.

Wir waren geschäftlich für 2 Tage auf der Insel - und das im Januar - das Hotel liegt super Mitten im Zentrum - die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett

Natürlich ist das Hotel ein Sommer - Ort - daher war im Januar natürlich nicht die beste Zeit , was Heizung und Atmosphäre angeht - aber soweit war alles ok

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación espectacular, algo complicada si quieres aparcar el coche, pero al final encuentras. El personal super amable y dispuestos a todo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema y nos lo solucionaron cambiándonos de habitación sin problemas. Así que fue todo genial.

El hotel tiene varios tipos de habitaciones y si te ponen en las mas nuevas es perfecto. Pero hay algunas de las mas viejas que tienen algunos problemas con AA e instalaciones, pero algo muy puntual

Το πρωινό, μακράν το χειρότερο πρωινό , η έλλειψη μπαρ ώστε να μπορείς να πάρεις ένα ποτό ένα καφέ ένα ποτήρι νερό, κ το γεγονός ότι υπήρχαν κατασκευές μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο, η έλλειψη parking.

Die Lage ist wirklich top und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war leider etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber immer noch sehr schön und mehr als ausreichend.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος στο κέντρο της πόλης είναι ιδανική. Εξυπηρετεί πλήρως, καθώς σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται όλες οι υπηρεσίες, αλλά και καταστήματα εστίασης και εμπορικά. Το προσωπικό άψογο στον επαγγελματισμό του. Ειλικρινής διάθεση για την εξυπηρέτηση του επισκέπτη. Η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο καθημερινή. Το πρωινό με μικρές διαφοροποιήσεις - ευχάριστες πινελιές - ξέφευγε από τη μονοτονία. Γενικά μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία και πιθανό να επισκεφτώ το κατάλυμα και στο μέλλον.

Πολύ πλούσιο σε επιλογές πρωινό! Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ καλή, πάνω στην πλατεία Αγ. Μάρκου και δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία του νησιού. στην πλατεία Δ.Σολωμού.

Λόγω εργασιών και κοντινής απόστασης (ακριβώς απέναντι) από την Μητρόπολη υπήρχε λίγη φασαρία, όχι όμως κάτι που δεν μπορούσαμε να αντέξουμε.

All the hotel staff were amazing, but I would like to add that the 2 lady receptionists were absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them, day or night. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and its staff!

Cet hôtel est extrêmement bien situé dans la capitale de l'île. Le personnel est adorable, la suite est parfaite pour une famille de quatre et le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon.

Tout était bien sauf peut-être le bruit strident de l'ascenseur mais ça n'était franchement pas très dérangeant.
