Great staff and great breakfast.

Pool was very small and didn’t overlook the ocean the way it looks in the photos. There also were some ants in our room and we had to get changed. We were upgraded to an ocean view suite.

la posizione è fantastica,.sul porto, la mia camera con vista mare da cui potevo godere dell'alba sul mare. L'area bar/ristorante/piscina è molto ben organizzata e il personale sempre molto gentile. La stanza è molto grande.

Happy we were allowed to access our room before 11am....we got there at 6am..The location was fab, in a prime spot....walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, sea, etc. The roof terrace was lovely esp at night. Having dinner on the terace on the last 2 days was value for money.

The shower was quite small. The dinner on the 1st 2 nights was horrible, no variety. Didnt have the feel of a 4 star hotel.

Tolle Lage direkt am "Lungo Mare" und am Rande der Altstadt - zugleich nur 10min Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen entfernt. Echtes Traditionshaus. Der Rooftop Garden mit Cafe, Pool (!!) und abendlichem Bar-Restaurant-Betrieb ist sensationell, und bietet herrliche Ausblicke über Bucht und Berge. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend; und das traditionell griechische Frühstück (mit englischen Anklängen) ist ein Hit.

The location is perfect right in the centre of Zante town close to the Marina, the many restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Angela on reception who always greeted you with smile. The Rooftop pool and restaurant are very good

Tolle Lage

There is a pool available on the rooftop, daily cleaning, great breakfast, also flipflops and bathrobes in the closet. The ac works perfectly and our room had a nice view of the harbour. Not a bad side note, but maybe good to know for some of you: the water from the tap is salt water (including the shower) it didn't bother me though. They also have a restaurant on the rooftop and we really enjoyed our time there, the staff are nice and helpful.

This hotel is absolutely not 4 stars, you can barely give any star. Hygiene is so bad, they dont give bottle of water,you need to buy water bottle , breakfast is very low quality, rooms are very old and dirty,smelly.

The breakfast was good; I appreciated that one morning, when I was feeling unwell, the reception staff allowed my boyfriend to bring my food up to the room. The cleanliness was fine—they tidied up our room every day.

Considering its central location, the hotel is quite old. While the lobby looks nice and modern, the rooms and elevators leave much to be desired. There are no power outlets near the beds, and the air conditioning is very old and struggles to cope in the summer heat. It is pleasantly cool at the reception, but the elevators and hallways are very hot. There is no light inside the fridge, and the freezer compartment hasn't been defrosted, so it doesn't actually freeze anything. The bathroom ventilation doesn't work. For women, none of the mirrors provide good lighting for applying makeup. On our last day, we wanted to sleep in a bit because we had a 1,500 km drive ahead of us; we requested a packed breakfast and received two very large bags containing just two slices of ham-and-bread sandwiches, two cookies, and a 250ml orange juice—far too little compared to the full spread usually available in the morning, and the food wasn't even packed in a proper container.

The view was amazing and the staff were friendly

The rooms were outdated, and so were the amenities.

De ligging.... Personeel in bar en ontbyt supervriendelyk en behulpzaam.....

Stoelen en parasols kapot aan zwembad.... Veel wind op dakterras waar zwembad lag... Receptie niet al te vriendelyk.... Onder bed niet gepoetst als we toekwamen gewoon wat oppervlakkig.... Amper afwisseling voor ontbyt.... Is geen 4 sterren waard eerder 3....

Ci sono alcune cose da rimodernare

Széles volt az ágy, és jó helyen van a szálloda.

Egy 4 csillagos szállás esetén az ember nem azt várja, hogy: nem iható a víz, 2 felnőtt kap 2db fél literes vizet, ha nem elég kérhetünk még. A WC mennyezet csöpög, a kád sárga volt körben (talán rozsda), a zuhanyfüggönny szintén elszíneződve. Olyan csatorna szag volt, hogy be kellett csukni a fürdő ajtaját. A légkondicionáló már megsárgult és a legalacsonyabb fokozaton is hangos. A teraszra, ha kimegy az ember és becsukja az ajtót akkor kizárja magát, mert csak belülről nyitható. A bejárati ajtó szinte semmit nem szigetelt, mindent tisztán lehetett a folyosóról hallani. A folyosón a padló illesztések már felhajoltak. A reggeli bőséges választékot kínál, de az osszeragadt és koszos poharak elveszik az ember étvágyát.

Located in a convenient location with many shops and places to dine nearby. Room was fine, good air conditioning, and included breakfast is decent.

I found the bed very hard. The property is quite dated with its prime likely a few decades ago. Overall though a good affordable option for a few nights.

Przestarzały hotel jak czasy komuny😀Ale to w większości Grecji można to spotkać. Najgorsza wada to ,że drzwi do pokoju przez sprzątaczkę nie były wystarczająco zatrzaśnięte i miałam pokój otwarty codziennie 😕

The room overlooked the Marina. It was spacious and clean. Agape and Aggeliki at the reception desk were exceptional. Aggeliki was a world of knowledge and everything we asked her to recommend was right on point. Out stay was made that little much better because of her attentiveness.

Staff impreparato e servizio di transfer da loro consigliato carente, sono stato abbandonato di sera dall'altra parte dell'isola e ho dovuto trovare io una soluzione per il rientro. Piscina piccola. La cena del ristorante cara e non tipica, meglio optare per altri locali nelle vicinanze.

Il terzo letto aggiunto x mio figlio aveva un materasso basso basso si alzava la mattina con il mal di schiena quindi avevamo chiesto un materasso aggiungo..che nonostante continue richieste non arrivo’ mai..ci dissero dopo varie richieste che non avevano materassi disponibili🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The staff on the desk and the delightful young woman covering the bar area by the pool in the afternoon. Good size room. Everything I needed. Comfy bed. Good pillows. Quiet air con. Lovely view of harbour , boats in and out . Roof top pool . 20 mins walk to bus station for airport bus and buses around the island.

The evening meal. I opted for half board and shouldn’t have . An enormous amount of food that was quite carb heavy. Room a bit shabby in parts, however very clean .

Ich habe mich aufgrund der 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung bewusst für dieses Hotel entschieden und war am Ende leider sehr enttäuscht. Das erste Zimmer war für mich absolut nicht akzeptabel. Es war klein, wirkte insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und im Badezimmer fielen sofort starke Kalkablagerungen sowie mehrere Stellen auf, die alles andere als hygienisch wirkten. Besonders unangenehm war außerdem der intensive Essensgeruch, der dauerhaft im Zimmer hing. Anstatt uns wegen dieser offensichtlichen Mängel unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, sollten wir für einen Zimmerwechsel weitere 100 € bezahlen. Da wir uns in dem ersten Zimmer überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben, blieb uns letztendlich nichts anderes übrig. Leider war auch das zweite Zimmer keine wirkliche Verbesserung. Die Flure waren extrem heiß, das Badezimmer erneut renovierungsbedürftig und die Dusche sehr unpraktisch, weil die Halterung für den Duschkopf nicht funktionierte. Hinzu kam, dass die Klimaanlage so laut war, dass erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Auch der Kühlschrank machte ständig Geräusche und musste nachts ausgeschaltet werden. Nach drei Nächten haben wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet und sind auf eigene Kosten in eine andere Unterkunft umgezogen. Das spricht vermutlich für sich. Besonders enttäuscht hat mich der Umgang mit unserer Reklamation. Trotz der geschilderten Probleme zeigte man keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Nicht einmal die zusätzlich gezahlten 100 € für den aus meiner Sicht notwendigen Zimmerwechsel wurden erstattet. Ich reise wirklich viel und schreibe nur selten schlechte Bewertungen. Aber hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich überhaupt nicht. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich einen deutlich besseren Zustand der Zimmer und vor allem einen kundenorientierteren Service erwartet. Ich würde dieses Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Ligging en het zicht over de stad.

Een zeer verouderd hotel. Slechte bedden,badkamer van heel lang geleden. Geen comfort. douchen lukte niet want was maar zeer triestig van water druk! Ontbijt valt wel mee. Personeel is zeer nors en onvriendelijk. Ligging hotel top! Verduistering nihil. Airco is ook wel oke. Zwembad is zeer klein en versleten.

Εξαιρετικά ικανό προσωπικό με εμπειρία και όχι τυπική και ‘κρύα ‘ συμπεριφορά . Όλοι ήταν εξαιρετικοί

Το ξενοδοχείο παρουσιάζει φωτογραφίες πολυτελών δωματίων κάτω από λογικές τιμές. Όταν όμως έρχεται η ώρα για το check in οι πελάτες καθοδηγούνται σε αρχαία δωμάτια του προηγούμενου αιώνα με φανερές ζημιές που αφορούν την έλλειψη φροντίδας από την ιδιοκτησία ( σπασμένοι σοβάδες , ξηλωμένα πατώματα και ελαττωματικές μπαταρίες μπάνιου ) . <οι φωτογραφίες είναι ενδεικτικές >. Παρόλα αυτά σε καμία περίπτωση κανένα παράπονο από υπάλληλο ή την διεύθυνση!

Номер був невеликий, але чистий і комфортний. Сніданок був просто супер, персонал дуже приємний. У барі на даху були дуже смачній коктейлі та гарний вигляд.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Strada Marina. The staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful. They were always attentive and answered all of our questions with ease. The location of the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to so many shops. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!

La posizione con fermata taxi accanto..e situato nella zona centrale di zante..e buon compromesso per visitare le altre spiaggie di zante..ottima cena

Che per due sere ci hanno fatto cenare sotto nella sala colazione e non in terrazza..da modernizzare le camere soprattutto il bagno..avevo chiesto due letti singoli invece ci hanno fatto trovare letto matrimoniale alla francese

La posizione dell'hotel, non della mia camera. La colazione. Il piccolo frigo.

La mia camera, n.221,era appena sopra il frigorifero della cucina in funzione pure la notte che era rumorosissimo e mi ha impedito di dormire. L'hotel è vecchio, il bagno è troppo piccolo. Non ci sono canali internazionali ma solo greci nella tv. La mattina entra la luce in camera.

Booked a week with Tui. The hotel was perfect. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the marina. The only problem was the small bath with no plug. It only had a hand held shower.

An den Pool konnte man erst ab 11uhr was ich sehr schade finde wenn man morgens gerne eine Runde schwimmen mag. Und leider definitiv keine 4 Sterne :/. Würde aber denn wieder kommen mit dem Bewusstsein, dass man eben auf Lage & Freundlichkeit wert legt 😊

Una struttura bella , pulita con un’ottima vista. Colazione al top,carinissimo il terrazzo con la piscina. Insomma tutto perfetto!

L’unica pecca è il bagno ,piccolo e con la vasca con la tendina, sinceramente scomodo, sarebbe meglio mettere dei piatti doccia.

La struttura non è ben tenuta, i letti non vengono rifatti giornalmente ma solo ricoperti ma soprattutto i bagni sono indecenti... Nella camera superior c'è una piccola vasca con una vecchia tenda, senza un gancio in alto x poter fare la doccia

First the good news: The location is excellent. The views from the rooftop are amazing. We opted for the more deluxe room with harbour view and the panorama from our balcony was exceptional! All the rooftop staff were very friendly but only one of the main reception members was friendly and helpful. But: The pool area is way too small for the size of this hotel. There are only 14 sunbeds around the small pool. The hotel bedroom was decent enough but it needs a refurbishment - it’s showing its age- but the bathroom is really awful and it is in serious need of renovation: the bathroom door stop doesn’t allow the door to open to wide enough (you have to step into it sideways past the washbasin), you have to almost slam the door to get it to close, the grouting around the bath looks terrible, there’s no shower mounted onto the wall (it’s basically hand-held), there’s a shower curtain rather than a glass door, the area in the bath around the plug hole looks awful, the bathroom door has previously been broken and patched back up and the ceiling has obviously peeled in the past and has just been painted over. The breakfast was quite extensive but we’ve had much better quality in other 4* hotels. We found unfortunately that many of the reception staff were functional rather than happy meet and greet types. Apart from one who really does deserve a personal mention. She’s called Agape and she always gave a cheery greeting as we entered and left and she was lovely to speak to. All in all there’s no way this is a four star hotel. It may well have been back in the years gone by but at the moment its only saving grace is its location.
