Tudo perfeito. Bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom. Além disso como cortesia fizeram um upgrade de quarto, e como nosso ferry só seria a noite, eles possuem um banheiro para vc poder tomar banho após a praia, mesmo já tendo feito check out.

I liked the view of the mountain from our room. Pool area nice for an hour or so. And bar/pool staff very friendly and helpful.

Our room smelt of cigarettes but receptionist said "this is not possible". We think next door were smoking. Staff reaction was disappointing.

The location, walking 5 minutes to a square with many restaurants and a cozy street with shops and some bars. All of the personnel were very friendly, nothing was a problem. Maria helped us with making some changes with our reservation; good customer service! Very decent breakfast.

The rooftop pool was very small, just enough to take a dip. Lounge beds were very few, but space was perhaps limited to add a few extra.

We had a really great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything went smoothly and we felt very comfortable here. Definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!

The stuff was very friendly and they have some parking spots in front of the hotel. You cannot reserve a parking, but we arrive pretty late and there was still one parking available.

The room was smelly. Actually, the whole floor (3), when you exit the elevator was a little bit smelly, but in the room it was worse. The cleaning in the room was ok-ish, for sure it could be better. The bedsheets were clean, but the floor was not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. The furniture is quite old and another big problem was the curtain. I'm 90% sure it was just dirty, but 10% i do not exclude to be mold.

Proprietatea este exact ca in poze, foarte curat, foarte aproape de centru, cu parcare, personal foarte amabil, curatenia impecabila, micul dejun diversificat, piscina este micuta la etajul 5, dar foarte cocheta, adica nu vii in grecia sa stai la piscina, dar e foarte okk, adica te poti relaxa si urmarii privelistea.

Limpo, bem localizado e os funcionários, todos extremamente simpáticos, nos ajudaram com as informações dos passeios, de modo que pudemos aproveitar ao máximo os 2 dias que tínhamos por lá.

Staff could not have been nicer, every one of them was exceptional, all so kind and helpful. Pool bar had good food, and lovely cocktails. Air-conditioning in the room was good and hotel was very clean, with high quality daily housekeeping with plenty of fresh daily towels. Good location too, close to town (but not too close) as it was a walkable distance but also quiet at nice. Pool was warm and clean and sun beds etc were lovely and comfortable. View from the pool bar was lovely and you can cool off in the pool with a drink in hand with a view of the sea.

I learned the hard way that the tap water is salty and I feel that maybe it would have been helpful if we were warned. Also I felt it was quite expensive for what it was, I feel I overpaid as I paid for a sea view which it technically was but it was also over looking an abandoned building site and a school so not idea, also the room was smaller than expected for the price Last, a strange smell in the reception area not "bad" but just an odd smell

O hotel é ótimo, bem localizado, ao lado de uma praia.

O estacionamento é num sistema de ordem de chegada. Vc corre o risco de ficar sem, dependendo da hora da sua chegada.

Cama cómoda, el desayuno abundante, rico y variado. Linda terraza, el trago de bienvenida un lindo gesto para disfrutar ahí. Cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Tiene terraza para colgar la ropa mojada de la playa. El baño era de buen tamaño.

La habitación nos resultó muy pequeña para 3 personas, la ducha moja una buena parte del baño, le faltaban perchas para poder colgar toallas. El wifi muuuy lento

Finom, változatos reggeli, közel a part, kb 100méterre bazárok, éttermek sora. Tetőterasz éjszaka 1-ig nyitva, finom ételekkel koktélokkal. A csomagjainkat ott hagyhattuk kijelentkezes után. Kilátás a szobából.

Nem volt ilyen, talán környezetre gyakorolt hatása miatt nem kellett volna minden nap új ágynemű és törölköző. Nekem az ágy kemény volt.

Ottima posizione, nelle immediate vicinanze della piazza principale di Zante. Ci hanno offerto un drink di benvenuto da prendere nel loro bellissimo terrazzo, da cui si vede il mare dall'alto. C'è anche una piccola piscina. Ci hanno anche preparato una colazione in una bag, un giorno che dovevamo partire molto presto per un'escursione. Personale super gentile

-great location -everyday house keeping service -decent breakfast -always available car parking (thats a big plus for central while others are searching available places for minutes, palatino visitors always have a dedicated car park for themselves) -The staff were very hardworking (though they didn’t seem particularly happy. I hope they are paid what they deserve when we consider that room prices)

-mouldy bathrooms -shower head faucet towel rail shower hose rusted -water is salty (not good for mouth wash) -The dark, windowless corridors were poorly ventilated, with a strong smell of mould and peeling wallpaper caused by dampness. -The white shower curtains had turned yellow -Some of towels were very old and had yellow permanent stains. -The shower head in room 111 is positioned at the wrong angle, causing half of the water to spray outside the shower.

Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, infatti nonostante la prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto, la stanza è stata preparata nell'immediato, chiedendoci di aspettare solo una mezz'oretta. Per l'attesa, ci è stato offerto un drink sul bellissimo roof top ed un upgrade della camera. La stanza era veramente bella, molto ampia e estremamente pulita. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Celeste, che non ha deluso le nostre aspettative, anche qui il personale è stato impeccabile e il cibo molto buono, giusti anche i prezzi. Anche la colazione è ottima, con ampia varietà di scelta e prodotti freschi e di qualità. Non abbiamo trovato alcun difetto!

Migliorabili sicuramente alcuni aspetti nel bagno: - la tendina della doccia era ingiallita in fondo; - non c'erano bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo (in hotel 4 stelle DEVONO esserci); - il tappetino antiscivolo nella vasca era giallo o ingiallito, non possiamo saperlo perchè l'ho solo spostatato e non toccato (il tappetino nella vasca/doccia deve essere bianco candido o trasparente, di nessun altro colore)

1- Common areas are always smelly specially lobby at night ( smells like urine) 2- for more than 200 euro a night i do expect better quality as rooms, room service ( 2 small bottles of water for free for the whole 5 nights 3- leaking water from the shower to the toilet floor 4- room arrangement and cleaning was not always optimal 5- breakfast is average for the price we paid, good croissant , no fresh juices only draft artificial ones, same breakfast almost everyday no big variety

We had a very pleasant stay at Palatino Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The beds were very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent — the hotel is close to both the beach and the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with very good hygiene standards. We also appreciated the daily change of towels in the bathroom. The only downside was the size of the rooms. The room we were given was relatively small for three adults, so a little more space would have been appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, κάτι που πραγματικά εκτιμήσαμε και αποτελεί ένα από τα θετικά της διαμονής μας. Δυστυχώς όμως, η συνολική εικόνα του δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά παλιά, με παλαιωμένα έπιπλα, ενώ και το μπάνιο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Μάλιστα, την τελευταία ημέρα της διαμονής μας χάλασε και το καζανάκι. Ένα ακόμη σημαντικό αρνητικό ήταν το πάρκινγκ. Παρόλο που αναφέρεται ότι το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης, στην πράξη μπορούσες να παρκάρεις μόνο εφόσον τύχαινε να υπάρχει ελεύθερη θέση. Οι διαθέσιμες θέσεις προφανώς δεν επαρκούν για όλους τους πελάτες, με αποτέλεσμα η συγκεκριμένη παροχή να μην είναι ουσιαστικά εξασφαλισμένη. Συνολικά, παρά την πολύ καλή καθαριότητα, θεωρώ ότι οι εγκαταστάσεις και το επίπεδο των παροχών απέχουν αρκετά από αυτό που περιμένει κανείς από ένα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Προσωπικά, θα το κατέτασσα περισσότερο στην κατηγορία των 2–3 αστέρων.

Het dakterras met zwembad en er heerlijk kunt liggen/zitten. Drankje drinken en zelfs dineren. Uitgebreid ontbijt, veel keuze zodat je iedere ochtend weer wat anders eet. Personeel van het hele hotel super vriendelijk en graag.

Badkamer gedateerd is en dat je in bad moet douchen met een rubberen mat om niet uit te glijden en een douchegordijn heeft.

We booked a twin room with mountainview and specifically chose the room according to its bathroom - with glass doors (not curtains) however the room given was with curtains, which would be a reason for me to not pick this hotel. I am not sure if it is something going on in the whole island or just in this hotel but the tap water is very strange in terms of smell and taste and we were advised not to drink it anyways

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Palatino Hotel et nous le recommandons sans hésiter. Toute l'équipe a été d'une gentillesse incroyable du début à la fin. Le personnel est toujours souriant, serviable et vraiment aux petits soins. À chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, que ce soit une serviette supplémentaire ou une autre demande, tout était fait rapidement et avec le sourire. Le gros point fort pour nous a été leur aide concernant les déplacements. Nous n'avions pas loué de voiture, alors qu'elle est quasiment indispensable pour visiter Zakynthos. À chaque fois que nous souhaitions nous rendre quelque part, la réception nous commandait un taxi en quelques minutes, ce qui nous a énormément facilité le séjour. Leur disponibilité et leur sens du service ont vraiment fait la différence. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon.  Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Si nous revenons à Zakynthos, nous choisirons sans hésiter le Palatino Hotel à nouveau !

Very helpful and kind staff. We had to rent a car and leave our car at the parking lot so they helped us to find company which delivered their car in front of the hotel. We were allowed us to park both cars at hotel parking! We returned the car easily as the company picked it up from the hotel again. All this smoothly arranged by our hotel. We got also welcome drinks first day at the rooftop bar. Thank you !

The water is very salty so you can only take showers with it. The staff informed us at the beginning of our visit.

Nous avons apprécié être accueilli avec une boisson offerte dégustée sur le Roof top. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. L'emplacement sur le port était idéal.

La chambre était un peu vétuste avec des raccords de papier peint douteux. La piscine était minuscule et trop chaude. Les photos sur Booking étaient un peu trompeuses.

Kahvaltı beklediğimizin üzerindeydi. Her zevke göre yiyecek vardı. Peynir, zeytin, domates, yumurta, unlu mamuller, yulaf, meyve vb. Konum olarak şöyle ki; feribottan indikten sonra bir 10dk kadar yürünüyor. Yani tam da limanın karşısında gibi değil. Valizler olmadığında hiç sorun değil bu yürüyüş. Örneğin akşam yemekleri için tüm mekanların bir arada bulunduğu meydana gitmek çok kolay oluyor yürüyerek. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı da var.

Otel odasının fotoğraflardakiyle alakası yok. Fotoğraflar yapay zeka ile yapılmış sanırım. Daha eski yıllara ait bir dekorasyonu var. Normalde buraya "çok daha modern dekore edilebilirdi, banyo yenilenebilirdi" diye yazardım ama adadaki diğer konaklama yerlerine bakarsanız bu otelin onlara göre iyi durumda olduğunu anlarsınız.

Hotel muito bem localizado, fácil acesso e com um café da manhã excelente. Possui estacionamento em frente gratuito, mas dependendo do horário e dia pode estar lotado, nas ruas ao lado existem vagas e é facil estacionar.

Jó lokáció, belvároshoz közel, tengerparton. A szoba már reggel kész volt. Reggeli korrekt. A szobánk kártyaolvasója nem működött, de jelzést követően hamar megjavították.

A recepció több kérésünket is elfelejtette, a szobát üres habfürdős tubussal kaptuk meg, és kétszer kellett szólni, hogy töltsék újra. A napi takarítás során berakott törölközők nem mindig voltak tiszták. A wifi minősége nagyon-nagyon rossz.

Bardzo miła obsługa gotowa pomoc gościom. Bardzo pomocne było zamówienie przez hotel taxi z transportem na lotnisko. Załapałem się na jedno śniadanie, które było smaczne. W hotelu było czysto, klimatyzacja działała jak należy.

W pokoju było trochę czuć zapach psa, który mijał po włączeniu klimatyzacji. Mimo to nie było coś nadmiernie problematycznego. W pokoju brakowało mi jasnego górnego źródła światła. Lampki na ścianach nie do końca

Ho soggiornato al Palatino Hotel per una settimana e mi sono trovato molto bene. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: si raggiungono facilmente il centro di Zante, il lungomare, ristoranti e negozi, pur rimanendo in una zona tranquilla. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e riordinata ogni giorno. Il personale è stato sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e pronto a dare consigli utili per visitare l’isola. La colazione era varia e di buona qualità, con una scelta adatta sia a chi preferisce il dolce sia il salato. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un aspetto migliorabile, direi il Wi-Fi, che a volte non era particolarmente stabile.

Hotel znajduje się blisko centrum, około 10 minut od centrum; jest dosyć czysty, obsługa bardzo miła, śniadania są super. Internet działa wspaniale; blisko plaży; polecam...

Nydelig hotell like ved stranda og i sentrum av byen Zante, men samtidig i den rolige delen av byen slik at det var deilig å sove i fred og ro. Hotellet er nyoppuset og har fått et svømmebasseng og reataurant på toppen. Utsikt mot sjøen er vakker. Har fått vinglass og korketrekker av en snill kvinne i resepsjon. Vi badet på den lokale steinstranden med lokale folk og dro til de andre finsandstrendene: Dafni, Tsilivi, Kalamaki… Alt i alt fantastisk.

Med noen små justeringer kunne dette hotellet fått en 10 av meg.

The property offers a good breakfast, free parking spaces, complementary bottle of water (not everyday), coffee and tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us a free breakfast because we had a very early flight and arived before the check-in time. They even made the room available early. We had a very nice time at the hotel and we would like to stay here again in the following years.

Room number 213 was cleaned daily but it had a certain bad smell. Not sure where it is coming from.

La posizione è perfetta, molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Zante. C’è una vasta disponibilità di parcheggio riservato. La camera era dotata di un terrazzo molto comodo. La camera è grande e spaziosa anche se il mobilio è un po antico, però ha tutto il necessario. La colazione era buonissima sia internazionale che ti offrono dei prodotti culinari tipici. Il rooftop è bellissimo, dotato di piscina e di una vista spettacolare.

La posizione al centro di Zacinto, vicino al mare, la vista mare, il personale gentilissimo e la colazione molto buona, la terrazza solarium con piccolissima piscinetta col bar dove era anche possibile pranzare. A noi è toccata una stanza della parte vecchia dell'hotel per cui un po' datata con la doccia microscopica ancora con la tenda....se ritornerò prenderò la parte nuova. Comunque assolutamente consigliato.

Το δωμάτιο που μου δόθηκε ήταν παλιό και ταλαιπωρημένο, με μια φρικτή μοκέτα, γαριασμένες πετσέτες και μια μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης μόλις ανοίξαμε το καπάκι της τουαλέτας.

Colazione discreta dove mancavano spesso le etichette dei cibi ( a volte non sapevi cosa stessi mangiando). E' ancora presente la vasca con una tendina e la doccetta non funzionava bene.

Located very close to the town, bars, shops and restaurants. The breakfast choice was very good. Our room had a very large comfortable bed.

The hotel was located in between a primary school and a building site. The balcony was very small and there was no privacy screen between balconies. The bar was located in the breakfast room and was totally soulless. There was very little outside space.
