Nagyon kedves személyzet, mindig segítőkészen álltak hozzánk. A reggeli fantasztikus volt. A szállás elhelyezkedése is nagyon jó, közel mindenhez, de nagyon csendes.

Location & Quality of the hotel.

Very comfortable, modern and newly renovated. We received a courtesy upgrade and our room was splendid. Location is very good, just a walk to the main square or the beach. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. Great stay in Zakynthos.

Alles. Da wir in ein anderes Hotel waren, und wir uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt hatten, haben wir ein neues gesucht und genau dann dieses SUPER HOTEL gefunden. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, Wahnsinn. Danke für alles.

La struttura ha una posizione molto strategica, vicina al centro ma lontana dalla confusione della città.

Credo che un punteggio massimo come è attribuito dalle piattaforme di prenotazione sia eccessivo: l’hotel è sì ordinato e generalmente pulito, ma non presenta una cura dei dettagli e una manutenzione impeccabile. La stanza è davvero piccola per soggiornare, si fatica a muoversi considerando le valigie (noi avevamo due piccoli trolley e due zaini). La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: poca varietà nella scelta e una qualità a volte scadente (ad esempio, la granola nei barattoli aveva un odore di stantìo).

Staff were extremely friendly and happy to assist, even with a birthday request for which i am very gratefull.

Πάρα πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο! Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα, το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και με μεγάλη ποικιλία, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστό, ευγενικό και άκρως εξυπηρετικό.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich war wirklich sehr, sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel auf Zakynthos! Von Anfang bis Ende habe ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst. Die schöne Lage, die angenehme Atmosphäre und der tolle Service haben meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Man merkt, dass hier Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wirklich wohlfühlen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Zakynthos ist wunderschön – und dieses Hotel hat meinen Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. ❤️🇬🇷 Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Besuch und komme sehr gerne wieder! 🌴☀️

The location was ideal. The room was very nice, though a little compact. However, we were able to freely use the lounge and the rest of the hotel as we needed. Breakfast was really good, with ample choices and high quality. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und auch wir auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Bergblick. Die Klimaanlage ist top und Kühlschrank kühlt super. Reibungsloser Check - In und Out. Super Lage mit direkten Strand vor der Haustür. Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Putzfrauen aber nicht immer gründlich geputzt.

Lokacija objekta je odlicna, blizu mora, a opet u centru grada. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno od recepcionerke koja nam je maksimalno izlazila u susret do svog ljubaznog osoblja tijekom dorucka. Takodjer, dorucak je bio odlican.

Posizione a due minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Hotel elegante e pulito. Lo staff tutto, gentile e sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Colazione sia dolce che salata. Tutto ottimo dallo yogurt alle uova cotte sul momento alla frutta fresca ai dolci di vario tipo. Camera pulita con cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Letto comodo. Aria condizionata regolabile facilmente. Terrazzo provvisto di stendino. Possibilità di parcheggio anche nei pressi dell hotel nonostante l alta stagione. L hotel organizza escursioni di elevato livello.

We loved our hotel, it had a nice balcony, the mirrors are amazing !! really comfortable bed which gets made every day !! The staff are incredible, they helped us book taxis and boat tours. Sadly we discovered the rooftop on our last day :( I would deff recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be near the beach and the city center.

La struttura è confortevole e molto accogliente. Il suo punto di forza sta nella vicinanza al mare, a soli 70 mt circa, e allo stesso tempo al centro di Zante town. Possibilità di essere assistiti anche per eventuali tour dell isola a prezzi vantaggiosi. Personale gentile e cordiale, seppur non abbondante di varietà la colazione è stata sempre appagante e buona. Consiglio vivamente sia per location che per posizione strategica. Consiglio vivamente di acquistare gli scarpini in gomma poiché in questa zona sia la spiaggia che il mare sono formati da pietre!!

We had an amazing stay at Bitzaro Boutique Hotel. The hotel is stylish, spotless, and perfectly located in the heart of Zakynthos Town, just a short walk from the waterfront, restaurants, and shops.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει και να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα, πεντακάθαρα και ευρύχωρα, προσφέροντας όλες τις ανέσεις για μια ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

La posizione è davvero comoda, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Zante e a 10 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. Il personale (tutto) davvero molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione era varia sia in termini di prodotti che di scelta tra salato e dolce. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate.

La camera (noi avevamo la vista mare laterale) sono davvero molto piccole per un soggiorno di una settimana...considerando due trolley e due piccoli zainetti, davvero era difficile anche solo muoversi liberamente all'interno della camera, non essendoci poi un vero e proprio armadio. Le dimensioni del bagno invece erano idonee (wc diviso dal lavandino e doccia). c'è un piccolo parcheggio libero davanti all'hotel,ma, nonostante fosse giugno, a parte i primi due giorni, non siamo mai più riusciti a trovare parcheggio; quello dell'hotel è molto piccolo e le auto vanno "incastrate" su tre/4 file e quindi devi lasciare le chiavi alla reception perchè magari devono spostarla. Consiglio il motorino!

Everything about Bitzaro Hotel was simply perfect. The room was spotless, the location ideal, and the staff incredibly welcoming. Every detail was taken care of : we couldn’t have asked for more.

Honestly, nothing. It was a flawless stay from check-in to check-out.

Hotel muito limpo, bem localizado, silencioso, com um terraço bom para pegar um sol de manhã, funcionários prestativos e gentis, café da manhã completo e de excelente qualidade, vaga para estacionar e quarto com bom tamanho.

Tive problema com meu frigobar, só consegui usar na noite da minha segunda diária em diante porque demoraram um pouco para resolver.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, schneller Check in und Check out Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder :)

Το ξενοδοχείο έχει ησυχία παρ ότι είναι κεντρικά. Το στρώμα ήταν πολύ άνετο και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απελπιστικά μικρό. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος για αποσκευές και δεν είχε χώρο τύπου μπουντουαρ για να καθίσεις ετοιμαστείς βαφτείς φορέσεις τα παπούτσια σου. Το ντουζ ήταν χωρίς πόρτες με αποτέλεσμα να είσαι εκτεθειμένος στο άτομο που σε συνοδεύει όταν πλένεσαι! Για την τιμή του θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο άνετο,

The staff was superb, location was excellent, the rooms were big and very clean, there was hotel parking. The staff really made us feel like home and were very very kind. The breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend and would definitely be staying again next summer.

浴缸不能用。非常的脏。所有的出水口都生锈发绿。 有个金发女前台服务态度极差傲慢无礼且很不专业。第一天我们找她帮忙联系租车公司，她接待我们之后把我们晾在一边又接待了其他几个在我们之后来到前台的人。并接了自己的私人电话。然后才帮我们找车。耽误了很长时间。第二天早上我退房的时候因为其他两个朋友从其他酒店来等我，她们只是想上楼帮我收拾行李。这位金发女前台态度极其恶劣的阻止她们上电梯进入房间，并且不允许她们使用厕所。影响了我们一整天的好心情。

Cleanliness needs to be improved, I found hairs on the bed and in the bathroom.

Good location, easily accessible from the port where we had been working on a boat. We decided to book last minute for the night after a busy 5 months of back to back work. Bed was comfortable and large - we slept well.

Unfortunately, when we arrived and entered the room, I was quite disappointed. It was clear that the room needed a more thorough clean, as there were small flies in the bathroom along with visible dust and hair. We had booked this room specifically to use the bath and unwind, but there was no tap, which was unexpected, so I had to fill it using the shower head. When I turned on the jet feature, a concerning amount of black mould came out into the water, which made it unusable. In addition, the shower area could have been much cleaner — the drain cover had visible residue and mould buildup, which was quite off-putting and gave the impression that the bathroom hadn’t been deep-cleaned in some time. I understand that some of these issues may relate more to maintenance than to housekeeping, but overall it left the room feeling neglected. If this had been my only summer holiday of the year, I would have been very disappointed.

Breakfast was a real treat and the hotel was super convenient, right next to loads of yummy restaurants and shops.

Very friendly staff, we made a very late booking due to a cancelled flight and they were very helpful. Room was spacious with a huge balcony and very well put together.

Lovely medium-sized hotel in a great waterfront location overlooking the bay, and only a few hundred metres to very nice small pebbly beaches. Spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the water. Excellent breakfast catering to every taste. Only 200 metres to the hub of Zakinthos Town and the Port.

A few very minor maintenance issues with the bathroom, which Incedently was spacious and modern.
