Excelente! Itens disponíveis para um típico “breakfast” inglês. Jantar com desconto de 20% para os hóspedes num ambiente agradável e ótima comida (um exemplo: “wings” de couve flor). Funcionários educados e super atenciosos.

O chuveiro molhava um pouco o banheiro mas, ao comentar isso, nos trocaram de quarto. A localização é boa, mas recomenda-se estar de carro. Até porque o estacionamento é amplo.

De ligging is ideaal, midden in het centrum. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Was put in the furtherest room from reception it felt and as a woman alone that felt uncomfortable. My room was sparse and didn’t feel very clean.

The cleanliness could be a lot better, the shower isn’t great. The pillows were flat, no fridge. There is an ironing board and a hair drier, kettle tea and coffee.

We had a problem with bathroom flooding, ended up with our belongings in one room on ground floor with us sleeping in another room on 2nd floor, made it really difficult for us.

Had a noisy smoke alarm in our room. Told the staff who quickly moved our room. Polite and with no fuss.

Good central location to explore the north downs of Kent. Buffet breakfast was good. Basic rooms, comfy bed. Free parking onsite by rego number.

Hotel restaurant offered attractive menu; breakfast was very good; plenty of on-site parking. Comfortable bed, thought the room was quite warm.

There was no lift. A bit of a slog with bags and equipment to the second floor.

There doesn't appear to be a lift at the hotel. Lugging heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs wasn't good.

Slightly shabby decor in places but that did not impact at all on us enjoying a very comfortable stay.

The beds were comfortable, it's a quiet hotel. Good parking.

Breakfast was from 8 am and since we had to leave every day by law at 7 am, we couldn't use it. The bathroom needs renovation. The food in the restaurant wasn't much. My son's pizza was from frozen food and I could smell fish in my salad. We stayed for 4 nights and it was never cleaned. The bed wasn't made. The trash wasn't taken out.

I paid extra for a deluxe room… I’d hate to think what a normal room is like. Dated room, the “great WiFi” was terrible. The “soundproof rooms” were not soundproof in the slightest, you can hear your neighbours tv as I’m sure they could hear mine.

The rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfy. The Breakfast was top-notch, everything cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. Highly recommend.

At check in the staff member couldn't have cared less and told us the wrong room number. The room wasn't very clean, particularly the toilet. Service in the restaurant was abysmal, despite only three tables occupied. Shown to a table and then waited 20 mins before our drinks order was taken, then 45 minutes for the food to appear. The food was not as described on the menu e.g. the Chalk Stream Trout (which was Salmon) had chilli added, the Spaghetti Carbonara would not have been recognised as such by any competent chef - it appeared to be bacon, scrambled egg yolk and spaghetti, with cheese (?) grated over it (definitely not a creamy sauce)! The breakfast menu mentioned several item which were not there, or not every day e.g. Yoghurts 1 out of 4 days, scrambled eggs never. We will NOT be returning - talking to another guest, neither will she for similar reasons.

Convenient for channel tunnel, staff went out of their way to make sure my motorbike got parked securely.

Good location and good value. On site restaurant with good food.

Some good effort to update and modernise has been made recently but still work needed.

I requested a ground floor room but none were available. I had to put the kettle on the floor because there was only one suitable socket and that was in use for the fan as the room was uncomfortably warm. There was no bedside light. The showerhead needed descaling. The flow rate was very poor.

The team on site in this hotel were lovely. Everyone we met was helpful and professional and polite. Breakfast was nice and excellent value. The bar area is comfortable and nice to sit in. The towels and sheets on the bed were immaculately clean and bed was very comfortable. There was a good amount tea, coffee and milk sachets in the room along with a kettle and cups. There was a very welcome fan. Other reviews have suggested a limited hot water supply, but this was not our experience. There was a relatively newly installed walk in shower in our bathroom. Plentiful parking which needs validating in the hotel.

The furnishings and décor in the rooms appear tired. Small things need to be fixed, such as the there was an opener handle missing from one of the windows, the curtains need to be heavier weight to block light and some of the furniture needs updating. The room didn't smell clean and fresh, a little stale and closed up possibly, but the windows were open. Cleanliness could be better, there was a stain up the wall next to bed - possibly coffee spillage or similar. It looked like it might have been easy to wipe away so more attention to detail needed. There were bottles of products in the shower, but the position of the holder made them impossible to use as the dispenser couldn't be depressed. Little things that with some thought and attention could be quickly and cheaply remedied.

It was a bit tired and I had to ask for a room change because of a non functioning shower. But as it was dealt with promptly I really can’t complain.

Die Unterkunft ist von der Autobahn aus sehr leicht erreichbar. Sie diente uns als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Dover. Das Zimmer war ruhig und hatte gute Betten. Vorteilhaft ist der kostenlose Parkplatz auf dem Gelände vor dem Haus.

Die Ausstattung ist eher spärlich. Es gibt keine Nachttischchen und nur 1 Stuhl für zwei Personen. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre nützlich gewesen.

De kamers zijn sterk verouderd, hebben geen climatecontrol of voldoende ventilatie. Met deze hete zomers is dit echter onmisbaar. Het zorgt ervoor dat de hitte niet weg kan uit het hotel. Daarnaast kan het vocht ook niet goed uit de badkamer. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig. Je moet van Engelse ontbijt houden, daarnaast zijn er nog wat croissants en yoghurt.

Stayed one night & really enjoyed it. Staff were so lovely, friendly & welcoming & we also got an upgraded room on arrival! Bed was comfy, husband got the best nights sleep he’s had in ages & the evening meal was absolutely delicious with very generously sized portions. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is well located with easy parking. The breakfast room was pleasant and airy. The coffee at breakfast was very pleasant. There was a good discount on the price - but when I arrived I could see why!

The lady who greeted me was surly and disinterested. There was loud gruesome music throughout the ground floor. The room was shabby, threadbare carpeting, no chair, the window did not open. The shower was appalling - very feeble and the controls were strange. The first bath towel I used was dirty. There was no chair in the room. I had a warm breakfast but the eggs were undercooked and the sausages luke warm.

De douche was vies - met haren - en de straal erg minimaal. Daarnaast zijn de kamers niet echt gezellig ingericht, weinig sfeer, geen kunst aan de muur en geen sfeer verlichting. De vloerbedekking mag best worden vervangen.

Great location for Brands Hatch, staff very friendly and attentive. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was really good too.

Het was echt een super smerig hotel, werkelijk alles was plakkerig, er was geen schoon beddengoed, de vlekken van de vorige slaper zaten er in, ontbijt was zeer matig, wat droog brood en jam. Werkelijk het aller aller aller slechtste hotel van heel Engeland.

Rooms, although clean were dated & tired looking. The TV was connected but there were no channels available, as the antenna was not connected. Similarly, the bathroom was basic, tired looking & in need of a good update. The bed was however, large & comfortable but with only one pillow per person.

There was toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived, the window in the room wouldn’t stay open, we had to use a coat hanger to prop it open as the cord as broken. The window frames were filthy dirty and the paint was flaking off. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles fixed to the wall. The room was really really warm due to the window being left shut before we arrived. The water pressure in the shower as little to none also. In all honesty I’ve never seen anything like it, the rooms itself was very dated and just unclean.

We needed a place to stay not to far from the channel tunnel and because we were traveling with 5 there was not much to choose from. We already knew it wasn’t the best hotel and upon arriving we were greeted by broken glass in the car park, peeling off paint and shouting guests but at least the bed seemed comfy. The room felt awfully hot and up in further inspection we found out that there was a huge heating pipe running through the room emitting so much heat that the room was above 30 degrees as it is also a heatwave. And no, it could not be switched off and no other rooms available. The shower from the kids bedroom only had hot water. After hardly any sleep we tried to see if we could get some compensation but the staff was extremely unhelpful. They obviously don’t care about people’s experiences and they have their cash and fill the rooms anyway.

Paid £220 but we were too tired to make a fuss .walk to breakfast was full of someone's crisps from the night before..a refund would be good. Police were called while we were there and we we were welcomed by a man sorting cocaine ..not good when you arrive with children

Nice building with ample private parking and a restaurant. Tesco petrol station next door and also large Sainsbury and Tesco supermarket not far away but you need a car. A short drive into Maidstone, where parking is quite difficult and is mainly app based. The hotel room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. There was an unexpected free breakfast, which we did not use as it was until 8.30. The only fault was the pressure in the shower- it was simply inadequate- especially if you needed to wash your hair. The staff is friendly and welcoming.I would recommend it.

Arrived in carpark general area was like a rubbish tip clearly not maintained at all and not even any parking bays marked out. Walked in hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful, this is where the good points ended ! Stairs up to the room, corridors, carpets were all very dated, tatty and not very clean. Entered the room which when we first walked in looked like it was ok but on closer examination we noticed how bad it was cobwebs on curtains, bird mess covered the windowsill. Only 1 bedside cabinet and no plugs anywhere near the bed there was a couple in the room all over the other side of the room, there was a fan in the room the cable was about 2 foot long so we had to move the table to put it on to get it near the bed to give us any relief from the heat ! Good point only 2 pillows requested some more and they arrived promptly. Tea making facilities were ok but didn’t anticipate the milk being off, would have expected a bottle of water and a couple of glasses to take tablets at least. Bathroom was adequate but the grout between the tiles on the flooring was filthy. Evening meal was an experience half the menu unavailable as the clay oven was out of action, was not good value for money at all and only thing we could have was a curry and rice and the service was poor. Breakfast was woeful went to make tea the milk turned lumpy again ! Made waitress aware but I didn’t bother to refill once she changed it, only 2 good things about the breakfast was the bread was fresh although only white on offer and the eggs were freshly cooked, bacon cremated and sausages certainly were not freshly cooked looked a few days old. All in all a dreadful experience and would never return fire exit door banging all night where people use it as a smoking area is more in keeping with a refuge for the homeless than a hotel couldn’t wait to leave !

The food in the restaurant was excellent, far exceeding expectations and in fact my metal was one of the best curries I have eaten, full of authentic flavour and worthy of comparison in any restaurant. Breakfast was also very good.

Clean and spacious. Nice room, mostly well maintained, clean and comfortable bed. Nice bedhead and painted wall behind the bed. Tv good. Kettle etc all ok.

A few things needed some love; taps missing the tops, shower a bit blocked, walls needed painting - scuff marks and dents, curtains hanging off, sash window broken, duvet cover torn.

The shower in the room was terrible. Trickle flow. The bathroom smelt of drains. It’s clear the rooms haven’t been renovated / decorated in some time. It had a musty smell and the carpets look 30+ years old. Could do with a full length mirror in the room. There are no plugs by the bed to charge phones. Terrible coffee in the breakfast, no fresh fruit or healthy breakfast options.

Tiny boiling hot dated room. We asked to move and got an even worse room in terms of decor. Curtains hanging off the rail. Broken sash window. Just shabby. And the second room was only marginally cooler because we had two fans on all night plus the window open. Staff were lacklustre. Breakfast for £12.50 not worth the price.

Colazione è sicuramente l'elemento forte della struttura sia dove viene servita sia la tipologia. La struttura ha anche un bar aperto utile per bere qualcosa e un giardino esterno.

Il ristorante aveva poche cose e non abbiamo avuto molta scelta. Le camere sono limitate e non hanno l'aria condizionata.. cosa indispensabile oramai. La pulizia era ok, ma il bagno è da rimodernare. Infine la struttura è un pò troppo vicinia alla strada e non si ha a pieno la sensazione di una casa di campagna.
