Posizione incantevole in mezzo agli ulivi, esterno molto curato, camera spaziosa, buona la scelta per le colazioni, personale gentile e disponibile.

Interni meno curati degli esterni, alcune manutenzioni da effettuare, pulizia non eccellente, letto con fastidiosa traversina in plastica a protezione del materasso, idromassaggio non funzionante nella piscina e pulizia della stessa non eccellente

Bella struttura camere erano pulite.

Piscina andrebbe pulita meglio perchè si vede che ci sono residui di terra o sporco sul pavimento e nei bordi. Servirebbe inserire un robot ogni sera + qualcuno che ogni 2 settimane pulisca i bordi.

Très bel hôtel avec du personnel de qualité. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur le paysage Toscan. Petit bémol sur le couloir qui était assez bruyant

Good breakfast Staff friendly and helpful The room was comfortable, although the bathroom layout was a little awkward. Ground floor room had little courtyard, but no views to speak of. Swimming pool was good, offering different depths for children and adults. Excellent views over the Tuscan hills from the pool area and well located to visit most places in the region

La piscine est très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec des produits frais. Le parking très pratique car la voiture est indispensable. La chambre etait très bien sauf que la partie extérieure est un couloir desservant plusieurs chambres. De ce fait la chambre voisine avait une chaise extérieure devant notre fenêtre (pas très sympa)

Tutto perfetto. Ottima posizione per visitare tutte le cittandine e anche Firenze. Staff veramente disponibile e gentile. Pulitissimi. Cibo perfetto, la colazione specialmente.

Una cosa che migliorerei per l'esperienza è non far accedere bambini piccoli. Comprendo che non dipenda dalla strutturra. Ma la cosa principale che migliorerei è quella. Disturbavano molto in piscina, facendo tuffi e rumore, schizzando noi e altre persone. Nonostante il divieto sul cartellone. Quindi aggiungerei una figura adibita al controllo della piscina per evitare queste situazioni. Nella nostra stanza 112 le luci del bagno non erano molto forti e "sfarfallavano" spesso. Un consiglio che darei è aggiungere dei parasoli per le macchine.

Soggiorno fantastico. Location perfetta per un periodo di relax, soprattutto per noi che avevamo un bimbo di appena 3 mesi. Staff cordiale e competente. Camere e luoghi puliti e curati. Cibo tradizionale e ben cucinato. Da consigliare.

Ottima posizione, servizi eccellenti, staff super disponibile e pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Colazione buona e ricca, idem i piatti del ristorante. La vera chicca: la piscina rivolta a ovest, con vista sul tramonto sui colli del Chianti.

Great location and a beautiful villa. Amazing view and clean, stylish room. Lovely pool with a bar. Overall, the whole place was amazing and very atmospheric.

The food and the service. The food wasn’t bad, but nowhere near as tasty as in other places I’ve visited in Italy. The selection was small, and the dishes lacked seasoning. The service was AMATEUR. Our orders were messed up several times, dishes arrived in the wrong order (e.g., side dish 20 minutes after the main course), and our dessert was forgotten then after 40 minutes when we asked about it they told us the restaurant had already closed. There were two teenage (or teenage looking) waiters: one didn’t know how to use the bottle opener, the other was extremely nervous and kept dropping things. Okay, we understand that it's their first job, no problem, but even the more experienced staff had basic issues: they didn’t open or pour our drinks, and we had to remind them multiple times about forgotten items.

L’unico problema è stato per la doccia che purtroppo ogni volta che veniva utilizzata allagava tutto il bagno. Per il resto tutto perfetto! Sopratutto il personale che ho trovato super disponibile.

Het uitzicht

Het eten in het hotel kan beter. Ook het ontbijt viel ons een beetje tegen. Vaak alleen maar brood en geen afbakbroodjes.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay in Tuscany. 🇮🇹❤️ The views were incredible, especially watching the sunset by the pool. We were also lucky enough to experience one of their BBQ nights, which became one of the highlights of our 10 days in Italy. The staff were so warm and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, and our room was perfect — especially the huge balcony overlooking the gardens. A truly special stay, filled with beautiful memories. We really didn’t want to leave.

Magnifique hôtel plein de charme, exactement ce que ́'on vient chercher en Toscane. La vue depuis la piscine est incomparable, époustouflante ! La chambre est confortable, bon matelas et belle surface, très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien.

Certains équipements pourraient être rénovés, salle de bain dans les chambres très vieillottes (avec baignoire et jet d'eau pas douchette), la piscine mériterait un rafraîchissement, le restaurant est très beau mais la cuisine en dessousbde ce qui se fait a côté de l'hôtel.

O hotel é lindo. Nosso quarto era amplo, cama muito confortável, banheiro de bom tamanho e banho muito bom. O café da manhã foi excelente. A piscina (e a vista) fizeram nossa estadia ainda mais agradável, meus filhos adoraram. Os funcionários foram muito gentis com a nossa família.

Wonderful stay at Borgo di Cortefreda! Great location, very clean and beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and a lovely pool area. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. A perfect base for exploring Tuscany. We would definitely come back!

Une ambiance familiale tres detendante dans cet hôtel très agréable, bien placé et charmant. Le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les produits de beauté (savon et shampooing) sont exceptionnels.

Un petit déjeuner à améliorer en termes de qualité (jus d’orange, pain, pancakes).

The location is lovely. The filling and presentation are fantastic. Everyone is very polite. The staff are helpful.

Breakfast wasn't as good as described. There was inconsistency when we were there; vegetables were sometimes available, sometimes not. It could be more consistent and offer more options. Also, the doors in the rooms are very noisy.

Hotel ma już swoje lata i nie zaszkodziłby mu remont. Hotel bardzo stracił na uroku w ostatnim czasie i z urokliwego spokojnego miejsca stał się hałaśliwym miejscem z tłumem rozkrzyczanych dzieci i młodzieży w basenie. Klimat skutecznie zredukowany

Magnifique domaine au milieu de la nature toscane. Grande piscine, bar à la piscine et joli restaurant. Les produits de douche sentent extrêmement bon.

La chambre d’hôtel un peu moins jolie que tout le reste de l’hôtel.

Etwas teuer (Restaurant + Spa).

Het zwembad met uitzicht en bar is voortreffelijk, evenals de kamer met het terrasje. Het is een heerlijke plek om volledig tot rust te komen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is ongeveer twintig minuten lopen naar beide dorpjes in de buurt, een prima afstand.

Het was volop hoogseizoen en daarom redelijk druk. Een aantal gasten had de slechte gewoonte hun ligstoel bezet te houden terwijl ze er niet waren, waardoor we niet altijd gemakkelijk aan een plaatsje kwamen.

Piso da sacada muito sujo. Piso do quarto um pouco sujo. Nota-se que a limpeza não é tão bem feita. Água da piscina muito fria.

Struttura molto curata, ottima posizione sia per visitare il Chianti sia per Firenze e Siena. In aggiunta , la zona risulta essere più fresca rispetto ad altre zone nel Chianti, sopratutto la sera . Stanza pulita , letto comodo. Personale gentile e disponibile.

È andato tutto benissimo, se proprio bisogna segnalare qualcosa direi il caffè espresso a colazione( macchinetta), più adatto a turisti stranieri. Suggerimento: per le stanze che non hanno spazio esterno, sarebbe utile un area dedicata dove poter stendere i costumi ad asciugare.

Overrated and disappointing. This hotel has a strong package holiday/charter vibe and was far from the relaxing experience we expected. The pool area was overcrowded, and the water did not look clean. The restaurant was equally disappointing—2 of our 6 dishes were forgotten, and the food we did receive was average at best. The rooms were a decent size, but the beds were uncomfortable. Overall, we don’t understand the hype and would not stay here again.

De prachtige locatie en de goede parkeergelegenheid.

Het zwembad was helaas niet verwarmd. Het hotel is erg gericht op Amerikaanse toeristen. Toen er twee bussen met Amerikanen arriveerden was alle charme van het hotel verdwenen. Deze namen echt het hotel over en het personeel deed alles om hen te pleasen, in plaats van hen vriendelijk te verzoeken zich een beetje te gedragen (halve liters bier gaan drinken IN het zwembad???) Daarnaast stonden er ineens een hoop campers op het grasveld bij het zwembad. Bleek een verkoopshow te zijn. Dat was een hele afbreuk aan de charme van het hotel.

Location meravigliosa a pochi minuti da Firenze immersa nel verde. Ho soggiornato una notte con due amiche, il posto è tranquillo, la camera spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo approfittato della piscina, molto comodo il servizio di comodato dei teli. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante dell’hotel, menu ristretto (meglio così per quanto mi riguarda!) e i piatti erano buoni e ben presentati. Colazione a buffet varia e abbondante, ben bilanciata tra dolce e salato per mettere d’accordo tutti i gusti. Una menzione particolare al cameriere addetto alla pulizia dei tavoli (purtroppo senza targhetta con il nome!), impeccabile e velocissimo nonostante fosse da solo a gestire la sala interna e la veranda.

L’unica nota leggermente negativa è la “brandina” che hanno preparato per rendere la nostra camera una tripla…molto sacrificata e non all’altezza del letto king size comodissimo che era presente in stanza!

Without a doubt, one of the best places I have stayed. It was clean, the check-in process was quick and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. The young man at the reception was very polite and helpful

Leider wurde gerade die Wasserversorgung in der Stadt saniert und es führte zu kurzen Wasserausfällen. Kurz aber manchmal ärgerlich. Das Essen abends im Restaurant war besonders für Italien eher enttäuschend.

Oh what a beauty! Surrounded by the hills and olive trees this property is in a great spot. Between two old charming villages. The staff very so friendly and helpful from reception to the cleaning team. The pool is also very nice and we were lucky to have a few hot days so we were able to enjoy. All in a great stay!

Unser Zimmer hatte eine grandiose Aussicht. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sehr gediegen. Der Pool war sehr erfrischend und von dort aus hat man eine suuuperschöne Aussicht.

Unsere hochwertigen Fahrräder mussten draußen am Fahrradständer übernachten. Glücklicherweise hat es nicht geregnet. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir auf den Dinnerpreis einen Rabatt von 30% als Entschädigung. Das war in Ordnung. Ansonsten war alles super.

Много приятно и релаксиращо място. Ресторантът е доста добър, с вкусна и добре поднесена храна. Закуската беше нормална и достатъчна като избор! Отличен басейн с гледка!

המתקן עצמו הוא מלון שנועד ללינה ולהמשיך את היום . החדר פשוט מאוד וקצת עשה את שלו וארוחת הבוקר בינונית . נראה שהמלון מיועד לקבוצות מאורגנות ולא תרגיש במלון חוויה או אווירה מיוידת .

Værelserne var virkelig gode. Gode mad. Venligt peronale. Morgenmaden var god, men det kneb nogle gange lidt med at få fyldt op.

When you see the pictures of Borgo di Cortefreda, and in general of the Hotels belonging to the Place of Charme group, you may think their biggest asset is their locations, because they are, indeed, breathtaking. But their biggest asset is the staff and their customer care, and attention to the guests’ needs and desires. I highly recommend this structure, and the group to which it belongs to as I have stayed in other locations as well (Villa Agape and Palazzo Alfieri), and they are all excellent in my personal experience.

I can’t come up with anything reasonable.

The food was fantastic, and the restaurant truly deserves 5 stars. The restaurant staff was also excellent. The pool area was beautiful, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning.

I didn’t like the room. For the price we paid, it really wasn’t very good. When we booked, the room looked amazing, but when we arrived, it left a lot to be desired. Four of us slept in a room that wasn’t even 25 square meters.
