Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Stayed here two nights and really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and happy to chat. Room was huge, and the shower was one of the best we've had in Italy - big and spacious. Breakfast was perfect, and reasonably priced for what you get.
the windows don't fully block out the trams passing at night, so light sleepers might notice it. That said, this part of town is much quieter than staying right in the center, so it's a fair trade-off.

Esta demasiado cerca de las vias del tren y la rampa de acceso para silla de ruedas es un poco complicada.

La zona de alrededor del hotel por la noche es un poco decadente. Da un poco de miedo ir al hotel.

Contantemente te encontrabas personal limpiando, regando..... El hotel es antiguo pero se nota que ha tenido una reforma completa no hace mucho. Está cerca de la estación de autobuses pero no sé veía ambiente raro. Si es verdad que se veía bastante vigilancia en la zona. Militar, carabineri, policía local....
A mí no me suele molestar, tolero bien el tema de los ruidos. Pero para alguien un poco más sensible el tema de escuchar los trenes puede ser algo negativo. Se escucha muy poco. Pero algo se escucha.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026I spent a week at this 4-star affordable hotel centrally located in Florence. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and clean. My room was tended to each day. I felt safe and well looked after. All the hotel staff were friendly, and helpful with offering suggestions on where to eat and getting me taxis. Breakfast was included, and the selection of food would meet any one's dietary needs and preferences. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24 hours. A note of caution: this is a European hotel and the rooms are smaller than what Americans may be used to. I booked a room for one and had a twin bed. The room did not have a closet, but a rack for hanging a couple blouses. The room had a personal safe, which I like. I would have liked a lobby bar for a end-of-day drink; however, there are places nearby.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Cafe da manha excelente, com varias opcoes. Localizacao do hotel muito boa tambem, contando com um estacionamento e bem proximo da ZTL. Gostei muito tambem da disponibilidade de cafe durante o dia inteiro para os hospedes. E otima atencao dos funcionarios.
Ar condicionado do quarto um pouco fraco. Alem disso, a energia do quarto nao funcionava mais sem o cartao-chave, inclusive do frigobar.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Confortul a fost total. O cameră curată, cu paturi foarte confortabile, saltele și perne cu memorie, toaletă curată, luminoasă, și nici un pic de gălăgie noaptea. Aerul condiționat ne aștepta pornit, ceea ce a fost extrem de plăcut pe căldura din august. Locația este la o distanță mică pe jos de atracții și locații importante din centrul vechi. Au parcare, inclusiv stații electrice. Personal amabil, harnic, plăcut. Mic dejun ok, variat, suficient.
Două lucruri - dar nici unul cu adevărat important. Personalul nu avea etichetă cu numele, iar parcarea e cam scumpă, 25 euro pe zi. Este parcare chiar langa hotel, nu prea merită să rezervați la hotel.

Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, joten oli erittäin kostea eikä siellä kuivannut mitään. Suihkukoppi todella pieni vaikka kylpyhuone isokokoinen.

Vedľa dosť rušnej železničnej trate. Raňajky bieda, 2druhy šunky, 1 druh suchej salámy, syr najlacnejší aký sa dá zohnať, a zelenina len paradajky. Veľmi obmedzený výber, za skoro 500€ som čakala viac. A to nehovorím o tom, aký bol personál odmeraní, keď chystali druhým ubytovaným stoly, trieskali so všetkým, dosť nepríjemné na ráno. Za mňa už tento hotel nikdy

De badkamer was klein en wat gedateerd. Maar voor de prijs vonden wij het een prima kamer.

Sehr rudimentär eingerichtet. Eine Dusche mitten im Raum, das Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und WC ist ein eigener Mini-Raum. Wirkt abgewohnt und als würde man in den Rest des Hotels mehr Liebe stecken, als in die Zimmer. Nicht sehr komfortabel. Klimaanlage hat nur zwei Stufe: ein oder aus. Sehr kalt.

Ideal location for walking to the city, train station is very close and as we went to Visarno Arena it was easy to get to the hotel afterwards. If we come to Florence again, we will definitely stay there again.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Exceptionally helpful and friendly reception team, made our arrival very easy and sorted out securing our luggage before check in. Made our stay in Florence very enjoyable and we were able to get much more out of our stay. Lovely clean and cool rooms with very comfortable beds.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026La struttura è in ottima posizione e ad un prezzo corretto, il personale è gentilissimo e devo dire molto ma molto contento di come ci hanno accolto e accompagnato nel nostro soggiorno
Le camere sono accoglienti ma a mio avviso va curato di più il particolare ci sono alcune piccole cose da migliorare che porterebbero un maggiore percezione del confort della camera.
