The rooms were very dirty. Beds and towels were clean but overall it was used and dirty from the people before.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel for the past four nights. Everything was wonderful, and I really enjoyed my time here. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a great sleep every night. I also want to give a big appreciation to the housekeeping team. They did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy every day. Their hard work definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for the great service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others! ❤️

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the comfortable bed and the excellent housekeeping service. I really enjoyed my four-night stay and have no complaints at all. ❤️

The penthouse was fantastic, we had a small gathering of family and friends it was perfect for that. Big wide open space, beautiful views. We also had a one bedroom which was great.

The penthouse stunk of thick heavy cigarette smoke, it was clear the person before us had smoked in bed, in the bathroom, on all the furniture. It was absolutely disgusting. The rooms are very worn, very old, cabinets loose etc but for the price it was fine

Great location with a fabulous view of the city are harbour. The staff were very helpful when we asked for a few extra things. Many thanks for a great stay.

It was all fone two things no seevice provoded but still taken mpney and two don’t ever take someone’s car we have different cultures and over here it cost a lot of money to fix a vehicle or get a vehicle sometimes it means having to get a whole new one because it cost so much to fix stuff here as we are so isolated I don’t know I just feel like the staff really lit down that whole experience because they’re probably going to deny now that anyone took my car away from the property overnight or ever as matter of fact but whatever

The staff assuming thwy can sneak cjtges and keep the mobey and the sexonf is the staff never asling but wanting to take thw car to the road where an insurance policy becomes effective and had they crashed it would cost them $4000 to just get the excess paid what do they care, can barely trust any one now it seems

It was good for one night before hitting the road on our travels. The restaurant doesn’t some lovely food - highly recommend the Lamb Rib Rack.

The washer/dryer did not dry effectively so I left with damp washing sadly. Breakfast was ok but not cafe quality, which is expected from a buffet I suppose The room was a standard hotel room with a small bathroom

Perfect size Studio for short visit.

The TV had a visually impaired mode on which I could not work out how to change. Very minor inconvenience.

Fueron muy amables todos con nosotros. El precio muy accesible para los servicios brindados. Superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas.

Centrally located close to CBD but still quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. In apartment style room. Large comfortable bed. Excellent value. We extended our stay to 5 nights without any problem. Would definitely stay here again.

The settee was not the most comfortable. And the hike up the hill to get to the hotel was a bit of a challenge at times but Ubers are cheap so not insurmountable. Still would not put me off staying here.

Great stay.

The location is fine, and the room I was allocated had great views. Because of this, I would stay again, but with lowered expectations. Nice staff, but they weren't able to do much about the grumbles I had.

The room configuration was weird. It feels like it had been repurposed. It was also as far away from the lifts as it could be. There are three lifts for 23 floors of building. One lift was permanently unavailable. For some of the time, there was a second lift out of service which meant waiting for several minutes when trying to leave the hotel. I wasn't happy about that. The more permanent-seeming residents I spoke to seemed to accept his as normal. The phone did not work. Neither did the TV until I got assistance with it. The sofa and room chairs are really not that comfortable - that makes it hard to relax.

16階だったので眺め､良かったです。 チェックイン時間よりも前だったので荷物だけ預かってもらおうと思ったら(もちろん荷物だけ預けもOKでした)､掃除が終わっていれば部屋に上がってもいいですよっと言っていただき､確認してくれ､無事に1時間程早く部屋に入れました。

バスルームの換気扇がないのか､見つけられず 湿気が凄かったです｡(鏡には曇止めのスイッチがありました）

Our apartment on the 21st floor was great Spacious rooms & living, large beds which are comfortable. Easy check in & very friendly female staff member who greeted us & made the check process easy

constant issues with wifi, I had work to do from time to time and was so frustrated, TV not working for days and in-house entertainment constantly failed as it was based on wifi, I eventually gave up on TV, 'balcony' went from 30cm to 90cm wide so no outdoor furniture or space to sit, no-one ever answered reception phone to get assistance, had to constantly traipse down to reception for help then wait until next day for 'repair', first night I went to bar for wine and food only to have the bar staff's small child constantly running around, one lift out of order for entire stay so remaining two lifts constantly busy and crowded some reception staff had issues with English so hard to communicate

Liked that there was a gym at the accommodation. Nice comfy, big beds. Decent sized rooms (we booked 2 bedroom place). Great location and reception was manned all the times.

The size of the bathroom

Disappointingly this accomodation is clearly a student accomodation for the local university not really catering for short stays. The breakfast was terrible. It felt like stepping back 30 years in time in this hotel A bed where you could feel the springs and a very awful smell in the room .

I really appreciated helpful and friendly staff !! 10+++ for them! Location was also very comfortable to reach city centre and Auckland domain.

You can clearly see that the facilities need renovation/serious touch up, the rooms were really worn out… The gym was a huge disappointment. And do you really think that the shared hot tub is a hygienic suggestion for such an apartment complex? Most importantly, pictures a really photoshopped or from many years ago when facilities were new… we had a room with kitchen, but there were only two of everything: two spoons, two plates, etc. Finally, carpet in the room is a really bad choice, it feels so dirty and you can never clean if properly in between clients…

Location was good, valet parking was handy & car was always ready when requested.

Very run down & shabby, whole building is tired & very patched up in places instead of being fixed properly. Rooms were a very strange layout. Staff were minimal, rooms & building not overly clean.

The location was great and the size perfect and we got it for a good price, so not many complaints

The room had patches and holes on the wall, the bed looked like it had just been thrown in there just the mattress and the kitchen barely had any amenities and the laundry machine didn’t work. But all and all it was fine and good location for the price

Love the spa!! The rooms are beautiful 😍 my partner loved the gym! Beautiful people working reception and looked after my car! Chef made a beautiful breakfast just wish there was more variety

My WiFi developed a rash condition due to bed bugs. The lobby has not have a courtesy bathroom. The exterior environment was cold.

It was easy to get around from there and it had buffet breakfast

It was in need of renovation. The shower head needed replacing as it drooped down. One bedside lamp didn't work and the furniture has seen better days. However the bed was very comfortable and the linen was clean.
