- Good location (close to public transport) - The room is big and confortable - The building and amenities are nice

- The breakfast buffet is nice but very expensive - The shower pressure is very low

El ambiente del hotel y su terraza

Great staff, very friendly!!!!! Helped with everything! Really nice rooftop! And good cofee.

In the morning their is no complete darkness, not the best location

Excelentes instalaciones y staff

Clean, tidy and functional

Bed was abit hard and rooms not soundproofed enough.

location is very good, near a train and metro station, the room was comfy, the breakfast was good with wide variety of options.

the breakfast was unproportionally expensive

One of the best hotel i stay in Europe, amazing in all senses. The room incredible, the staff give us a good attention every second, restaurant and coffee shop amazing. The bed was so comfortable

- Accessible rapidement en transport - Location de velo - Restaurant très bon - Terrasse superbe - Personnel très sympa et dynamique - Grande chambre et confortable - Facilité de check-in / out

location, staff

Quiet location, but very well connected through the metro system. It never felt like a hassle to get downtown or anywhere we wanted to visit for that matter.

Nothing! No complaints whatsoever!

Ottima posizione vicino metro e treno stazione AMSTEL. In 10 minuti eravamo alla stazione centrale. Colazione buona, camera spaziosa.

Great communal spaces, very attentive staff, well located for cycling into and around the city centre. Comfortable beds and very quiet for an uninterrupted sleep.

Some slight signs of wear and tear, air conditioning in the room wasn’t the best.

It’s Cozy. It’s amazing. It felt just like Home.

I liked everything. I literally liked everything. It was one of the best hotels I have ever been to

All good

Nothing in particular

The location is amazing, very close to Amstel station

We stayed with a baby, and with the baby crib the room felt crapmed

Great hotel overall, nice and comfortable. Staff is very friendly.

€20 for bike rental (24 hours) is a bit excessive, especially if you rent for multiple days.

comfortable room. modern and comfortable. very fast check in.

8min walk from the station. we had a problem with the kettle in our room and we werent provided with an immediate solution (basically we were told that they would solve it after we leave)

Séjour parfait! Chambre spacieuse. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel spacieux proche métro (5mn a pied) et train et tram. Location parapluie et vélo. Rooftop.

Great sized room and view from 8th floor. Place was clean and the robes and slippers were a nice addition. Didn't have breakfast but dinner was nice from a limited menu. The place was spacious and great for large groups/conferences.

Location was the biggest downfall for us. Though it was an easy walk to the train and tram station, the hotel is situated in a commercial area with very little night life around. So you felt isolated to the heart beat of Amsterdam which may suit some.

We were with our 3 month baby and we enjoyed the stay. The location is good , its close to the train station (amstel) which takes you everywhere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room itself doesn’t have A.C but they have a climate system which kept the room cool and nice to be in and it also has a mini fridge and a kettle and a coffee machine. We loved casa we will definitely come back.

No balcony or terraces and windows can’t be opened

everything, Hotel was very nice, and despite the fact that there was no Air Co, the room was cool enough, even during a very warm period.

nothing really. Everything was quite good.

All was perfect

Ubicació. Barri tranquil. A quatre parades del centre. Bàsicament hi hem dormit. La terrassa superior a la nit val la pena

Llit poc còmode

Struttura moderna e ben curata.

Cleanliness Nice staff Location Esthetic

New, trendy and super clean hotel with great service offering.

Breakfast was not included and was okay but not anything special for an additional cost.

No aplica

Clean and smart. Staff very helpful

I could only stay one night

Clean,comfortable quiet area.

It’s very clean, comfortable and safe!!! Also, the front seat let us check in at 8:30am! It’s very convenient for early arriving travelers!

Nulla

Unkompliziert

Pulizia

La posizione

Het dakterras was heerlijk

Very comfortable ,staff very attentive

No bar or coffee facility after 10.00 pm

The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it’s easy to reach by metro, with the station about a 15 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Note that you need to request room cleaning.

The breakfast was good, although a bit expensive.

Pulizia e posizione

Personale scostante e struttura fredda e caotica

Proximidade a transportes e supermercados

Very clean!

N/A

Excellent customer service from every staff member! Great location close to many city highlights. Our travel partner had a beautiful view of the garden & water ladder feature.

Love the esthetics of the lobby ! The rooms lacked luster compared to the photos just in need of a crisp update. And the view from our window was of a shabby parking in lot.

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable

Nice hotel located close to the train and metro stations. A supermarket is also nearby. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is regular buffet.

The location is very convenient since it is quite close to the metro station on foot. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. And I also liked that the reception was open 24/7.

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

Everything was perfect
