Rooms were clean and the beds were nice and comfy. Perfect location. Right off of the freeway with restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

Location a bit noisy

I really appreciated the fact that due to an unexpected family situation, that the reservation was able to be accommodated a month later. This accommodated our needs. I liked the fact that before you got to your room, the exterior doors to enter the building were locked making the building more secure. Close to many restaurants.

Breakfast area was crowded. I’m not sure how you can fix that.

Easy to get to in Petaluma

The outside around the buildings is really smelly and run down. The place needs some love for sure!

The room is very outdated, there is no WiFi reception in the rooms at all, when I asked to fix it they had no answer. The water flow in the shower is very weak.

There was one front desk attendant whom didn’t have proper customer service skills. Very sarcastic and confrontational. Made me want to leave. Was not welcoming.

Parking was awful. The lot was very full in the evening when we returned. The remaining parking places were far from our room so we found street parking instead. The small fridge in the room made an humming sound. It was constant and annoying. No kleenex was provided in the room.

The room was pretty large. The breakfast was good. Place was quite.

Bads were uncomfortable. Overall hotel is pretty used and simple. We were 4 people and the second bad was not ready when we arrived, I had to ask for sheets and pillows and do it myself.

Comfortable bed, excellent shower with excellent water pressure and excellent drainage and really clean all around. The location is very quiet and convenient to lots food area

I like everything so nothing to complain

The beds were super comfortable! Very new linens, blanket, etc. The room was very clean and looked recently remodeled. The breakfast was a great bonus; excellent coffee, waffle maker was so delicious, bacon, sausage and eggs were continually refreshed and all for free! Big money saver not having to go out to breakfast and spend $40 bucks for a group of three. Pool and jacuzzi were good too. Great value for your money here.

Hotel was in a good location for us to visit Rancho Obi-Wan. Building and rooms could use some updates but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The room was clean and quiet, the parking was right under our window, and the breakfast has my favorite waffles and orange juice. I'm really satisfied.

Breakfast was okay or maybe good if you considered normal American breakfast but not gourmet of course ,but every time anyone opened or closed their door or hall way door , my door was shaking and the wall and even; a lot of times I thought somebody opening my door ...that started to make me not feel good as a single woman who also like peaceful places which was not a good start plus woke me up one time and that there is no good view or anything nor pretty design either so I cannot give excellent rating at all .I also paid a lot because of music festival while was sold out why should I still pay for that cause?! it was obvious I could not go as I booked the same day for Saturday why I should be paying $250 for each night( even same rate for Sunday through booking .com when there is obvious proof I am not here for festival or I can not get in to the festival when that started on Friday even and no one wait to get their hotel on Saturday afternoon if they have a ticket for Festival which has started a day before even ... I have been in this place before when I arrived it I recognized otherwise ; I was happier if I booked through Airbnb in nicer view place , $500 does not worth for somewhere with no design no sense of comfort but noisy door no good view This place as it its name shows is just an upgraded motel6 surrounded by all fast food places :(

The property was situated amongst the trees. It was close to the freeway but never realized it. The rooms are separated into separate cottages. It was very quiet and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was better than most others. The breakfast staff kept all the items stocked and well kept.

Clean, quiet room in a good location. The free breakfast had numerous warm and cold options. Parking was easy to find near the room and the parking spaces were generally pretty large. We enjoyed our stay and the value for the price.
