Quiet, clean, spacious. Full size fridge, nice kitchen with ceramic plates, cups and bowls.

The eggs and sausage didn't look good, so I didn't try them.They looked dry and shrivelled.

Nice comfortable rooms. No hot water tho.

Convenience and *very* friendly staff. We checked in at 11pm and the woman at the desk was lovely.

Everything in the room *above* the floor was clean and tidy. However, the carpet was disgusting with numerous dark, large stains everywhere. I was truly surprised you assign the room to any guest. Since we checked in late and left at 9am we just dealt with it; otherwise, I would have changed rooms. Besides questioning the hygiene of room due to the carpet, the aesthetics of such a badly stained carpet is way below Hilton standards.

We liked having a place to stay that was convenient for our weekend activities. Everything was fine the entire weekend. Plenty of room, had all necessary items, etc. The only thing that was annoying was I booked our stay through Booking.com so I realize there’s issues with that. But I tried a few times to asks question online to the property and there was nothing confirming our stay. I tried to call one time and was put on hold and never connected with anyone. Other than that, all was great!

We liked how clean and well-maintained the property's interior is.

(1) The breakfast offering was disappointing. (2) There are bird droppings all over the windows of several rooms. The management acknowledged this but claimed it is allowed to support such bird species. In my opinion, this is disgusting and seems like an excuse not to invest in a permanent solution to improve hygiene. You could always find a way to build a structure away from the hotel that serves as a habitat for those birds.

Good location. Ample parking. Breakfast provided. Mostly quiet. WiFi good. They brought coffee supplies to the room when requested.

Breakfast was adequate but supplies ran low middle of serving time. Had to ask for coffee pot to be filled. We’ll check for a better value next time.

The front desk, Kris, is amazing! Remembers you by name and makes sure to make you feel welcomed every time you come in.

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and I liked the gym and laundry amenities. Everything was there to make the stay comfortable & easy!

The modern streamlined room. The climate control was very responsive. The woman who checked us in was wonderful and helpful.

The breakfast was not great. Same hard cooked eggs every day. While there was a toaster and bagels and bread, etc. to toast. There was no butter or cream cheese available. The lamp at our desk in our room did not function at all. I’m guessing I’m old-school, but I was wishing for a map of Petaluma so that I could see the downtown area and make my way around. There were no paper maps available.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from - make your own breakfast sandwich, potato wedges, make your own waffle, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices, fruits, etc.

When I booked in March, the going rate for March was much lower than it was for May. I understand that the rate goes high for summer but 3x as much? That's gouging your customers.

Convenient and right off the freeway for easy access to where we were headed each day. We were able to make basic meals in the room.

Odd room layout - no ambience and it felt like we could host a fitness class in the space. Breakfast didn’t start til 7:00 on the weekend and that is too late if you have an early start to your day.

Spacious rooms (we’ve stayed in two different local Home2s for total over 14 days). Kitchenette done well. TVs not blaring in lobby. Comfortable large lobby area. Friendly helpful lobby and breakfast staff. Did not use pool but clean and seemed private and large enough. Huge parking lot. 2 minute walk across lot to great Japanese resto. One minute walk to Kohls, Dollar Tree, other dept stores. HVAC in room quick responsive. Shelf, drawer and closet space suitable.

Spa unreliable. Breakfast C-: eggs, cinnamon swirl French toast, sausage patties etc samo samo commercial grade plus repetition w minimal swap every other day. Oranges bananas ok.

Allowing men to loiter every night around the fire pit is absolutely horrible. The men were drinking alcohol and carrying on loud conversations until the fire pits were turned off. Every single time we walked past the men they were swearing. This is a terrible look for your establishment.

Clean and good breakfast

Did not get any sleep that night, I had some really noisy people next to me. They partied until around 4 in the morning. Several people complained but staff did nothing to stop it.

Spacious room, friendly professional staff.

We stayed at 5 different hotels this week who offered breakfast. This was the only hotel without gluten and dairy free options. After inquiring about these options, rhe host suggested I eat Cheerios. Apparently dry Cheerios is a satisfactory alternative. Even the two, small, roadside motels had these offerings. I’m surprised and disappointed, being a Hilton, that this is the case.

We had an amazing stay! The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature which made it feel very relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

I was able to have a decent breakfast, and other members of our party found it exceptional. I try to eat unprocessed, low sodium, low sugar foods and found enough to make me happy.

Everything was extremely good, EXCEPT...I go to a hotel to sleep during the night and the noise from the automatic fan (which I had no control over) kept me awake. I barely got 3-4 hours of sleep each night there, and returned home exceedingly tired. Had I been able to control the fan, this would have been a 10+ hotel stay...so sad...

Super clean, mini kitchen area, breakfast, etc. we loved our stay! And, free parking! And check out time 12!

Only small complaint is wish they had the Hilton feather pillows.

The staff was friendly.

The smell of pet urine was so strong in the room. They gave me a deodorizer spray to use when I complained. Then upon leaving, we realized that our clothing had fleas in them from the room.

Our room was clean and the hotel was nice and new.

The side of the hotel by the road was very noisy.

Breakfast was mediocre. Not a wide selection of items. Odd make your own breakfast sandwich theme. Strange to have the breakfast take over the entire lobby instead of having a separate breakfast room. Right next to the freeway, so lower-level rooms have traffic noise.

Breakfast good. Not the best ever, but fine. Nice heated pool. Very quiet, good sized room. Comfortable bed. Good value.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfy and large enough for our family. The staff were friendly and even learned our names.

Bedding for sofa bed was terrible. Mattress pad was ripped and did not stay on mattress. Sheets insufficient, couldn’t be tucked in.

We hadden een heel ruime kamer, met een goed geoutilleerde kitchenette, normaal servies en bestek (geen disposables), zelfs n afwasmachine. Prima bedden en lekkere douche. Ontbijtbuffet in orde. Je kunt de hele dag koffie/thee/water pakken. Heel redelijk geprijsd.

Het hotel ligt aan de 101 dus met raam open slapen is er niet bij. Op de vrijdag na Thanksgiving was t erg druk bij t ontbijt en moesten we in de rij staan.

The shower door was off it's rollers and was difficult to open and close.

From check in time, staff extending pool hours for kids/families. Being able to txt & request any needs. Exceptional staff, greetings with smiles. Breakfast was on point. Rooms very comfortable. Will definitely return to this place.

Wish there had been more seating in breakfast area.
