Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Galleria Area

Location

Localização, limpeza e a simpatia dos funcionários

Average

Parking costs extra 26$ per night. Milk was no good on a breakfast, you might have a diarrhea from that , but as we were told expiration date was “good” Breakfast might be also for extra cost 😀😀 need to be aware of it - might be surprised in the morning 😀😀

We stayed in the King suite. If you plan on using the sofa bed, please be aware that when opened, it takes up the entire space of the room. This means you will have to climb over the sofa bed to get to the other side of the king bed.

Customer service was excellent, especially Sundie as we checked in.

Staff was not very friendly. Was reluctant to find the exact room that we have booked for. Provided a similar one initially then after multiple request they changed

The couch was very old and the cover was torn. Not up to the mark like a Hilton property

Funcionários super atenciosos , quarto limpo e amplo .

Smell

Staff was really nice & attentive. Hotel was spotless, an we enjoyed the pool

The area of location and the pool

Nothing

No water supply for almost a day. couldn’t watch the World Cup game due to their technical issues. When asked for help, staff misbehaved and hang up the phone on my face.

Dog walk Breakfast

I never leave review but this property was even better than the photos. Everything was so nice we were super impressed with this hotel. We pulled in and were already blown away. We walked in and everything was nice and clean . The lobby looked like we were staying at a high end hotel. They even had excellent snack and drink choices. They even had cold can beer to enjoy by the pool. The staff was so nice and there was always someone near by the help when needed . The staff communicated effectively and efficiently and made sure we were well taken care of . This property even had a full restaurant and bar. This property resembles the Hilton Island resort in Galveston, Tx which made it feel like we were on vacation. The pool/ hot tub area was cleaned. The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean nothing was missed or dirty by the cleaning staff. This hotel even has a microwave / mini fridge. The bathroom provided makeup wipes which was a major bonus for me!!

The only thing I did not like about the property was the parking price of $25 per day which I think was a little high

Convenient location.

N/a

Clean , house keepers were friendly .

The bar tender, grill cafe man was not so friendly. Didn't like the Café only open after 5pm and closed on weekends. Pillows not comfortable. Electric outlet and USB hubs didn't work beverage cooler didn't get cold enough to keep any leftovers , the TV programming did not allow for you tube, Netflix,. Was difficult to access wifi. There was no extra lounge chairs or seating ottoman, only a desk chair. Overall overpriced for little amenities. It was decent.

Having to pay for parking with a third party instead of having it on the hotel bill. Not enough light in the room. No alarm clock in the room.

A very good location, and well prepared breakfasts. I would definitely like to stay there again when I visit Houston for OTC events.

Rooms comfortable. Location.

Too expensive for what you get. I stayed the next night at a hotel for under $100 and saw not any difference. Also no free breakfast from you.

Large clean room.

No vegetables on breakfast.

Location

I couldn’t use the internet for work

Very clean, safe, in a great location with spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. What makes this place exceptional is the wonderful staff. Shout-out to Keeshea, Dale, Mario, and Gael: Thank you!

Only two things come to mind: 1. The pillows are not that great. 2. The parking app/qr code is a little difficult to navigate. But the staff at the front desk was quick to help!

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. We were traveling with a dog, and I really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly — everything was handled with no issues at all. The location is excellent — convenient and close to everything we needed, with restaurants nearby - even within walking distance. Parking is available and well monitored.

Nothing I can think of

Helpful staff, went above and beyond.

Everything was great.

Very clean, this property represents itself just like the photos on booking.com shows. Pool water and hot tub was crystal clear and clean . Gym area clean gym bathroom clean . Rooms clean and no smells. Staff were excellent. This place represents the Hilton brand. We stayed here because Hilton Embassy suites down the street was a huge misrepresentation of its property. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn for a great stay in Houston.

Nothing

The location of thr hotel was very good. Nearby alot of places to have good food and walking distance The Galleria Mall.

I requested to check out 1 hour after the check out time and was told that have to pay $50/ room even when I had the king suite and I am a Hilton Honor member also. I was really disappointed with the staff at the front desk where as when I was booking the rooms I was told that I could check out a bit late. Really disappointed with this check out issue.

Great staff and room was clean.

Clean rooms

Clean

Price did not match my booking on arrival

Proximity to galleria mall

A bit pricy

Locatie, typisch US hotel qua opzet verder, sober.

Location is good, but location is not everything. I can’t wrap my mind around why people who work there cannot be nicer.

Very mediocre personal hospitality, not even a smile when checking in

The location is very convenient. The room is comfortable. The breakfast is decent. There is ample parking. The staff is friendly.

Parking fees are slightly higher
