Hotel was very clean and employees very professional. Front check in desk employees are the best. They listen and here you out to assist on any issues that you might have had and in my case...it was all cleared up.

Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente, especialmente para familias.

El alojamiento bien ubicado , terrible el servicio, no había con quien comunicarse , una sola persona en recepción sin posibilidad de atender a los huéspedes. Los dos ascensores dañados tres de los cuatro días que nos alojamos., nos toco bajar las maletas grandes por las escaleras desde un piso 12.

The hotel is very nice and we always have a great experience. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast is great. This is the first choice of hotel when we travel.

The parking is very limited being in the Galleria area. Not a big deal and just be aware.

Not much, the location is not bad but, Galleria Mall shopping stops at 9pm.

No assistance with luggage, just self service. Reception is on the 3rd floor. Not much info from the Receptionist that was onsite with regards to directions and restaurant choices. Rooms are stuffy and no proper shower, only a bath with shower head and curtain. Beds were very uncomfortable, including the pillows. Air conditioning is very loud.

Their insistence to charge $35.00 per night for their “valet parking”. They have a huge empty parking lot that seldom has a dozen cars parking in it. After paying a moderate price for accommodation, you’d think they could have a lower parking rate🙃

NO staffing at check in. breakfast area not kept clean. i was there 45 minutes prior to end of breakfast and many of the offerings were out and had not been replaced. ice machine on our floor not functioning or out of ice.

They only have valet parking at $50.00 a night. Got to the room right before dinner. Toilet almost overflowed into the bathroom. Would not flush and we had to use the shower as a toilet. When we got ready to leave, the valet system was down and there was no one at the front desk, I wanted to add a drink for the road to my room and no one was down there to process the order. We were up against time as we had an early flight that morning. It is one of the worst Hyatt Place Hotels I have ever stayed at.

From the first night of my stay, I experienced several issues with my room: The room phone did not work, and I was also unable to reach anyone at the hotel by calling the main hotel number from my cell phone. I was left on hold for approximately 40 minutes without ever reaching anyone. The dresser drawers would not stay closed. No matter how many times I pushed them in, they would slide back out on their own. The room had a damp, musty smell. I'm not sure if the carpet had recently been shampooed, but the odor made the room feel wet and uncomfortable. The air conditioner would frequently shut off unless the thermostat was set below 69°F, making it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The housekeeping staff also needs to do a better job maintaining both the guest rooms and the common areas. The hallways should be kept clear of debris at all times. On the 12th floor, the trash area was overflowing, leaving guests with nowhere to dispose of their garbage. As a result, trash was piled up in front of the maintenance door. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. It appeared that housekeeping rushed through the cleaning process. On our first night, we discovered vomit on one of the dresser drawers, which we had to clean ourselves. The floor was also wet when we arrived. After driving five hours to get to the hotel, I was exhausted and in no condition to pack up and move to another room, so we stayed despite these issues. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of attention to cleanliness made for a very disappointing stay.

I stay at this location about twice a month, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The management team—from Queenie, Karen, Davis, and everyone else—is the gold standard when it comes to communication, customer service, and genuine hospitality. They make every stay feel welcoming and effortless. The hotel is always convenient, clean, quiet, and remarkably consistent, which is exactly what I look for as a frequent traveler. The outstanding team is the primary reason I continue to choose this location over any other. I'm a huge fan, and you've earned my business for life. Thank you for setting such a high standard and delivering it every single time!

Great stay, beds super comfortable and hotel very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful! Arlex was extremely helpful on the overnight shift. Only negative is that there’s no self parking option which is weird for Houston. Valet drivers frequently not there to retrieve your vehicle.

Overall, the hotel is easy going and perfect for a short stay with a nice staff, service oriented. The room was comfortable, very clean, well maintained. Traditional American breakfast but generous. i would not stay there for holidays but certainly a good address for a business trip.

Usually the Hyatt hotels are a bit more premium. I just left Jakarta where I stayed in Grand Hyatt and my experience was not comparable in terms of services, breakfast, comfort and environment.

The rooms are new, modern, clean and comfortable. The location was super convenient, close to the highway and everything is within 20-30 mins drive reach. The hospitality was great. The hotel manager has been sending us lots of great recommendations during our stay there! Overall can’t recommend enough!!

My commode lid was broken.

No toilet fan and Microwave. They also force customers to use valet parking and therefore charge an unnecessary $35 per day for parking. Parking fees are a scam. Every building permitted in the city of Houston must provide mandatory parking spaces for its occupants. Why should the occupants be forced to pay for parking ? The hotel does not do housekeeping on a daily basis. You have to request housekeeping. We did request housekeeping during our stay. They came cleaned, did not change the bed sheets, and left.

HORRIBLE! I’ll never stay at this hotel again! My 1 year old son and entire family was bitten by bed bugs, my son had to go to the hospital due to how severe his bites were. And the only thing they offered me was $16 in credit! Don’t stay here.

The internet connection was good and the food was very nice. The rooms are cleaned with the toilets always in good conditions.
