The place was nice overall. Not really walkable to anything you would want to do, but the hotel itself was fine.

Breakfast was fantastic.Room and service were very good . Couldn't of asked for more. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Everything was immaculate

What I liked most was the exceptionally attentive and helpful staff and the breathtaking views. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. The views from the upper floors are simply stunning. Being able to sleep with the curtains open and wake up to such a beautiful view was a wonderful experience. You don’t get to enjoy something like that every day!

While the rooms are comfortable, clean, and fully functional, they could benefit from some modernization. They are beginning to show their age, and a few signs of wear and tear can be noticed. Nevertheless, everything is well maintained, and all facilities work as they should, making for a pleasant stay.

Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam

Herr Saide war ein sehr klarer und aufrichtiger Mensch. Er war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frau Natalia war ebenfalls sehr höflich, herzlich und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wenn mich mein Weg wieder dorthin führt, wird dieses Hotel definitiv meine erste Wahl sein.

Kamers zijn groot en hygiënisch.

Wij verbleven op de 18e verdieping en wifi werkte helaas niet. Ook deed de telefoon het niet en konden we de receptie niet bereiken.

Rien ne mérite un 5 étoiles. Tout est une déception. On a réservé pour 4 on a eu une chambre pour 3. Donc on a très mal dormi. Le room service les plats ne sont pas bons. Ils se sont trompés dans la commande il manquait 2 plats sur 4 on a donc mangé en décalé. Les spaghetti baigaient dans l huile c etait ecoeurant. Les cheeseburger etaiznt tout secs .... Le petit déjeuner beaucoup de choses très varié mais les produits ne sont pas de de qualité. 5 etoiles ? Je ne saisnpas pourquoi. La seule chose positive Le personnel.est gentil mais personne ne parle anglais ou très peu. Avec le pris paye sur booking on aurait pu avoir 2 chambres et on nous a laissé dans une seule pour 3 personnes et on était 4 ...

We had issues with air conditioner. It wasn't adjustable you need to turn it off by electric emergency contact button. Not enough equipment in the bathroom for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast should be better compared the price.

The room was nice with a good view.

We decided to eat at the 101 lounge bar and A La Carte restaurant as it was rather busy in the restaurant where the buffet dinner was. It was nice and relaxing in the 101 bar and restaurant with just us and another couple. Unfortunately, whilst the food was pleasant, the service was very poor and getting the attention of the waiter to get a drink was almost impossible due to him sitting on his mobile phone for almost all of the time that we were there. Fortunately, we had previously seen that there was a bar next door, Mr Frog, and went and had a very good night there were the service was spot on.

Łóżka byly bardzo wygodne, poduszki dopasowane do indywidualnych potrzeb. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne. Każdy może znaleźć coś co będzie dopasowane do jego diety (vege, vegetariańskiej, omniworycznej). Personel i obsługa hotelowa były na najwyższym poziomie. Dziękuję Pani Natalii za miłe spotkanie,

Es hat uns gar nichts gefallen. Das Badezimmer ist voll mit Schimmel befallen. Sehr alte Badewanne mit viel Flecken , an den Rändern viel Schimmel , Ekelhaft.sehr laut bis früh morgens von dem Nachtclub goExtraBlatt direkt am Hotel. Sehr schlecht bis 4.30 Uhr nachts ..Schwimmbad ist sehr dreckig, das Wasser ist nicht warm, die Schränke in den Umkleideräumen fat alle demoliert und funktionierten sie nicht. Der Sportraum ist an externe Leute geöffnet. Hotelgäste hatten kaum Möglichkeiten, zu trainieren. Alle Geräte sind Shen alt und schmutzig. Die eine Sauna kaputt, Die zweite Sauna nicht warm und das Holzliegen sind schmutzig, fleckig und brüchig. Die Dampfsauna ist voll mit Haaren , es sah so aus , als hätte man dort wochenlang keine Reinigung durchgeführt. Ich kannte das Hotel vor 22 Jahren als es Rixos hieß Das war damals perfekt. Laut Fotos im Internet sollte es schön sein . Leider gelogen und bewusst falsch dargestellt. Es ist schlechter als eine zwei Sterne Hotel. Ich würde nie wieder dort übernachten und niemals weiterempfehlen. So eine schlechte Erfahrung habe ich nicht mal in Afrika gemacht . Ich Reise viel und versuche immer das Beste Hotel auszusuchen. Dieses Hotel ist ein Alptraum . Der Preis ist für diese Leistung unverschämt. Die Bade und Handtücher sind verbraucht..

Alle Zimmer müssen kernsaniert werden Schwimmbad, Saunen , umkleide Kabinen , Sportraum, Massage Räume müssen saniert/ renoviert werden. Es war alles unglaublich schlecht. Das Essen war einigermaßen ok.

Het is geen hotel met een danceclub maar een danceclub met een hotel. Van 22u tot 4u overheerst door de hele omgeving harde muziek. Ik verbleef op de 23 etage en dacht dat het geluid van de rooftop op de 25e kwam maar het geluid komt van beneden en is in het hele hotel tehoren. Om 2.30u ben ik vertrokken, hele nacht niet kunnen slapen van de herrie. Ik vroeg om compensatie maar bij de balie werd gezegd daar kunnen we niet aan beginnen. Elke dag is de club open en hebben hotelgasten hier last van. Als je wilt slapen kom dan niet naar dit hotel!

Hotel is good value, room was spacious but quite tired, with some fixtures basically falling to bits. The main issue was the noise from the two nearby bar/ nightclubs. Really loud until at least 2, 3 in the morning. Just extremely odd having clubs nearby what is clearly not a holiday resort Hotel. The breakfast was also quite an experience, well presented and lot's of choice, most of which was barely edible. For another taste, it might of been okay, but i struggled to find a single thing that i could deal with. It's a great Hotel, but needs a major refurbishment and the attached bars should stop serving at midnight or at least keep the music to less than deafening. Alas, I won't be returning, the lack of sleep was not acceptable.

Everything was good. The room was very comfortable with the main facilities inside. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the morning to get a plane so we couldn't have the chance to use the big swimming pool and the restaurant service..

The property is located centrally.

The AC wasnt working. You cannot set the temperature in the room. The room was very hot and uncomfortable. The wifi kept cutting in and out. The hotel is very old. When we asked the staff for help they kept promising us someone would come to the room and fix it but nobody ever turned up. We asked at least 5 times over the two nights. We couldn’t wait to leave. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Bellissimo Hotel. Staff gentile e professionale. Posizione complicata perché l'Hotel è alla periferia di Konya ma non è vicinissimo all'aeroporto. D'altronde è comodo per chi (come noi) torna da un viaggio con auto a noleggio in Cappadocia.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Als festgestellt wurde, dass ich bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht und ein zu kleines Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht hatte, gab es kurzerhand ein Upgrade auf eine Suite ohne Zusatzkosten. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Aussicht war großartig. Bis zum Schluss war das Personal sehr höflich und freundlich. Very courteous staff. When it was realised that I had made a mistake when booking and had booked a room that was too small for 4 people, I was quickly upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The suite was very spacious and stylishly furnished, the view was great. The staff were very polite and friendly right to the end.

Fin hotel med gode faciliteter med fitness og indendørs samt udendørs pool. Hamam sauna mm. er lavere niveau end forventet ift 5 stjernet hotel. Hotellet ligger ikke i centrum men ca 15 min derfra i bil.

Overall good standard for the price

There should not be clubs and disco just next to a hotel entrance. I dont really felt safe with my Family at night time, because of drunk people at the parking lot. Also the Music at night was to loud. I had a room on 21 flat and couldnt sleep because of loud music from the clubs

Geen respect

Locaties is geweldig, niet ver van het vliegveld. Ideaal dus als je een vroege vlucht hebt. Hotel is nieuw, goede voorzieningen, spa en sportfaciliteiten zijn geweldig. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is echt goed, de kamer was schoon en badkamer was voorzien een badkuip en een aparte douche.

Kussens zijn zeer hard en hoog. Je houdt er een stijve nek van over als je al kan slapen. Ik heb een handdoek opgevouwen en die als kussen gebruikt.

Vi var rigtig glade for opholdet. Alle var søde og imødekommende, og vi følte os meget velkomne. Hotellet var børnevenligt, hvilket var et stort plus for os. Beliggenheden var også perfekt – tæt på både lufthavn og centrum. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme, og især Gül sørgede for, at vi fik et skønt ophold. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god med et fint udvalg.

Der var faktisk ikke noget, vi var utilfredse med under opholdet.
